[Objective] The satisfaction degree of agricultural water demand was analyzed to provide climate basis for the agricultural structure adjustment and good harvest.[Method] By using integral humidity index and climatic ...[Objective] The satisfaction degree of agricultural water demand was analyzed to provide climate basis for the agricultural structure adjustment and good harvest.[Method] By using integral humidity index and climatic tendency rate,the satisfaction degree of water demand of crops and its trend variation were studied.[Result] The precipitation in the growing season of crops showed decrease trend in western Liaoning,and the climatic tendency rate was-8.660--18.560 mm/10 a,with the precipitation decrease of 43-93 mm in recent 50 years.The satisfaction degree of agricultural water demand was up to 72%-88% in average,and over 80% satisfaction degree accounted for 30%-60%,while water shortage probability reached 68%-90%.The satisfaction degree of Chaoyang,Lingyuan and Beipiao was the lowest,while that of Jianchang and Jiangping was relative higher.The satisfaction degree of gross agriculture water demand went down with the time,and climate tendency rate was up to-2.490%--3.863%/10 a,with the decrease of 12%-19% in recent 50 years.[Conclusion] With the reduction of precipitation,the satisfaction degree of water demand of crops went down,and the climate in western Liaoning became more and more dry.展开更多

A hidden Markov model（HMM） is used to characterize the imperfect spectrum sensing process. In order to maximize the whole satisfaction degree（WSD） of the cognitive radio network, a tradeoff between the average throughput of the secondary user（SU） and the interference to the primary user（PU） is analyzed. We formulate the satisfaction degree optimization problem as a mixed integer nonlinear programming（MINLP） problem. The satisfaction degree optimization problem is solved by using differential evolution（DE） algorithm. The proposed optimization problem allows the network to adaptively achieve the optimal solution based on its required quality of service（Qos）. Numerical results are given to verify our analysis.展开更多

According to the construction demand of the park city, a Tianfu greenway system with the theme of “one axis, two mountains, three rings and seven belts” will be formed throughout Chengdu. Jinjiang 198 Greenway is the first large-scale greenway in the main urban area of Chengdu. In view of the use of Jinjiang 198 Greenway in Chengdu, its use characteristics and user satisfaction degree are studied. The general situation of people's use of greenway is obtained from the characteristics of users themselves and its use conditions. According to the statistics of user satisfaction degree through field survey and questionnaire survey, it is known that the overall satisfaction degree of users on the greenway is good. Through factor analysis, the main factors affecting user satisfaction degree are obtained, which are in turn supporting facilities, service facilities, activity sites,green environment and accessibility. The objective of this paper is to explore the effect of painless childbirth nursing intervention mode on labor process, pain degree and satisfaction. 110 cases who were in the hospital from June, 2018 to June, 2019 we...The objective of this paper is to explore the effect of painless childbirth nursing intervention mode on labor process, pain degree and satisfaction. 110 cases who were in the hospital from June, 2018 to June, 2019 were taken as experimental subjects and they were randomly selected and divided into two groups with each group 55 cases. 55 cases in the control group were given routine nursing, the observation group of 55 cases of pregnant women were given routine care combined with painless delivery nursing intervention, the two groups of maternal labor process, pain degree and satisfaction were compared. The results are that compared with the control group, the first, second, third stage of labor and the total labor process time of the observation group were reduced. The pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The conclusion is that the mode of painless labor nursing intervention can effectively help the patients relieve the pain of childbirth, shorten the delivery process, and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients to a certain extent.展开更多

Methods: a total of 104 interns were selected for this study. The initial research period was in October 2019 and the final research period was in October 2020. The above students were divided into different groups (control group, study group) with 52 cases in each group by using the random number table method. The former group adopted the traditional teaching mode, while the latter group adopted one-to-one teaching and interactive teaching. Finally, the indexes of assessment results, autonomous learning ability, teaching satisfaction and other relevant data between the two groups were compared. Results: after the teaching, the theoretical assessment result and the skill assessment result in the assessment result of the study group were higher than those of the other group (P < 0.05). After teaching, the autonomous learning ability of the research group is higher than that of the other group (P < 0.05). After teaching, the teaching satisfaction of the two groups was compared, and the study group was higher. (p < 0.05), and the results were different. Conclusion: the implementation of one-to-one teaching and interactive teaching in the process of clinical nursing teaching has good effect, which can better improve their nursing skills and satisfaction.展开更多

