Owing to process conditions such as uneven clearance of base metal assembly and welding deformation,it is difficult to obtain well-formed structural welds with robot constant specification parameters welding.Determini...Owing to process conditions such as uneven clearance of base metal assembly and welding deformation,it is difficult to obtain well-formed structural welds with robot constant specification parameters welding.Determining how to extract a structured,anti-interference,concise,and dynamic knowledge model from measurable data,and then adjust the welding parameters with corresponding control methods in real time is a central problem to be solved in welding formation control.Hence,this paper proposes a welding penetration control method based on a Neighborhood Rough Set-Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System(NRS-ANFIS)to achieve effective penetration control for the GMAW welding process.In orthogonal experiments,the NRS algorithm,which is based on visual sensing to obtain the properties of the weld pool and gap changes,is used to reduce the established frontal weld pool feature information decision table,and the minimum feature set of the weld pool tail width WTand the tail area coefficient CTSis obtained.The minimum feature set of the effective frontal weld pool,real-time line laser distance change,and real-time current information are used as the input for the ANFIS control system.The experimental results for the two groups of time-varying gaps demonstrate that under the condition of no preheating of the base metal,the complete welding penetration rate of the adjusted welding process parameters output by the trained ANFIS model reaches 87%,and the backside melting width is uniform and consistent,which meets the welding specification requirements.展开更多

The fuzzy entropy based on equivalent relation is extended to generalize the fuzzy entropy based on general binary relation, and the calculating formula and the equivalent expression of the generalized fuzzy entropy are also given. According to the distance between the weight of winner node and the input vector in the real rough sets space, new weight learning rules are defined. The modified method makes the classification of the output of SOM clearer and the intervals of different classes larger. An HN contacts with multiple communities while the comm...Overlapping community detection in a network is a challenging issue which attracts lots of attention in recent years.A notion of hesitant node(HN) is proposed. An HN contacts with multiple communities while the communications are not strong or even accidental, thus the HN holds an implicit community structure.However, HNs are not rare in the real world network. It is important to identify them because they can be efficient hubs which form the overlapping portions of communities or simple attached nodes to some communities. Current approaches have difficulties in identifying and clustering HNs. A density-based rough set model(DBRSM) is proposed by combining the virtue of densitybased algorithms and rough set models. It incorporates the macro perspective of the community structure of the whole network and the micro perspective of the local information held by HNs, which would facilitate the further "growth" of HNs in community. We offer a theoretical support for this model from the point of strength of the trust path. The experiments on the real-world and synthetic datasets show the practical significance of analyzing and clustering the HNs based on DBRSM. Besides, the clustering based on DBRSM promotes the modularity optimization.展开更多

The development status of spatial data mining and knowledge discovery (SDMKD) is presented and data mining techniques in remote sensing were deeply analyzed. Then, SDMKD of TM image are researched using method of rough set, mainly including four methods (rough set, apriori algorithms, inductive learning, clustering). [Result] The proposed method raises efficiency of land use and land reclaim. Based on the SDMKD, the characteristics of TM showed that the information after using rough set is more intensive than that of none. Especially, much better results can be gained while kinds of corps are less than five. [Conclusion] This study laid significant basis for further research on data mining in the growth of crops.展开更多

文摘Dominance-based rough set approach(DRSA) permits representation and analysis of all phenomena involving monotonicity relationship between some measures or perceptions.DRSA has also some merits within granular computing,as it extends the paradigm of granular computing to ordered data,specifies a syntax and modality of information granules which are appropriate for dealing with ordered data,and enables computing with words and reasoning about ordered data.Granular computing with ordered data is a very general paradigm,because other modalities of information constraints,such as veristic,possibilistic and probabilistic modalities,have also to deal with ordered value sets(with qualifiers relative to grades of truth,possibility and probability),which gives DRSA a large area of applications.
