Centering on the critical bottlenecks in the development of shale oil in the Jiyang Depression of Shengli Oilfield,key scientific and engineering issues are proposed in aspects such as the storage space and occurrence...Centering on the critical bottlenecks in the development of shale oil in the Jiyang Depression of Shengli Oilfield,key scientific and engineering issues are proposed in aspects such as the storage space and occurrence state of shale oil,the formation mechanisms of multi-scale flow spaces,the mobilization mechanisms of crude oil in pores and fractures,and the enhanced oil recovery(EOR)mechanisms during the late stage of elastic development.The research progress and mechanistic insights in recent years are reviewed with respect to experimental techniques,characteristics of pore-fracture structure and fluid occurrence,fracture evolution mechanisms,shale oil flow mechanisms and EOR techniques.Through improving the experimental methods,optimizing the testing conditions,and developing new technologies,we deeply understand the occurrence state,storage space and flow pattern of shale oil,and reveal the distribution pattern of“oil-bearing in all pore sizes and oil-rich in large pores”and the differences in fluid phase states under the confinement effect of nano-scale pores in the shales of the Jiyang Depression;depict the characteristics of“restricted vertical expansion and complex fracture networks”of induced fractures and the dynamic evolution of fracture networks during the fracturing-soaking-production process;establish a“easy flow-slow flow-stagnant flow”three-zone model and the elastic drive+imbibition drive synergistic energy replenishment mechanism;and carry out high-pressure injection to further enhance the mass transfer and diffusion capacity of CO_(2)within the shale pore-fracture system,and compete for the desorption of alkanes to improve the mobilization degree of shale oil.The research achievements provide crucial support for the formation of the theory of continental shale oil development and the construction of the technical system.The future research efforts will focus on mine-scale multi-field coupling physical simulation equipment,microscopic to macroscopic multi-scale experimental methods,pore/fracture fine characterization and post-fracturing core fracture description technologies,multi-media fluid-structure coupling numerical simulation algorithms,and low-cost EOR and low-quality shale oil in-situ upgrading technologies,in order to promote the large-scale and profitable development of shale oil in the Jiyang Depression.展开更多

文摘Depression is a prevalent neuropsychiatric disorder characterized by persistent sadness,anhedonia,guilt,fatigue,and impaired concentration.Although pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy can be effective,their utility is limited by adverse effects and significant inter-individual variability.Non-pharmacological therapies from traditional medicine have emerged as promising adjuncts owing to their favorable safety profiles,minimal side effects,and high patient compliance.These therapies,including acupoint stimulation,meditation,and yoga,produce antidepressant effects by reducing neuroinflammation,modulating neurotransmitter release,enhancing neuroplasticity,and regulating the gut-brain axis.This review summarizes clinical applications and mechanistic insights of traditional medicine’s non-pharmacological therapies for depression,providing a scientific rationale for their integration into comprehensive management.
文摘Suicide is a major and urgent issue in the field of mental health,and the United Nations has set“reducing global suicide mortality by one third by 2030”as one of its sustainable development goals.Suicide literacy refers to an individual’s ability to recognize,manage,and prevent suicide-related problems.This article offers a comprehensive review of the concepts,assessment tools,factors,and interventions of suicide literacy,with the goal of helping individuals to better understand suicidal behaviors and providing a scientific basis for developing effective suicide prevention strategies and measures to advance the progress of suicide prevention.

文摘In recent years,the incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)caused by obesity in China has been increasing continuously,which has become a risk factor for the onset of T2DM and seriously affects the quality of life of patients.The conventional treatment methods include weight loss and regulating the body’s metabolism.Semaglutide,as a glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist(GLP-1RA),mainly reduces patients’appetite,decreases their craving for high-fat and high-sugar foods,regulates hypothalamic feeding behavior,inhibits gastric emptying and gastrointestinal motility,and ultimately leads to weight loss.Metformin mainly acts on extra-islet tissues,increasing glucose utilization,reducing glucose production,and ultimately lowering blood glucose levels.Based on this,this article reviews relevant literature on authoritative websites such as CNKI and Wanfang,organizes the data,and analyzes the research progress of semaglutide combined with metformin in the treatment of obese T2DM.The aim is to bring more treatment options for obese T2DM and promote better prognosis for patients.
文摘TWith the global acceleration of population aging,the number of patients with Parkinson’s disease(PD)continues to rise,and falls have become one of the main issues affecting their health and quality of life.The risk of falls is significantly increased in PD patients due to multiple factors,including motor symptoms,non-motor symptoms,medication side effects,unsafe environments,and psychological or behavioral factors.Falls can cause severe physical injuries,reduce independence,and trigger psychological problems such as depression and anxiety.In recent years,both domestic and international studies have made progress in identifying fall risk factors,developing risk assessment tools,and implementing multidimensional prevention strategies.Effective preventive measures include high-risk population screening,disease progression monitoring,exercise rehabilitation training,management of non-motor symptoms,medication optimization,environmental safety modifications,and psychological-behavioral interventions.Scientific and systematic comprehensive management can help reduce the incidence of falls among PD patients and improve their quality of life.This review summarizes the latest research advances on the main risk factors and preventive strategies for falls in patients with Parkinson’s disease,providing a theoretical basis and practical guidance for clinical nursing and rehabilitation interventions.