Methods: 110 patients admitted to our emergency department from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected by r...Objective: to explore the practical application value of nursing risk management in emergency department. Methods: 110 patients admitted to our emergency department from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected by retrospective study. They were divided into two groups according to the free grouping method: The control group and the experimental group. Each group contained 50 patients. All patients received routine nursing intervention. At the same time, the experimental group also needed a joint risk management model. After four weeks, the changes of clinical nursing quality and satisfaction of the patients in the two groups were compared. Results: according to the quality examination of the nursing staff in the emergency department in the aspects of practical operation, sterilization of medical equipment and articles, writing of nursing documents and examination of clinical knowledge, the scores were (92.45±1.58), (95.86±2.15), (94.59±3.05), (95.44±1.33) respectively. All of them far exceeded the control groups (76.44±2.73), (84.56±5.12), (84.56±5.12) and (85.12±0.77) scores. The difference between the two groups was significant and there was a statistical advantage (P 0.05). In addition, in terms of patients satisfaction, the control group and the experimental group were 74.00% and 96.00% respectively, with significant difference in data comparison between the two groups, with statistical advantages (p 0.05). Conclusion: the application of risk management model to the nursing work in the emergency department can gradually enhance the nursing level of the medical staff and promote the patients satisfaction to be significantly improved. It has strong clinical application value and is worth to be widely implemented in the first line.展开更多

Methods: 68 parturient women who were admitted to the department of obstetrics of our ...Objective: to analyze the influence of evidence-based nursing on labor time and satisfaction in obstetrics and gynecology nursing. Methods: 68 parturient women who were admitted to the department of obstetrics of our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected. According to nursing differences, 68 parturients were divided into two groups (routine and evidence-based), with 34 parturients in each group. Among them, the routine group of parturients used routine obstetrics and gynecology nursing;Evidence-based nursing was adopted in evidence-based group. The duration of labor, the incidence of maternal and child adverse outcomes and nursing satisfaction were recorded in the two groups, and negative emotions were investigated before and after nursing. Results: the first, second and third stages of labor in evidence-based group were all shorter than those in routine group (P < 0.05). The incidence of maternal and infant adverse outcomes in evidence-based group was lower than that in routine group (P < 0.05). The satisfaction degree of maternal care in routine group was lower than that in evidence-based group (P < 0.05). Before nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were basically the same (P > 0.05). After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups of parturients were improved, and the SAS and SDS scores of the evidence-based group were lower than those of the routine group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of evidence-based nursing in obstetrics and gynecology nursing can effectively shorten the labor time, reduce the incidence of maternal and child adverse outcomes, improve the satisfaction of parturient and their families, and further reduce the occurrence of maternal negative emotions, which is worthy of clinical application.展开更多

