The results showed that:(1) the level of science and education was the most important factor affecting the quality of urban development in Guangdong Province;(2) the quality of urban development in Guangdong Province was extremely uncoordinated;(3) cities with stronger economic strength had lower resource and environment evaluation;(4) cities of Guangdong Province could be divided into three categories: cities in a quality optimization stage, cities in a quality improvement stage, and cities in a quality lagging stage that could be further divided into three categories.展开更多

Firstly, this paper constructs the indicator system based on the high-quality development theory and the characteristic of the construction industry from seven dimensions: industrial scale, industrial efficiency, industrial benefits, industrial innovation, industrial risk, industrial potential, and the green development of the construction industry. Secondly, using the global principal component analysis (PCA) method to measure the high-quality development level. Thirdly, cluster analysis is applied to measure the relative changes of various dimensions in different stages. The results show that overall the high-quality development level of the construction industry in Henan province is increasing, but different indicators perform differently in various stages, and the changes in real estate policies have a significant impact on this. Finally, based on these findings, we think it is better to reduce real estate dependence, promote the application of new materials and technologies and maintain the stability of real estate policies.展开更多

As the largest manufacturing country,China is striving to improve the development quality of its power industry with the goal of Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality,in order to sustain its high-quality economic growt...As the largest manufacturing country,China is striving to improve the development quality of its power industry with the goal of Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality,in order to sustain its high-quality economic growth.In this regard,it is of importance to reveal both the regional development level of China’s power sector and its characteristics in terms of inspiring the next improvement direction.Motived by this purpose,this paper constructs an evaluation indicator system from three dimensions at the province level based on the connotation of high-quality development of the power industry(HDPI).Next,it calculates the HDPI indexes of 30 provinces and explore their development trend and spatial pattern.The results indicate that the total comprehensive performance of all regions was improved in general in the recent decade,but the spatial distribution characteristics of clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient are different.In the aspects of improvement space in future,not only do actively ameliorate the related management regimes or technical fields so as to improve the corresponding indicators’value,but also passively rely on the macro-development such as China’s urbanization level improvement,technological level improvement,and industrial structure upgrading as usual.展开更多
In 2012,China's first national shale gas demonstrations areas were set up in the Sichuan Basin.After 10 years'construction and practice,the giant marine shale gas area of 10×10^(12) m^(3) level is built u...In 2012,China's first national shale gas demonstrations areas were set up in the Sichuan Basin.After 10 years'construction and practice,the giant marine shale gas area of 10×10^(12) m^(3) level is built up in the Sichuan Basin,and shale gas steps into a new stage of large-scale benefit exploration and development.In order to systematically summarize the achievements in shale gas exploration and development and provide guidance and reference for the exploration and development of deep shale gas and shale oil&gas in other areas,this paper systematically summarizes the main characteristics,development models and key identification and evaluation technologies for quality reservoirs of Wufeng Formation-Longmaxi Formation shale gas by analyzing the electric property,lithofacies,reservoir parameters and microscopic porosity of key wells in the basin.And the following research results are obtained.First,biogenetic siliceous shale,calcareous shale and mixed shale are main lithofacies types in quality shale gas reservoirs,and they are formed in the environment of semi-deep and deep water continental shelf.Their lateral distribution is controlled by the paleogeomorphology and their vertical development is influenced by provenance,redox condition and paleo productivity.They are 25-90 m thick.Second,in the quality shale gas reservoirs develop organic pores,inorganic pore and microfractures(including lamina/bedding fractures),among which,organic pore is one of the main reservoir spaces and microfracture is not only indispensable reservoir space,but also production pathway.The reservoir space of shale gas is overall micro-nano pore,and macropores play an important role in shale gas enrichment.Third,three development models of quality reservoir are established,including sedimentary type,diagenesis type and reworking type.The sedimentary type is the foundation.Multiple quality reservoirs are developed in the high U/Th interval of graptolite belt at the bottom of Longmaxi Formation,and their thickness is mainly controlled by paleogeomorphology and especially greater in the depression area.The diagenesis type is divided into three forms,i.e.,syngenetic-early diagenetic rigid support,middle-late diagenetic mineral-organic matter transformation,and overpressure relief compaction.The reworking type is dominated by quality reservoirs with microfractures.Fourth,the core technologies for identifying and evaluating quality shale gas reservoir include large-size core and rock slice observation,high-accuracy rock mineral identification,experimental gas content test and simulation,SEM microscopic characterization,3D microscopic pore reconstruction,comprehensive geophysical interpretation and prediction and big data analysis.In conclusion,nearly 10 years'research and practice achievements in demonstration area construction can deepen the understanding on domestic quality shale gas reservoirs,promote the effective development of the theories and technologies related to shale gas reservoirs,improve the prediction accuracy of shale gas sweet spot zones/intervals,and expand the shale gas exploration and development achievements of demonstration areas.展开更多

