Therapeutic Efficacy of Yizhichan Pushing Manipulation on Qinggan Mingmu Acupoint in Combination with Pediatric Tuina for the Treatment of Pseudomyopia

[Objectives]To investigate the therapeutic effects of combined treatment on children diagnosed with pseudomyopia,based on the theoretical framework that the liver is associated with eye health in traditional Chinese medicine.[Methods]A multicenter randomized controlled trial was conducted involving 100 children,with the treatment group consisting of 50 participants receiving a combined treatment,while the control group,also comprising 50 participants,received conventional tuina.In the treatment group,the Yizhichan Pushing Manipulation was applied at a frequency of 120 times/min and a strength of 0.5-1.0 kg,targeting acupoints such as Ganyu and Guangming.The alterations in naked eye visual acuity,diopter measurements,and ciliary muscle regulation function were compared between the two groups of children both prior to and following treatment,and the clinical efficacy was assessed.[Results]The treatment group demonstrated a statistically significant enhancement in visual acuity(1.74±0.49 lines vs.1.02±0.52 lines),diopter improvement(0.91±0.29 D vs.0.46±0.25 D),and overall efficiency(96%vs.78%)when compared to the control group(all P<0.01).[Conclusions]This combined treatment exerts a therapeutic effect through a dual mechanism that involves the regulation of liver meridian qi and blood,as well as the enhancement of ciliary muscle function.This approach merits further dissemination and application in the prevention and management of myopia in children. 展开更多

We present an exploratory study to improve the performance of a knowledge push system in product design. We focus on the domain of knowledge matching, where traditional matching algorithms need repeated calculations that result in a long response time and where accuracy needs to be improved. The goal of our approach is to meet designers’ knowledge demands with a quick response and quality service in the knowledge push system. To improve the previous work, two methods are investigated to augment the limited training set in practical operations,namely, oscillating the feature weight and revising the case feature in the case feature vectors. In addition, we propose a multi-classification radial basis function neural network that can match the knowledge from the knowledge base once and ensure the accuracy of pushing results. We apply our approach using the training set in the design of guides by computer numerical control machine tools for training and testing, and the results demonstrate the benefit of the augmented training set. Moreover, experimental results reveal that our approach outperforms other matching approaches. 展开更多

Now,the static push-the-bit rotary steerable system(SRSS)developed in China is being put into field tests and primary applications.During its normal drilling,higher frictional forces generated by the static pushing forces of the rotary ribs on the wellbore wall influence the weight-on-bit(WOB)transmission efficiency and the rate of penetration(ROP).In this paper,analytical models of the WOB transmission efficiency were established for the wellbore wall with and without ladders respectively based on the structure and working principle of the SRSS.And the variation rules of the WOB transmission efficiency with the nominal WOB,the frictional coefficient of wellbore wall,the pushing force and the front chamfer of the steerable rib were analyzed.And the following research results were obtained.First,the nominal WOB of this SRSS has to satisfy the minimum requirement and it is conducive to the increase of WOB transmission efficiency by increasing the nominal WOB appropriately.Second,whether there are ladders on the wellbore wall or not,the WOB transmission efficiency decreases as the total pushing forces of steerable ribs and the frictional coefficient of wellbore wall increase.And the WOB transmission efficiency in the case of wellbore wall with ladders is much lower than that without ladders.Third,if there are ladders on the wellbore wall,the front chamfer of steerable rib has a significant effect on the WOB transmission efficiency.The larger the front chamfer is,the lower the WOB transmission efficiency is(even self-locking).In conclusion,the research results play an important role in guiding the rational selection and control of the WOB at drilling site. 展开更多

