In recent 10 years, teaching English newspaper reading for English majors in China has got rapid development. At the same time, social demand for college students' English newspaper reading ability has also improved. But the existing teaching effect of English newspaper reading course is not ideal. What is proposed in this paper is to apply the research-oriented teaching mode to the teaching of English newspaper reading and expound the three stages of pre-reading, reading, and after-reading respectively in order to subvert the teaching of reading class over which teachers dominate traditionally, to change the center of the double main bodies, to develop learners' intellectual and non-intellectual factors of comprehensive quality, and to improve their ability of discovering, researching, and solving the problems. 展开更多

The teaching of military theory in universities is an important form of national defense education. It is in line with the strategic goal of national personnel training and has a unique position in the cultivation of college students' comprehensive quality. The effectiveness of the teaching methods of military theory directly affects the teaching quality of military theory in colleges and universities. However, there are many problems in the current teaching methods of military theory, which restrict the improvement of teaching quality. Therefore, the research on how to improve and innovate the teaching methods is of great theoretical and practical significance to the teaching effect of the military theory course. This study is based on the existing educational background and its significance, combined with the existing experience and practice, relying on the military theory teaching and research section of Guangdong Vocational College of Science and Trade, trying to put forward a new teaching method-"research-oriented" teaching method which is in line with the higher vocational college students' cognitive laws, and providing reference for the reform and innovation of the teaching method of military theory in colleges and universities. In order to solve the problems existing in the course of military theory and realize the systematic design of the overall linkage of the teaching model, taking the course of "Introduction to Integrated Joint Operations" as an example and guided by the concept of integrated education, centering on the teaching objectives of military theory and meeting the training needs of first-class military personnel, the teaching model of military theory with systematic characteristics has been constructed through the reform of the establishment of teaching concepts, the improvement of course design, the reconstruction of teaching content, the optimization of teaching methods and the transformation of assessment mechanism, etc., which provides theoretical and practical reference for improving the teaching effect and better promoting the teaching reform of military theory. 展开更多

Empowered by the rapid advancement of digital technologies,including Big Data,artificial intelligence(AI),and virtual reality,human society has transformed from the era of information to the era of digital intelligence.Unlike previous social formations,the digital-intelligent society has disrupted many long-held consensus norms and introduced numerous difficult challenges.To cultivate adaptive talents with general literacy of digital intelligence and specific professional competences,psychology,as one of the foundations of social sciences,must launch a revolution in future-oriented education.In higher education,the two principal components,defined by their nature and objective,are knowledge-oriented and research-oriented teaching.The former is designed to provide an introduction to the fundamental principles and basic knowledge of psychology for freshmen and sophomores,while the latter is intended to equip junior and senior undergraduates with the skills necessary for conducting scientific research.First,it is both possible and necessary to integrate AI throughout the processes of knowledge-oriented teaching.In this article,we propose a“loop model”to demonstrate the applications of AI in the knowledge-oriented phase.Furthermore,to provide a reference criterion for nurturing innovative and research-oriented students,we present a theoretical framework of“chimeric research”to provide a comprehensive overview of psychology research in the era of AI.In conclusion,psychology education needs to be aligned with the demands of the modern society and embrace digital intelligence in both knowledge-and research-oriented teaching phases. 展开更多

目的以某三级甲等专科医院构建临床研究队伍为例,探索适合研究型专科医院临床研究队伍建设的有效方式。方法回顾性分析某三级甲等眼耳鼻喉专科医院临床研究队伍的建设工作,从设立临床研究队伍的背景、组建过程、取得的成效等总结经验、... 目的以某三级甲等专科医院构建临床研究队伍为例,探索适合研究型专科医院临床研究队伍建设的有效方式。方法回顾性分析某三级甲等眼耳鼻喉专科医院临床研究队伍的建设工作,从设立临床研究队伍的背景、组建过程、取得的成效等总结经验、发现存在的问题并提出完善建议。结果医院为临床研究队伍提供了高水平的科研平台和保障措施,临床研究队伍的建设已初具规模。近年来,临床研究队伍在论文发表、基金申请、临床试验、专利项目等方面取得了明显进步,但在临床研究队伍的梯队建设、研究型医师与专职研究人员职称评定和绩效考核等方面还存在一些困境。结论临床研究队伍的建立健全有效地提升了医院的临床研究能力,为医药产业发展提供了强有力的支撑,在一定程度上可以为研究型专科医院的人才队伍建设提供参考。 展开更多
