Uncovering the evolution process of rural revitalization level(RRL)in China and elucidating the complex driving mechanism hold significant implications for implementing rural revitalization strategy and advancing rura...Uncovering the evolution process of rural revitalization level(RRL)in China and elucidating the complex driving mechanism hold significant implications for implementing rural revitalization strategy and advancing rural modernization.This study analyzes the spatio-temporal evolution of China's RRL from 2002 to 2022 and reveals its complex driving mechanism.The results show that China's RRL steadily increased from 0.1083 to 0.4463,and the provincial RRL exhibited the characteristic of decreasing successively in the eastern region,the central region,and the western region.The overall differences of RRL are shrinking,and intra-group differences contribute almost 1/3 of the overall variation,more than the contribution of inter-group differences.Although the influencing factors show nonlinear characteristics,on the whole,economic level and human capital exhibit positive effects,while relief degree,urbanization,industrialization,and opening degree exhibit negative effects.Farmland resources and investment intensity exhibit the characteristics of positive effect and negative effect equilibrium.At the regional scale,influencing factors exhibit significant spatio-temporal heterogeneity.In the future,to achieve comprehensive rural revitalization,it is vital to implement systemic policy measures,such as enhancing industrial competitiveness,supplementing rural talents,and optimizing the relations between urban and rural areas as well as between industry and agriculture.展开更多
Jiangsu,a Chinese province that actively pursues both economic progress and rural cultural protection within China’s new Rural Revitalization Strategy,is both a testbed of social engineering regarding the establishme...Jiangsu,a Chinese province that actively pursues both economic progress and rural cultural protection within China’s new Rural Revitalization Strategy,is both a testbed of social engineering regarding the establishment of modernization and the fusion of economic development and cultural heritage preservation.This work seeks to theoretically examine the dynamics of rural Chinese social,economic,and cultural structures from both macro and micro levels with a micro-level case study,to better understand what is the economic productivity and cultural revival in contemporary China,and more importantly,why they may not have optimal potential.Data came from 3-week trips to Huishan Ancient Town,Hongcun village in Huizhou,Changxing county in Anhui,and Zhouzhuang village in Suzhou,as well as from 18+primary and secondary literature surveys and country-level data such as annual China’s No.1 Central Document policies.Structural problems(lack of policy enforcement or implementation regarding cultural protection,improper waste and pollution,loose control of building)and well-functioning models of collaboration(relying upon cultures as engines to drive the local economy)of rural areas in China’s urban economy are highlighted here for proper understanding and examination of data sets.Case analysis through quantitative interpretations of policy measures,cross-sectoral model collaborations,and sustainability factors’impacts are applied in an integrated form to a novel structure of rural governance(bottom-up community innovation,technology-enhanced data capital,monetary reform regarding cultural heritage,adaptive policy design for optimal human well-being)that pushes for rural development in China’s contemporary background.展开更多

文摘This paper examines the transformation and development of the Xinhui Chenpi industry under the rural revitalization strategy in China.The study highlights the significant growth of the industry,with the annual production of chenpi reaching approximately 7,000 tons and the total output value surpassing 26 billion yuan in 2024.The paper proposes strategies to foster sustainable growth in industries facing challenges such as inefficient production processes,inconsistent product quality,and a lack of policy awareness among operators.These strategies include optimizing support policies,enhancing regulatory frameworks,and leveraging digital technologies for brand building and market expansion.The research contributes to understanding the development trajectory of the Xinhui Chenpi industry and provides insights for policymakers and industry practitioners.
文摘The marketization of rural land factors is the fundamental solution to deepening rural reform and revitalizing rural development.Drawing on the theory of marketization of rural land factors,this paper examines its beneficial impact on promoting rural revitalization and identifies the existing bottlenecks that hinder the progress of land marketization.Furthermore,it proposes policy recommendations aimed at enhancing the property rights system,establishing robust transaction mechanisms,and innovating land use models to activate rural land resources and advance comprehensive rural revitalization.
文摘In light of the swift advancement of China’s domestic social economy,the sustainable development of urban areas,the restoration of urban cultural contexts,the activation of urban cultural gene and space,and the progression of cities towards renewal,innovation,and development are inextricably linked to the evolution of urban culture.This encompasses the development of urban cultural ecology,urban cultural spaces,and the enhancement of urban cultural soft power.Furthermore,international cultural exchanges,interactions,and trade can significantly contribute to the advancement of urban culture.The physical manifestation of urban culture is represented by urban historical heritage space.A comprehensive integration,analysis,and synthesis of various literatures concerning urban historical heritage spaces reveal that the cultural value of these spaces is intrinsically linked to urban culture.Additionally,the revitalization strategies for urban historical heritage space are evident in the propaganda,activation,and cultivation of urban culture.

