Much research has bee... Pressure fluctuation at the vaneless space and vanes passages is one of the most important problems for the stable operation of a pump turbine. The fluctuation appears in any operating condition. Much research has been done on the pressure fluctuation of hydraulic machinery. However, the details of pressure fluctuation propagation of the pump turbine at the pump mode have not been revealed. The modem pump turbine with high water head requires the runner to be "flat", which would induce pressure fluctuation more easily than the low head pump turbine. In this article, a high head pump turbine model is used as the re- search object. As the pressure fluctuation at off-design point is more serious than at the design point, the low head condition is chosen as the research condition. Pressure fluctuation at the vaneless space and vanes passages is predicted by the computa- tional fluid dynamics method based on k-co shear stress transport model. The experiment conducted on the test rig of the Har- bin Institute of Large Electrical Machinery is used to verify the simulation method. It proves that the numerical method is a feasible way to research the fluctuation under this operating condition. The pressure fluctuation along the passage direction is analyzed at time and frequency domains. It is affected mainly by the interaction between the runner and vanes. In the circumferential direction, the influence of the special stay vane on the pressure fluctuation is got. The amplitude in the high-pressure side passage of that vane is lower than that in the other side. The study provides a basic understanding of the pressure fluctua- tion of a pump turbine and could be used as a reference to improve the operation stability of it. 展开更多

This serial research has proposed the hybrid power system combined the wind power unit with the counter-rotating type pump-turbine unit, to provide the constant output for the grid system, even at the suddenly fluctuating/turbulent wind circumstance. In this paper, the tandem impellers prepared for the counter-rotating type pumping unit were operated at the turbine mode, and the performances and the flow conditions were investigated numerically with accompanying the experimental results. Even though providing the pumping unit for the turbine mode, the maximum hydraulic efficiency is close to one of the counter-rotating type hydroelectric unit designed exclusively for the turbine mode. Besides, the runners/impellers of the unit work evidently so as to coincide the angular momentum change through the front runners/impellers with that through the rear runners/impellers, namely to take the axial flow at not only the inlet but also the outlet, without the guide vanes. From these results, it can be concluded that this type unit is effective to work at not only the pumping but also the turbine modes. 展开更多

A self-starting mode-locked femtosecond laser is accomplished with an oxoborate self-frequency doubling crystal Yb:YCa4O(BO3)3 (Yb:YCOB) as the gain medium and a semiconductor mirror as the saturable absorber. Pumped by a 976-nm fiber-coupled diode laser with 50-ktm core diameter, stable mode-locked laser pulses up to 430 mW were obtained at a repetition rate of 83.61 MHz under 5-W pump power. The autocorrelation measurement shows that the pulse duration is as short as 150 fs by assuming the sech2 pulse shape at a central wavelength of 1048 nm. This work has demonstrated a compact and reliable femtosecond laser source for prospective low-cost applications. 展开更多

Due to the limited output capability of piezoelectric diaphragm pumps, the driving voltage is frequently increased to obtain the desired output. However, the excessive voltage application may lead to a large deformation in the piezoelectric ceramics, which could cause it to breakdown or become damaged. Therefore, increasing the number of chambers to obtain the desired output is proposed. Using a check-valve quintuple-chamber pump with quintuple piezoelectric actuators, the characteristics of the pump under different driving modes are investigated through experiments. By changing the number and connection mode of working actuators, pump performances in terms of flow rate and backpressure are tested at a voltage of 150 V with a frequency range of 60 Hz -400 Hz. Experiment results indicate that the properties of the multiple-chamber pump change significantly with distinct working chambers even though the number of pumping chambers is the same. Pump performance declines as the distance between the working actuators increases. Moreover, pump performance declines dramatically when the working piezoelectric actuator closest to the outlet is involved. The maximum backpressures of the pump with triple, quadruple, and quintuple actuators are increased by 39%, 83%, and 128%, respectively, compared with the pump with double working actuators; the corresponding maximum flow rates of the pumps are simply increased by 25.9%, 49.2%, and 67.8%, respectively. The proposed research offers practical guidance for the effective utilization of the multiple-chamber pumps under different driving modes. 展开更多

