With ECRS method, we can obtain the abnormal confidence attribute of data in different value ranges. Based on the relevancy spectrum in different studied time-intervals, we convert the original time sequence into relevancy time sequence, and can obtain the SMR time series by using the multi-point cumulative sliding mean method. Then we can identify the seismic precursor anomaly. We test this method by taking the time sequence of r/-value in the northern Tianshan region as original data. The result shows that when the studied time-interval is 18 months, the precursor anomaly can be identified bet- ter from sliding mean relevancy. The anomaly corresponding rate is 83 percent, the earthquake corresponding rate is 86 per- cent, and the anomaly is characteristic of the middle term. To try the research on multi-parameter comprehensive application, we take the Kalpin tectonic block in Xinjiang as our studied region, and analyze the spatial and temporal abnormal characters of multi-parameter sliding extreme-value relevancy (MSER) before mid-strong earthquakes in the Kalpin block. The result indicates that ECRS and SMR sequence in different time-intervals can not only be used to identify the precursor anomaly of single-item data, but also offer the data of quantitative single-item anomaly for comprehensive earthquake analysis and prediction.展开更多

The results of this research are shown as follows: (1) The timing relationship exists between MAC and VAC, and the frequency of VAC rises significantly in MAC year; (2) The relevancy exists in the earnings effects between MAC and VAC, and the combined effects which MAC and VAC have on earnings are in direct correlation with the earnings effects of MAC in the same year; (3) The supervisory factors of the securities market together with MAC influence the direction of VAC. Different from Pincus and Wasley's conclusion, when MAC is used to decrease profits, the part of VAC in our country counterbalances the effots of MAC; the listed companies with a special purpose will be against the direction of MAC and apply to VAC with a particular purpose.展开更多

For CoMP joint transmission (CoMP-JT) in heterogeneous scenario, if joint transmission (JT) users are firstly scheduled, other non-JT users will not be allocated sufficient resources, i.e., scheduling relevancy exists in the users under different cells in the same coordination cluster. However, the CoMP system throughput will decline remarkably, if the impact of scheduling relevancy is not considered. To address this issue, this paper proposes a novel scheduling scheme for CoMP in heterogeneous scenario. The principles of the proposed scheme include two aspects. Firstly, this scheme gives priority to user fairness, based on an extended proportional fairness (PF) scheduling algorithm. Secondly, the throughput of the coordination cluster should be maintained at a high level. By taking the non-CoMP system as a baseline, the proposed scheme is evaluated by comparing to random PF (RPF) and orthogonal PF (OPF) scheme. System-level simulation results indicate that, the proposed scheme can achieve considerable performance gain in both cell average and cell edge throughput.展开更多

Audio-visual scene classification(AVSC)poses a formidable challenge owing to the intricate spatial-temporal relationships exhibited by audio-visual signals,coupled with the complex spatial patterns of objects and text...Audio-visual scene classification(AVSC)poses a formidable challenge owing to the intricate spatial-temporal relationships exhibited by audio-visual signals,coupled with the complex spatial patterns of objects and textures found in visual images.The focus of recent studies has predominantly revolved around extracting features from diverse neural network structures,inadvertently neglecting the acquisition of semantically meaningful regions and crucial components within audio-visual data.The authors present a feature pyramid attention network(FPANet)for audio-visual scene understanding,which extracts semantically significant characteristics from audio-visual data.The authors’approach builds multi-scale hierarchical features of sound spectrograms and visual images using a feature pyramid representation and localises the semantically relevant regions with a feature pyramid attention module(FPAM).A dimension alignment(DA)strategy is employed to align feature maps from multiple layers,a pyramid spatial attention(PSA)to spatially locate essential regions,and a pyramid channel attention(PCA)to pinpoint significant temporal frames.Experiments on visual scene classification(VSC),audio scene classification(ASC),and AVSC tasks demonstrate that FPANet achieves performance on par with state-of-the-art(SOTA)approaches,with a 95.9 F1-score on the ADVANCE dataset and a relative improvement of 28.8%.Visualisation results show that FPANet can prioritise semantically meaningful areas in audio-visual signals.展开更多