文摘The integration of industry and education can not only give full play to the leading role of talents in rural revitalization,promote the development of social resources such as science and technology,industry,culture,education,and medical care,but also provide strong momentum for the rural revitalization strategy,and comprehensively promote rural construction in the new era.This paper analyzes the significance and problems of cultivating talents for rural revitalization through the integration of industry and education in higher vocational education,and makes a preliminary exploration on the countermeasures from three aspects:strengthening top-level design to connect education with rural areas,establishing a diversified training mechanism to meet talent needs,and innovating cooperation models to shorten the distance between schools and villages.
文摘This paper focuses on rural music education in the context of rural revitalization,deeply analyzes its current resource situation,and points out that tangible resources face shortages of teachers,inappropriate textbooks,and outdated teaching facilities,while intangible resources are confronted with the loss of folk music culture and the weakening of educational foundations due to cultural ecological changes.Resources are characterized by dispersion,scarcity,and inefficient utilization.In response to these difficulties,this paper proposes integration paths for teachers,textbooks,teaching facilities,and folk music culture resources.Additionally,it constructs a diversified development model that combines rural tourism with music activities,develops characteristic music education industries,and integrates rural cultural construction.Simultaneously,it identifies funding shortages and outdated concepts as major obstacles and proposes targeted strategies such as expanding funding channels and changing inherent concepts.The aim is to promote the development of rural music education and contribute to the revitalization of rural culture.

文摘With the acceleration of urban and rural development,the problem of rural idle residential land has become increasingly prominent,and its effective revitalization and utilization is of great significance for optimizing the allocation of land resources and promoting the sustainable development of rural economy.Based on the performance evaluation of the revitalization and utilization of rural idle residential land in previous studies,this paper discusses the theoretical framework and method system of the current evaluation system.This study first defines the concept connotations of rural idle residential land and their revitalization and utilization.It then summarizes the progress of domestic and international research on performance evaluation,and sorts out and explores the existing relevant research methods for land performance performance by domestic scholars,thereby making the reflective summary of the performance evaluation on the revitalization and utilization of rural idle residential land,and pointing out the possible future research direction.
文摘Village revitalization is a major development strategy in China,where village planning plays as its critical component.Taking village planning of De’an County in Jiangxi Province as an example,this paper explored the significant importance of village planning in promoting rural revitalization along with its corresponding promote mechanisms.Through in-depth research on the detailed situation of village planning and implementation in Jiangxi,this paper summarized that some challenges exist,including backward planning,poor planning consciousness,difficulties in planning implementation.Based on these findings,the paper analyzed the challenges of village land resource scarcity,village images lacking in uniqueness features,and insufficient rural infrastructure construction.Furthermore,it proposed strategies such as taking the lead in planning from the beginning,advancing practical implementation at a high level,adhering to bottom-line thinking,and coordinating high-quality rural land protection and development,applying strategies such as ecological and pleasant living,building villages suitable for living and working,and construction of beautiful countryside,aiming to provide valuable reference for related research fields.

