On the basis of continuous tests and batch tests, conversion regular patterns of acetate, propionate and butyrate in activated sludge at different heights of the UASB reactor were conducted. Results indicated that the conversion capacity of the microbe is decided by the substrate characteristic when sole VFA is used as the only substrate. But when mixed substrates are used,the conversion regulations would have changed accordingly. Relationships of different substrates vary according to their locations. In the whole reactor, propionate's conversion is restrained by acetate and butyrate of high concentration. On the top and at the bottom of the reactor, conversion of acetate, but butyrate, is restrained by propionate. And in the midst, acetate's conversion is accelerated by propionate while that of butyrate is restrained. It is proved, based on the analysis of specific conversion rate, that the space distribution of the microbe is the main factor that affects substrates' conversion. The ethanol type fermentation of the acidogenic phase is the optimal acid type fermentation for the two phase anaerobic process. 展开更多

Objective: To analyze the similarities and differences of the applications of "the lung and large intestine being interior-exteriorly related"between the ancient and modern clinical practices, and to reveal the theory meaning.Method: Based on the ancient and modern medical cases database, 245 ancient medical records and 373 modern medical records were studied with the general statistical description and analysis of association rules, and the results were compared to summarize the similarities and differences of the regular pattern of syndrome and treatment on lung-large intestine related diseases in ancient and modern medical records.Results: In modern medical cases, intestinal diseases appeared with the main symptom of constipation due to deficiency of lung qi and qi stagnation of large intestine were always treated by purgation together with replenishing and restoring lung qi. In ancient medical cases, large intestine heat was always caused by lung heat and a variety of diarrhea symptoms appeared. They were always treated by clearing heat and moistening lungs. In addition, the symptom of bound stool caused by qi stagnation of large intestine due to lung qi stagnation was always treated by lowering lung qi to regulate and smooth large intestine qi. And Armeniae Amarum Semen was used by both as a core medicinal herb.Conclusion: Ascending-descending of qi movement is the core of the lung and large intestine relationship. AIM: To identify and understand the regular distribution pattern for Salmonella enteritidis (S. enteritidis) in the internal organs of mice after an oral challenge over a 3 wk period. METHODS: Assays based on the serovar-specific DNA sequence of S. enteritidis from GenBank, and a serovar-specific real-time, fluorescence-based quantitative polymerase chain reaction (FQ-PCR) were developed for the detection of S. enteritidis. We used this assay to detect genomic DNA of S. enteritidis in the blood and the internal organs, including heart, liver, spleen, kidney, pancreas, and gallbladder, from mice after oral challenge at different time points respectively.RESULTS: The results showed that the spleen was positive at 12 h post inoculation (PI), and the blood was at 14 h PI. The organism was detected in the liver and heart at 16 h PI, the pancreas was positive at 20 h PI, and the final organs to show positive results were the kidney and gallbladder at 22 h PI. The copy number of S. enteritidis DNA in each tissue reached a peak at 24-36 h PI, with the liver and spleen containing high concentrations of S. enteritidis, whereas the blood, heart, kidney, pancreas, and gallbladder had low concentrations. S. enteritidis populations began to decrease and were not detectable at 3 d PI, but were still present up to 12 d PI in the gallbladder, 2 wk for the liver, and 3 wk for the spleen without causing apparent symptoms.CONCLUSION: The results provided significant data for understanding the life cycle of S. enteritidis in the internal organs, and showed that the liver and spleen may be the primary sites for setting itself up as a commensa over a long time after oral challenge. Interestingly, it may be the first time reported that the gallbladder is a site of carriage for S. enteritidis over a 12 d period. This study will help to understand the mechanisms of action of S. enteriCdis infection in vivo. 展开更多

Three empirical rules of interfacial potential and Gibb's energy with the radius,charge number of transfer ions and dielectric constant of organic phase are obtained for the ion transfer across the liquid-liquid interface,which are verified by the transfer of simple anions,dye ions and metal ions facilitated by neutral ionophores across the interface between water and some organic solvents, and deduced theoretically based on the electrostatic interaction of ion and high-permittivity solvent. The rules are proved to be effective of choosing supporting electrolytes and searching for new transfer system which follows the rule that r/n of transfer ion should be larger than that of electrolytes ion in water phase and less than that in organic phase.A rule for judgement of the charge sign of transfer ion is suggested firstly based on the relationship between interfacial half-wave potential and dielectric constant of organic phase. 展开更多