According to interactive decision-making theory, a principal-subordinate hierarchical interactive iterative algorithm based on the satisfaction degree was developed and used to solve the initial water rights allocation model. Methods: In this experiment, the period from 2020 to June 2021 was selected as the time node, and the patients received in the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in this year were selected as the research objects. From the patients who met the experimental requirements, a total of 68 cases were selected to meet the requirements. According to the principle of randomness, patients were divided into two groups, namely the control group and the experimental group. Each group had the same number of people, but they received different management styles. Routine management was carried out in the control group, and humanistic management was carried out in the experimental group. The nursing quality and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: Nursing style will affect nursing quality. After the experiment, it can be clearly seen that the nursing quality of patients in the experimental group is much higher than that in the control group, and the difference is statistically significant (P < 0.05). The satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was as high as 91.17%, and that of the patients in the control group was 82.35%, so the satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion: According to the experimental results, compared with the conventional management, the application effect of humanistic management is better. Humanistic management is to implement specific nursing according to the actual situation of each patient, which can ensure that each patient receives more detailed nursing, which can not only effectively ensure the nursing effect, but also reduce the incidence of adverse events and meet the needs of patients. Methods: from August 2020 to August 2021, 1050 hospitalized children were selected for analysis. Using computer digital method, they were divided into routine nursing management (control group) and graded management of early warning score (PEWS) (observation group), with n 525 cases in both groups. The nursing quality, the incidence of adverse events and the satisfaction of hospitalized children and their families were compared between the two groups. Results: the nursing quality of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse events was lower than that of the control group, and the satisfaction of the children and their families was higher than that of the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: graded management based on childrens early warning score can improve the nursing quality of pediatric wards, reduce the incidence of adverse events, improve the nursing satisfaction of children and their families and be conducive to a good doctor-patient relationship. It can also improve the treatment compliance of children, thus reducing medical risks and reducing the financial burden of childrens families.展开更多

文摘This paper compares the satisfaction of users of residential buildings produced by two construction processes considered as industrialized:“prefabricated masonry panels”and“reinforced concrete walls molded on site”and compared with“conventional process”(structural masonry of concrete blocks).The premise of the study was to diagnose the level of acceptance of the buildings considered industrialized by the Brazilian population,aiming to assess whether the preference for the systems considered“conventional”and the rejection of the“industrialized”is decreasing in Brazil.This article concerns the results obtained in the second phase of the research,which was carried out after five years of the first phase.So,if the buildings were considered new in the first phase,this second research was carried out after the depreciation due to the action of time.To quantify the“degree of satisfaction”the same checklist of the first survey was applied,in the same neighborhood and the sum attributed to each answer made by residents was applied and,as a result,it was possible to ascertain the oscillations in it and to confirm the satisfactory acceptance of industrialized construction systems and a tendency to reduce rejection by the population in relation to the innovative construction systems.

