AIM: To assess the efficacy and safety of TECA type hybrid artificial liver support system (TECA-HALSS) in providing liver function of detoxification, metabolism and physiology by treating the patients with acute live... AIM: To assess the efficacy and safety of TECA type hybrid artificial liver support system (TECA-HALSS) in providing liver function of detoxification, metabolism and physiology by treating the patients with acute liver failure (ALF). METHODS: The porcine liver cells (1-2) x 10(10) were separated from the Chinese small swine and cultured in the bioreactor of TECA-BALSS at 37.0 degrees C and circulated through the outer space of the hollow fiber tubes in BALSS. The six liver failure patients with various degree of hepatic coma were treated by TECA-HALSS and with conventional medicines. The venous plasma of the patients was separated by a plasma separator and treated by charcoal adsorbent or plasma exchange. The plasma circulated through the inner space of the hollow fiber tubes of BALSS and mixed with the patients' blood cells and flew back to their blood circulation. Some small molecular weight substances were exchanged between the plasma and porcine liver cells. Each treatment lasted 6.0-7.0 h. Physiological and biochemical parameters were measured before,during and after the treatment. RESULTS: The average of porcine liver cells was (1.0-3.0) x 10(10) obtained from each swine liver using our modified enzymatic digestion method. The survival rate of the cells was 85%-93% by trypan blue stain and AO/PI fluorescent stain. After cultured in TECA-BALSS bioreactor for 6 h, the survival rate of cells still remained 70%-85%. At the end of TECA-HALSS treatment, the levels of plasma NH(3), ALT, TB and DB were significantly decreased. The patients who were in the state of drowsiness or coma before the treatment improved their appetite significantly and regained consciousness, some patients resumed light physical work on a short period after the treatment.One to two days after the treatment, the ratio of PTA increased warkedly. During the treatment, the heart rates, blood pressure, respiration condition and serum electrolytes (K(+), Na(+) and Cl(-)) were stable without thrombosis and bleeding in all the six patients. CONCLUSION: TECA-HALSS treatment could be a rapid, safe and efficacious method to provide temporary liver support for patients with ALF. 展开更多

The purpose of this paper is to provide a comprehensive review of Japan's agricultural domestic policy since 1995 in the context of the current international negotiations in the WTO Doha Round, which has as one aim further reductions of trade-distorting support among member countries. Apparently, Japan's attitude towards agricultural domestic policy reform is one of compliance with the WTO, which requests member countries to reduce their Aggregate Measure of Support (AMS) through trimming trade-distorting (amber box) support and/or transforming traditional-type agricultural subsidies to decoupled-type ones. Japan reduced its amber box support by nearly 80 percent between 1995 and 2000. This drastic reduction is mainly attributable to Japan's removal of rice from the amber box in 1998. In addition, following the WTO's principle of decoupling, Japan launched an extensive agricultural subsidy reform in 2007. This paper, however, shows the ironical realities of Japanese agricultural policy. Neither a sharp reduction of amber box support nor Japan's 2007 reform necessarily means there will be a reduction of trade-distorting effects. On the contrary, the 2007 reform may in fact stimulate domestic rice production. 展开更多

This paper examines how advisors perceive the voices made by Mr.A(pseudonym),the founder of after-school support for children(Initiative Z:pseudonym)in Japan,to advisors who support children.Furthermore,the purpose of this study is to find out how advisors think about the voices and that the voices have led or not advisors to support children,if to do so,what points are key to continuing support for children.Therefore,in Initiative Z,I conducted a survey of two advisors who were approached by Mr.A,who is involved in supporting children as an advisor.As a result of analyzing the narratives obtained from interviews with the two advisors,it was found that the advisor had a sense of being recognized by Mr.A because Mr.A acknowledged the advisor’s way of life.This feeling on the part of the advisor led to trust in Mr.A,and the advisor was in tune with Mr.A’s thoughts on after-school support,suggesting that the advisor was providing support to the child. 展开更多

在污染排放物处理系统中,蜂窝陶瓷作为关键组件常常需要在高温条件下制备。提出一种新型制备方法,利用γ-C_(2)S在常温下通过碳化养护方式制备蜂窝陶瓷,避免了高温烧结。以γ-C_(2)S为原料,通过添加硅灰、减水剂、塑化剂和水等,调控坯... 在污染排放物处理系统中,蜂窝陶瓷作为关键组件常常需要在高温条件下制备。提出一种新型制备方法,利用γ-C_(2)S在常温下通过碳化养护方式制备蜂窝陶瓷,避免了高温烧结。以γ-C_(2)S为原料,通过添加硅灰、减水剂、塑化剂和水等,调控坯料塑性,经碳化养护后获得力学性能优异的蜂窝陶瓷。研究了增稠剂掺量与预干燥制度对蜂窝陶瓷抗压强度的影响规律,分析了不同碳化时长下蜂窝陶瓷的强度发展与微观结构变化。结果表明:羟丙基甲基纤维素醚(HPMC)掺量为2.5%(质量分数,如无特别说明,下同),碳化养护前将试样预干燥至0.10剩余水固比,在0.3 MPa CO_(2)分压条件下养护12 h,试样抗压强度可达46.8 MPa。碳化过程中生成的方解石型碳酸钙填充了孔隙,使材料结构更加致密,这是蜂窝陶瓷试样强度迅速发展的主要原因。掺入2.5%TiO_(2)制成整体式蜂窝陶瓷催化剂,利用其光催化80 min后甲基橙降解率达到45.12%。 展开更多

