Objective:To analyze the status of ophthalmology drug clinical trial institutions in China following the implementation of the registration system and provide a reference for their development.Methods:An analysis was ...Objective:To analyze the status of ophthalmology drug clinical trial institutions in China following the implementation of the registration system and provide a reference for their development.Methods:An analysis was conducted using data from the Drug Clinical Trial Institution Registration Management Information Platform and the Drug Clinical Trial Registration and Information Publicity Platform of the National Medical Products Administration.The search period was up to April 19,2024.Results:As of April 19,2024,314 ophthalmology-specific institutions were registered nationwide,comprising 274 comprehensive medical institutions and 40 specialized ophthalmology institutions,representing a 245%increase compared to the qualification certification phase.There were 965 major researchers in ophthalmology,accounting for 6.3%of the total number of researchers across all registered ophthalmology institutions.These institutions were predominantly located in economically developed areas such as Guangdong,Zhejiang,and Jiangsu Provinces,with the top five provinces and cities comprising 39.8%of the total registered institutions.Beijing had the highest number of major researchers(126),with their distribution positively correlated with the geographic spread of registered institutions.Furthermore,as of April 19,2024,there were 216 clinical drugs related to eye diseases,with the top three provinces conducting 77.8%of national clinical trial projects.The number of institutions was directly proportional to the volume of clinical trials conducted.Conclusion:The implementation of the registration system has facilitated the release of ophthalmic medical resources.However,regional disparities remain in the number of ophthalmology-specific institutions,the availability of major investigators,and the distribution of clinical trial projects.展开更多
The border gateway protocol(BGP)has become the indispensible infrastructure of the Internet as a typical inter-domain routing protocol.However,it is vulnerable to misconfigurations and malicious attacks since BGP does...The border gateway protocol(BGP)has become the indispensible infrastructure of the Internet as a typical inter-domain routing protocol.However,it is vulnerable to misconfigurations and malicious attacks since BGP does not provide enough authentication mechanism to the route advertisement.As a result,it has brought about many security incidents with huge economic losses.Exiting solutions to the routing security problem such as S-BGP,So-BGP,Ps-BGP,and RPKI,are based on the Public Key Infrastructure and face a high security risk from the centralized structure.In this paper,we propose the decentralized blockchain-based route registration framework-decentralized route registration system based on blockchain(DRRS-BC).In DRRS-BC,we produce a global transaction ledge by the information of address prefixes and autonomous system numbers between multiple organizations and ASs,which is maintained by all blockchain nodes and further used for authentication.By applying blockchain,DRRS-BC perfectly solves the problems of identity authentication,behavior authentication as well as the promotion and deployment problem rather than depending on the authentication center.Moreover,it resists to prefix and subprefix hijacking attacks and meets the performance and security requirements of route registration.展开更多

Under this system, registered residence （hukou） plays an important role in resource allocation and interest distributi...The household registration system has been a basic institutional arrangement in Chinese society. Under this system, registered residence （hukou） plays an important role in resource allocation and interest distribution, and thus exerts a significant impact on social stratification and mobility. After nearly three decades of reform and opening up, does it still play a role, and, if so, what is this role？ Drawing on data from the China General Social Survey, we find that China＇s social stratification is characterized by the simultaneous existence of differentiation between urban and rural hukou and hierarchy within urban hukou; furthermore, there is a positive correlation between one＇s opportunities for social mobility and the possibility of changing and transferring one＇s hukou. Despite the increasing social mobility ensuing from market-oriented transformation, the hukou hierarchy and its structural influence on mobility within the institutional framework persist. The strongly conglutinative nature of the household registration system has given rise to social disparities. The basic direction for reform of the system should be unification ofhukou and free choice of movement from one place to another.展开更多
Whether registration system reform(RSR)can curb administrative intervention and create a fair market environment has long been a concern in China.We explore this issue from the perspective of the initial public offeri...Whether registration system reform(RSR)can curb administrative intervention and create a fair market environment has long been a concern in China.We explore this issue from the perspective of the initial public offering(IPO)preference based on the entropy balancing method,and findings are as follows.First,an IPO ownership preference exists under approval system.That is,state-owned enterprises(SOEs)are more likely than private enterprises to obtain IPO approval.However,RSR significantly changes this preference,especially for non-politically connected private enterprises.Second,the post-IPO market performance of SOEs is inferior to that of private enterprises under approval system,thus excluding the view that approval is prioritized for SOEs because of superior performance.Third,compared with SOEs,private enterprises are more likely to switch the issuance system from approval system to registration system;this change makes it easier for them to obtain IPO approval,indicating that private enterprise owners perceive the registration channel to be fairer.Fourth,the effect of RSR on IPO ownership preference mainly occurs in companies in three major urban agglomerations in China—the Pearl River Delta,the Yangtze River Delta,and the Beijing–Tian jin–Hebei region—and in technology-intensive industries.Collectively,our findings reveal that RSR cultivates a fairer IPO approval process.展开更多
In recent years,there has been a growing interest in real estate investments that utilize blockchain technology.Traditional real estate investments usually involve third-party intermediaries for verifying and recordin...In recent years,there has been a growing interest in real estate investments that utilize blockchain technology.Traditional real estate investments usually involve third-party intermediaries for verifying and recording informal real estate transactions.This paper proposes a blockchain-based real estate investment model and presents a detailed description of the real estate register authentication aspect of the model.The model uses blockchain technology to create tamper-evident records of real estate transactions and provide secure authentication and verification for informal real estate transactions.Meanwhile,each real estate transaction is recorded in a block,and all transaction records are kept on the blockchain.This means that inventors can access these transaction records and verify their authenticity and validity.The system can also use smart contracts to automate the process of real estate transactions,which further improves transaction efficiency and reduces costs.Furthermore,the model’s timestamp and authentication mechanism can eliminate third-party intermediaries and ensure the authenticity and validity of real estate transactions through distributed ledgers and verification mechanisms.Overall,blockchain-based real estate systems offer advantages of security,transparency,efficiency,and cost reduction.With ongoing blockchain advancements,these systems are expected to play a crucial role in future real estate investment transactions.展开更多

