This paper will analyze the current stage of the project construction and the problems existing in the project construction based on these factors. At present, the highway projects are mainly economic benefit analysis. The construction process does not conform to the relevant construction schedule formulated in advance, and there is a lack of supervision and management. Looking at the previous work experience, in the early stage of highway construction, a set of quality management system conforming to the project construction can be established, and a scientific construction plan can be planned.
