When there are important pipelines in the shield starting section, the deformation of the stratum is required to be high and the shield starting process is required to be strict. Therefore, the important pipelines should be protected before the shield construction, and the control of tunnel line type, shield driving parameters and posture should be strengthened during the construction. Through an engineering example, the paper introduces a construction technology for shield starting section to pass through important pipeline groups. Through pipeline protection and shield construction control, the smooth passage of shield is ensured, which can provide reference for similar engineering construction.展开更多

Through analysis, it is necessary to reinforce the stone arch bridge in order to ensure the smooth passage of the shield machine. In the traditional process of strengthening the bridge, the ground road does not have traffic guidance and modification conditions (vehicles are diverted to pass through the bridge), thus affecting the reinforcement of the bridge. By adding the internal arch box reinforcement to the bridge and optimizing the shield driving parameters, the construction quality of the shield machine and the segment construction quality are ensured, the shield machine can be ensured to pass through the stone arch bridge smoothly while meeting the safety of the bridge, and the construction cost is saved.展开更多