文摘In order to construct objective relatively mapping relationship model between customer requirements and product technical characteristics, a novel approach based on customer satisfactions information digging from case products and satisfaction information of expert technical characteristics was put forward in this paper. Technical characteristics evaluation values were expressed by rough number, and technical characteristics target sequence was determined on the basis of efficiency, cost type and middle type in this method. Use each calculated satisfactions of customers and technical characteristics as input and output elements to construct BP network model. And we use MATLAB software to simulate this BP network model based on the case of electric bicycles.
文摘Objective: to explore the effect of one-to-one teaching and interactive teaching on improving students nursing skills and satisfaction in clinical nursing teaching. Methods: a total of 104 interns were selected for this study. The initial research period was in October 2019 and the final research period was in October 2020. The above students were divided into different groups (control group, study group) with 52 cases in each group by using the random number table method. The former group adopted the traditional teaching mode, while the latter group adopted one-to-one teaching and interactive teaching. Finally, the indexes of assessment results, autonomous learning ability, teaching satisfaction and other relevant data between the two groups were compared. Results: after the teaching, the theoretical assessment result and the skill assessment result in the assessment result of the study group were higher than those of the other group (P < 0.05). After teaching, the autonomous learning ability of the research group is higher than that of the other group (P < 0.05). After teaching, the teaching satisfaction of the two groups was compared, and the study group was higher. (p < 0.05), and the results were different. Conclusion: the implementation of one-to-one teaching and interactive teaching in the process of clinical nursing teaching has good effect, which can better improve their nursing skills and satisfaction.
文摘Objective: to explore the practical application value of nursing risk management in emergency department. Methods: 110 patients admitted to our emergency department from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected by retrospective study. They were divided into two groups according to the free grouping method: The control group and the experimental group. Each group contained 50 patients. All patients received routine nursing intervention. At the same time, the experimental group also needed a joint risk management model. After four weeks, the changes of clinical nursing quality and satisfaction of the patients in the two groups were compared. Results: according to the quality examination of the nursing staff in the emergency department in the aspects of practical operation, sterilization of medical equipment and articles, writing of nursing documents and examination of clinical knowledge, the scores were (92.45±1.58), (95.86±2.15), (94.59±3.05), (95.44±1.33) respectively. All of them far exceeded the control groups (76.44±2.73), (84.56±5.12), (84.56±5.12) and (85.12±0.77) scores. The difference between the two groups was significant and there was a statistical advantage (P 0.05). In addition, in terms of patients satisfaction, the control group and the experimental group were 74.00% and 96.00% respectively, with significant difference in data comparison between the two groups, with statistical advantages (p 0.05). Conclusion: the application of risk management model to the nursing work in the emergency department can gradually enhance the nursing level of the medical staff and promote the patients satisfaction to be significantly improved. It has strong clinical application value and is worth to be widely implemented in the first line.
文摘Objective: to analyze the influence of evidence-based nursing on labor time and satisfaction in obstetrics and gynecology nursing. Methods: 68 parturient women who were admitted to the department of obstetrics of our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected. According to nursing differences, 68 parturients were divided into two groups (routine and evidence-based), with 34 parturients in each group. Among them, the routine group of parturients used routine obstetrics and gynecology nursing;Evidence-based nursing was adopted in evidence-based group. The duration of labor, the incidence of maternal and child adverse outcomes and nursing satisfaction were recorded in the two groups, and negative emotions were investigated before and after nursing. Results: the first, second and third stages of labor in evidence-based group were all shorter than those in routine group (P < 0.05). The incidence of maternal and infant adverse outcomes in evidence-based group was lower than that in routine group (P < 0.05). The satisfaction degree of maternal care in routine group was lower than that in evidence-based group (P < 0.05). Before nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were basically the same (P > 0.05). After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups of parturients were improved, and the SAS and SDS scores of the evidence-based group were lower than those of the routine group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of evidence-based nursing in obstetrics and gynecology nursing can effectively shorten the labor time, reduce the incidence of maternal and child adverse outcomes, improve the satisfaction of parturient and their families, and further reduce the occurrence of maternal negative emotions, which is worthy of clinical application.

Based on the analysis and discussion about the findings, the authors summarized the library resource sharing system in satisfying users' information requirements, including its pros and cons. At last, further considerations have been provided on how to improve library resource sharing system in the region.

