Different crops are distributed throughout the country. In Tibet, because the local climate is relatively dry and the temperature is relatively low, it belongs to a high-altitude area. Other crops are not suitable for this area, but highland barley can grow in this area. Highland barley is a cold-loving plant with high cold resistance, which can resist the low temperature of minus 5℃, so it is the main cash crop in Tibet. In order to make agriculture have a better development prospect in Tibet region, it is necessary to conduct continuous research on highland barley varieties so that their quality and yield can be effectively improved. Regarding the overall development of Tibet region, this region is relatively backward compared with other regions in our country, and it is also subject to certain restrictions in the promotion of agriculture. I hope the government can give some guidance to this, so that the product promotion road of highland barley industry will become wider and wider. Effective upstream interventions specifically aimed at reducing dietary sodium intake include the implementation of comprehensive nutrition standards that restrict the amount of sodium contain<span>ed in foods available for purchase. <span>The aim of this work was</span> to identify sought-after foods that did not meet the Philadelphia Nutrition Standards’ sodium limits and reformulate those foods to be standards-compliant</span> and consumer-acceptable. <b>Subject and Methods:</b> Two foods were reformulated for <span>compliancy</span> with the Philadelphia Nutrition Standards’ sodium limits and consumer acceptability: the hoagie roll and soft pretzel. Mat...Objective: The objective of this study was to summarize the research context, hotspots, and the development trend of Huoxue lishui method in ophthalmology in the past decade by reviewing the relevant publications. Materials and Methods: Relevant publications on the application of Huoxue lishui method in ophthalmology from January 1, 2011, to December 31, 2021, in databases such as CNKI, VIP, and Wanfang were retrieved. The analysis of coauthorship, keyword co-occurrence, keyword clustering, keyword emergence, and keyword timeline map of the publications was done with bibliometrics tools CiteSpace and VOSviewer. Results: A total of 100 publications were included in the analysis. The year 2020 saw the publication of most papers concerning the application of Huoxue lishui method in ophthalmology.High-frequency words are macular edema, Huoxue lishui, diabetic macular edema, Huoxue lishui method, Huoxue lishui formula, and promoting Qi and nourishing Yin. Three research hotspots were identified through keyword clustering analysis. Keyword emergence analysis and keyword timeline map indicated that a combined treatment of Huoxue lishui method and promoting Qi and nourishing Yin and diabetic ophthalmology is predicted to be research frontiers. Conclusions: Through the use of knowledge maps, this article reveals the research status in this field in the past decade and highlights the major directions, research hotspots, and development trends, providing references for further research in this field.展开更多
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of Liqi Kuanxiong Huoxue method (宽胸活血,LKH, traditional Chinese medicine, TCM therapeutic method for regulating qi, relieving chest stuffiness and promoting blood circul...Objective: To evaluate the clinical effect of Liqi Kuanxiong Huoxue method (宽胸活血,LKH, traditional Chinese medicine, TCM therapeutic method for regulating qi, relieving chest stuffiness and promoting blood circulation) in treating patients with cardiac syndrome X (CSX). Methods: The prospective, non-randomized controlled study was conducted on 51 selected patients with CSX, who were non-randomly assigned to 2 groups, the treated group treated with LKH in addition to the conventional treatment (32 patients), and the control group treated with conventional treatment (19 patients) like nitrate, diltiazem hydrochloride, etc. The treatment course was 14 days. The changes of such symptoms as angina pectoris, TCM syndrome and indexes of treadmill exercise test before and after treatment were observed. Results: After treatment, such symptoms as chest pain and stuffy feeling and palpitation in the treated group were improved more than those in the control group (P〈0.05); the total effective rate on angina pectoris and TCM syndrome in the treated group was better than that in the control group (P〈0.05). The treadmill exercise test showed that the maximal metabolic equivalent (Max MET), the time of angina onset and ST segment depression by 0.1 mV were obviously improved after treatment in both groups, but the improvement in the treated group was better than that in the control group respectively (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The LKH method could reduce the frequency of angina attacks and improve the clinical condition of patients with CSX.展开更多
