On the basis of th...The studies on prediction of climate in Xinjiang almost show that the precipitation would increase in the coming 50 years, although there were surely some uncertainties in precipitation predictions. On the basis of the structure of glacier system and nature of equilibrium line altitude at steady state （ELAo）, a functional model of the glacier system responding to climate changes was established, and it simultaneously involved the rising of summer mean temperature and increasing of mean precipitation. The results from the functional model under the climatic scenarios with temperature increasing rates of 0.01, 0.03 and 0.05 K/year indicated that the precipitation increasing would play an evident role in glacier system responding to climate change： if temperature become 1 ℃ higher, the precipitation would be increased by 10%, which can slow down the glaciers retreating rate in the area by 4 %, accelerate runoff increasing rate by 8 % and depress the ELAo rising gradient by 24 m in northern Xinjiang glacier system where semi-continental glaciers dominate, while it has corresponding values of only 1%, 5 % and 18m respectively in southern Xinjiang glacier system, where extremely continental glaciers dominate.展开更多

In most open distributed applications, multiple agents need interaction and communication to achieve their overall goal. Coordination technologies for the Internet typically are concerned with enabling interaction among agents and helping them cooperate with each other. At the same time, access control should also be considered to constrain interaction to make it harmless. Access control should be regarded as the security counterpart of coordination. At present, the combination of coordination and access control remains an open problem. Thus, we propose a role Dased coordination model with policy enforcement in agent application systems. In this model, coordination is combined with access control so as to fully characterize the interactions in agent systems. A set of agents interacting with each other for a common global system task constitutes a coordination group. Role based access control is applied in this model to prevent unauthorized accesses. Coordination policy is enforced in a distributed manner so that the model can be applied to the open distributed systems such as Internet. An Internet online auction system is presented as a case study to illustrate the proposed coordination model and finally the performance analysis of the model is introduced.展开更多

Methods: from December 2018 to December 2020, 80 pat...Objective: to explore the role of systematic thinking in general practice of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes in communities. Methods: from December 2018 to December 2020, 80 patients receiving diabetes treatment in our community were selected and divided into two groups on average. The first group was the traditional treatment group, with 40 patients receiving conventional treatment. The second group was the medical diagnosis and treatment group, with 40 patients, who adopted the TCM general practice system thinking diagnosis and treatment mode. Results: the level of HbA1c in the medical treatment group (7.56±0.93) was higher than that in the traditional treatment group (9.74±1.34). The health knowledge awareness (95.51±3.64), nursing satisfaction score (94.52±4.26) and compliance behavior score (95.61±3.13) of the medical diagnosis and treatment group were higher than those of the traditional diagnosis and treatment group, with the health knowledge awareness (85.38±2.53), nursing satisfaction score (84.38±3.52) and compliance behavior score (83. 25±2.12). Conclusion: in the diabetic patients in our community, the systematic thinking diagnosis and treatment mode of TCM general practice has a very good effect, which can improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment in our community, improve the satisfaction of patients and their families, and improve the cooperation of patients to treatment, and has a high promotion value.展开更多

This study examines how organizational support influences the career adaptability of novice university teachers in Guangdong,China,and the mediating role of teacher self-efficacy.Drawing on social cognitive theory and...This study examines how organizational support influences the career adaptability of novice university teachers in Guangdong,China,and the mediating role of teacher self-efficacy.Drawing on social cognitive theory and organizational support theory,we hypothesized that organizational support would positively predict career adaptability through self-efficacy.A cross-sectional survey was conducted with 326 novice teachers(with 1–3 years of teaching experience)from 12 universities in Guangdong.Data were analyzed using correlation analysis,hierarchical regression,and bootstrap.Results showed that:(1)organizational support was positively associated with both self-efficacy(r=0.62,P<0.001)and career adaptability(r=0.58,P<0.001);(2)self-efficacy fully mediated the relationship between organizational support and career adaptability(indirect effect=0.24,95%CI[0.18,0.31]),with a partial reduction in the direct effect fromβ=0.35 toβ=0.17(P<0.05);(3)female teachers reported higher self-efficacy than males(P<0.05),and teachers with 2 years of experience showed significantly higher adaptability than those with 1 year(P<0.05).The findings highlight the critical role of self-efficacy in translating organizational support into adaptability,providing empirical evidence for universities to design targeted support strategies.展开更多