BACKGROUND The prevalence of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(LEASO)in China is progressively increasing with the increment in age.Certain patients may be diagnosed with lower extremity arterial stenosis an...BACKGROUND The prevalence of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(LEASO)in China is progressively increasing with the increment in age.Certain patients may be diagnosed with lower extremity arterial stenosis and occlusion that resist complete curative efforts,which will invariably impose a substantial psychological strain on them.AIM To investigate the anxiety and depression conditions among patients with LEASO and analyze the associated risk factors.METHODS The Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2019 to December 2022.Their demographic and clinical data were obtained through the basic information questionnaire.The social support situation was assessed with the social support rating scale,and the hospital anxiety and depression scale were used to analyze their depression and anxiety levels.RESULTS The prevalence rate of anxiety was 44.0%among the 159 patients,with a total Self-Rating Anxiety Scale score of 49.01±9.65.The incidence of depression was 40.9%,and the total self-rating depression scale score reached 49.91±9.18.The overall social support score for all participants averaged 24.82±5.80.The correlation analysis between social support scores and anxiety and depression scores revealed that the total social support score,subjective social support,objective social support,as well as the degree of social support utilization,all exhibited a significant negative correlation with the anxiety and depression scores,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The univariate analysis revealed statistically significant differences in the depression and anxiety states among patients with varying pain manifestations,disease stages,disease durations,and social support magnitudes(P<0.05).The multivariate analysis further demonstrated that patients presenting with intermittent claudication,rest pain,and pain,whose disease course was within half a year,and who had relatively low social support,were more predisposed to anxiety.Intriguingly,a monthly income of>6000 yuan was considered a protective factor in this context(P<0.05).Similarly,patients with intermittent claudication,rest pain,gangrene,and pain,and who had relatively low social support,were more liable to succumb to depressive moods(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Patients with LEASO typically receive relatively scant social support.Notably,those who concurrently present with symptoms,such as pain,claudication,and gangrene,are at a substantially increased risk of developing depression and anxiety disorders.A significant negative correlation is manifested between the social support level that patients receive and the severity of their anxiety and depression symptoms.Hence,the lower the social support score,the greater the propensity for patients to experience anxiety and depressive emotions.Therefore,during clinical practice,the crucial role that social support plays in safeguarding patients’physical and mental well-being as well as facilitating the effectiveness of disease treatment needs to be particularly emphasized.展开更多