文摘After the release of the No.1 central document in 2021,the process of rural revitalization has accelerated.In this context,the construction of agricultural industry brands has become a key measure to promote regional agricultural development and achieve rural economic prosperity.In this paper,Xixiangtang District in Nanning City is taken as the research object,and the paths and countermeasures of local universities in Guangxi to assist in the construction of regional agricultural industry brands are deeply analyzed.By analyzing the current situation of characteristic agricultural brand construction in Nanning City and Xixiangtang District,it is found that there are problems such as insufficient exploration of characteristic agricultural brands and regional cultural characteristics,insufficient support for agricultural industry production entities,needing to strengthen government guidance services,and insufficient utilization of scientific and technological research and development advantages.In response to this,assistance countermeasures and suggestions for local universities in Guangxi are proposed in building regional public brands for agricultural products,improving the modern agricultural industry service system,providing technical support and talent cultivation,promoting the development of characteristic agricultural industries through scientific research institution and enterprise linkage,and assisting enterprises in expanding sales channels in all aspects.

文摘The Rural Revitalization Investment Fund serves as a crucial financial instrument for advancing rural revitalization and promoting common prosperity.It aims to address financing and land-use challenges faced by rural industries through financial support while fostering coordinated industrial development.The fund primarily operates through equity direct investment and the“mother fund+direct investment”model,with an increasing emphasis on combining government guidance with social capital participation.However,challenges persist,including a shortage of professional talent,insufficient institutional innovation,and weak industrial foundations in rural areas.To enhance the fund’s effectiveness,it is recommended to strengthen professional team management,clearly define its strategic positioning,implement strict supervision,innovate operational mechanisms,and prioritize environmental and social responsibility.These measures will ensure that the fund contributes to rural revitalization while promoting sustainable development and common prosperity.

文摘In the context of the rural revitalization strategy and the"High-Quality Development Project for Hundreds of Counties,Thousands of Towns,and Myriads of Villages",the integration of industry and education in environmental protection majors at universities needs to focus on"demand orientation,technology drive,and collaborative education"as its core.Through curriculum restructuring,joint platform construction,technology empowerment,and policy support,it should form a virtuous cycle of"education chain-industry chain-innovation chain".Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,the present explores practical teaching paths for industry-education integration,including:establishing moral education as the fundamental task for talent cultivation under the rural revitalization strategy;strengthening innovation in curriculum systems and teaching models;implementing a dual-mentor guidance system combining enterprise and academic instructors;adopting comprehensive evaluation systems that integrate theory and practice;improving practical teaching monitoring systems to steadily enhance teaching quality;and effectively strengthening the construction of university-enterprise cooperative bases.
文摘This article focuses on the challenges of rural economic development under the strategy of rural revitalization,and deeply analyzes the current situation of rural economic development.Research has found that although the rural revitalization strategy has achieved significant results in improving residents’quality of life,promoting agricultural modernization,it still faces challenges such as severe loss of human resources,insufficient agricultural technological innovation,and backward infrastructure construction.In response to these challenges,this paper proposes optimization strategies from three aspects:strengthening rural education and talent team construction,promoting agricultural technology innovation and achievement transformation,and increasing investment in rural infrastructure construction.

文摘The construction of rural cultural auditorium is conducive to gathering local popularity,excavating history and continuing civilization,and it has become a powerful driving force for cultural revitalization in rural revitalization.However,the development of"Rural Cultural Auditorium"encountered many problems so far.From the perspective of rural cultural revitalization,and under the background of the new socialist rural cultural construction in China,this paper takes the rural cultural auditorium as the topic.The field questionnaire survey and semi-structured interview were constructed in Village A and Village B of Zhejiang Province,.SPSS software is used to analyze the collected questionnaire data.On the basis of combing related concepts and theories,it summs up the problems of"rural cultural auditorium",such as the existence of cultural auditorium,low participation rate of cultural auditorium activities,poor information communication,etc.Through visiting and investigating,going deep into the local area,according solutions are put forward such as increasing content diversity,paying attention to publicity and increasing interaction,so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of rural cultural auditorium.It is hoped that this paper will explore the significance of the construction of rural cultural auditorium to the revitalization of rural culture in China,and put forward ideas on how to further build rural cultural auditorium,so as to provide reference for rural cultural construction services.