Finally, it proposes the business modes as follows: low price pumping water electricity plus nuclear power in the near term;nuclear power shifted to pumped storage power participating in market competition in the middle term;and, in the long term, nuclear power shifted to pumped storage power as primary and serving as an electric power system when needed. 展开更多

In this paper, a mathematical model of the photovoltaic (PV) pumping system's main components is firstly established. Then, the design of maximum power point tracking (MPPT) stage that ensures battery charging is described. This work is motivated by the need of photovoltaic generator (PVG) that efficiently extracts maximum power. The PVG is a special source of energy which has nonlinear current-voltage characteristics depending on variations in temperature and solar irradiance. In order to achieve the MPPT operating goals, a special interest is focused on the variable structure sliding mode (SM) control strategy and the classic perturb and observe (P&O) algorithm. The permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is selected as a pump driver. The field oriented control is performed as the motor drive strategy. Simulation results show a high level of efficiency, obtained with the proposed PV based pumping system. The performance comparison between SM controller and P&O controller has been carried out to demonstrate the effectiveness of the former in drawing more energy and a fast response against irradiation disturbances. 展开更多

装配式抽油机基础连接方案及受弯性能有限元分析

泵阀联控锚杆钻机回转马达转速研究

针对锚杆钻机在复杂煤巷钻锚支护作业中,因围岩性状多变导致马达转速调节不及时而引起的钻头磨损与卡钻问题,提出一种泵阀联合控制策略,并构建泵阀联合控制系统。在阀控部分,针对回转系统的非线性和未建模扰动,设计改进型滑模自抗扰控制... 针对锚杆钻机在复杂煤巷钻锚支护作业中,因围岩性状多变导致马达转速调节不及时而引起的钻头磨损与卡钻问题,提出一种泵阀联合控制策略,并构建泵阀联合控制系统。在阀控部分,针对回转系统的非线性和未建模扰动,设计改进型滑模自抗扰控制器(SM-ADRC),利用扩张状态观测器估计并补偿系统总扰动,结合改进的趋近律滑模控制提高响应性和鲁棒性。在泵控部分,伺服电动机转速环采用一阶线性自抗扰控制(LADRC)以提升启动快速性和抗扰能力。为实现动力源与负载的流量匹配,引入基于灰色预测的负载流量预测模型,动态调节伺服电动机转速。此外,在系统中增设蓄能器以补偿负载突变时的流量需求。通过AMESim与Simulink搭建联合仿真模型,并在两种典型工况(围岩硬度系数突变、瞬时负载扰动)下与PID控制策略进行对比验证。结果表明:基于负载流量预测的泵控系统能使绝大部分输出流量用于负载马达回转,稳压阀溢流仅占5.82%,实现了流量的高效利用;在阀控部分,改进型SM-ADRC在围岩硬度系数由f=4突变至f=8时,马达转速超调量小于PID控制,调整时间略长但综合控制性能更优;在f=6工况下施加18 N·m瞬时扰动时,SM-ADRC控制的马达转速波动更小,稳定时间较PID控制缩短6.4%;在泵控部分,LADRC相较于PID控制使电动机转速响应时间减少10.6%,超调量降低1.8%;蓄能器有效平抑了系统压力和流量冲击,并在负载突变时快速补充流量,提升了系统动态响应能力。 展开更多

高功率全光纤激光器在工业加工、科学研究等领域具有重要的应用价值。为实现高稳定性、高非线性效应阈值的高功率单模激光输出,该研究从泵浦结构优化出发,通过理论与实验相结合的方式展开研究。首先,基于激光速率方程理论模型,仿真分析... 高功率全光纤激光器在工业加工、科学研究等领域具有重要的应用价值。为实现高稳定性、高非线性效应阈值的高功率单模激光输出,该研究从泵浦结构优化出发,通过理论与实验相结合的方式展开研究。首先,基于激光速率方程理论模型,仿真分析了不同泵浦结构下腔内功率与增益光纤长度的关系、反转粒子数沿光纤长度的分布,以及不同泵浦结构下受激拉曼散射的仿真。其次,在实验中搭建了不同泵浦结构的光纤振荡激光器。研究发现,不同泵浦结构在热管理、非线性效应抑制及输出性能方面存在显著差异:前向泵浦结构,增益光纤热分布不均,使得横模不稳定效应较早发生,限制了输出功率的提升;双向泵浦结构热分布更为均匀,仍面临非线性效应和回返光管理等问题;后向泵浦结构在高功率光纤激光器抑制非线性效应方面表现优异。最终采用后向泵浦实现了工作波长为1 080 nm,输出功率高达2.16 kW,光-光转换效率约为79%、光束质量因子小于1.2,1 h内的功率不稳定度小于1%激光输出。该研究对高功率全光纤激光器进一步提升输出功率与系统稳定性具有重要意义。 展开更多

