Large water pump motor,whose operation decides the reliability of the whole production line,plays a very important role.Therefore,its online condition monitoring can help companies better know its operation,process fault analysis and protection.The essay mainly studies and designs large water pump motor′s real time vibration monitoring and fault diagnosis system.The essay completes the systems project design,the establishment of the system and performance test.Eddy-currentsensor,XM-120 vibration module,XM-320 axial translation module,XM-362 temperature module,XM-360 process amount module and XM-500 gateway module are used to measure the axial vibration and displacement of main motors.Laboratory tests prove that the system can meet the requirements of motor vibration monitoring. 展开更多

Study on Temperature Field Distribution of Hydraulic Motor Pump and Heat Dissipation Simulation of Flow-Solid-Heat Coupled with Spoiler Cooling Device

To explore the distribution law of the temperature field in the motor pump and the influence of the fanshaped DC channel with spoiler in the pump housing on its heat dissipation performance.This study takes the arc-gear type hydraulicmotor pump as the research object.In COMSOL,a coupled heat transfer simulationmodel of themotor pump’s fluid-solid coupling is established,and the internal temperature field characteristics are analyzed.To improve the heat dissipation effect of the motor pump,it is proposed to arrange spoiler in the fan-shaped DC channel of the pump housing to enhance heat dissipation.Three types of spoilers,namely,wing-shaped,inclined rectangle-shaped,and wave-shaped,are designed.The simulation results show that when the motor pump operates under rated conditions,due to the poor heat dissipation environment inside the motor pump,the high-temperature areas of the motor pump are concentrated in the rotor and permanent magnet parts.After arranging the spoiler,the turbulent kinetic energy and vorticity in the fan-shaped DC channel of the pump housing are significantly enhanced.All three spoiler structures can reduce the maximum temperature of each component of the motor.According to the comprehensive performance evaluation criterion(PEC),the inclined rectangle-shaped structure has the best comprehensive heat transfer performance(PEC=1.114),while the wave-shaped structure has higher heat transfer efficiency but greater pressure loss.The wing-shaped structure has relatively limited enhancement effect on heat dissipation.This study systematically quantifies the influence of different spoiler structures on heat dissipation performance and flowresistance characteristics,providing a solution for enhancing the heat dissipation of the motor pump. 展开更多

This kind of system has the advantage of energy-saving. But, it also has some defects that have to be improved. Microcomputer control of a pump controlled motor electrohydraulic servo system is studied. A PID controller is first adopted on the closed loop control system, and experimental results are obtained. Then, a model reference adaptive controller is designed and realised on the same system applying a single board microcomputer. Experimental results show that the dynamic properties of the adaptive control system is much better than those of the PID system under different inertia load conditions. 展开更多

The primary focus of this study was to investigate a series of novel motors and pumps,based on a new type of structure called double-stator.The double-stator structure can be used as pump or motor just based on the application requirements.A certain amount of pumps or motors can be formed in one shell,and these sub-pumps or sub-motors can work alone or be combined without influence on each other.So this kind of double-stator pump(motor) is called a multi-pump(multi-motor).Through the analysis of multifarious connection modes of the double-acting double-stator multi-pumps and multi-motors,the mathematical expressions of the output flow rate and the rotational speed are acquired.The results indicate that a quantity of different flow rates can be provided by one fixed-displacement multi-pump under the condition of unalterable driven speed by electromotor.Likewise,when supplied by settled input flow,without complex variable mechanism,the functions of double-speed,multiple-speed,and even differential connection can be obtained by employing the use of a double-stator multi-motor.The novel hydraulic transmission is made of such a double-stator multi-pump and multi-motor,and has broad application prospects. 展开更多

External return mechanism is a mechanical structure applied to axial piston pumps.To study its lubrication characteristics,the Reynolds equation applied to an external return spherical hinge pair was deduced based on the vector equation of relative-motion velocity of the external return spherical hinge pair under the influence of external swash plate inclination and offset distance.The results show that the total friction,axial leakage flow,and maximum value of the maximum oil-film pressure increase with increasing pump-shaft speed and decrease with increasing offset distance in one working cycle when the external-swash-plate inclination is constant.However,the varying offset distance has little effect on the axial leakage flow.The maximum value of the maximum oil-film pressure decreases with increasing external-swash-plate inclination and the total leakage flow increases with increasing external-swash-plate inclination in one working cycle when the offset distance is constant.It can be seen that the abovementioned parameters are important factors that affect the lubrication characteristics of external return spherical hinge pairs.Therefore,the complex effects of different coupling parameters should be comprehensively considered in the design of the external return mechanism. 展开更多

