Hydraulic rolling reshaper is an advanced reshaping tool to solve the problem of casing deformation,which has been widely used in recent years.When it is used for well repair operation,the reshaping force provided by ...Hydraulic rolling reshaper is an advanced reshaping tool to solve the problem of casing deformation,which has been widely used in recent years.When it is used for well repair operation,the reshaping force provided by ground devices is generally determined by experience.However,too large reshaping force may destroy the deformed casing,and too small reshaping force may also prolong the construction period and affect the repairing effect.In this paper,based on Hertz contact theory and elastic-plastic theory,combined with the process parameters of shaping,and considering the structural characteristics of the deformed casing and reshaper,we propose a mathematical model for calculating the reshaping force required for repairing deformed casing by hydraulic rolling reshaper.Meanwhile,the finite element model and numerical method of hydraulic rolling reshaper repairing deformed casing are established by using the finite element method,and the reliability of the mathematical model is verified by several examples.On this basis,the control variable method is used to investigate the influence of each parameter on the reshaping force,and the influence degree of each parameter is explored by orthogonal simulation test and Pearson correlation analysis.The research results not only provide an important theoretical basis for the prediction of reshaping force in on-site construction,but also provide a reference for the subsequent improvement of the shaping process.展开更多

Obesity is a chronic,multifactorial disease closely linked to a spectrum of cardiometabolic disorders,with its global prevalence rising at an alarming rate.In recent years,minimally invasive,safe,and effective endosco...Obesity is a chronic,multifactorial disease closely linked to a spectrum of cardiometabolic disorders,with its global prevalence rising at an alarming rate.In recent years,minimally invasive,safe,and effective endoscopic bariatric therapies have gained significant attention as alternatives to conventional surgical interventions.This review provides a comprehensive overview of various endoscopic weight-loss procedures,evaluating their advantages and limitations in comparison to surgical approaches to assist clinicians in optimizing patientspecific treatment strategies.Endoscopic bariatric therapies,including intragastric balloons,duodenal-jejunal bypass sleeves,endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty,gastric remodeling procedures,and interventions aimed at delaying gastric emptying are systematically reviewed.The efficacy,safety profiles,and clinical applicability are all synthesized.Endoscopic bariatric therapies exhibit distinct advantages and limitations,with varying indications and contraindications.As part of a multidisciplinary approach to obesity management,these procedures should be integrated with lifestyle modifications and nutritional counseling to maximize therapeutic benefits.Future research should focus on the long-term efficacy,safety,and patient-reported outcomes to refine clinical practice and optimize the role of endoscopic interventions in obesity treatment.展开更多
Vibrational strong coupling(VSC)provides a promising way towards not only enhanced control of infrared light but also reshaping of molecular properties,which opens up unprecedented opportunities in ultrasensitive infr...Vibrational strong coupling(VSC)provides a promising way towards not only enhanced control of infrared light but also reshaping of molecular properties,which opens up unprecedented opportunities in ultrasensitive infrared spectroscopy,modification of chemical reactions,and exploration of nonlinear quantum effects.Surface plasmon resonance,excited on simple plasmonic resonators in the infrared,has been demonstrated as a means to realize VSC,but suffers from either limited quality factor for realizing large Rabi splitting or poor reconfigurability for precise detuning control.Here we propose and experimentally demonstrate,for the first time,an on-chip plasmonic resonator based on degeneracy breaking of Wood’s anomaly for VSC.Leveraging the low damping rate of the surface state induced by this degeneracy breaking,we achieve a plasmonic resonance with a high-Q factor exceeding~110,resulting in a Rabi splitting up to~112 cm^(-1) with a subwavelength molecular layer.Additionally,the dispersion of the surface state allows for precise control over VSC detuning by simply adjusting the incident angle of excitation light,even in the absence of photons,enabling a broad detuning range up to 300 cm^(-1).These experimental results align well with our analytical model and numerical simulation.This work provides a promising integrated platform for VSC,with various potential applications in on-chip spectroscopy,polariton chemistry,and polariton devices.展开更多