This paper delves into the baseline design under the baseline parameterization model in experimental design, focusing on the relationship between the K-aberration criterion and the word length pattern (WLP) of regular two-level designs. The paper provides a detailed analysis of the relationship between K5and the WLP for regular two-level designs with resolution t=3, and proposes corresponding theoretical results. These results not only theoretically reveal the connection between the orthogonal parameterization model and the baseline parameterization model but also provide theoretical support for finding the K-aberration optimal regular two-level baseline designs. It demonstrates how to apply these theories to evaluate and select the optimal experimental designs. In practical applications, experimental designers can utilize the theoretical results of this paper to quickly assess and select regular two-level baseline designs with minimal K-aberration by analyzing the WLP of the experimental design. This allows for the identification of key factors that significantly affect the experimental outcomes without frequently changing the factor levels, thereby maximizing the benefits of the experiment. 展开更多

Purpose-The design goal for the tracking interval of high-speed railway trains in China is 3 min,but it is difficult to achieve,and it is widely believed that it is mainly limited by the tracking interval of train arrivals.If the train arrival tracking interval can be compressed,it will be beneficial for China's high-speed railway to achieve a 3-min train tracking interval.The goal of this article is to study how to compress the train arrival tracking interval.Design/methodologylapproach-By simulating the process of dense train groups arriving at the station and stopping,the headway between train arrivals at the station was calculated,and the pattern of train arrival headway was obtained,changing the traditional understanding that the train arrival headway is considered the main factor limiting the headway of trains.Findings-When the running speed of trains is high,the headway between trains is short,the length of the station approach throat area is considerable and frequent train arrivals at the station,the arrival headway for the first group or several groups of trains will exceed the headway,but the subsequent sets of trains will havea headway equal to the arrival headway.This convergence characteristic is obtained by appropriately increasing the running time.Originality/value-According to this pattern,there is no need to overly emphasize the impact of train arrival headway on the headway.This plays an important role in compressing train headway and improving high-speedrailwaycapacity. 展开更多

The γ-aminobutyric acid neurons(GABAergic neurons) in the inferior colliculus are classified into various patterns based on their intrinsic electrical properties to a constant current injection. Although this classification is associated with physiological function, the exact role for neurons with various firing patterns in acoustic processing remains poorly understood. In the present study, we analyzed characteristics of inferior colliculus neurons in vitro, and recorded responses to stimulation of the dorsal nucleus of the lateral lemniscus using the wholecell patch clamp technique. Seven inferior colliculus neurons were tested and were classified into two firing patterns: sustained-regular(n = 4) and sustained-adapting firing patterns(n = 3). The majority of inferior colliculus neurons exhibited slight changes in response to stimulation and bicuculline. The responses of one neuron with a sustained-adapting firing pattern were suppressed after stimulation, but recovered to normal levels following application of the γ-aminobutyric acid receptor antagonist. One neuron with a sustained-regular pattern showed suppressed stimulation responses, which were not affected by bicuculline. Results suggest that GABAergic neurons in the inferior colliculus exhibit sustained-regular or sustained-adapting firing patterns. Additionally, GABAergic projections from the dorsal nucleus of the lateral lemniscus to the inferior colliculus are associated with sound localization. The different neuronal responses of various firing patterns suggest a role in sound localization. A better understanding of these mechanisms and functions will provide better clinical treatment paradigms for hearing deficiencies. 展开更多

The Lisp language has its share of operations for evaluating regular expressions, but native parsing of Lisp code in this way is unsupported. Matching on lists requires a significantly more complicated model, with a different programmatic approach than that of string matching. This work presents a new automata-based approach centered on a set of functions and macros for identifying sequences of Lisp S-expressions using finite tree automata. The objective is to test that a given list is an element of a given tree language. We use a macro that takes a grammar and generates a function that reads off the leaves of a tree and tries to parse them as a string in a context-free language. The experimental results indicate that this approach is a viable tool for parsing Lisp lists and expressions in the abstract interpretation 展开更多

