Methods: from January 2018 to January 2020 in our hospital during the treatment of acute cerebral infarction in patients with a random sample of 72 as analysis data, by different treatment to the patients into two groups were analyzed, and the control group and observation group, all the 36 patients, to its traditional general treatment, two groups, control group in the traditional general treatment conditions, intravenous urokinase thrombolytic therapy was applied, while the observation group was given butylphthalide combined with urokinase intravenous thrombolytic therapy. Finally, the actual therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Conclusion: joint urokinase for acute cerebral infarction patients butyl phthalide intravenous treatment, can rise to improve curative effect, can also be very good to improve the function of nerve defect and the normal life ability, moreover, to improve blood vessels and treatment rate of security, reduce complications, in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients has important significance.展开更多
