Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the needling method for regulating wei qi and strengthening brain on insomnia.Method Two hundred patients with insomnia were randomly divided into a group of regulating wei qi and strengthening brain(group A) and a group of normal acupuncture(group B)through random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.In group A,Baihui(百会 GV20),Dazhui(大椎 GV 14),Shenmai(申脉 BL62),Zhaohai(照海 KI 6) and auricular points Yuanzhong(缘中 AT 2,3,4i),and Shenmen(神门TF 4) were selected;and in group B,Sishencong(四神聪 EX-HN 1),Shenmen(神门 HT 7),and Sanyinjiao(三阴交 SP 6) were selected.Acupuncture was given on these points once daily for 15 days.Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) was used for scoring and curative effect was evaluated before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 89.0%(89/100) in group A and 65.0%(65/100) in group B with a very significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.01);the difference of PSQI scores before and after treatment was(-9.15±5.68)in group A and(-5.64±5.73)in group B,with a very significant difference before and after treatment in the two groups(P〈0.01).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of the needling method for regulating wei qi and strengthening brain on insomnia is superior to that of normal needling method. 展开更多

Thermoelectric materials have aroused widespread concern due to their unique ability to directly convert heat to electricity without any moving parts or noxious emissions.Taking advantages of two-dimensional structures of thermoelectric films,the potential applications of thermoelectric materials are diversified,particularly in microdevices.Well-controlled nanostructures in thermoelectric films are effective to optimize the electrical and thermal transport,which can significantly improve the performance of thermoelectric materials.In this paper,various physical and chemical approaches to fabricate thermoelectric films,including inorganic,organic,and inorganic–organic composites,are summarized,where more attentions are paid on the inorganic thermoelectric films for their excellent thermoelectric responses.Additionally,strategies for enhancing the performance of thermoelectric films are also discussed. 展开更多

Inflammation-mediated carcinogenesis develops in the context of chronic inflammation and is a significant cause of cancer within the digestive system.In the chronic inflammation microenvironment,the metabolic activity of tissue cells undergoes extensive changes,which interfere with the normal function of immune cells.Dysregulation of cell metabolism and immune function has been identified as a key factor contributing to inflammation-mediated carcinogenesis within the major digestive organs,such as the stomach,liver,and colorectum.This metabolic-immune imbalance also corresponds to traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theories of“yin-yang disharmony”and“disharmony between Ying-nutrients and Wei-defense.”The metabolic-immune imbalance has also been regarded as the key factor supporting“treatment of different diseases with the same method”,in which the same approach is adopted in the treatment of different conditions.In the TCM treatment process,it is necessary to first identify TCM patterns and then apply the corresponding TCM to correct the dysregulated metabolic and immune function,thereby blocking the progression from inflammation to malignancy.Our study findings deepen the TCM understanding of metabolic-immune dysregulation and the relationship between metabolic-immune dysregulation,pattern identification,and treatment method.They also provide new insights for the treatment of inflammation-mediated carcinogenesis in major digestive organs and help us further explore the scientific connotation of the TCM strategy of“treating different diseases with the same method”. 展开更多

Two step regulating acupuncture therapy was employed in the treatment of 96patients with intractable facial paralysis and the therapeutic effects of the method is compared withthat in 40 patients in control.In the first step,strong regulating acupuncture was applied at Meixin(EXtra),upper Taiyang (EX-HN 5) and Xiaguan (ST 7) points in the affected face.In the secondstep,weak regulating acupuncture was used at Dicang (ST 4) and Sibai (ST 2) points in the healthface.It was revealed that among the 96 patients,37 cases (38. 5%) were cured,57 cases (59. 4%)markedly improved,2 cases (2.1%) improved with a total effective rate of 100%.The effective ratewas statistically different (P【0. 005) from that in the control.The results indicate that the method issuperior to the ordinary manipulation in treating intractable facial paralysis. 展开更多

