Vibration analysis of a new polymer quartz piezoelectric crystal sensor for detecting characteristic materials of volatility liquid 被引量:3

We present a new polymer quartz piezoelectric crystal sensor that takes a quartz piezoelectric crystal as the basal material and a nanometer nonmetallic polymer thin film as the surface coating based on the principle of quartz crystal microbalance(QCM). The new sensor can be used to detect the characteristic materials of a volatile liquid. A mechanical model of the new sensor was built, whose structure was a thin circle plate composing of polytef/quartz piezoelectric/polytef. The mechanical model had a diameter of 8 mm and a thickness of 170 μm. The vibration state of the model was simulated by software ANSYS after the physical parameters and the boundary condition of the new sensor were set. According to the results of experiments, we set up a frequency range from 9.995850 MHz to 9.997225 MHz, 17 kinds of frequencies and modes of vibration were obtained within this range. We found a special frequency fspof 9.996358 MHz. When the resonant frequency of the new sensor's mechanical model reached the special frequency, a special phenomenon occurred. In this case, the amplitude of the center point O on the mechanical model reached the maximum value. At the same time, the minimum absolute difference between the simulated frequency based on the ANSYS software and the experimental measured stable frequency was reached. The research showed that the design of the new polymer quartz piezoelectric crystal sensor perfectly conforms to the principle of QCM. A special frequency value fspwas found and subsequently became one of the most important parameters in the new sensor design. 展开更多

We report for the first time a cleavage phenomenon in the resonant peak of a piezoelectric quartz crystal(PQC) in liquid phase.In the presence of a strong longitudinal wave effect,an additional resonant peak appears in the conductance-frequency curve.With gradually increasing liquid density,the additional peak moves from low to high frequency region then disappears.The frequency of the additional resonant peak is sensitive to the change in liquid density.The frequency shift of the additional peak is linear with the liquid density in a given range.For a 5 MHz PQC with a reflection distance of 16 mm for longitudinal wave,the sensitivity to liquid density is 2.61×10^6 Hz g^-1 cm^3.The overlap between the primary resonant peak and the additional resonant peak causes a decrease in the intensity of the former and an increase in the intensity of the latter.In a combined impedance analysis method,the changes in surface mass loading,density and viscosity of the liquid were monitored simultaneously by a PQC sensor. 展开更多

An electronic-nose is developed based on eight quartz-crystal-microbalance (QCM) gas sensors in a sensor box, and is used to detect Chinese liquors at room temperature. Each sensor is a highly-accurate and highly-sensitive oscillator that has experienced airflow disturbances under the condition of varying room temperatures due to unstable flow-induced forces on the sensors surfaces. The three-dimensional (3D) nature of the airflow inside the sensor box and the interactions of the airflow on the sensors surfaces at different temperatures are studied by computational fluid dynamics (CFD) tools. Higher simulation accuracy is achieved by optimizing meshes, meshing the computational domain using a fine unstructural tetrahedron mesh. An optimum temperature, 30 ℃, is obtained by analyzing the distributions of velocity streamlines and the static pressure, as well as the flow-induced forces over time, all of which may be used to improve the identification accuracy of the electronic-nose for achieving stable and repeatable signals by removing the influence of temperature. 展开更多

快速、定量和准确的凝血检测在一系列疾病防控中尤为重要,先进的血凝检测仪器对促进血凝检测技术的发展有着重要意义。本文开发了一种基于粘度传感的高频相移PQ-Sensor血凝传感仪,该仪器利用固定频率及被动激励相位测量的原理,采用基频1... 快速、定量和准确的凝血检测在一系列疾病防控中尤为重要,先进的血凝检测仪器对促进血凝检测技术的发展有着重要意义。本文开发了一种基于粘度传感的高频相移PQ-Sensor血凝传感仪,该仪器利用固定频率及被动激励相位测量的原理,采用基频100 MHz镀铝压电石英晶体研制而成,用于监测人体凝血功能。血液凝固过程中,由于纤维蛋白原的降解凝聚引起了血液粘度变化,该仪器响应信号呈阶梯状降低,展现了良好的传感性能。使用该仪器与Sysmex凝血分析仪分别监测了静脉血浆纤维蛋白原的含量,结果显示两组数据相关性一致(R2>0.954),同时表明该仪器具有检测限低、测量精度高、灵敏度好的优势,在临床和个人凝血功能监测中具有广阔的应用前景。 展开更多