In this sense,the connotation of regional innovation capacity should reflect more aspects, such as better economic effectiveness, people-centered philosophy of development and better living conditions. This study aims at establishing the evaluation index system of regional innovation capacity under high-quality perspective.Then the dynamic evaluation method based on gray correlation degree and TOPSIS is improved. And the improved method is applied to evaluate the regional innovation capacity under high-quality development perspective. The results show that: 1) The regional innovation capacity of Jiangsu, Zhejiang,Shanghai and Guangdong under high-quality development perspective is better than other regions,while the regional innovation capacity of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is imbalanced. Regional innovation capability of Fujian, Shandong, and Hainan from a high-quality perspective is at the middle and lower levels. 2) From the perspective of development trends, the gap of regional innovation capacity between Beijing, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Guangdong and Fujian, Hebei, Shandong is gradually narrowing.3) An in-depth analysis of the regional innovation capability of the eastern provinces and cities from the perspective of high-quality development through different dimensions shows that Beijing, Guangdong, Jiangsu perform well in all dimensions, while Fujian and Hainan need to pay more attention to innovation input and the creation of a better innovation environment to enhance innovation output and promote innovation effectiveness. We used a widely targeted metabolomics approach to examine the metabolic changes in three pedigreed indica cultivars(Meixiangzhan 2,Meisizhan and Qixinzhan),with different eating qualities,at 8,15 and 30 d after flowe...We used a widely targeted metabolomics approach to examine the metabolic changes in three pedigreed indica cultivars(Meixiangzhan 2,Meisizhan and Qixinzhan),with different eating qualities,at 8,15 and 30 d after flowering(DAF)to explore the formation mechanism of rice eating and nutritional qualities at a global metabolic level.A total of 623 metabolites were identified,and results showed that metabolic variations among rice cultivars decreased with grain developmental stage,suggesting that sufficient carbohydrate and amino acid supply during grain development may contribute to excellent rice eating and nutritional quality formation.Lysophosphatidylcholines 19:0 and 16:1 were beneficial for excellent eating quality formation during grain development.Rice fragrance was attributed mainly to spermidine andγ-aminobutyric acid.Rice cultivars with excellent eating quality at 15-30 DAF had relatively higher flavone content,possibly because they had adequate carbohydrate and amino acid contents during grain development.These results provided insight into the mechanisms for establishing rice eating and nutritional qualities during grain formation at a global metabolic level,and can be applied towards improving rice quality.展开更多