To address the scheduling problem involving energy storage systems and uncertain energy,we propose a method based on multi-stage robust optimization.This approach aims to regulate the energy storage system by using a multi-stage robust optimal control method,which helps overcome the limitations of traditional methods in terms of time scale.The goal is to effectively utilize the energy storage power station system to address issues caused by unpredictable variations in environmental energy and fluctuating load throughout the day.To achieve this,a mathematical model is constructed to represent uncertain energy sources such as photovoltaic and wind power.The generalized Benders Decomposition method is then employed to solve the multi-stage objective optimization problem.By decomposing the problem into a series of sub-objectives,the system scale is effectively reduced,and the algorithm’s convergence ability is improved.Compared with other algorithms,the multi-stage robust optimization model has better economy and convergence ability and can be used to guide the power dispatching of uncertain energy and energy storage systems. 展开更多

Does Environmental Regulation Increase Employment? Based on the SCM and RCM Methods

Whether environmental regulation can increase employment is still controversial in academic circles around the world.An important reason lies in the validity of an empirical method.Using China’s inter-provincial panel data from 2003 to 2015 and the synthetic control method(SCM),this paper focuses on a test that was carried out on the basis of a quasi-natural experiment of the 2007 Emission Trading Pilot(ETP)policy.The test results show that the ETP policy has increased the average employment level by 3.25 percentage points and passed a robustness test.The robustness test using the regression control method(RCM)shows that the average employment level has risen by 3.21 percentage points.This means that the ETP policy has significantly increased employment.The paper also puts forward three policy recommendations:optimizing the trading system for emissions rights,encouraging companies to carry out cleaner production and innovation,and incorporating environmental performance assessments. 展开更多

Chronometry method is one of the work study methods which is appropriate for recording shorter cyclic processes and is based on statistical sampling theory. Determination of cyclic times and work performances of standard cyclic construction machines (SCCM) is one of key assumptions of dynamic planning of machine work on every construction site. Calculation methods of SCCM work performances arc one of basic research objects in the field of construction organization and technology. Study shows applied chronometry method in work of standard cyclic construction machine. Mesenchymal stem cells are highly regarded for their potential in tissue repair and regenerative medicine due to their multipotency and self-renewal abilities.Recently,mesenchymal stem cells have been redefined as“medical signaling cells,”with their primary biological effects mediated through exosome secretion.These exosomes,which contain lipids,proteins,RNA,and metabolites,are crucial in regulating various biological processes and enhancing regenerative therapies.Exosomes replicate the effects of their parent cells while offering benefits such as reduced side effects,low immunogenicity,excellent biocompatibility,and high drug-loading capacity.Dental stem cells,including those from apical papilla,gingiva,dental pulp,and other sources,are key contributors to exosome-mediated regenerative effects,such as tumor cell apoptosis,neuroprotection,angiogenesis,osteogenesis,and immune modulation.Despite their promise,clinical application of exosomes is limited by challenges in isolation techniques.Current methods face issues of complexity,inefficiency,and insufficient purity,hindering detailed analysis.Recent advancements,such as micro-electromechanical systems,alternating current electroosmosis,and serum-free three-dimensional cell cultures,have improved exosome isolation efficacy.This review synthesizes nearly 200 studies on dental stem cell-derived exosomes,highlighting their potential in treating a wide range of conditions,including periodontal diseases,cancer,neurodegenerative disorders,diabetes,and more.Optimized isolation methods offer a path forward for overcoming current limitations and advancing the clinical use of exosome-based therapies. 展开更多

为提高热负荷预测的精度,提升基于负荷预测的供热系统调控效果,提出一种基于特征融合的供热系统预测调控方法。首先,采用偏自相关函数(partial autocorrelation function,PACF)、Pearson相关系数和最大信息系数(maximum information coe... 为提高热负荷预测的精度,提升基于负荷预测的供热系统调控效果,提出一种基于特征融合的供热系统预测调控方法。首先,采用偏自相关函数(partial autocorrelation function,PACF)、Pearson相关系数和最大信息系数(maximum information coefficient,MIC)相结合的特征选择方法来确定预测模型的基本特征;然后,使用线性回归融合、指数融合和主成分分析融合对基本特征进行融合,应用递归MLR预测确定最佳融合方法,进一步对比在最佳融合策略下递归MLR、PSO-SVR、CNN和XGBoost中效果最优的预测方法;最后,将辨识出的融合方法和预测模型方法用于实际热力站调控。结果显示,基于线性回归融合的XGboost预测方法效果最好,可以提升训练精度并减少计算时间,同时可以有效指导调控,节热率达到4%以上。 展开更多

