Objective To investigate therapeutic method f or old rupture of cross ligament and c ollateral ligament of the knee.Method Reduce and fix the tibia migrated to a nterior and posterior anatomically with three sets of C...Objective To investigate therapeutic method f or old rupture of cross ligament and c ollateral ligament of the knee.Method Reduce and fix the tibia migrated to a nterior and posterior anatomically with three sets of Charnley articula ted splints.Reconstruct cross liga ment and collateral ligament with the ten don of semitendinosus.Result Clinical symptoms disappeared in 15cases and normal function resumed;9cases had different degree of sympto ms after following up for 7months to t hree years and 5months.Conclusion It is an effective method to reduce tibia-femoral and patellar-femoral joints anatomically,recon struct cross and collateral ligamen ts and resume biological function.展开更多