This review will describe the global patterns and trends of colorectal cancer survival,using data from the population-based studies or cancer registration.We performed a systematic search of China National Knowledge I...This review will describe the global patterns and trends of colorectal cancer survival,using data from the population-based studies or cancer registration.We performed a systematic search of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,PubMed,Web of Science,EMBASE,and SEER and collected all population-based survival studies of colorectal cancer(up to June 2020).Estimates of observed and relative survival rates of colorectal cancer by sex,period,and country were extracted from original studies to describe the temporal patterns and trends from the late 1990s to the early 21st century.Globally,5-year observed survival rates were higher in Seoul,Republic of Korea(1993–1997;56.8%and 54.3%for colon and rectum cancers,respectively),Zhejiang province(2005–2010;52.9%for colon cancer),Tianjin(1991–1999;52.5%for colon cancer),Shanghai(2002–2006;50.0%for rectum cancer)of China,and in Japan(1993–1996,59.6%for colorectal cancer).Five-year relative survival rates of colorectal cancer in the Republic of Korea(2010–2014),Queensland,Australia(2005–2012),and the USA(2005–2009)ranked at relatively higher positions compared to other countries.In general,colorectal cancer survival rates are improving over time worldwide.Sex disparities in survival rates were also observed in the colon,rectum,and colorectal cancers in most countries or regions.The poorest age-specific 5-year relative survival rate was observed in patients>75 years of age.In conclusion,over the past 3 decades,colorectal cancer survival has gradually improved.Geographic variations,sex differences,and age gradients were also observed globally in colorectal cancer survival.Further studies are therefore warranted to investigate the prognostic factors of colorectal cancer.展开更多

文摘Whether registration system reform(RSR)can curb administrative intervention and create a fair market environment has long been a concern in China.We explore this issue from the perspective of the initial public offering(IPO)preference based on the entropy balancing method,and findings are as follows.First,an IPO ownership preference exists under approval system.That is,state-owned enterprises(SOEs)are more likely than private enterprises to obtain IPO approval.However,RSR significantly changes this preference,especially for non-politically connected private enterprises.Second,the post-IPO market performance of SOEs is inferior to that of private enterprises under approval system,thus excluding the view that approval is prioritized for SOEs because of superior performance.Third,compared with SOEs,private enterprises are more likely to switch the issuance system from approval system to registration system;this change makes it easier for them to obtain IPO approval,indicating that private enterprise owners perceive the registration channel to be fairer.Fourth,the effect of RSR on IPO ownership preference mainly occurs in companies in three major urban agglomerations in China—the Pearl River Delta,the Yangtze River Delta,and the Beijing–Tian jin–Hebei region—and in technology-intensive industries.Collectively,our findings reveal that RSR cultivates a fairer IPO approval process.
文摘In recent years,there has been a growing interest in real estate investments that utilize blockchain technology.Traditional real estate investments usually involve third-party intermediaries for verifying and recording informal real estate transactions.This paper proposes a blockchain-based real estate investment model and presents a detailed description of the real estate register authentication aspect of the model.The model uses blockchain technology to create tamper-evident records of real estate transactions and provide secure authentication and verification for informal real estate transactions.Meanwhile,each real estate transaction is recorded in a block,and all transaction records are kept on the blockchain.This means that inventors can access these transaction records and verify their authenticity and validity.The system can also use smart contracts to automate the process of real estate transactions,which further improves transaction efficiency and reduces costs.Furthermore,the model’s timestamp and authentication mechanism can eliminate third-party intermediaries and ensure the authenticity and validity of real estate transactions through distributed ledgers and verification mechanisms.Overall,blockchain-based real estate systems offer advantages of security,transparency,efficiency,and cost reduction.With ongoing blockchain advancements,these systems are expected to play a crucial role in future real estate investment transactions.

文摘This review will describe the global patterns and trends of colorectal cancer survival,using data from the population-based studies or cancer registration.We performed a systematic search of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,PubMed,Web of Science,EMBASE,and SEER and collected all population-based survival studies of colorectal cancer(up to June 2020).Estimates of observed and relative survival rates of colorectal cancer by sex,period,and country were extracted from original studies to describe the temporal patterns and trends from the late 1990s to the early 21st century.Globally,5-year observed survival rates were higher in Seoul,Republic of Korea(1993–1997;56.8%and 54.3%for colon and rectum cancers,respectively),Zhejiang province(2005–2010;52.9%for colon cancer),Tianjin(1991–1999;52.5%for colon cancer),Shanghai(2002–2006;50.0%for rectum cancer)of China,and in Japan(1993–1996,59.6%for colorectal cancer).Five-year relative survival rates of colorectal cancer in the Republic of Korea(2010–2014),Queensland,Australia(2005–2012),and the USA(2005–2009)ranked at relatively higher positions compared to other countries.In general,colorectal cancer survival rates are improving over time worldwide.Sex disparities in survival rates were also observed in the colon,rectum,and colorectal cancers in most countries or regions.The poorest age-specific 5-year relative survival rate was observed in patients>75 years of age.In conclusion,over the past 3 decades,colorectal cancer survival has gradually improved.Geographic variations,sex differences,and age gradients were also observed globally in colorectal cancer survival.Further studies are therefore warranted to investigate the prognostic factors of colorectal cancer.