【目的】研究宁夏盐池县黄花菜花蓟马的发生规律及其空间分布特征,为黄花菜花蓟马预测预报以及综合防治提供科学依据。【方法】通过田间调查、聚集度指标测定及线性回归方程检验黄花菜花蓟马发生动态和空间分布型,并运用Iwao回归分析法... 【目的】研究宁夏盐池县黄花菜花蓟马的发生规律及其空间分布特征,为黄花菜花蓟马预测预报以及综合防治提供科学依据。【方法】通过田间调查、聚集度指标测定及线性回归方程检验黄花菜花蓟马发生动态和空间分布型,并运用Iwao回归分析法建立了理论抽样及序贯抽样模型。【结果】盐池黄花菜上优势蓟马种群为花蓟马,占比为96.94%。参试时间内(5~8月)花蓟马种群动态呈现先上升后下降,再上升再下降的变化趋势,7月15日花蓟马虫口数量和黄花菜分蘖数均达到最大值,且最大值虫口密度为53.4头/株。在黄花菜进入抽薹现蕾期且虫口密度较大时,花蓟马聚集指标聚集指数m^(*)/m>1、扩散系数C>1且大于95%置信区间上限,丛生指标I>0、CA指标>0、负二项指数0<K<8,均表现为聚集分布,聚集原因是其本身的聚集习性和环境因素共同引起的。运用Iwao方法确定了黄花菜花蓟马田间调查理论抽样模型为N=3.84/D^(2)(4.98471/m+0.10228),序贯抽样模型为T_(0)(N)+10N■√60.255N。【结论】宁夏盐池黄花菜田花蓟马虫口数量在7月中旬达到最大值,且花蓟马空间分布格局为聚集分布。运用花蓟马空间分布型参数建立Iwao理论抽样及序贯抽样模型,明确了黄花菜田花蓟马的最适理论抽样数及防治界限,为今后黄花菜田花蓟马预测预报、综合防治提供了理论依据。 展开更多

本试验调查了泰山茶区茶园、菊花园、菊茶间作园3种植模式下绿盲蝽发生时期的虫口数量,并在茶园绿盲蝽秋季回迁期进行了不同杀虫剂的防治效果试验,以期为本茶区绿盲蝽的发生与防控提供参考。结果表明,9—11月、4—6月为茶园绿盲蝽主要... 本试验调查了泰山茶区茶园、菊花园、菊茶间作园3种植模式下绿盲蝽发生时期的虫口数量,并在茶园绿盲蝽秋季回迁期进行了不同杀虫剂的防治效果试验,以期为本茶区绿盲蝽的发生与防控提供参考。结果表明,9—11月、4—6月为茶园绿盲蝽主要发生期,成虫在9月中旬至10月下旬、5月中旬至6月上旬发生量较大。对3种种植模式下秋季绿盲蝽发生动态监测发现,9月份菊花盛花期对绿盲蝽具有明显的吸引作用,且对临近茶园的绿盲蝽回迁产生影响;10月,菊花萎凋后,处于花期的茶树对绿盲蝽的吸引作用开始突显,因此菊花园绿盲蝽数量迅速减少,而菊茶间作园绿盲蝽则由菊花转移至茶树继续为害。不同杀虫剂防效试验结果表明,联苯菊酯对茶园回迁期绿盲蝽的防治效果显著优于其他药剂,第3次用药后7 d防效可达到80%以上,在生产中可作为茶园回迁期绿盲蝽防治的首选药剂。此外,茶园周围杂草可帮助绿盲蝽藏匿取食为害,应将秋季茶园杂草一并纳入防控范围,提高茶园绿盲蝽秋控效率。 展开更多

大黄-黄连配伍“收苦寒之益,无苦寒之弊”用药规律及内涵分析

目的对含大黄-黄连药对的古今组方进行数据挖掘,梳理二者配伍“收苦寒之益,无苦寒之弊”用药规律。方法通过Python脚本采集《中医方剂大辞典》中含大黄-黄连药对的中药方剂,构建大黄-黄连配伍方剂数据库;运用IBM SPSS Modeler18.0软件... 目的对含大黄-黄连药对的古今组方进行数据挖掘,梳理二者配伍“收苦寒之益,无苦寒之弊”用药规律。方法通过Python脚本采集《中医方剂大辞典》中含大黄-黄连药对的中药方剂,构建大黄-黄连配伍方剂数据库;运用IBM SPSS Modeler18.0软件分析方剂主治与大黄-黄连剂量、配比、剂型、用法的关联规则。结果共纳入符合标准的大黄-黄连组方1044首,其中丸剂、散剂、汤剂为大黄-黄连配伍的核心剂型。二者合用倾向于直接生用(68.30%),炮制处理的占比较低。半数以上(50.17%)大黄-黄连按1∶1进行配比,其中“1两∶1两”最为常见。大黄-黄连二者配比相同或相近时更能体现其“收苦寒之益,无苦寒之弊”的特性(65.11%),在1∶5~5∶1配比范围内大黄-黄连配伍平和“苦寒偏性”,增强“清热泻火”“凉血解毒”“止呕止泻”等功效,与疮疡、肝火炽盛证、大肠湿热证等病症呈强相关。结论大黄-黄连配伍“收苦寒之益,无苦寒之弊”与配比、剂型、剂量、用法等密切相关,临床用药时应根据患者不同的适应证对大黄-黄连组方做出改变。 展开更多