The first group was the traditional treatment group, with 40 patients receiving conventional treatment. The second group was the medical diagnosis and treatment group, with 40 patients, who adopted the TCM general practice system thinking diagnosis and treatment mode. Results: the level of HbA1c in the medical treatment group (7.56±0.93) was higher than that in the traditional treatment group (9.74±1.34). The health knowledge awareness (95.51±3.64), nursing satisfaction score (94.52±4.26) and compliance behavior score (95.61±3.13) of the medical diagnosis and treatment group were higher than those of the traditional diagnosis and treatment group, with the health knowledge awareness (85.38±2.53), nursing satisfaction score (84.38±3.52) and compliance behavior score (83. 25±2.12). Conclusion: in the diabetic patients in our community, the systematic thinking diagnosis and treatment mode of TCM general practice has a very good effect, which can improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment in our community, improve the satisfaction of patients and their families, and improve the cooperation of patients to treatment, and has a high promotion value.

文摘This article expounds the economic characteristics of circular agricultural technology.Since the circular agricultural technology has characteristics and externality of public goods,the government participation is necessary in building the technology system of circular agriculture,in order to avoid "free rider" behavior in the consumption of public goods and internalize externality.We analyze the orientation of government's role in building the technology system of circular agriculture:the government is the leader,designer,organizer and regulator in building the technology system of circular agriculture;the government orientates the four roles precisely in building the technology system of circular agriculture,to ensure that they do not cross the line,but be indispensable all the while.
文摘This study examines the role adaptation of rural primary school teachers through a literature review,summarizing the current research on general practice teachers and identifying emerging trends.Interviews were conducted with four rural primary school teachers,revealing key challenges:an incomplete understanding of their responsibilities as head teachers,a lack of theoretical and practical guidance in their role as learners,and insufficient research skills in their role as researchers.To address these issues,the study recommends reducing the number of subjects taught by general practice teachers in rural primary schools and providing targeted training,strengthening professional guidance and improving compensation,offering high-quality learning resources and encouraging further education,and establishing educational alliances to enhance teachers’research capabilities.
文摘The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence(AI)and automation has significantly transformed the accounting profession,shifting the role of accountants from routine data processors to strategic decision makers and ethical stewards of technology.This conceptual study explores how AI and automation are reshaping accounting tasks,transforming required competencies,and redefining professional responsibilities.By analyzing relevant literature and theoretical frameworks,this paper identifies the evolving skill sets,both technical such as data analytics and AI literacy,and nontechnical such as critical thinking and ethical judgment,that are essential for modern accountants.The study also emphasizes the importance of continuous education,ethical integrity,and adaptive learning in navigating the digital transformation of accounting.Ultimately,this paper contributes to a deeper understanding of how accountants can maintain relevance and add value in an increasingly automated and data driven environment.

文摘This study examines how organizational support influences the career adaptability of novice university teachers in Guangdong,China,and the mediating role of teacher self-efficacy.Drawing on social cognitive theory and organizational support theory,we hypothesized that organizational support would positively predict career adaptability through self-efficacy.A cross-sectional survey was conducted with 326 novice teachers(with 1–3 years of teaching experience)from 12 universities in Guangdong.Data were analyzed using correlation analysis,hierarchical regression,and bootstrap.Results showed that:(1)organizational support was positively associated with both self-efficacy(r=0.62,P<0.001)and career adaptability(r=0.58,P<0.001);(2)self-efficacy fully mediated the relationship between organizational support and career adaptability(indirect effect=0.24,95%CI[0.18,0.31]),with a partial reduction in the direct effect fromβ=0.35 toβ=0.17(P<0.05);(3)female teachers reported higher self-efficacy than males(P<0.05),and teachers with 2 years of experience showed significantly higher adaptability than those with 1 year(P<0.05).The findings highlight the critical role of self-efficacy in translating organizational support into adaptability,providing empirical evidence for universities to design targeted support strategies.