基于ESO-非奇异终端滑模的静液压推土机转速控制研究

静液压推土机作业过程中,由于液压系统的非线性特性及外部干扰等因素,存在转速控制精度偏低以及双侧同步性能不足等问题。针对此,提出一种基于变量泵-变量马达协同调控的高精度转速控制方法。对变量泵-变量马达转速控制系统进行数学建模... 静液压推土机作业过程中,由于液压系统的非线性特性及外部干扰等因素,存在转速控制精度偏低以及双侧同步性能不足等问题。针对此,提出一种基于变量泵-变量马达协同调控的高精度转速控制方法。对变量泵-变量马达转速控制系统进行数学建模;设计基于扩张状态观测器(ESO)与非奇异终端滑模控制(NTSMC)的复合控制器,通过ESO实时估计并补偿系统总扰动,结合NTSMC构造有限时间收敛滑模面,实现转速误差快速收敛,并基于李雅普诺夫理论严格证明闭环系统全局稳定性。为验证控制策略的有效性,搭建Simulink-AMESim联合仿真平台开展对比试验,结果表明:相较于传统PID控制,ESO-NTSMC的稳态跟踪相对误差减少62.5%,动态调节时间缩短62.07%。进一步进行试验验证,在0~10 km/h车速范围内,ESO-NTSMC控制下的马达转速误差比PID控制下减少了约36%,其直线跑偏率在0.9%内,能够有效提升推土机的同步控制精度,提高推土机的作业性能和系统稳定性。 展开更多

针对花卉温室中地源热泵系统土壤热失衡导致的热泵机组制热性能逐年下降的问题,提出了一种地埋管分区跨季节蓄热的光伏光热耦合地源热泵(photovoltaic/thermal-ground source heat pump,PV/T-GSHP)系统,通过20 a的仿真模拟,对无蓄热、... 针对花卉温室中地源热泵系统土壤热失衡导致的热泵机组制热性能逐年下降的问题,提出了一种地埋管分区跨季节蓄热的光伏光热耦合地源热泵(photovoltaic/thermal-ground source heat pump,PV/T-GSHP)系统,通过20 a的仿真模拟,对无蓄热、全年全区蓄热与各跨季分区蓄热模式的运行特性进行了深入研究。研究结果表明:跨季分区蓄热模式通过对土壤温度的提升,实现了热泵机组制热性能系数(coefficient of performance for heating,COP_(h))、年均热泵机组性能系数(mean annual coefficient of performance,COP_(m))与年均系统性能系数(mean annual coefficient of performance of the system,COP_(msys))较全年全区蓄热模式的进一步提高,计算得到的COP_(h)、COP_(m)与COP_(msys)平均增幅分别为3.9%、3.0%与7.1%;最佳蓄热模式的COP_(m)与COP_(msys)较无蓄热模式分别提高了7.7%和50.1%,COP_(msys)与太阳能保证率较全年全区蓄热模式分别提高了9.2%和7.8%,消耗的燃煤量较全年全区蓄热模式降低了6.8%。该研究可为花卉温室中PV/T-GSHP系统的高效节能运行提供借鉴。 展开更多

This paper demonstrates the passively mode-locked Nd:GdVO4 laser operating on the ^4F3/2-^4I9/2 transition at 912 nm by using a semiconductor saturable-absorber mirror for passive mode locking, stable continuous wave modelocked 912nm laser was achieved with a repetition rate of 176 MHz. At the incident pump power of 17.7W, 22.6mW average output power of stable mode-locked laser was obtained with a slope efficiency of 0.3%. 展开更多

Average power up to 16 W is obtained at the repetition rate of 58 MHz, and the pulse duration is compressed to 182 fs with a grating-pair compressor.