钢轨内巨大的温度力严重危害无缝线路的行车安全,预测轨温,提前掌握轨温变化规律十分必要。针对气温-轨温的关联关系展开研究,在新疆富蕴实地开展监测试验,对气温与轨温实行一年内1—10月的温度监测;分析气温与轨温的波动规律;采用贝叶... 钢轨内巨大的温度力严重危害无缝线路的行车安全,预测轨温,提前掌握轨温变化规律十分必要。针对气温-轨温的关联关系展开研究,在新疆富蕴实地开展监测试验,对气温与轨温实行一年内1—10月的温度监测;分析气温与轨温的波动规律;采用贝叶斯正则化的BP神经网络建立轨温预测模型,对气温与轨头、轨腰与其他部位轨温的变化关系进行预测。结果表明,气温和钢轨各部位轨温的变化均呈现规律的周期性,且其最值的差值变化并不完全符合传统规律所述;实测结果显示,最高轨温与最高气温差值变化范围在3~15℃,其差值变化随气温回升而减小,最低气温与最低轨温差值约为1.08,其差值波动较稳定;基于贝叶斯正则化的BP神经网络模型预测结果显示,由日最低气温预测钢轨各部位最低温时,平均误差最小,低至0.311℃,由轨腰日最高温预测钢轨其他部位最高温时,平均误差最小,可达0.877℃。实际工程中,可优先考虑由气温预测最低轨温,由轨腰温度预测其他部位的最高轨温;在冷热交替的时段,应注意及时监测轨温状况,放散温度应力。 展开更多

在前人研究基础上,通过现场调查分析黄土滑坡地质条件及发育特征,进一步统计分析伊犁谷地23处典型黄土滑坡形态及滑床、滑体等要素。结果发现,该区降水量及次数与滑坡发生频次正相关,多发生在春夏之交和夏季,集中在4—9月;滑坡主要发育... 在前人研究基础上,通过现场调查分析黄土滑坡地质条件及发育特征,进一步统计分析伊犁谷地23处典型黄土滑坡形态及滑床、滑体等要素。结果发现,该区降水量及次数与滑坡发生频次正相关,多发生在春夏之交和夏季,集中在4—9月;滑坡主要发育在河谷南北两侧中低山及低山丘陵地带,1300~2000 m高程上最集中;具环河平原带状分布特征,沟谷和交通沿线较发育;山区滑坡类型中以黄土型为典型。伊犁谷地黄土滑坡发生机制为“大气降水+冰雪融水→地表水下渗→坡脚侵蚀→冻融循环→累积性破坏→坡体湿陷、蠕变→坡体突滑”多因素影响下,长达约20年的前期蠕变到2小时快速滑动的过程。 展开更多

目的探寻老年人耐药菌肺炎的中医证候分布与证候演变的规律。方法对144例老年耐药菌肺炎患者的中医四诊资料进行辨证,判断其入院不同时间点的中医证型,分析其证型的演变特点。结果不同年龄段、性别和发病季节的患者,入院时的中医证候分... 目的探寻老年人耐药菌肺炎的中医证候分布与证候演变的规律。方法对144例老年耐药菌肺炎患者的中医四诊资料进行辨证,判断其入院不同时间点的中医证型,分析其证型的演变特点。结果不同年龄段、性别和发病季节的患者,入院时的中医证候分布差异无统计学意义;而不同耐药致病菌感染引起的老年耐药菌肺炎入院第1天时的中医证候分布、不同病情转归患者之间中医证型分布有差异;老年耐药菌肺炎初期以痰热壅肺证为主,亦可见热闭心包证,中期是是否出现变证的关键时期,邪陷正脱证由其他证候演变而来,后期气阴两虚证常见。结论老年耐药菌肺炎入院时的中医证型分布与患者的年龄、性别、发病季节等无相关性,而与感染的致病耐药菌及病情转归有相关性,且老年人耐药菌肺炎的中医证候在入院不同时间点呈现出动态演变过程。 展开更多