文摘Nursing students often exhibit emotional suppression,avoidance,or over-expression when confronted with high-pressure work environments and emotional challenges.These disorders affect nursing students mental health,professional adaptation,and quality of communication with patients.The causes of emotional expression difficulties include individual personality,emotional intelligence,educational background,and socio-cultural pressures.To address this issue,it is recommended to enhance nursing students emotional expression and regulation capabilities through psychological interventions,emotional intelligence training,and optimization of educational systems,thereby improving their mental health and career development,ultimately enhancing nursing service quality and doctor-patient relationships.
文摘With the iteration and upgrading of medical technology and the continuous growth of public health demands,the quality of nursing services has become a core indicator for measuring the effectiveness of the medical system.The clinical practice ability of nursing staff is directly related to the safety of patient diagnosis and treatment and the rehabilitation process.However,the current clinical nursing talent training model is facing bottlenecks such as limited practical scenarios and fragmented case cognition.This study focuses on the teaching application of augmented reality(AR)technology in hospital Settings and systematically reviews the research progress on the improvement of clinical practice ability of trainee nurses based on the AR immersive teaching model.By constructing a clinical teaching scenario that integrates virtual and real,AR technology can dynamically simulate complex case handling processes and enhance nursing students’three-dimensional cognition of condition assessment,operation norms,and emergency plans.Hospitals,as the core base for practical teaching,can effectively shorten the connection cycle between theoretical teaching and clinical practice by integrating AR technology,improve the clinical practice level of trainee nurses,and provide an innovative model for optimizing the path of clinical nursing talent cultivation.

文摘Acute liver failure(ALF),a severe clinical syndrome marked by high mortality rates and limited conventional treatments,urgently requires innovative therapeutic strategies.In recent years,human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells(hUC-MSCs)have emerged as a research hotspot due to their unique differentiation potential,remarkable regenerative capacity,and significant immune regulatory properties.Studies demonstrate that it can improve liver function through multiple mechanisms,promote hepatocyte regeneration,and reduce hepatic injury.Additionally,their role in regulating inflammatory responses provides new therapeutic approaches for ALF.This review systematically examines the latest research progress on hUC-MSCs in ALF treatment,focusing on their mechanisms of action,therapeutic efficacy,and clinical application prospects,aiming to provide valuable references for future research and clinical practice.

文摘Atherosclerosis(AS)is the core pathological basis of Cardiovascular Disease(CVD)worldwide.Its occurrence and development involve endothelial dysfunction,lipid deposition,chronic inflammation and abnormal proliferation of smooth muscle cells.Berberine(BBR),also known as berberine,is an isoquinoline alkaloid extracted from traditional Chinese medicine such as Coptis coptidis and Phelloberia angustifolia.It has traditionally been used for antibacterial and anti-inflammatory treatment.In recent years,it has been found that it has multi-target metabolic regulation and anti-inflammatory properties,showing significant potential in the prevention and treatment of AS.This article systematically reviews the research progress of berberine in the treatment of AS by improving endothelial function,regulating lipid metabolism,inhibiting inflammatory response,regulating smooth muscle cell phenotypic transformation,and anti-oxidative stress,and discusses the current status and challenges of its clinical application.
文摘Periodontitis has emerged as one of the most critical oral diseases, and research on this condition holds great importance for the advancement of stomatology. As the most authoritative national scientific research funding institution in China, the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) has played a pivotal role in driving the progress of periodontal science by supporting research on periodontitis. This article provides a comprehensive review of the research and development progress related to periodontitis in China from 2014 to 2023, highlighting the significant contributions of the NSFC to this field. We have summarized the detailed funding information from the NSFC, including the number of applicant codes, funded programs and the distribution of funded scholars. These data illustrate the efforts of the NSFC in cultivating young scientists and building research groups to address key challenges in national scientific research. This study offers an overview of the current hot topics, recent breakthroughs and future research prospects related to periodontitis in China.
文摘Nursing care during the perioperative period of thyroid cancer plays a crucial role in the recovery of patients.With the development of medical technology,Western medicine nursing techniques have matured in the perioperative period,including preoperative risk assessment and airway management,intraoperative neuromonitoring nursing coordination,postoperative drainage,and incision management.However,single Western medicine nursing often cannot fully meet the multifaceted needs of patients,especially in emotional nursing and the management of postoperative adverse reactions.The involvement of traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques provides an effective complement to nursing work.Through integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing,it is possible not only to improve patients’preoperative anxiety and postoperative nausea and vomiting but also to effectively manage postoperative pain,enhancing the overall comfort and recovery speed of patients.

文摘This article systematically reviews the research progress on health literacy in lung cancer patients,covering the core definition and multidimensional assessment system of health literacy,epidemiological characteristics,mechanisms of its impact on clinical outcomes and quality of life,as well as targeted intervention strategies.Research indicates that health literacy significantly improves patient prognosis through pathways such as enhancing treatment adherence,optimizing doctor-patient communication,and strengthening self-management capabilities.This review also points out that future research needs to focus on developing cross-cultural assessment tools,exploring neurocognitive mechanisms,integrating digital technologies,and promoting policy translation to address the new challenges in the era of chronic disease management for lung cancer.