The time domain guideposts requirements of a pump-motor system is transfered into a series of constraints which express the robust performance upper bound and regional poles limits of the closed loop system. Then the servo system control problem is transferred into the problem of robust performance optimizing under regional poles constrains described by linear matrix inequality (LMI). These LMIs are easy to solve through the Matlab LMI-toolbox. Simulations indicate that the controller has excellent dynamic, static and disturbance rejection performance, and the control system is robust and has perfect H2 performance to the bounded external torque disturbance. 展开更多

Influences ofmultiple factors on pump shaft power are analyzed. Method of calculating none over-loadedprobability of motor by integration by successive reductions is put forward and then relationbetween power spare coefficient and none over-loaded reliability of electric motor is established.Influences of all factors on pump shaft power being considered completely; power spare coefficientsof motor are calculated in three kinds of heads (changing and unchanging), two kinds of dirty-outconditions. Electrical motor power spare coefficients should be chosen as 1.20 approx 1.44, 1.11approx 1.19, 1.09 approx.14 respectively when pump heads are 4, 7, 9.5 m. The results mean much toreasonable choose of electrical motors in large pump stations, increasing reliability of pump unitsand saving equipment investment. 展开更多

A linear quadric (LQ) optimal speed control algorithm is proposed for the speed control of a pump controlled motor hydraulic system. The control theme consists of optimal state feedback and disturbing compensation based on observation. The optimal state feedback bases on LQ cost function. The disturbing compensation is realized through reconstructing the state of load torque. A series of simulation are performed, and the results show that the control performance is satisfactory and can be maintained under changes of load torque. 展开更多

The main purpose of this paper is to design and model a water-pumping system using a submersible multi-stage centrifugal pump driven by a three-phase induction motor. The system is intended for pumping water to the surface from a deep well using three power supply systems: a general network, a photo-voltaic (PV) system, and a PV system with a battery bank. These systems are used to compare two three-phase induction motors—namely, a motor with a drive and another one without a drive. The systems dynamic models are simulated in MATLAB/Simulink and the results compared with the manufacturer’s data for validation purposes. The simulation results generally show system dynamics and expected performance over a range of operation. 展开更多

液压机械无级变速器(HMCVT)具有高分流高效率的特点,在大型机械传动领域得到广泛应用。为了进一步提高HMCVT转速控制精度,设计了一种基于改进PSO模糊PID控制器寻优的HMCVT转速跟踪控制方法。所提HMCVT电机跟踪系统完全能够满足电机高效... 液压机械无级变速器(HMCVT)具有高分流高效率的特点,在大型机械传动领域得到广泛应用。为了进一步提高HMCVT转速控制精度,设计了一种基于改进PSO模糊PID控制器寻优的HMCVT转速跟踪控制方法。所提HMCVT电机跟踪系统完全能够满足电机高效跟踪电机转速的需求,并且具有低超调量、优异鲁棒性的特点。研究结果表明:阶跃信号下,采用基于改进PSO模糊PID控制器能够调节跟踪电机速度高效跟踪目标值,超出的最大值为4%,在1s内完成调节。正弦信号下,利用正弦信号开展模拟测试时,采用改进PSO模糊PID控制器能够控制电机速度和目标速度间达到准确追踪效果,形成最大偏差为5%。阶跃负载信号下,闭环控制实现了输入参数的高效跟踪,所需时间不超过0.1s,实现了精确追踪目标电机的速度。 展开更多

