First, the assembly process was modeled as a one-dimensional discrete variant system by state space equation based on variation stream. Then, the criterion to judge whether the process is stable or not and the index, stability degree, to show the level of stability were proposed by analyzing the bounded-input bounded-output (BIBO) stability of system. Finally, a simulated example of a sheet metal assembly process with three stations, was provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.展开更多
[Objectives]To use liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology to analyze the chemical composition of traditional Chinese medicine and explore its application in the evaluation of quality stability of tradition...[Objectives]To use liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology to analyze the chemical composition of traditional Chinese medicine and explore its application in the evaluation of quality stability of traditional Chinese medicine.[Methods]Ultra performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-QTOF-MS)was used to detect the samples of Moluodan concentrated pills.By comparing and analyzing the detection results of 10 different batches of Moluodan concentrated pills,combined with principal component analysis(PCA),the quality stability of Moluodan concentrated pills was evaluated.[Results]A total of 367 chemical components were identified in Moluodan concentrated pills.The average repetition rate of the chemical components contained in the 10 different batches of samples reached 92%.The overall quality stability of the Moluodan concentrated pills was good.[Conclusions]The UPLC-QTOF-MS technology combined with PCA provides a reference for the overall quality evaluation of Moluodan concentrated pills,and provides new detection methods and ideas for the analysis of the components of Chinese medicine.展开更多

In this study, orthogonal experimental design was used to investigate the influencing factors on the pH stability of Yuxingcao injection. Two methods of accelerated tests were carried out in the experiments. The results showed that using Tween 80 as the solubilizer could significantly decrease the pH value of Yuxingcao injection after accelerated tests. There was no significant difference in the pH value after the accelerated tests when the other 6 factors varied, including the type of liquid processed, the dosage of activated carbon, heating temperature, reagents for pH adjustment, pH value range after adjustment, and sterilization conditions. In order to improve the quality stability of Yuxingcao injection, the quality of Tween 80 should be strictly controlled to minimize the change of pH value of Yuxingcao injection.展开更多

The quality of 17 varieties of peanuts was analyzed, and each was used to prepare peanut butter. For different storage temperatures and durations, stability of the peanut butter was measured according to three indicators: peroxide value, acid value, and centrifugal rate. The correlation between peanut components and peanut butter storage stability was also investigated. The results indicated significant differences in fatty acid composition between different varieties of peanut. Peanut butter prepared with high oleic peanuts(Kainong 17-15) had a significantly longer shelf life than that of other varieties. The significant correlation between the stability of peanut butter and peanut quality suggests that oleic acid and linoleic acid were the main influencing factors on stability. This study finds that the high oleic peanuts(HOP) is the most suitable variety for making peanut butter, which can allow farmers and processors to choose the specific variety for better product and shelf life.展开更多

Th...The qualified finished water from water treatment plants(WTPs) may become discolored and deteriorated during transportation in drinking water distribution systems(DWDSs), which affected tap water quality seriously. This water stability problem often occurs due to pipe corrosion and the destabilization of corrosion scales. This paper provides a comprehensive review of pipe corrosion in DWDSs, including corrosion process, corrosion scale formation, influencing factors and monitoring technologies utilized in DWDSs. In terms of corrosion process, corrosion occurrence, development mechanisms, currently applied assays, and indices used to determine the corrosion possibility are summarized, as well as the chemical and bacterial influences. In terms of scale formation, explanations for the nature of corrosion and scale formation mechanisms are discussed and its typical multilayered structure is illustrated. Furthermore, the influences of water quality and microbial activity on scale transformation are comprehensively discussed. Corrosion-related bacteria at the genus level and their associated corrosion mechanism are also summarized. This review helps deepen the current understanding of pipe corrosion and scale formation in DWDSs, providing guidance for water supply utilities to ensure effective measures to maintain water quality stability and guarantee drinking water safety.展开更多
With the development of the production scale and the increasing of the process technologies and facilities,product quality and the requirement of water supply continuously put forward new requirements to water treatme...With the development of the production scale and the increasing of the process technologies and facilities,product quality and the requirement of water supply continuously put forward new requirements to water treatment technology.The practice of the water saving technology should ensure the safe of water using and the innovation of technique data.Especially the stabilization of water quality should also meet the production at full capacity,reduce equipment failure rate and maintain the sustainable development under the condition of the minimal resource consumption.This article describes the practice of Baosteel saving technology,water-saving ideas from the system to start,according to Baosteel raw water intake requirements and process water and drainage characteristics,water and salt water tidal according to changes in the Yangtze River and the Yangtze River upstream and downstream trends in water discharge on water quality factors,established the electrical conductivity,chloride ion indicators for the control of the Yangtze River water,the implementation of 'avoid salt build light' water at the same time,combined with the actual situation of water pollution in the Yangtze River,the use of force coefficient correlation theory,the implementation of 'avoid taking clear pollution' to ensure the quality of raw water intake. System and cascade utilization of water,process water,based on whole plant water balance testing, analysis,technical parameters of the system and processes the user running the pressure balance pipe network,and implemented a stabilization system to adjust water pressure,reducing the water supply network systemwater loss;application of electrochemical principles,the implementation of the protection of underground pipes Baosteel,implemented a water use,steps to use,the operating mode of water supply in series to increase water reuse,reduce wastewater discharge system. Water quality stability and water-saving in the process;carry out water quality stability technology in the different complicated processes of the steel industry;apply the environmental protection and water quality, sterilization,non-phosphorus and low phosphorus technologies which are suitable for high concentration of circulating water.By these technologies,we achieved the water-saving in the process in different seasons and solved the technical problems affecting production such as equipment corrosion,scaling and the formation of the water quality proprietary technology under the conditions of high heat load production as well.