为了快速、无损、高灵敏地检测柑橘是否受到橘小实蝇的侵染,将挥发性气体D-柠檬烯作为主要的虫害标志物,设计和制备了基于ZIF-7的D-柠檬烯分子印迹聚合物(MIP@ZIF-7),滴涂在金电极上制成MIP@ZIF-7-QCM传感器,采用自主研发的气体检测系... 为了快速、无损、高灵敏地检测柑橘是否受到橘小实蝇的侵染,将挥发性气体D-柠檬烯作为主要的虫害标志物,设计和制备了基于ZIF-7的D-柠檬烯分子印迹聚合物(MIP@ZIF-7),滴涂在金电极上制成MIP@ZIF-7-QCM传感器,采用自主研发的气体检测系统测试了传感器的气敏性能,结果表明:ZIF-7的添加显著提高了所制备的MIP@ZIF-7-QCM传感器对D-柠檬烯气体的响应,在质量浓度为600~1800 mg/m^(3)范围内对呈良好的线性响应,灵敏度为0.141 Hz/(mg·m^(3)),是未添加ZIF-7的MIP-QCM传感器的10倍,并且,传感器的响应时间缩短了3/5,恢复时间缩短了1/4。连续测试5次的RSD为2.80%,重复性为97.19%,1个月前后的响应下降率为2.25%~4.31%,具有良好的选择性、重复性和长期稳定性。此外,传感器对次要的虫害标志性气体(芳樟醇、癸醛、α-蒎烯)也有响应,但灵敏度仅为D-柠檬烯的60%、47%和55%。 展开更多

为了满足工业生产中对高灵敏度折射率传感器的需求,利用两个法布里-珀罗干涉仪(FPI_(1)和FPI_(2))级联构成一款高灵敏度的液体折射率传感器。FPI_(1)和FPI_(2)均由单模光纤、多模光纤和毛细管拼接而成。FPI_(1)的毛细管侧壁上利用飞秒... 为了满足工业生产中对高灵敏度折射率传感器的需求,利用两个法布里-珀罗干涉仪(FPI_(1)和FPI_(2))级联构成一款高灵敏度的液体折射率传感器。FPI_(1)和FPI_(2)均由单模光纤、多模光纤和毛细管拼接而成。FPI_(1)的毛细管侧壁上利用飞秒激光钻了两个微孔,形成开放通道,使被测量的溶液能够进入FPI_(1)的F-P腔。当F-P腔中液体折射率发生变化时,导致FPI_(1)的光谱发生线性漂移,解调光谱漂移量可以获得液体折射率值。将FPI_(2)和FPI_(1)级联后产生游标效应能够将FPI_(1)的灵敏度放大。实验测得FPI_(1)的折射率灵敏度为-110.61 nm/RIU,游标效应传感器的折射率灵敏度为-1 072.72 nm/RIU,灵敏度提高了9.7倍。该传感器结构简单,容易制造,灵敏度高,在环境监测等领域具有优势。 展开更多

为了解决动态称重中发生的跳秤、S形行驶、急刹猛起等问题,针对高精度不停车动态称重系统(EWTC)进行了深入研究。通过对国内外动态称重设备性能特点及工作原理的系统调查分析,研究了条带式、交错式、宽板式压电石英传感器组合方案及其效... 为了解决动态称重中发生的跳秤、S形行驶、急刹猛起等问题,针对高精度不停车动态称重系统(EWTC)进行了深入研究。通过对国内外动态称重设备性能特点及工作原理的系统调查分析,研究了条带式、交错式、宽板式压电石英传感器组合方案及其效果,提出了多条带与宽板交错布设组合阵列式布设方案,并对其进行试验场测试、道路测试及实际工程验证。研究结果表明:宽板与多条带石英传感器的阵列式布设方案不仅能达到较高的动态称重精度,而且能够很好地解决车辆走停、走S形及倒车等情况带来的问题;动态称重精度在2%以内,高于中国规定的动态称重误差标准;研究结果可为货车不停车计重收费系统的实现奠定关键技术基础。 展开更多

Quartz optical fibers are of great significance in many fields. For example,they can be used to fabricate strain sensors and temperature sensors.If the surface of optical fibers is metal-coated by the electroless plating method, the measuring precision and stability of the optical fiber sensors can be improved remarkably, additionally the life-span of sensors can be prolonged.In this work, an electroless nickel-phosphor plating process for optical fibers was presented.The influences of the content of NaH 2PO 2·H 2O, bath pH value and temperature and the plating deposition rate on the quality of the plating coatings were studied with orthogonal testing.The results indicated that the content of NaH 2PO 2·H 2O was the key factor, which influenced the adhesion force of the plating coatings.The nickel-phosphor plating bath presented in this work possessed excellent stability and the plating deposition rate could be accelerated.Using the process described in this work, nickel-phosphor coatings with great brightness and high adhesion force can be prepared successfully.Optimum conditions were: NiSO 4 30 g·L -1, NaH 2PO 2·H 2O 20 g·L -1, C 3H 6O 3 4 ml·L -1, Na 2CO 3 3 g·L -1, NH 4Cl 4 g·L -1, saccharin 1 mg·L -1, temperature 84 ℃, pH 4.6. 展开更多