为研究定置状态下电池包振动特性受电动挖掘机各激励源的影响,建立包含电动机、柱塞泵、工作装置、回转平台及电池包等部件的电动挖掘机整机动力学模型。对电动挖掘机3种外部激励特性(电动机激励、柱塞泵压力脉动激励和工作装置冲击激励... 为研究定置状态下电池包振动特性受电动挖掘机各激励源的影响,建立包含电动机、柱塞泵、工作装置、回转平台及电池包等部件的电动挖掘机整机动力学模型。对电动挖掘机3种外部激励特性(电动机激励、柱塞泵压力脉动激励和工作装置冲击激励)进行分析,探讨外激励对电动挖掘机电池包振动性能的影响,揭示电动机、柱塞泵压力脉动及工作装置冲击激励对电池包振动特性的耦合作用机理,并通过试验验证相关结论。研究显示:在电动挖掘机的定置状态下,不同工况下的激励对电池包振动的影响有所不同。在定置怠速工况下,电动机工作、工作装置和柱塞泵不工作,此时电动挖掘机运行过程中产生的激励频率较低,振幅较小,对电池包的振动影响相对较小;在回转及工作工况下,电动机、柱塞泵和工作装置同时工作,此时电动挖掘机运行过程中产生的激励频率较高,振幅较大,三者产生耦合激励,对电池包的振动影响相对较大。 展开更多

液压挖掘机动臂能量回收系统优化设计与节能效果验证

为提升液压挖掘机的能效,提出采用动臂能量回收系统对原动臂系统进行优化改进,并将回收到的能量进行充分再利用。结果表明:(1)利用飞轮储能式能量回收单元将动臂下落时的势能进行收集和存储,为动臂下次提升提供额外的能量,从而实现能耗... 为提升液压挖掘机的能效,提出采用动臂能量回收系统对原动臂系统进行优化改进,并将回收到的能量进行充分再利用。结果表明:(1)利用飞轮储能式能量回收单元将动臂下落时的势能进行收集和存储,为动臂下次提升提供额外的能量,从而实现能耗的降低。(2)提出了基于模糊控制规则的回收能量再分配策略,经优化之后系统在空载状态下的能耗和燃料消耗分别较优化前降低了51.9%和32.6%,在满载状态下的能耗和燃料消耗分别较优化前降低了30.3%和22.2%。(3)通过搭建实验平台,测试得到系统优化后用于动臂提升的节能效率达到36.2%,一个动臂升降循环的节能效率为13.7%,节能效果显著。 展开更多

为了研究水机协同控制策略影响下可变速抽水蓄能交流励磁电机的电磁振动特性,提出一种联合多物理场仿真的电机振动分析方法,针对不同工况下交流励磁电机的电磁振动特性开展研究。首先,建立转子变频供电下电机径向电磁力的解析分析模型,... 为了研究水机协同控制策略影响下可变速抽水蓄能交流励磁电机的电磁振动特性,提出一种联合多物理场仿真的电机振动分析方法,针对不同工况下交流励磁电机的电磁振动特性开展研究。首先,建立转子变频供电下电机径向电磁力的解析分析模型,辨明径向电磁力的主要影响因素。然后,以一台300 MW交流励磁电机及其典型水机电协同控制策略为例,通过场路耦合方式仿真得到功率优先控制模式下的电磁激振特性,并指出由定、转子绕组相带谐波磁场相互作用激发的低频段振动,特别是呼吸模态振动,为激振的主要分量。最后,提出基于转子变频器谐波电流注入的呼吸模态振动抑制方法。仿真结果表明,谐波电流注入后低频呼吸模态最大振动加速度降低了92.7%,证明了所提方法的有效性。 展开更多

围绕抽水蓄能电动机励磁绕组早期匝间短路难以识别的难题,提出一种以定子并联支路环流特性为基础的方法。首先,从电磁场理论出发,在电动机运行条件下,建立并推导出励磁绕组匝间短路与定子同相支路环流谐波之间的定量关系式。然后,利用... 围绕抽水蓄能电动机励磁绕组早期匝间短路难以识别的难题,提出一种以定子并联支路环流特性为基础的方法。首先,从电磁场理论出发,在电动机运行条件下,建立并推导出励磁绕组匝间短路与定子同相支路环流谐波之间的定量关系式。然后,利用有限元软件建立抽水蓄能电动机的二维仿真模型,模拟正常、轻微及严重短路3种工况,并对气隙磁密和支路环流进行频谱分析。研究发现,匝间短路故障会在定子支路环流中激发出特定的分数次谐波,且这些特征谐波的幅值与故障严重程度呈显著正相关,同时故障磁极处的气隙磁密会相应减小。该方法通过监测环流中的特征谐波,可实现对电动机励磁绕组早期匝间短路的灵敏度、无扰性进行在线检测,为保障机组安全稳定运行提供了有效的技术手段。 展开更多