In the context of global aging,mild behavioral impairment(MBI)is present in 48.9%of patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI).MBI,a neurobehavioral syndrome in the elderly,is an independent risk factor for cognitiv...In the context of global aging,mild behavioral impairment(MBI)is present in 48.9%of patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI).MBI,a neurobehavioral syndrome in the elderly,is an independent risk factor for cognitive decline and is closely related to peripheral blood biomarkers associated with Alzheimer's disease,offering new diagnostic and interventional avenues for early MCI.To summarize evidence on peripheral blood biomarkers related to MBI and their underlying mechanisms involving neuroinflammation,tau pathology,and oxidative stress,a systematic review of studies published between 2015 and 2024 was conducted.MBI is closely associated with peripheral blood biomarker changes.Neuroinflammatory markers like glial fibrillary acidic protein and neurofilament light indicate astrocyte activation and neural circuit disruption,with glial fibrillary acidic protein levels correlating with impulse dyscontrol scores.Chitinase-3-like protein 1,a marker of blood-brain barrier integrity,exacerbates neuroinflammation and is linked to depressive symptoms and hippocampal atrophy.Elevated phosphorylated tau proteins in blood correlate with brain tau deposition,increasing the risk of MBI and impairing cognition.Oxidative stress markers damage neurons and disrupt neurotransmission,and concurrent alterations in malondialdehyde and superoxide dismutase levels significantly elevate the risk of MBI.The correlation between MBI and biomarkers offers new diagnostic and interventional directions for early MCI.Future research should standardize MBI assessment,conduct longitudinal studies,explore biomarker-MBI relationships,investigate psychosocial impacts,and develop advanced detection methods.展开更多
Given the severe toxicity and widespread presence of cadmium(Cd)in staple foods such as rice,accurate dietary exposure assessments are imperative for public health.In vitro bioavailability is commonly used to adjust d...Given the severe toxicity and widespread presence of cadmium(Cd)in staple foods such as rice,accurate dietary exposure assessments are imperative for public health.In vitro bioavailability is commonly used to adjust dietary exposure levels of risk factors;however,traditional planar Transwell models have limitations,such as cell dedifferentiation and lack of key intestinal components,necessitating a more physiologically relevant in vitro platform.This study introduces an innovative three-dimensional(3D)intestinal organoid model using a microfluidic chip to evaluate Cd bioavailability in food.Caco-2 cells were cultured on the chip to mimic small intestinal villi's 3D structure,mucus production,and absorption functions.The model's physiological relevance was thoroughly characterized,demonstrating the formation of a confluent epithelial monolayer with well-developed tight junctions(ZO-1),high microvilli density(F-actin),and significant mucus secretion(Alcian blue staining),closely resembling the physiological intestinal epithelium.Fluorescent particle tracking confirmed its ability to simulate intestinal transport and diffusion.The Cd bioavailability in rice measured by the 3D intestinal organoid model((9.07±0.21)%)was comparable to the mouse model((12.82±3.42)%)but significantly lower than the Caco-2 monolayer model((26.97±1.11)%).This 3D intestinal organoid model provides a novel and reliable strategy for in vitro assessment of heavy metal bioavailability in food,with important implications for food safety and risk assessment.展开更多
Odd-numbered and high-nuclearity coordination clusters are extremely rare,yet they represent an intriguing subclass lacking regular repeating building blocks and high structural symmetry for understanding self-assembl...Odd-numbered and high-nuclearity coordination clusters are extremely rare,yet they represent an intriguing subclass lacking regular repeating building blocks and high structural symmetry for understanding self-assembled multiatomic systems.Herein,the largest cobalt and polydentate ligand based cluster featuring odd-nuclearity,namely[Co_(19)(HL1)_(8)(L1)_(12)(L′)_(2)(Ac)_(4)]·10CH_(3)CH_(2)OH·6H_(2)O(1,H_(2)L1=1H-benzo[d]imidazole-2-yl)methanol,HL'=1H-benzo[d]imidazole),was obtained with in-situ ligand transformation from H_(2)L1 to L′.It features a hierarchical trilayer and void-cage inside structure,consisting of central disc-shaped[Co_(7)L_(10)]core with two[Co_(6)]rings on both sides.ESI-MS of crystal 1 yields a series of more than sixteen fragments,all featuring an integrated[Co_(19)]core,suggesting stability of the polynuclear cluster in solution.During increased in-source energy from 0 to 100 eV,all MS peaks shifted to a lower m/z range,but the[Co_(19)]core remained intact,excepting for the stepwise elimination of up to three Ac^(−)anions or three L1 linkers.PXRD tracking of the reaction sediments showed the formation of a key precursor of[Co_(4)L_(4)]cubane at 3 h,and its content decreased at 6 h and vanished at 12 h,followed by the appearance of crystals 1 by the generation of a clear solution at 18 h,suggesting an initial cluster assembly-disassembly process.ESI-MS spectra analysis of both reaction sediment and solution further identify the existence of other crucial higher-nuclearity reassembled fragments of[Co_(7)L_(10)]disk and its expansion of[Co_(13)L_(12)(L′)_(2)].A probable tandem assembly-disassembly-reassembly mechanism is put forward as[CoL_(2)]→[Co_(4)L_(4)]→[Co_(7)L_(10)]→[Co_(13)L_(12)(L′)_(2)]→[Co_(19)L_(2)0(L′)_(2)].Their evolution also indicated the ingenious synergy of coexisting organic,inorganic and in-situ generated ligands,along with diverse coordination geometries of metal ions,plays a directional role in forming odd-numbered and high-nuclearity coordination clusters.Magnetism analysis revealed antiferromagnetic coupling plays dominated role in the cluster.展开更多
BACKGROUND Middle pancreatectomy(MP)is a surgical procedure that removes non-invasive lesions in the pancreatic neck and body,allowing for the preservation of pan-creatic function.However,MP is associated with a highe...BACKGROUND Middle pancreatectomy(MP)is a surgical procedure that removes non-invasive lesions in the pancreatic neck and body,allowing for the preservation of pan-creatic function.However,MP is associated with a higher risk of postoperative complications,and there’s no clear consensus on which anastomotic method is preferable.In recent years,our team has developed a new method called inter-locking main pancreatic duct-jejunal(IMPD-J)internal bridge drainage to MP.AIM To compare perioperative and postoperative outcomes in patients who underwent IMPD-J bridge drainage and those underwent traditional duct-to-mucosa pancreatojejunostomy.METHODS Patients who underwent MP in our hospital between October 1,2011 and July 31,2023 were enrolled in this study.Patients were divided into two groups based on their pancreatojejunostomy technique:IMPD-J bridge drainage group and duct-to-mucosa pancreatojejunostomy group.Demographic data(age,gender,body mass index,hypertension,diabetes,etc.)and perioperative indicators[operation time,intraoperative bleeding,clinically relevant postoperative pancreatic fistula(CR-POPF),delayed gastric emptying,etc.]were recorded and analyzed statist-ically.RESULTS A total of 53 patients were enrolled in this study,including 23 in the IMPD-J Bridge Drainage group and 30 in the traditional duct-to-mucosa pancreatojejun-ostomy group.There were no significant differences in demographic or preope-rative characteristics between the groups.Compared to traditional duct-to-mucosa pancreaticojejunostomy,IMPD-J bridge drainage had a significant shorter operation time(4.3±1.3 hours vs 5.8±1.8 hours,P=0.002),nasogastric tube retention days(5.3±1.7 days vs 6.5±2.0 days,P=0.031),lower incidence of delayed gastric emptying(8.7%vs 36.7%,P=0.019),and lower incidence of CR-POPF(39.1%vs 70.0%,P=0.025).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that pancreaticojejunostomy type(odds ratio=4.219,95%confidence interval=1.238-14.379,P=0.021)and plasma prealbumin(odds ratio=1.132,95%confidence interval=1.001-1.281,P=0.049)were independent risk factor for CR-POPF.In IMPD-J bridge drainage group,only one patient experienced recurrent pancreatitis due to the large diameter of the silicone tube and had it removed six months after surgery.CONCLUSION Compared to traditional duct-to-mucosa pancreatojejunostomy,IMPD-J bridge drainage has the advantages of simplicity and fewer perioperative complications,with favorable long-term outcomes.展开更多

