Methods: from 2019 to 2020, 200 patients w...Objective: to carry out the whole course high quality nursing for patients with liver cirrhosis, further improve the hospitalization outcome, and make the patients satisfied. Methods: from 2019 to 2020, 200 patients with liver cirrhosis admitted to Heze First People's Hospital were selected. They were randomly divided into two groups, 100 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were given high quality nursing, while the control group was given routine nursing. Then, we will compare the patient's hospitalization. Results: after nursing, the total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98%, while that of the control group was 82%. There were significant differences between groups. In addition, we compared the levels of AST and ALT, in the observation group were (44.62 ± 14.25) U / L and (42.16 ± 12.96) U / L, while those in the control group were (57.43 ± 15.43) U / L and (57.11 ± 14.97) U / L. The difference was statistically significant. At the same time, we also learned about the improvement of patients' living quality, that is, in terms of physiological function, physical pain, mental state and overall health, patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: whole course high quality nursing for patients with liver cirrhosis is helpful to improve the living quality of patients, and has a further understanding of liver cirrhosis. The satisfaction of patients is high, so whole course high quality nursing has the value of clinical promotion.展开更多