The Cap Pushing Response (CPR) is a free-flying technique used to study learning and memory in honey bees (Apis mellifera). The series of experiments outlined in this paper aimed to test whether honey bees exhibit the cognitive concept of “expectancy” utilizing the CPR in a weight differentiation paradigm. Five previous experiments in our laboratory have explored whether the concept of expectancy can account for honey bee performance and have all failed to support the cognitive interpretation. The first experiment examined if bees could differentiate between the two caps in the amount of force they used to push the cap and the distance the cap was pushed when the caps were presented one at a time. The second experiment explored cap weight preference by presenting bees with a choice between the two caps. The third and fourth experiments tested the bee’s ability to expect reward or punishment based on cap weight. Results revealed that bees were found to have a strong preference for the light cap and therefore were not able to expect reward or punishment based on cap weight. These experiments contribute to the debate on whether bees have “cognitive” representations and continue to support the behaviorist interpretation. 展开更多

[目的]分析肩关节镜下免打结技术Push—lock固定治疗复发性肩关节不稳的临床疗效。[方法]2010年3月-2014年10月,本科共采用肩关节镜下锚钉缝合和免打结技术Push—lock固定治疗复发性肩关节不稳36例,其中应用免打结技术21例。术后随访12个月,并评定其疗效。[结果]采用肩关节ASES评分和Rowe评分对36例患者的术前及术后肩关节功能进行评估。36例患者术前、术后ASES评分分别为75.8分、93.7分,两者比较差异具有统计学意义;Rowe评分分别为33.6分、88.4分,两者比较差异具有统计学意义。所有患者术后均未出现再脱位。[结论]肩关节镜下免打结技术push—lock固定术是治疗复发性肩关节不稳合理、有效的治疗方法。 展开更多

采用非线性时程分析是计算结构地震响应较为严格的分析方法,但它存在工作量大、计算复杂等问题。目前土木工程中常采用非线性的静力分析(Push-over分析)来评价在地震作用下结构的抗震性能。均匀分布、倒三角形分布的侧向荷载分布模式,... 采用非线性时程分析是计算结构地震响应较为严格的分析方法,但它存在工作量大、计算复杂等问题。目前土木工程中常采用非线性的静力分析(Push-over分析)来评价在地震作用下结构的抗震性能。均匀分布、倒三角形分布的侧向荷载分布模式,适用于刚度大或第一阶振型为主的结构,为了考虑高阶振型的影响,本文提出了基于模态分析的Push-over方法,并将其应用到桥梁抗震分析中。这种方法需要分析结构的动力特性,尤其是振型贡献率。选出振型贡献率比较高的振型,并以此为基础,依据“侧向荷载分布模式与地震时结构惯性力的分布情况应尽量保持一致”的原则,参考《公路工程抗震设计规范》(JTJ 004—89)可得到对应各振型的侧向荷载,在对主要振型进行组合后,即可获得进行Push-over分析的侧向荷载分布模式。本文采用基于模态分析的Push-over方法对一实桥进行抗震性能分析,结果表明选取主要振型参与计算与采用全部振型计算的结果基本吻合,不仅考虑了高阶振型的影响,又消除了其他次要振型的干扰,因此这种方法应用于桥梁抗震性能评价是可行的。 展开更多

综采工作面存在上百架液压支架,多缸推移系统的控制精度直接影响着工作面的直线度。以液压支架群为研究对象,建立了多缸推移系统的数学模型,设计了一种自适应PID控制器以提高系统的控制性能。在Simscape软件搭建了多缸推移系统的仿真模... 综采工作面存在上百架液压支架,多缸推移系统的控制精度直接影响着工作面的直线度。以液压支架群为研究对象,建立了多缸推移系统的数学模型,设计了一种自适应PID控制器以提高系统的控制性能。在Simscape软件搭建了多缸推移系统的仿真模型,分析了油缸速度和运动间隔时间对多缸系统动态特性的影响规律,并对PID控制器和自适应PID控制器的性能开展了对比分析。仿真结果表明,油缸速度对位移误差有较大影响,运动间隔时间对相邻油缸之间的耦合力有较大影响。与传统PID控制器相比,所设计的自适应PID控制器的位移跟踪精度可提高13.01%,耦合力可减少5.86%。 展开更多