Lecturer’s capacity has been evaluated using different parameters in Assosa University, Ethiopia. Mandatorily, lecturers are evaluated using printed check list. For the last few years we observed that, the lecturer efficiency score is found on the shelf and not checked by anyone to know the gaps and to establish follow-up system. The use of intranet based web system is better to use lecturer’s efficiency result to monitor their performance and to establish follow-up mechanism. In this study, a prototype of web based yearbook efficiency management system for evaluating and monitoring the performance of lecturers was designed and developed. The evaluation process in the system was presented according to the university evaluation format. The output generated by the proposed system can be used by lecturers, HoD, HRM and academic managers to monitor teaching performance.</span> </div>展开更多
Duolun County,located in the Xilingol League,is a typical agro-pastoral ecotone in the north and is also the source of the Luan River system.Whether the development and utilization of regional water resources are reas...Duolun County,located in the Xilingol League,is a typical agro-pastoral ecotone in the north and is also the source of the Luan River system.Whether the development and utilization of regional water resources are reasonable and whether the water ecological environment is sustainable are the key issues that local government departments cannot ignore.By investigating the current situation of water resource development and utilization in Duolun County,this study revealed that the per capita water usage and the water usage per ten thousand yuan of GDP in Duolun County in 2020 were lower than the average level in the Inner Mongolia,and the level of water usage was relatively better.By using the nine-scale method and the analytic hierarchy process to construct an evaluation model of the water ecological environment of Duolun County,the comprehensive score of Duolun County was 8.35(total score is 10),indicating that the water ecological environment in the study area was currently in a good state.The evaluation model has reference value for the future management of the water ecological en-vironment in Duolun County and for continuous related research.展开更多

文摘The third plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China further emphasized the importance of national security by specifying arrangements for modernizing China's national security system and capacity.It stressed the need to“ensure that high-quality development and greater security reinforce each other,”fully demonstrating China's commitment to and reflecting the natural requirement of balancing development and security on the new journey.To achieve this,China should coordinate the following four aspects.First,domestic and international imperatives.China should steadily advance its national rejuvenation based on an accurate understanding of the once-in-a-century changes taking place in the world,leading global trends with its governance.Second,China's new development pattern and new security architecture.China should accelerate the creation of a new security architecture that aligns with and safeguards its new development pattern.Third,new quality productive forces and new quality national security capabilities.To achieve high-quality development and high-level security,China must ensure that its new quality productive forces and new quality national security capabilities effectively integrate with and boost each other.Fourth,Chinese modernization and the path of national security capabilities.To achieve high-quality development and high-level security,China must ensure that its new quality productive forces and new quality national security capabilities effectively integrate with and boost each other.Fourth,Chinese modernization and the path of national security with Chinese characteristics.China should accurately grasp the defining features of its modernization and the path of national security with Chinese characteristics,safeguarding Chinese modernization by modernizing its national security system and capacity.
文摘The county economy serves as the fundamental unit in China’s economic development and construction.There exists a significant correlation between the quality and level of county economic development and the overall economic construction level of the country.In recent years,China’s economy has experienced rapid growth,contributing to an improved living environment and substantial economic income for its citizens.However,this progress has also brought to light certain issues,such as an unbalanced industrial structure and inefficient resource utilization,leading to problems such as low efficiency and severe environmental pollution.Therefore,it becomes imperative to enhance the statistical monitoring and evaluation of high-quality county economic development.This approach aims to gather insights into the development status of the county economy and provide essential data support for decision-making in county economic development.Consequently,this paper proposes development suggestions for the statistical monitoring and evaluation of high-quality county economic development,serving as a crucial starting point for future initiatives.

文摘This paper firstly introduces the general situation of cotton planting areas in China and cotton industry in Xinjiang,and the current situation of intellectual property protection of Xinjiang's cotton industry.Then,it analyzes the main problems in its intellectual property protection and high-quality development.On this basis,it comes up with the recommendations for high-quality development of cotton industry in Xinjiang under the strategy of strengthening the country with intellectual property.The recommendations include improving the level of creation of creative intellectual property rights,building an intellectual property rule system in the entire cotton industry chain in Xinjiang,building protected zones for production of major high quality agricultural product cotton,establishing a demonstration zone to undertake the transfer of the domestic cotton textile and garment industry,undertaking education on the sense of community for the Chinese nation in response to the Xinjiang cotton incident,and developing the"Belt and Road"blue market for Xinjiang cotton and its products.

