Teaching is the most routine job, and scientific research is both an annual task and a career pursuit. At present, newly upgraded military academies pay more attention to teaching, but do not pay enough attention to scientific research. To establish the concept of scientific research serving teaching is to achieve the professional development of teachers, improve the quality of talent training, enhance the comprehensive strength of the newly upgraded military academy, and realize the needs of military-civilian integration. At present, faculty members of newly upgraded military academies generally have problems such as weak scientific research awareness, lack of scientific research capabilities, insufficient time for scientific research, poor collaboration of scientific research teams, and random scientific research behaviors. On the basis of creating a good scientific research atmosphere for faculty and improving the scientific research management system, the faculty themselves should also change their ideology, strengthen training and learning, establish a sense of cooperation and strive to move toward a scientific research conscious path.展开更多
By investigating the impact of patent-oriented approaches on fostering the scientific research and innovation capabilities of college students,this study reveals the intrinsic connection between these two aspects.In t...By investigating the impact of patent-oriented approaches on fostering the scientific research and innovation capabilities of college students,this study reveals the intrinsic connection between these two aspects.In the context of the knowledge economy era,patent orientation serves as a crucial tool for driving scientific and technological innovation and facilitating the transformation of achievements,which holds great significance for enhancing the scientific research and innovation capabilities of college students.Through a systematic analysis of the current state of college students'scientific research and innovation capabilities,several issues have been identified,including an incomplete scientific research and innovation education system,insufficient patent awareness among students,and inadequate construction of scientific research and innovation platforms.Based on these findings,specific cultivation strategies are proposed,such as improving the scientific research and innovation education system,strengthening the cultivation of patent awareness,constructing robust scientific research and innovation platforms,and reinforcing practical scientific research and innovation experiences.Combined with the aforementioned analysis,the effectiveness and feasibility of these strategies in enhancing students'scientific research and innovation capabilities are validated.The research results demonstrate that the patent-oriented approach to cultivating scientific research and innovation capabilities can significantly stimulate students'innovative enthusiasm,enhance their scientific research and innovation capabilities,and lay a solid foundation for their future scientific research and career development.展开更多

Their supervisors, on the other hand, are seeking appropriate research environments includi...Graduate students who are beginning academic research want to learn how to create and verify new knowledge in their research. Their supervisors, on the other hand, are seeking appropriate research environments including effective research guidance methods. In order to meet these demands, this paper proposes a knowledge creation model that supports the objectives of both graduate students and their supervisors. This is an academic knowledge creation model for individuals supported by a group and its origin can be traced back to a famous organizational knowledge creation model. Since this type of model is constructed from empirical knowledge, it is not easy to prove its objective significance. But, this paper tries to show the effectiveness of the proposed model as an initial stage of model validation based on a questionnaire survey of students in a graduate school in China.展开更多