One such recent advance is the introduction of intrgastric balloons. In this article, we discuss the recently Food and Drug Administration approved following balloons for weight loss: the Orbera? Intragastric Balloon System(Apollo Endosurgery Inc, Austin, TX, United States), the Re Shape? Integrated Dual Balloon System(Re Shape Medical, Inc., San Clemente, CA, United States), and the Obalon(Obalon? Therapeutics, Inc.). The individual features of each of these balloons, the method of introduction and removal, and the expected weight loss and possible complications are discussed. The availability of commercial, clinical, and operative therapies for weight management have not been effective at a societal level. Endoscopic bariatric therapy is gaining acceptance as more effective than diet and lifestyle measures, and less invasive than bariatric surgery. Various endoscopic therapies are analogues of the restrictive or bypass components of bariatric surgery, utilizing gastric remodeling or intestinal anastomosis to achieve proven weight loss and metabolic benefits. Others, such as aspiration therapy, employnovel mechanisms of action. Intragastric balloons have recently been approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration, and a number of other technologies have completed large multicenter trials(such as AspireA ssist aspiration therapy and Primary Obesity Surgery Endolumenal). Endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty and transoral outlet reduction for endoscopic revision of gastric bypass have proven safe and effective in a number of studies. As devices are approved for use, data will continue to accumulate for safety, effectiveness, and cost effectiveness. Bariatric endoscopists should be prepared to appropriately target and apply various endoscopic bariatric therapies in the context of a comprehensive long-term weight management program.展开更多

The guidance law is first developed with the prior-assumption of a stationary target, which is followed by the practical extension to a maneuvering target scenario. To derive the closed-form guidance law, the trajectory reshaping technique is utilized and it results in defining a specific polynomial function with two unknown coefficients. These coefficients are determined to satisfy the impact time and angle constraints as well as the zero miss distance. Furthermore, the proposed guidance law has three additional guidance gains as design parameters which make it possible to adjust the guided trajectory according to the operational conditions and missile's capability. In this pa...An actual ecological predator-prey system often undergoes random environmental mutations owing to the impact of natural disasters and man-made destruction, which may destroy the balance between the species. In this paper,the stochastic dynamics of the nonlinear predator-prey system considering random environmental mutations is investigated, and a feedback control strategy is proposed to reshape the response of the predator-prey system against random abrupt environmental mutations. A delayed Markov jump system(MJS) is established to model such a predator-prey system. A novel first integral is constructed which leads to better approximation solutions of the ecosystem. Then, by applying the stochastic averaging method based on this novel first integral, the stochastic response of the predator-prey system is investigated, and an analytical feedback control is designed to reshape the response of the ecosystem from the disturbed state back to the undisturbed one.Numerical simulations finally illustrate the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed procedure.展开更多

The homodimeric kinesin-2 protein KIF17 functions in intracellular transport and spermiogenesis in mammals.However,its role in fish spermiogenesis has not been reported.Here,we aimed to clone full-length kif17 cDNA an...The homodimeric kinesin-2 protein KIF17 functions in intracellular transport and spermiogenesis in mammals.However,its role in fish spermiogenesis has not been reported.Here,we aimed to clone full-length kif17 cDNA and determine the molecular characteristics and expression patterns of KIF17 in Larimichthys polyactis spermiogenesis.The full-length cDNA of L.polyactis kif17(Lp-kif17)was sequenced and found to contain a 332-bp 5′untranslated region,480-bp 3′untranslated region,and 2433-bp open reading frame encoding 810 amino acids.Bioinformatics analyses showed that L.polyactis KIF17(Lp-KIF17)shared high sequence similarity with homologs in other animals and possessed an N-terminal motor domain with microtubule-binding sites and adenosine triphosphate(ATP)hydrolysis sites,a stalk domain containing two coiled-coil regions,and a C-terminal tail domain.The Lp-kif17 mRNA was widely expressed in various tissues,with the highest level in the brain,followed by that in the testis.Fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH)analysis revealed that Lp-kif17 was continuously expressed in spermiogenesis,showing that it had potential functions in this process.Using immunofluorescence(IF)analysis,we found that Lp-KIF17 colocalized with tubulin and was transferred from the perinuclear cytoplasm to the side of spermatid where the tail forms during spermiogenesis.These findings suggested that KIF17 is involved in L.polyactis spermiogenesis.In particular,it may participate in nuclear shaping and tail formation by interacting with perinuclear microtubules during spermatid reshaping.In addition to providing evidence for the role of KIF17 in fish spermatid reshaping,this study provides important data for studies of reproductive biology in L.polyactis.展开更多
Objective To explore the efficiency of endoscopic septoplasty with submucous resection for the treatment of 220 patients with deviated nasal septum and report our experience in this field.Methods From May 2006 to May ...Objective To explore the efficiency of endoscopic septoplasty with submucous resection for the treatment of 220 patients with deviated nasal septum and report our experience in this field.Methods From May 2006 to May 2010,220 patients with deviated nasal septum were treated by endoscopic septoplasty with submucous resection to decompress the stress points,resect the deviated parts and implant the reshaped bone of nasal septum,while retaining the normal structure of nasal septum with minimally invasive technique.Results Satisfactory effects were achieved in all the 220 patients,showing centered septal structure and disappeared symptoms such as nasal obstruction,headache and nasal hemorrhage,but no complications including perforation of nasal septum,depressed nasal bridge and septal chalasia and flaring.Conclusion Rhino-endoscopic septoplasty with submucous resection can substantially retain the original structure of nasal septum and thus is proven to be a desirable operation with multiple advantages including minimal invasiveness,quicker healing and fewer complications.展开更多