文摘As the largest manufacturing country,China is striving to improve the development quality of its power industry with the goal of Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality,in order to sustain its high-quality economic growth.In this regard,it is of importance to reveal both the regional development level of China’s power sector and its characteristics in terms of inspiring the next improvement direction.Motived by this purpose,this paper constructs an evaluation indicator system from three dimensions at the province level based on the connotation of high-quality development of the power industry(HDPI).Next,it calculates the HDPI indexes of 30 provinces and explore their development trend and spatial pattern.The results indicate that the total comprehensive performance of all regions was improved in general in the recent decade,but the spatial distribution characteristics of clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient are different.In the aspects of improvement space in future,not only do actively ameliorate the related management regimes or technical fields so as to improve the corresponding indicators’value,but also passively rely on the macro-development such as China’s urbanization level improvement,technological level improvement,and industrial structure upgrading as usual.
文摘In 2012,China's first national shale gas demonstrations areas were set up in the Sichuan Basin.After 10 years'construction and practice,the giant marine shale gas area of 10×10^(12) m^(3) level is built up in the Sichuan Basin,and shale gas steps into a new stage of large-scale benefit exploration and development.In order to systematically summarize the achievements in shale gas exploration and development and provide guidance and reference for the exploration and development of deep shale gas and shale oil&gas in other areas,this paper systematically summarizes the main characteristics,development models and key identification and evaluation technologies for quality reservoirs of Wufeng Formation-Longmaxi Formation shale gas by analyzing the electric property,lithofacies,reservoir parameters and microscopic porosity of key wells in the basin.And the following research results are obtained.First,biogenetic siliceous shale,calcareous shale and mixed shale are main lithofacies types in quality shale gas reservoirs,and they are formed in the environment of semi-deep and deep water continental shelf.Their lateral distribution is controlled by the paleogeomorphology and their vertical development is influenced by provenance,redox condition and paleo productivity.They are 25-90 m thick.Second,in the quality shale gas reservoirs develop organic pores,inorganic pore and microfractures(including lamina/bedding fractures),among which,organic pore is one of the main reservoir spaces and microfracture is not only indispensable reservoir space,but also production pathway.The reservoir space of shale gas is overall micro-nano pore,and macropores play an important role in shale gas enrichment.Third,three development models of quality reservoir are established,including sedimentary type,diagenesis type and reworking type.The sedimentary type is the foundation.Multiple quality reservoirs are developed in the high U/Th interval of graptolite belt at the bottom of Longmaxi Formation,and their thickness is mainly controlled by paleogeomorphology and especially greater in the depression area.The diagenesis type is divided into three forms,i.e.,syngenetic-early diagenetic rigid support,middle-late diagenetic mineral-organic matter transformation,and overpressure relief compaction.The reworking type is dominated by quality reservoirs with microfractures.Fourth,the core technologies for identifying and evaluating quality shale gas reservoir include large-size core and rock slice observation,high-accuracy rock mineral identification,experimental gas content test and simulation,SEM microscopic characterization,3D microscopic pore reconstruction,comprehensive geophysical interpretation and prediction and big data analysis.In conclusion,nearly 10 years'research and practice achievements in demonstration area construction can deepen the understanding on domestic quality shale gas reservoirs,promote the effective development of the theories and technologies related to shale gas reservoirs,improve the prediction accuracy of shale gas sweet spot zones/intervals,and expand the shale gas exploration and development achievements of demonstration areas.

文摘Performance evaluation,as a multidimensional and comprehensive assessment tool,plays a pivotal role in accurately reflecting the quality of higher education and effectively promoting institutional governance.In the evolving landscape of educational reform,nonprofit private universities in China face pressing challenges in leveraging performance evaluations to standardize internal operations,guide strategic development,and foster public trust.This paper focuses on these institutions and conducts an in-depth analysis of existing problems in performance evaluation practices.Drawing on contemporary theoretical frameworks and empirical experiences,it proposes feasible,targeted governance strategies.The aim is to offer both theoretical insights and practical guidelines to support the sustainable development of non-profit private universities and to help these institutions better integrate into the national education system while fulfilling their social missions.