The results of this research are shown as follows: (1) The timing relationship exists between MAC and VAC, and the frequency of VAC rises significantly in MAC year; (2) The relevancy exists in the earnings effects between MAC and VAC, and the combined effects which MAC and VAC have on earnings are in direct correlation with the earnings effects of MAC in the same year; (3) The supervisory factors of the securities market together with MAC influence the direction of VAC. Different from Pincus and Wasley's conclusion, when MAC is used to decrease profits, the part of VAC in our country counterbalances the effots of MAC; the listed companies with a special purpose will be against the direction of MAC and apply to VAC with a particular purpose.

文摘Coordinated multi-point (CoMP) transmission is a promising technique to improve both cell average and cell edge throughput for long term evolution-advanced (LTE-A). For CoMP joint transmission (CoMP-JT) in heterogeneous scenario, if joint transmission (JT) users are firstly scheduled, other non-JT users will not be allocated sufficient resources, i.e., scheduling relevancy exists in the users under different cells in the same coordination cluster. However, the CoMP system throughput will decline remarkably, if the impact of scheduling relevancy is not considered. To address this issue, this paper proposes a novel scheduling scheme for CoMP in heterogeneous scenario. The principles of the proposed scheme include two aspects. Firstly, this scheme gives priority to user fairness, based on an extended proportional fairness (PF) scheduling algorithm. Secondly, the throughput of the coordination cluster should be maintained at a high level. By taking the non-CoMP system as a baseline, the proposed scheme is evaluated by comparing to random PF (RPF) and orthogonal PF (OPF) scheme. System-level simulation results indicate that, the proposed scheme can achieve considerable performance gain in both cell average and cell edge throughput.