Although gold nanospheres are stable towards thermal treatment, the decomposition of the gold nanorods into spherical nanoparticle aggregates upon thermal treatment is mechanistically different from the case of nanoprisms. Great enhancement of thermal stability is achieved by modifying the surface of the nanoparticles by adding specific amounts of polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) after preparation of gold particles of different shapes capped with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB). The surface plasmon resonance spectra of the gold nanostructures are used to monitor their morphological changes. In regards to the hot carrier dynamics, it is found that the phonon-phonon (ph-ph) coupling is much slower in dots than in rods and prisms while electron-phonon (e-ph) coupling is almost the same in these particles.展开更多

Economic transition is clouded by the following possibilities: (1)falling share of industrial seetor through industrial depression and weakening growth momentum caused by the large urbanization costs; (2) the subordination of service sector as a result of nearly irreversibly industrial professional, which falters the process of service sector transition and upgrading," (3) inefficient knowledge production allocation and human capital upgrade due to the absence of incentivized compensation of knowledge consumption. We suggest that a country should reshape its efficiency model by upgrading knowledge factor and human capital as the pre-requisite. Given the dilemmas of transition, China should take the faetorization trend of service sector and reshape efficiency model through institutional reform, ensuring that service sector will develop in tandem with industrial sector.展开更多

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the central government has implemented several regional development plans,including the Belt and Road Initiative and the Yangtze River Economic Belt,ai...Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the central government has implemented several regional development plans,including the Belt and Road Initiative and the Yangtze River Economic Belt,aiming to reshape the economic geography of China.This paper is based on the Belt and Road Initiative and the Yangtze River Economic Belt and outlines the pattern of opening up.To analyze the impact of the pattern of opening up on the regional integration of China's economic geography,this paper has developed a new economic geography model comprised of four regions and two countries.From this,it draws some conclusions.First,the change of pattern of opening up will lead to shifting centripetal and centrifugal forces from the international market.The greater the scale of neighboring markets,the stronger the agglomeration force will be; the more product varieties made in neighboring countries,the more potent its dispersion force.Second,developing an inland international trade corridor will decentralize industry distribution and reduce the impact of external market integration on home countries.Third,the inland international trade corridor could alter the effect of domestic market integration on the economic geography.When domestic integration occurs prior to international integration,further integration of a domestic market leads to greater industrial distribution along a bell-shaped curve,which describes economic activities from dispersion to agglomeration to decentralization.Therefore,developing an integrated market system of major countries and opening a corridor between China and Europe is not only the key to reshaping China's economic geography but also the path to solving the problems of the Heihe-Tengchong Line.展开更多

文摘Probability theory and mathematical statistics are fundamental courses for various majors in science and engineering.In response to the current teaching situation,we should integrate theory with practice,implement teaching reform,and carry out teaching innovation.The article carries out blended teaching with deep integration of online and offline modes and within and outside of class,constructing innovative measures of“four integrations and four reshaping.”The article conducts diversified evaluations to stimulate learning motivation and help achieve talent cultivation goals.Through the close integration of probability theory and mathematical statistics course teaching with professional education and practical application,the“three-in-one”teaching goal of value shaping,ability cultivation,and knowledge exploration is achieved.The fundamental task of“cultivating morality and talents”is implemented.
文摘The field of medical and surgical weight loss is undergoing an explosion of new techniques and devices. A lot of these are geared towards endoscopic approaches rather than the conventional and more invasive laparoscopic or open approach. One such recent advance is the introduction of intrgastric balloons. In this article, we discuss the recently Food and Drug Administration approved following balloons for weight loss: the Orbera? Intragastric Balloon System(Apollo Endosurgery Inc, Austin, TX, United States), the Re Shape? Integrated Dual Balloon System(Re Shape Medical, Inc., San Clemente, CA, United States), and the Obalon(Obalon? Therapeutics, Inc.). The individual features of each of these balloons, the method of introduction and removal, and the expected weight loss and possible complications are discussed. This review of the various balloons highlights the innovation in the field of weight loss.
文摘Obesity and its comorbidities- including diabetes and obstructive sleep apnea- have taken a large and increasing toll on the United States and the rest of the world. The availability of commercial, clinical, and operative therapies for weight management have not been effective at a societal level. Endoscopic bariatric therapy is gaining acceptance as more effective than diet and lifestyle measures, and less invasive than bariatric surgery. Various endoscopic therapies are analogues of the restrictive or bypass components of bariatric surgery, utilizing gastric remodeling or intestinal anastomosis to achieve proven weight loss and metabolic benefits. Others, such as aspiration therapy, employnovel mechanisms of action. Intragastric balloons have recently been approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration, and a number of other technologies have completed large multicenter trials(such as AspireA ssist aspiration therapy and Primary Obesity Surgery Endolumenal). Endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty and transoral outlet reduction for endoscopic revision of gastric bypass have proven safe and effective in a number of studies. As devices are approved for use, data will continue to accumulate for safety, effectiveness, and cost effectiveness. Bariatric endoscopists should be prepared to appropriately target and apply various endoscopic bariatric therapies in the context of a comprehensive long-term weight management program.