文摘The principal-subordinate hierarchical multi-objective programming model of initial water rights allocation was developed based on the principle of coordinated and sustainable development of different regions and water sectors within a basin. With the precondition of strictly controlling maximum emissions rights, initial water rights were allocated between the first and the second levels of the hierarchy in order to promote fair and coordinated development across different regions of the basin and coordinated and efficient water use across different water sectors, realize the maximum comprehensive benefits to the basin, promote the unity of quantity and quality of initial water rights allocation, and eliminate water conflict across different regions and water sectors. According to interactive decision-making theory, a principal-subordinate hierarchical interactive iterative algorithm based on the satisfaction degree was developed and used to solve the initial water rights allocation model. A case study verified the validity of the model.
文摘Context-aware plays a pivotal role in the wisdom network of information processing. Due to the limited resources, context conflict is inevitable in context-aware. User satisfaction is a good reflection for the wisdom degree of the network. In this paper, considering the user satisfaction, we propose a novel context-aware conflict solution model based on set pair Analysis （SPA）. The model obtains the best server mode by the maximum satisfaction connection degree to solve the conflict in context-aware. The simulation analysis shows that the proposed method is effective and can solve many users competition for the same scene of conflict.
文摘Objective:Obstetrics nursing is complex and professional,and to analyze the clinical effect of humanized nursing in its nursing work.Method:in obstetrics randomly selected 76 cases of maternal enrollment,confirm voluntary participation in the experiment,at the same time to achieve research purpose according to maternal entry time successively grouping,finally assigned for two groups,namely continue to use routine care control group and application of humanized care observation group,each group of 38 cases of maternal,and compare the two groups of maternal pain and satisfaction.Results:The pain situation of the two maternal groups was evaluated by the application of visual simulation scoring method,and the satisfaction situation was also compared,and the observation group was relatively better,(P 0.05).Conclusion:Humanized nursing has higher application value in obstetrics.
文摘Objective: As a new management method, humanistic management was briefly analyzed in this experiment, and its effect was evaluated. Methods: In this experiment, the period from 2020 to June 2021 was selected as the time node, and the patients received in the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in this year were selected as the research objects. From the patients who met the experimental requirements, a total of 68 cases were selected to meet the requirements. According to the principle of randomness, patients were divided into two groups, namely the control group and the experimental group. Each group had the same number of people, but they received different management styles. Routine management was carried out in the control group, and humanistic management was carried out in the experimental group. The nursing quality and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: Nursing style will affect nursing quality. After the experiment, it can be clearly seen that the nursing quality of patients in the experimental group is much higher than that in the control group, and the difference is statistically significant (P < 0.05). The satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was as high as 91.17%, and that of the patients in the control group was 82.35%, so the satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion: According to the experimental results, compared with the conventional management, the application effect of humanistic management is better. Humanistic management is to implement specific nursing according to the actual situation of each patient, which can ensure that each patient receives more detailed nursing, which can not only effectively ensure the nursing effect, but also reduce the incidence of adverse events and meet the needs of patients. Therefore, humanistic management can be promoted in neurosurgical nursing unit.
文摘Objective:to improve the quality of emergency care and explore the clinical effect of applying high-quality nursing service.Methods:in the implementation of this experiment,it was confirmed that the patients should be randomly divided into groups,and a control study was carried out.A total of 72 patients were included in this study.After investigation of their basic conditions,it was confirmed that they met the criteria for inclusion in the study,and all of them were hospitalized for emergency diseases.When grouping,the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the time sequence of hospitalization.Each group had 36 cases.One group needed to continue to apply emergency care and was named as the control group,while the other group needed to use high-quality care and was named as the observation group.The nursing effects under different emergency care modes were compared and analyzed.Results:according to the analysis of the results of this study,under the implementation of high-quality nursing service,the emotional state score,satisfaction degree and treatment effect of the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the application of high-quality nursing service in emergency nursing can help to improve the emotional state of patients and enhance the curative effect.
文摘Objective: to explore and analyze the implementation effect of graded management based on childrens early warning score on improving nursing quality in pediatric wards. Methods: from August 2020 to August 2021, 1050 hospitalized children were selected for analysis. Using computer digital method, they were divided into routine nursing management (control group) and graded management of early warning score (PEWS) (observation group), with n 525 cases in both groups. The nursing quality, the incidence of adverse events and the satisfaction of hospitalized children and their families were compared between the two groups. Results: the nursing quality of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of adverse events was lower than that of the control group, and the satisfaction of the children and their families was higher than that of the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: graded management based on childrens early warning score can improve the nursing quality of pediatric wards, reduce the incidence of adverse events, improve the nursing satisfaction of children and their families and be conducive to a good doctor-patient relationship. It can also improve the treatment compliance of children, thus reducing medical risks and reducing the financial burden of childrens families.
文摘Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of high-quality nursing on patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome.Methods:Ninety patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome treated in Huyi District People’s Hospital from October 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received high-quality nursing.The effect of routine nursing and high-quality nursing were compared and analyzed based on the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),the degree of satisfaction with nursing care,and the patients’quality of life.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the patients’psychological state between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,there was significant difference in the patients’psychological state between the two groups(P<0.05);the degree of satisfaction with nursing care of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);comparing the quality of life of the two groups,the quality-of-life score of the control group was significantly lower than that of the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with epidemic hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome,high-quality nursing can significantly and effectively improve their psychological state,level of satisfaction with nursing care,and quality of life.