文摘Audio-visual scene classification(AVSC)poses a formidable challenge owing to the intricate spatial-temporal relationships exhibited by audio-visual signals,coupled with the complex spatial patterns of objects and textures found in visual images.The focus of recent studies has predominantly revolved around extracting features from diverse neural network structures,inadvertently neglecting the acquisition of semantically meaningful regions and crucial components within audio-visual data.The authors present a feature pyramid attention network(FPANet)for audio-visual scene understanding,which extracts semantically significant characteristics from audio-visual data.The authors’approach builds multi-scale hierarchical features of sound spectrograms and visual images using a feature pyramid representation and localises the semantically relevant regions with a feature pyramid attention module(FPAM).A dimension alignment(DA)strategy is employed to align feature maps from multiple layers,a pyramid spatial attention(PSA)to spatially locate essential regions,and a pyramid channel attention(PCA)to pinpoint significant temporal frames.Experiments on visual scene classification(VSC),audio scene classification(ASC),and AVSC tasks demonstrate that FPANet achieves performance on par with state-of-the-art(SOTA)approaches,with a 95.9 F1-score on the ADVANCE dataset and a relative improvement of 28.8%.Visualisation results show that FPANet can prioritise semantically meaningful areas in audio-visual signals.
文摘The minimal clinically important difference(MCID)represents a pivotal metric in bridging the gap between statistical significance and clinical relevance,addressing the direct impact of medical interventions from the patient's perspective.This comprehensive review analyzes the evolution,applications,and challenges of MCID across medical specialties,emphasizing its necessity in ensuring that clinical outcomes not only demonstrate statistical significance but also offer genuine clinical utility that aligns with patient expectations and needs.We discuss the evolution of MCID since its inception in the 1980s,its current applications across various medical specialties,and the methodologies used in its calculation,highlighting both anchor-based and distribution-based approaches.Furthermore,the paper delves into the challenges associated with the application of MCID,such as methodological variability and the interpretation difficulties that arise in clinical settings.Recommendations for the future include standardizing MCID calculation methods,enhancing patient involvement in setting MCID thresholds,and extending research to incorporate diverse global perspectives.These steps are critical to refining the role of MCID in patient-centered healthcare,addressing existing gaps in methodology and interpretation,and ensuring that medical interventions lead to significant,patient-perceived improvements.

文摘BACKGROUND The prevalence of lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(LEASO)in China is progressively increasing with the increment in age.Certain patients may be diagnosed with lower extremity arterial stenosis and occlusion that resist complete curative efforts,which will invariably impose a substantial psychological strain on them.AIM To investigate the anxiety and depression conditions among patients with LEASO and analyze the associated risk factors.METHODS The Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from January 2019 to December 2022.Their demographic and clinical data were obtained through the basic information questionnaire.The social support situation was assessed with the social support rating scale,and the hospital anxiety and depression scale were used to analyze their depression and anxiety levels.RESULTS The prevalence rate of anxiety was 44.0%among the 159 patients,with a total Self-Rating Anxiety Scale score of 49.01±9.65.The incidence of depression was 40.9%,and the total self-rating depression scale score reached 49.91±9.18.The overall social support score for all participants averaged 24.82±5.80.The correlation analysis between social support scores and anxiety and depression scores revealed that the total social support score,subjective social support,objective social support,as well as the degree of social support utilization,all exhibited a significant negative correlation with the anxiety and depression scores,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The univariate analysis revealed statistically significant differences in the depression and anxiety states among patients with varying pain manifestations,disease stages,disease durations,and social support magnitudes(P<0.05).The multivariate analysis further demonstrated that patients presenting with intermittent claudication,rest pain,and pain,whose disease course was within half a year,and who had relatively low social support,were more predisposed to anxiety.Intriguingly,a monthly income of>6000 yuan was considered a protective factor in this context(P<0.05).Similarly,patients with intermittent claudication,rest pain,gangrene,and pain,and who had relatively low social support,were more liable to succumb to depressive moods(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Patients with LEASO typically receive relatively scant social support.Notably,those who concurrently present with symptoms,such as pain,claudication,and gangrene,are at a substantially increased risk of developing depression and anxiety disorders.A significant negative correlation is manifested between the social support level that patients receive and the severity of their anxiety and depression symptoms.Hence,the lower the social support score,the greater the propensity for patients to experience anxiety and depressive emotions.Therefore,during clinical practice,the crucial role that social support plays in safeguarding patients’physical and mental well-being as well as facilitating the effectiveness of disease treatment needs to be particularly emphasized.