文摘This study presents a novel impact time and angle constrained guidance law for homing missiles. The guidance law is first developed with the prior-assumption of a stationary target, which is followed by the practical extension to a maneuvering target scenario. To derive the closed-form guidance law, the trajectory reshaping technique is utilized and it results in defining a specific polynomial function with two unknown coefficients. These coefficients are determined to satisfy the impact time and angle constraints as well as the zero miss distance. Furthermore, the proposed guidance law has three additional guidance gains as design parameters which make it possible to adjust the guided trajectory according to the operational conditions and missile's capability. 文摘An actual ecological predator-prey system often undergoes random environmental mutations owing to the impact of natural disasters and man-made destruction, which may destroy the balance between the species. In this paper,the stochastic dynamics of the nonlinear predator-prey system considering random environmental mutations is investigated, and a feedback control strategy is proposed to reshape the response of the predator-prey system against random abrupt environmental mutations. A delayed Markov jump system(MJS) is established to model such a predator-prey system. A novel first integral is constructed which leads to better approximation solutions of the ecosystem. Then, by applying the stochastic averaging method based on this novel first integral, the stochastic response of the predator-prey system is investigated, and an analytical feedback control is designed to reshape the response of the ecosystem from the disturbed state back to the undisturbed one.Numerical simulations finally illustrate the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed procedure.

文摘Developmental dysplasia of hip seriously affects the health of children,and pelvic osteotomy is an important part of surgical treatment.Improving the shape of the acetabulum,preventing or delaying the progression of osteoarthritis is the ultimate goal of pelvic osteotomies.Re-directional osteotomies,reshaping osteotomies and salvage osteotomies are the three most common types of pelvic osteotomy.The influence of different pelvic osteotomy on acetabular morphology is different,and the acetabular morphology after osteotomy is closely related to the prognosis of the patients.But there lacks comparison of acetabular morphology between different pelvic osteotomies,on the basis of retrospective analysis and measurable imaging indicators,this study predicted the acetabular shape after developmental dysplasia of the hip pelvic osteotomy in order to help clinicians make reasonable and correct decisions and improve the planning and performance of pelvic osteotomy.

文摘The homodimeric kinesin-2 protein KIF17 functions in intracellular transport and spermiogenesis in mammals.However,its role in fish spermiogenesis has not been reported.Here,we aimed to clone full-length kif17 cDNA and determine the molecular characteristics and expression patterns of KIF17 in Larimichthys polyactis spermiogenesis.The full-length cDNA of L.polyactis kif17(Lp-kif17)was sequenced and found to contain a 332-bp 5′untranslated region,480-bp 3′untranslated region,and 2433-bp open reading frame encoding 810 amino acids.Bioinformatics analyses showed that L.polyactis KIF17(Lp-KIF17)shared high sequence similarity with homologs in other animals and possessed an N-terminal motor domain with microtubule-binding sites and adenosine triphosphate(ATP)hydrolysis sites,a stalk domain containing two coiled-coil regions,and a C-terminal tail domain.The Lp-kif17 mRNA was widely expressed in various tissues,with the highest level in the brain,followed by that in the testis.Fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH)analysis revealed that Lp-kif17 was continuously expressed in spermiogenesis,showing that it had potential functions in this process.Using immunofluorescence(IF)analysis,we found that Lp-KIF17 colocalized with tubulin and was transferred from the perinuclear cytoplasm to the side of spermatid where the tail forms during spermiogenesis.These findings suggested that KIF17 is involved in L.polyactis spermiogenesis.In particular,it may participate in nuclear shaping and tail formation by interacting with perinuclear microtubules during spermatid reshaping.In addition to providing evidence for the role of KIF17 in fish spermatid reshaping,this study provides important data for studies of reproductive biology in L.polyactis.
文摘Objective To explore the efficiency of endoscopic septoplasty with submucous resection for the treatment of 220 patients with deviated nasal septum and report our experience in this field.Methods From May 2006 to May 2010,220 patients with deviated nasal septum were treated by endoscopic septoplasty with submucous resection to decompress the stress points,resect the deviated parts and implant the reshaped bone of nasal septum,while retaining the normal structure of nasal septum with minimally invasive technique.Results Satisfactory effects were achieved in all the 220 patients,showing centered septal structure and disappeared symptoms such as nasal obstruction,headache and nasal hemorrhage,but no complications including perforation of nasal septum,depressed nasal bridge and septal chalasia and flaring.Conclusion Rhino-endoscopic septoplasty with submucous resection can substantially retain the original structure of nasal septum and thus is proven to be a desirable operation with multiple advantages including minimal invasiveness,quicker healing and fewer complications.