地震后及时获取建筑物破坏信息对于应急救援和灾害损失评估至关重要。文中基于震后无人机影像数据,提出了一种结合面向对象、支持向量机(SVM)和神经网络(NN)的单体建筑物纹理特征损伤检测方法,并以2025年西藏定日县M_(S)6.8地震为例进... 地震后及时获取建筑物破坏信息对于应急救援和灾害损失评估至关重要。文中基于震后无人机影像数据,提出了一种结合面向对象、支持向量机(SVM)和神经网络(NN)的单体建筑物纹理特征损伤检测方法,并以2025年西藏定日县M_(S)6.8地震为例进行验证。该方法通过面向对象方法提取单体建筑物信息,消除非建筑物干扰;采用灰度共生矩阵(GLCM)提取对比度、熵和方差等纹理特征,优化窗口大小至7×7以提升特征区分度。通过对比4种方法发现:融合最优纹理特征后,神经网络分类算法(单体+纹理特征+神经网络)的总体精度达91%, Kappa系数为0.8,较未融合纹理特征的单体+神经网络方法(精度85%、 Kappa 0.6)分别提升6%和0.2;与支持向量机方法相比,单体+纹理特征+支持向量机(精度89%、 Kappa 0.7)较单体+支持向量机(精度82%、 Kappa 0.6)提升7%和0.1。实验表明,纹理特征可显著增强对损伤的识别能力,倒塌建筑物的对比度均值较完好建筑降低26%,熵和方差分别增加32%和41%。该方法有效解决了非建筑信息干扰的问题,经形态学滤波处理后孔洞填充率> 95%。文中研究为震后快速评估提供了高精度、可量化的技术支撑,验证了多特征融合与算法协同优化的有效性。 展开更多

在人口老龄化加剧与互联网迅速发展的背景下,互联网对老年人居住安排方式的影响亟待明确。基于2016—2020年中国老年社会追踪调查数据,采用面板Logit模型、工具变量法和倾向得分匹配法,实证研究了老年人互联网使用对其代际同住安排的影... 在人口老龄化加剧与互联网迅速发展的背景下,互联网对老年人居住安排方式的影响亟待明确。基于2016—2020年中国老年社会追踪调查数据,采用面板Logit模型、工具变量法和倾向得分匹配法,实证研究了老年人互联网使用对其代际同住安排的影响。研究表明老年人互联网使用会显著降低代际同住的可能性。这一影响主要通过改变个体禀赋和思想观念发挥作用,在基本养老保障水平较高、城市户籍及受儒家文化影响较弱的老年群体中更加显著,呈现明显的群体异质性。此外,不同类型的互联网活动对代际同住的影响也存在差异。上述发现有助于深入理解互联网时代老年人居住安排方式的变迁趋势,对制定针对性的养老政策具有参考价值。 展开更多

An unsteady load calculation method for the support configuration of a monopile-supported offshore wind turbine is developed based on the Fluent software platform.Firstly,the water wave is generated by imposing the inlet boundary conditions according to the exact potential flow solution.Then the wave evolution is simulated by solving the unsteady incompressible Navier-Stokes(N-S)equations coupled with the volume of fluid method.For the small amplitude wave with reasonable wave parameters,the numerical wave result agrees well with that of the given wave model.Finally,a monopile support configuration is introduced and a CFD-based load calculation method is established to accurately calculate the unsteady load under the combined action of wave and wind.The computed unsteady wave load on a small-size monopile support located in the small amplitude wave flow coincides with that of the Morison formula.The load calculations are also performed on a large-size monopile support and a monopile-supported offshore wind turbine under the combined action of small amplitude wave and wind. 展开更多

针对当前基于S变换的电能质量方法计算开销大、不能实时识别电能质量扰动的问题,提出利用快速S变换与最小二乘支持向量机相结合的识别电能质量干扰新方法。该方法从快速S变换得到的一维向量中提取各频率段模系数的标准偏差、最大模系数... 针对当前基于S变换的电能质量方法计算开销大、不能实时识别电能质量扰动的问题,提出利用快速S变换与最小二乘支持向量机相结合的识别电能质量干扰新方法。该方法从快速S变换得到的一维向量中提取各频率段模系数的标准偏差、最大模系数及额定频率对应的模系数作为特征向量,利用最小二乘支持向量机对电压骤升、电压骤降、电压中断、暂态脉冲、暂态振荡、谐波等几种电能质量干扰进行分类和识别。研究结果表明:与传统的基于S变换的电能质量方法相比,该方法在2个方面节省了时间,一是减少了提取特征量所用的时间,二是由于特征向量数据较少,采用支持向量机样本训练时间减少;特别是当电压扰动信号持续时间越长时节省效率越高,在同样准确性下,对于长度为1 024点的扰动信号,节省了约99%的时间;除此之外,该方法对信号分类的正确率可达98%,同时还具有较高的抗干扰能力。 展开更多