文摘In the context of global aging,mild behavioral impairment(MBI)is present in 48.9%of patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI).MBI,a neurobehavioral syndrome in the elderly,is an independent risk factor for cognitive decline and is closely related to peripheral blood biomarkers associated with Alzheimer's disease,offering new diagnostic and interventional avenues for early MCI.To summarize evidence on peripheral blood biomarkers related to MBI and their underlying mechanisms involving neuroinflammation,tau pathology,and oxidative stress,a systematic review of studies published between 2015 and 2024 was conducted.MBI is closely associated with peripheral blood biomarker changes.Neuroinflammatory markers like glial fibrillary acidic protein and neurofilament light indicate astrocyte activation and neural circuit disruption,with glial fibrillary acidic protein levels correlating with impulse dyscontrol scores.Chitinase-3-like protein 1,a marker of blood-brain barrier integrity,exacerbates neuroinflammation and is linked to depressive symptoms and hippocampal atrophy.Elevated phosphorylated tau proteins in blood correlate with brain tau deposition,increasing the risk of MBI and impairing cognition.Oxidative stress markers damage neurons and disrupt neurotransmission,and concurrent alterations in malondialdehyde and superoxide dismutase levels significantly elevate the risk of MBI.The correlation between MBI and biomarkers offers new diagnostic and interventional directions for early MCI.Future research should standardize MBI assessment,conduct longitudinal studies,explore biomarker-MBI relationships,investigate psychosocial impacts,and develop advanced detection methods.

文摘Given the severe toxicity and widespread presence of cadmium(Cd)in staple foods such as rice,accurate dietary exposure assessments are imperative for public health.In vitro bioavailability is commonly used to adjust dietary exposure levels of risk factors;however,traditional planar Transwell models have limitations,such as cell dedifferentiation and lack of key intestinal components,necessitating a more physiologically relevant in vitro platform.This study introduces an innovative three-dimensional(3D)intestinal organoid model using a microfluidic chip to evaluate Cd bioavailability in food.Caco-2 cells were cultured on the chip to mimic small intestinal villi's 3D structure,mucus production,and absorption functions.The model's physiological relevance was thoroughly characterized,demonstrating the formation of a confluent epithelial monolayer with well-developed tight junctions(ZO-1),high microvilli density(F-actin),and significant mucus secretion(Alcian blue staining),closely resembling the physiological intestinal epithelium.Fluorescent particle tracking confirmed its ability to simulate intestinal transport and diffusion.The Cd bioavailability in rice measured by the 3D intestinal organoid model((9.07±0.21)%)was comparable to the mouse model((12.82±3.42)%)but significantly lower than the Caco-2 monolayer model((26.97±1.11)%).This 3D intestinal organoid model provides a novel and reliable strategy for in vitro assessment of heavy metal bioavailability in food,with important implications for food safety and risk assessment.