研究同一泵控马达液压系统中相同工况不同加载模式模拟加载时系统压力动态响应特性的区别,根据两种不同加载方式加载原理,利用LabVIEW编程软件,在泵控马达液压试验台上实现模拟加载,通过PID控制,实现两种加载元件对系统压力的开、闭环加... 研究同一泵控马达液压系统中相同工况不同加载模式模拟加载时系统压力动态响应特性的区别,根据两种不同加载方式加载原理,利用LabVIEW编程软件,在泵控马达液压试验台上实现模拟加载,通过PID控制,实现两种加载元件对系统压力的开、闭环加载,分析系统压力动态响应特性。对比得出,在同一工况条件下,利用电磁比例溢流阀控制加载齿轮泵加载和运用鼓式制动器加载快速性相当,前者加载准确性高,后者加载稳定性好。这一研究结果不仅能为在实验室条件下选择合适模拟加载元件提供理论依据,而且为加载元件生产厂家改善加载元件性能提供技术支持。 展开更多

针对锚杆钻机在复杂煤巷钻锚支护作业中,因围岩性状多变导致马达转速调节不及时而引起的钻头磨损与卡钻问题,提出一种泵阀联合控制策略,并构建泵阀联合控制系统。在阀控部分,针对回转系统的非线性和未建模扰动,设计改进型滑模自抗扰控制... 针对锚杆钻机在复杂煤巷钻锚支护作业中,因围岩性状多变导致马达转速调节不及时而引起的钻头磨损与卡钻问题,提出一种泵阀联合控制策略,并构建泵阀联合控制系统。在阀控部分,针对回转系统的非线性和未建模扰动,设计改进型滑模自抗扰控制器(SM-ADRC),利用扩张状态观测器估计并补偿系统总扰动,结合改进的趋近律滑模控制提高响应性和鲁棒性。在泵控部分,伺服电动机转速环采用一阶线性自抗扰控制(LADRC)以提升启动快速性和抗扰能力。为实现动力源与负载的流量匹配,引入基于灰色预测的负载流量预测模型,动态调节伺服电动机转速。此外,在系统中增设蓄能器以补偿负载突变时的流量需求。通过AMESim与Simulink搭建联合仿真模型,并在两种典型工况(围岩硬度系数突变、瞬时负载扰动)下与PID控制策略进行对比验证。结果表明:基于负载流量预测的泵控系统能使绝大部分输出流量用于负载马达回转,稳压阀溢流仅占5.82%,实现了流量的高效利用;在阀控部分,改进型SM-ADRC在围岩硬度系数由f=4突变至f=8时,马达转速超调量小于PID控制,调整时间略长但综合控制性能更优;在f=6工况下施加18 N·m瞬时扰动时,SM-ADRC控制的马达转速波动更小,稳定时间较PID控制缩短6.4%;在泵控部分,LADRC相较于PID控制使电动机转速响应时间减少10.6%,超调量降低1.8%;蓄能器有效平抑了系统压力和流量冲击,并在负载突变时快速补充流量,提升了系统动态响应能力。 展开更多

静液压推土机作业过程中,由于液压系统的非线性特性及外部干扰等因素,存在转速控制精度偏低以及双侧同步性能不足等问题。针对此,提出一种基于变量泵-变量马达协同调控的高精度转速控制方法。对变量泵-变量马达转速控制系统进行数学建模... 静液压推土机作业过程中,由于液压系统的非线性特性及外部干扰等因素,存在转速控制精度偏低以及双侧同步性能不足等问题。针对此,提出一种基于变量泵-变量马达协同调控的高精度转速控制方法。对变量泵-变量马达转速控制系统进行数学建模;设计基于扩张状态观测器(ESO)与非奇异终端滑模控制(NTSMC)的复合控制器,通过ESO实时估计并补偿系统总扰动,结合NTSMC构造有限时间收敛滑模面,实现转速误差快速收敛,并基于李雅普诺夫理论严格证明闭环系统全局稳定性。为验证控制策略的有效性,搭建Simulink-AMESim联合仿真平台开展对比试验,结果表明:相较于传统PID控制,ESO-NTSMC的稳态跟踪相对误差减少62.5%,动态调节时间缩短62.07%。进一步进行试验验证,在0~10 km/h车速范围内,ESO-NTSMC控制下的马达转速误差比PID控制下减少了约36%,其直线跑偏率在0.9%内,能够有效提升推土机的同步控制精度,提高推土机的作业性能和系统稳定性。 展开更多