文摘The combining site of OKT3 was modeled,and Human Ig LS1 and ND were selected asacceptors of CDRs of OKT3 VL and VH to construct a reshaping antibody against CD3.Bycomparing OKT3,LS1 and ND,with their own family sequences,some residues werechanged and the reshaping VL and VH genes were designed.The full VH gene was assem-bled in three steps with eight chemically synthesized oligonucleotide fragments using over-lapping PCR and sequenced.The VH gene was expressed as active protein and inclusion bod-ies in the vectors of pCOMB3 and pGEX-4T-1 by ELISA and Western blot analysis.
文摘Anisotropic shapes of gold nanoparticles are prepared using a modified seed method in the presence of silver ions or clusters in order to study the thermal stability and the dynamics of the hot carriers induced by femtosecond laser pulses. Although gold nanospheres are stable towards thermal treatment, the decomposition of the gold nanorods into spherical nanoparticle aggregates upon thermal treatment is mechanistically different from the case of nanoprisms. Great enhancement of thermal stability is achieved by modifying the surface of the nanoparticles by adding specific amounts of polyvinyl pyrrolidone (PVP) after preparation of gold particles of different shapes capped with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB). The surface plasmon resonance spectra of the gold nanostructures are used to monitor their morphological changes. In regards to the hot carrier dynamics, it is found that the phonon-phonon (ph-ph) coupling is much slower in dots than in rods and prisms while electron-phonon (e-ph) coupling is almost the same in these particles.

文摘The transition from middle-income to high-income stage is fraught with risks of growth divergence. Economic transition is clouded by the following possibilities: (1)falling share of industrial seetor through industrial depression and weakening growth momentum caused by the large urbanization costs; (2) the subordination of service sector as a result of nearly irreversibly industrial professional, which falters the process of service sector transition and upgrading," (3) inefficient knowledge production allocation and human capital upgrade due to the absence of incentivized compensation of knowledge consumption. We suggest that a country should reshape its efficiency model by upgrading knowledge factor and human capital as the pre-requisite. Given the dilemmas of transition, China should take the faetorization trend of service sector and reshape efficiency model through institutional reform, ensuring that service sector will develop in tandem with industrial sector.

文摘Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the central government has implemented several regional development plans,including the Belt and Road Initiative and the Yangtze River Economic Belt,aiming to reshape the economic geography of China.This paper is based on the Belt and Road Initiative and the Yangtze River Economic Belt and outlines the pattern of opening up.To analyze the impact of the pattern of opening up on the regional integration of China's economic geography,this paper has developed a new economic geography model comprised of four regions and two countries.From this,it draws some conclusions.First,the change of pattern of opening up will lead to shifting centripetal and centrifugal forces from the international market.The greater the scale of neighboring markets,the stronger the agglomeration force will be; the more product varieties made in neighboring countries,the more potent its dispersion force.Second,developing an inland international trade corridor will decentralize industry distribution and reduce the impact of external market integration on home countries.Third,the inland international trade corridor could alter the effect of domestic market integration on the economic geography.When domestic integration occurs prior to international integration,further integration of a domestic market leads to greater industrial distribution along a bell-shaped curve,which describes economic activities from dispersion to agglomeration to decentralization.Therefore,developing an integrated market system of major countries and opening a corridor between China and Europe is not only the key to reshaping China's economic geography but also the path to solving the problems of the Heihe-Tengchong Line.