文摘Odd-numbered and high-nuclearity coordination clusters are extremely rare,yet they represent an intriguing subclass lacking regular repeating building blocks and high structural symmetry for understanding self-assembled multiatomic systems.Herein,the largest cobalt and polydentate ligand based cluster featuring odd-nuclearity,namely[Co_(19)(HL1)_(8)(L1)_(12)(L′)_(2)(Ac)_(4)]·10CH_(3)CH_(2)OH·6H_(2)O(1,H_(2)L1=1H-benzo[d]imidazole-2-yl)methanol,HL'=1H-benzo[d]imidazole),was obtained with in-situ ligand transformation from H_(2)L1 to L′.It features a hierarchical trilayer and void-cage inside structure,consisting of central disc-shaped[Co_(7)L_(10)]core with two[Co_(6)]rings on both sides.ESI-MS of crystal 1 yields a series of more than sixteen fragments,all featuring an integrated[Co_(19)]core,suggesting stability of the polynuclear cluster in solution.During increased in-source energy from 0 to 100 eV,all MS peaks shifted to a lower m/z range,but the[Co_(19)]core remained intact,excepting for the stepwise elimination of up to three Ac^(−)anions or three L1 linkers.PXRD tracking of the reaction sediments showed the formation of a key precursor of[Co_(4)L_(4)]cubane at 3 h,and its content decreased at 6 h and vanished at 12 h,followed by the appearance of crystals 1 by the generation of a clear solution at 18 h,suggesting an initial cluster assembly-disassembly process.ESI-MS spectra analysis of both reaction sediment and solution further identify the existence of other crucial higher-nuclearity reassembled fragments of[Co_(7)L_(10)]disk and its expansion of[Co_(13)L_(12)(L′)_(2)].A probable tandem assembly-disassembly-reassembly mechanism is put forward as[CoL_(2)]→[Co_(4)L_(4)]→[Co_(7)L_(10)]→[Co_(13)L_(12)(L′)_(2)]→[Co_(19)L_(2)0(L′)_(2)].Their evolution also indicated the ingenious synergy of coexisting organic,inorganic and in-situ generated ligands,along with diverse coordination geometries of metal ions,plays a directional role in forming odd-numbered and high-nuclearity coordination clusters.Magnetism analysis revealed antiferromagnetic coupling plays dominated role in the cluster.
文摘BACKGROUND Middle pancreatectomy(MP)is a surgical procedure that removes non-invasive lesions in the pancreatic neck and body,allowing for the preservation of pan-creatic function.However,MP is associated with a higher risk of postoperative complications,and there’s no clear consensus on which anastomotic method is preferable.In recent years,our team has developed a new method called inter-locking main pancreatic duct-jejunal(IMPD-J)internal bridge drainage to MP.AIM To compare perioperative and postoperative outcomes in patients who underwent IMPD-J bridge drainage and those underwent traditional duct-to-mucosa pancreatojejunostomy.METHODS Patients who underwent MP in our hospital between October 1,2011 and July 31,2023 were enrolled in this study.Patients were divided into two groups based on their pancreatojejunostomy technique:IMPD-J bridge drainage group and duct-to-mucosa pancreatojejunostomy group.Demographic data(age,gender,body mass index,hypertension,diabetes,etc.)and perioperative indicators[operation time,intraoperative bleeding,clinically relevant postoperative pancreatic fistula(CR-POPF),delayed gastric emptying,etc.]were recorded and analyzed statist-ically.RESULTS A total of 53 patients were enrolled in this study,including 23 in the IMPD-J Bridge Drainage group and 30 in the traditional duct-to-mucosa pancreatojejun-ostomy group.There were no significant differences in demographic or preope-rative characteristics between the groups.Compared to traditional duct-to-mucosa pancreaticojejunostomy,IMPD-J bridge drainage had a significant shorter operation time(4.3±1.3 hours vs 5.8±1.8 hours,P=0.002),nasogastric tube retention days(5.3±1.7 days vs 6.5±2.0 days,P=0.031),lower incidence of delayed gastric emptying(8.7%vs 36.7%,P=0.019),and lower incidence of CR-POPF(39.1%vs 70.0%,P=0.025).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that pancreaticojejunostomy type(odds ratio=4.219,95%confidence interval=1.238-14.379,P=0.021)and plasma prealbumin(odds ratio=1.132,95%confidence interval=1.001-1.281,P=0.049)were independent risk factor for CR-POPF.In IMPD-J bridge drainage group,only one patient experienced recurrent pancreatitis due to the large diameter of the silicone tube and had it removed six months after surgery.CONCLUSION Compared to traditional duct-to-mucosa pancreatojejunostomy,IMPD-J bridge drainage has the advantages of simplicity and fewer perioperative complications,with favorable long-term outcomes.
文摘针对具有多维状态变量、多种工作模式和故障模式的复杂工程系统,提出一种基于综合健康指数(synthesized health index,SHI)与相关向量机(relevance vector machine,RVM)的系统级失效预测方法。在离线训练阶段,先根据有限失效历史数据建立各工作模式下的健康评估模型,并据此获得各历史退化轨迹的SHI序列;然后再使用RVM对这些序列进行回归处理,进而辨识出与回归曲线最为匹配的函数模型。在线预测阶段,先运用健康评估模型计算当前设备的SHI序列并进行RVM回归,再拟合出离线阶段确定的函数模型并添加时变噪声;最后,外推预测出系统剩余使用寿命的概率密度分布。该方法成功应用到涡轮发动机的失效预测案例。

文摘Focusing on the problem that it is hard to utilize the web multi-fields information with various forms in large scale web search,a novel approach,which can automatically acquire features from web pages based on a set of well defined rules,is proposed.The features describe the contents of web pages from different aspects and they can be used to improve the ranking performance for web search.The acquired feature has the advantages of unified form and less noise,and can easily be used in web page relevance ranking.A special specs for judging the relevance between user queries and acquired features is also proposed.Experimental results show that the features acquired by the proposed approach and the feature relevance specs can significantly improve the relevance ranking performance for web search.

文摘In Chinese question answering system, because there is more semantic relation in questions than that in query words, the precision can be improved by expanding query while using natural language questions to retrieve documents. This paper proposes a new approach to query expansion based on semantics and statistics Firstly automatic relevance feedback method is used to generate a candidate expansion word set. Then the expanded query words are selected from the set based on the semantic similarity and seman- tic relevancy between the candidate words and the original words. Experiments show the new approach is effective for Web retrieval and out-performs the conventional expansion approaches.
