Artificial intelligence(AI)technology is increasingly used in the field of education,but its application in molecular biology experimental teaching still faces challenges.In order to explore the application prospects of AI technology in molecular biology experimental teaching,this paper discusses the application of AI technology in molecular biology experimental teaching,focusing on the construction and application of virtual laboratories.At the same time,the advantages,challenges and future development directions of AI technology application are analyzed.The study found that AI technology has broad application prospects in molecular biology experimental teaching.AI technology can overcome many limitations in traditional experimental teaching,and can also provide personalized learning experience,real-time feedback and evaluation,and simulate complex molecular processes.However,the application of AI technology also faces challenges such as technology cost,teacher training,and curriculum design.In summary,the application of AI technology in molecular biology experimental teaching has significant advantages and can effectively improve teaching quality and learning effects.In the future,we should strengthen the integration of AI technology and traditional teaching methods,develop more AI teaching tools suitable for the characteristics of molecular biology,and focus on cultivating students’practical ability and innovative thinking.This study provides new ideas and directions for promoting the reform and innovation of molecular biology experimental teaching. 展开更多

With the deep advancement of modern educational informatization,the micro-video teaching model has gradually become an effective approach for promoting the innovation and reform of experimental teaching,owing to its advantages such as intuitive visualization,repeatability,and flexible learning.This paper addressed the limitations of the traditional zoology experiment teaching model,which include insufficiently clear teacher demonstrations,limited class time,and the difficulty of accommodating individual student differences.Accordingly,we systematically analyzed the main characteristics,implementation models,and effectiveness of the micro-video teaching model in the Zoology Experiment course.We also discussed the primary challenges encountered during its teaching practice and proposed corresponding recommendations for improvement.This analysis aimed to provide a theoretical reference for the teaching reform of Zoology Experiment in normal universities. 展开更多

Amid the deepening global higher education reforms,developing innovative teaching models to enhance student academic performance and satisfaction has become a crucial research priority.This study uses a field experiment to evaluate the impact of the industry-university-research collaborative teaching(IURCT)model on students’performance and satisfaction.Comparing the Learning Assessment Score(LAS)and Satisfaction Score(SS)of the IURCT model with those of the traditional teaching methods,the experimental results showed that both LAS and SS were significantly higher for students in the IURCT model,and the effects continued to strengthen over the intervention period.Mechanism tests reveal that the IURCT model enhances the LAS and SS by boosting learning motivation,providing personalized support,and offering psychological support.Furthermore,heterogeneity analysis indicates that the IURCT model’s vary across gender,region,and academic levels.This study provides empirical support for the application of the IURCT model in education and offers valuable insights for policymakers to optimize teaching models. 展开更多

Primary school science is a discipline grounded in experiments,and experimental teaching holds paramount significance in primary school science education in China.Nevertheless,the implementation problems of experimental teaching are frequently disregarded.This research endeavors to disclose the concrete challenges encountered by primary school science teachers in the western region of China during the implementation of experimental teaching,analyze their implications,and put forward corresponding mitigatory measures.Based on a questionnaire survey regarding the current state of primary school science experimental teaching in 21 areas of western China,it is unveiled that primary school science teachers in the western region of China confront deficiencies in scientific professional attainment,the necessity to enhance the attitude towards experimental teaching,and a partial shortage of experimental teaching resources.These hardships result in the deterioration of the quality of experimental teaching,the attenuation of students’learning interests,and the exacerbation of teachers’job burnout.Hence,measures should be initiated in aspects such as teacher training,resource development,and enhanced emphasis to assist primary school science teachers in the western region of China in implementing experimental teaching more effectively and elevating the quality of primary school science experimental teaching. 展开更多

[Objective]From the perspective of multi-dimensional education theory,explore the situation of the concept of“Post-Course-Competition-Certificate”in nursing professional experimental teaching.[Methods]Through investigation and research,collect relevant data on the concept of“Post-Course-Competition-Certificate”in nursing major,including the understanding degree of the concept,the cognition of the role in nursing major learning,the cognition of the importance of each part,the participation degree,practical operation problems and overall satisfaction,etc.[Results]The survey found that the proportion of those who have a deep understanding of the concept of“Post-Course-Competition-Certificate”is low(very understanding 12.45%,relatively understanding 14.16%),and most are at the general level or below;most respondents recognize that this concept has a positive effect on nursing major learning,especially in improving practical ability(80.13%agree);post practice is considered the most important(accounting for 57.02%),but the participation degree in course learning is the highest(65.94%);insufficient practical opportunities(61.81%)and the disconnection between courses and practice(52.39%)are prominent problems in practical operations;on the whole,most respondents have a positive attitude towards this concept(very satisfied 28.82%,relatively satisfied 36.87%),but there are still a small number of dissatisfied people.[Conclusion]The concept of“Post-Course-Competition-Certificate”has important value in nursing major learning,but its popularization degree needs to be improved,and there are many problems in practical operations.When promoting this concept in nursing professional experimental teaching,existing problems should be solved and the needs of a small number of people should be paid attention to so as to improve the overall effect. 展开更多

Gene Engineering Principles is a fundamental professional course for majors such as bioengineering and biotechnology.It integrates theoretical knowledge with experimental practice and engineering applications.It is characterized by its comprehensive and highly practical nature.Aligning with the new-era higher education philosophy of‘competency-oriented,value-driven’teaching,this study presented a systematic exploration and practice based on undergraduate cohorts from 2018 to 2020 in Chengdu University.The reform focused on teaching methodology,formative assessment,and the integration of ideological and political education.Key strategies included the introduction of classical experimental cases,emphasis on pre-class preparation,enhancement of classroom interaction,focus on engineering-oriented applications,optimization of assessment mechanisms,and the incorporation of national strategic needs into the curriculum.These measures effectively stimulated students’learning motivation and research potential,thereby improving the overall teaching quality and educational effectiveness of the course.The results of the teaching reform demonstrate significant improvements in students’ability to apply theoretical knowledge to practical engineering problems,scientific thinking,experimental research skills,scientific reasoning,and professional identity.Reformed classes outperformed control groups across various instructional metrics,achieving notable educational outcomes. 展开更多

This paper explores the integration of simulation technology in Engineering Mechanics(EM)teaching in vocational colleges.A case study was conducted using the tensile test as an example,and digital resources,such as colored Mises stress nephograms,were obtained.These resources were integrated into the original curriculum to conduct teaching experiments.The results show that the use of digital resources significantly improved the quality of teaching in EM.The integration of simulation technology in EM teaching provides a promising direction for the improvement of vocational education and the cultivation of high-quality skilled talents.The development and application of more simulation-based teaching cases should be studied by scholars. 展开更多