Amidst growing environmental protection intensity by the Chinese government, this paper investigates the effects of environmental regulation on China's industrial pollution treatment productivity and environmental TFP. By estimating China's pollution treatment productivity between 2001 and 2008 and analyzing environmental regulation intensity and the effects of the relevant factors and pollution treatment productivity using panel data, this paper discovers that (1) pollution treatment productivity contributed a significant share of about 40% to industrial environmental TFP during the investigation period; (2) environmental regulation may not necessarily cause adverse impacts on pollution treatment efficiency and productivity but demonstrates a U-shaped relationship: when the share of pollution treatment cost in industrial value-added is above the range of 3.8%-5.1%, environmental regulation is likely to promote pollution treatment productivity and thus environmental TFP Judging by the estimation result, enhancing environmental protection and expediting the development of ecological civilization are conducive to China "s economic transition towards an intensive, efficient, circular, and sustainable development pattern. China's current industrial development has the capacity to tolerate a rather demanding level of pollution treatment and management and China needs to further rely on energy conservation and the environmental production industries to promote the progress of pollution treatment technologies. 展开更多

350 MW超灵活锅炉深度调峰下水冷壁流动不稳定性及动态特性分析

针对工质参数快速变化在超灵活锅炉深度调峰过程中引起的典型流体动力不稳定现象,提出了一种深入探究超灵活锅炉的密度波不稳定性机理及水冷壁动态响应特性的预测模型。基于频域法,将整个蒸发管段划分为过冷区、两相区和过热区3部分;对... 针对工质参数快速变化在超灵活锅炉深度调峰过程中引起的典型流体动力不稳定现象,提出了一种深入探究超灵活锅炉的密度波不稳定性机理及水冷壁动态响应特性的预测模型。基于频域法,将整个蒸发管段划分为过冷区、两相区和过热区3部分;对守恒方程进行线性化和微小扰动处理,利用拉普拉斯变换求解获得管道段的传递函数;基于C语言和MATLAB软件,开发一维线性三区段临界热流密度预测程序,并采用奈奎斯特(Nyquist)稳定性判据评估系统的稳定性。以350 MW超灵活塔式超临界煤粉锅炉为研究对象,结果表明:在75%和30%额定负荷下,临界热流密度分别为194.90、26.38 kW/m^(2),实际工况点距离热流密度边界有足够的安全裕度;当锅炉在两种负荷之间运行时,提高运行压力和热流密度可增强流动稳定性,增加管段长度和降低管道倾角会降低流动稳定性;入口焓越大,系统恢复稳定所需的时间越短。该研究可为锅炉深度调峰安全运行提供理论基础。 展开更多

随着生成式人工智能日益嵌入教育实践,传统自我调节学习理论的内在局限愈加凸显:其在本体论上忽视身体中介作用,在认识论上固守线性调节范式,在实践中则面临技术支持碎片化困境,难以有效支持学习者“学会学习”的复杂发展需求。生成式... 随着生成式人工智能日益嵌入教育实践,传统自我调节学习理论的内在局限愈加凸显:其在本体论上忽视身体中介作用,在认识论上固守线性调节范式,在实践中则面临技术支持碎片化困境,难以有效支持学习者“学会学习”的复杂发展需求。生成式人工智能凭借生成性、人机交互性、高阶性与自主性,突破主客二元的认知结构,与学习者共同构成“主体—中介(技术)—客体”的三元系统,使学习迈向以“人技协同”为特征的内涵重构,直面“乔布斯之问”。据此,生成式自我调节学习应运而生。该理论以辩证建构主义与维果茨基的认知发展理论为宏观指引,融合人技关系、具身认知与对话理论等微观支架,构建出“纯粹思维—具身体验—深度认知”的三重循环路径。这不仅重塑了自我调节学习的逻辑理路,更充实了“学会学习”的时代内涵,可谓“学习的革命”。与此同时,生成式自我调节学习也可能引发反思性缺失、实践性异化、主体性解构与交往性疏离等风险,故应在技术工具理性与教育价值理性之间保持辩证平衡,确保教育始终服务于人的全面发展,推动构建具有时代特色和本土意蕴的中国教育学自主知识体系。 展开更多
