We establish the convergence theorem for the pro- posed algorithm, provided the multi-valued mapping is continuous and f-pseudomonotone with nonempty compact convex values on dom(f), where f : Rn --RU{+∞} is a proper func- tion. By combining application and finish books of science and technology support plan project in agricultural field of Ministry of Science and Technology with stronger innovation, case analysis and expert interview are conducted. Evaluation indexes of agricultural science and technology project based on innovation value are proposed initially, and there are 50 initial indexes. After that, via focus group talk, qualitative research is conducted to further adjust innovative evaluation indexes, and 50 initial indexes are deleted to 41. The importance of the 41 indexes is scored by the experts, and index screening and classification are conducted by verification factor analysis in structural equation model. It not only obtains index classification but also finds action mechanism among innovation demand, innovation mode, research thinking, treatment method of difficulty, and predicted risk. The research could straighten up ideas of project review experts in agricultural field and provide reference for applicant designing project.展开更多

By the L^2 projection method, the superconvergence results for the velocity and pressure are obtained with a penalty parameter larger than that of the classical penalty scheme. The numerical experiments are carried out to confirm the theoretical results.展开更多

Plastic deformation of the material is taken into account when using the method of elastic solutions that reduce the solution of elastoplastic problems to solution of elastic problems. Developed PIV’s significant savings of computer calculation has been compared with the calculation on a fine mesh of traditional FEM. Designed scheme allows analysis of the mutual influence of openings. Analysis of the transformation zone of plastic deformation is developed. For definiteness, the cylindrical shell structures with several rectangular openings are considered.展开更多