文摘The economy of China has turned to the stage of high-quality development. In this sense,the connotation of regional innovation capacity should reflect more aspects, such as better economic effectiveness, people-centered philosophy of development and better living conditions. This study aims at establishing the evaluation index system of regional innovation capacity under high-quality perspective.Then the dynamic evaluation method based on gray correlation degree and TOPSIS is improved. And the improved method is applied to evaluate the regional innovation capacity under high-quality development perspective. The results show that: 1) The regional innovation capacity of Jiangsu, Zhejiang,Shanghai and Guangdong under high-quality development perspective is better than other regions,while the regional innovation capacity of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is imbalanced. Regional innovation capability of Fujian, Shandong, and Hainan from a high-quality perspective is at the middle and lower levels. 2) From the perspective of development trends, the gap of regional innovation capacity between Beijing, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Guangdong and Fujian, Hebei, Shandong is gradually narrowing.3) An in-depth analysis of the regional innovation capability of the eastern provinces and cities from the perspective of high-quality development through different dimensions shows that Beijing, Guangdong, Jiangsu perform well in all dimensions, while Fujian and Hainan need to pay more attention to innovation input and the creation of a better innovation environment to enhance innovation output and promote innovation effectiveness. At last, based on above analysis, relevant policy recommendations are proposed.

文摘We used a widely targeted metabolomics approach to examine the metabolic changes in three pedigreed indica cultivars(Meixiangzhan 2,Meisizhan and Qixinzhan),with different eating qualities,at 8,15 and 30 d after flowering(DAF)to explore the formation mechanism of rice eating and nutritional qualities at a global metabolic level.A total of 623 metabolites were identified,and results showed that metabolic variations among rice cultivars decreased with grain developmental stage,suggesting that sufficient carbohydrate and amino acid supply during grain development may contribute to excellent rice eating and nutritional quality formation.Lysophosphatidylcholines 19:0 and 16:1 were beneficial for excellent eating quality formation during grain development.Rice fragrance was attributed mainly to spermidine andγ-aminobutyric acid.Rice cultivars with excellent eating quality at 15-30 DAF had relatively higher flavone content,possibly because they had adequate carbohydrate and amino acid contents during grain development.These results provided insight into the mechanisms for establishing rice eating and nutritional qualities during grain formation at a global metabolic level,and can be applied towards improving rice quality.
文摘<div style="text-align:justify;"> <span style="font-family:Verdana;">Evaluating the capacity of lecturer is the key to improve quality of education by improving lecturer capacity in higher education institution. Lecturer’s capacity has been evaluated using different parameters in Assosa University, Ethiopia. Mandatorily, lecturers are evaluated using printed check list. For the last few years we observed that, the lecturer efficiency score is found on the shelf and not checked by anyone to know the gaps and to establish follow-up system. The use of intranet based web system is better to use lecturer’s efficiency result to monitor their performance and to establish follow-up mechanism. In this study, a prototype of web based yearbook efficiency management system for evaluating and monitoring the performance of lecturers was designed and developed. The evaluation process in the system was presented according to the university evaluation format. The output generated by the proposed system can be used by lecturers, HoD, HRM and academic managers to monitor teaching performance.</span> </div>

文摘Duolun County,located in the Xilingol League,is a typical agro-pastoral ecotone in the north and is also the source of the Luan River system.Whether the development and utilization of regional water resources are reasonable and whether the water ecological environment is sustainable are the key issues that local government departments cannot ignore.By investigating the current situation of water resource development and utilization in Duolun County,this study revealed that the per capita water usage and the water usage per ten thousand yuan of GDP in Duolun County in 2020 were lower than the average level in the Inner Mongolia,and the level of water usage was relatively better.By using the nine-scale method and the analytic hierarchy process to construct an evaluation model of the water ecological environment of Duolun County,the comprehensive score of Duolun County was 8.35(total score is 10),indicating that the water ecological environment in the study area was currently in a good state.The evaluation model has reference value for the future management of the water ecological en-vironment in Duolun County and for continuous related research.
