Edwin Gordon （1989, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2007） and promoted internationally by various institutions and organizations specifically accredited. It describes the influence of the videotaped supervision on the process, functions of monitoring, and evaluation of educational practices, starting with an empirical model that has guided the interventions in a study of supervision on training aimed at consolidating and developing professional skills in music education in early childhood. Crowding is a reality in which we find ourselves involved daily. The crowd produced in a traffic jam is a dynamic entity inwhich the application of physics, mathematics and biology can provide practical help to unders...Crowding is a reality in which we find ourselves involved daily. The crowd produced in a traffic jam is a dynamic entity inwhich the application of physics, mathematics and biology can provide practical help to understand how and why this problematicsituation occurs and what solutions can be found to resolve it. In the mobility education project ＂SicuraMENTE＂, we carried out anexperiment on the conduct of a crowd by simulating a situation of intense city traffic. Taking a cue from an experimental situationproposed in traffic physics, we have verified that a route with limited access can generate a traffic jam and the crowd of pedestrianscan be mitigated by forcing the crowd to use dedicated streets. Taking the outgoing time of the student crowd from the outlet road,with and without the presence of an obstacle in the middle of the roadway, it was found that the traffic jam is resolved more quicklyin the situation with an obstacle because the flow of people is divided into two separate channels, reducing the probability that twoindividuals are close and that this creates an obstruction （example of counter-intuitive physical principle）. We also verified that thespeed of the elements of the crowd influences the formation of traffic jams, which are on average more likely in the case of higherspeed. These important aspects in the design of road networks and transport infrastructure have made students reason on physics＇topics, but also on the correct conduct in traffic. The multidisciplinary approach in education for safe and sustainable mobility, soinnovative in Italy, turned out to be effective in terms of teaching in the frame of a mix of academic disciplines, in which road safetyeducation has become the context and the goal.展开更多

In this research spiral activity, the main question is： How do I improve what I am doing？ By introducing teacher students to action research and living theories in the process of becoming religious education teachers, they are empowered to investigate and to analyse their practice right from the beginning of their life as practitioners. In this process their personal values and the values emerging from the variety of RE themes will inform their critical reflection about to what extent they are able to mirror these values in their actions in the classroom, particularly in their interactions with pupils. Theses purposeful activities will advance their knowledge about what they are doing and inform their evaluation of the quality of teaching and learning constructed in their practices. Teachers or practitioner -- researchers who are able to systematically observe their practice, are in the position of minimizing the gap between values and actions and to give scholarly and informed explanations for what they are doing in the RE classroom.展开更多

While researchers have applied differe...Developing countries establishing international branch campuses （IBCs） is an emerging trend, and currently compromises 17% percent of the market in terms of the number of IBCs. While researchers have applied different social science perspectives to analyze cross-border higher education and IBCs, they usually emphasize developed countries as exporters and developing countries as importers of higher education. The phenomenon of developing countries as exporters of higher education has seldom been looked at so far in the research. This paper first describes the current development of IBCs, then illustrates what social science perspectives have been used on this topic, followed by how push-pull theory relates to developing countries being exporters of IBCs. The paper aims to combine E.S. Lee＇s push-pull theory and Gu＇s push-pull framework to analyze the push and pull factors in their advertisement and marketing claims when higher education institutions （HEIs） from developing countries plan to establish branch campuses in foreign countries. Soochow University in Laos is used as a case study. Furthermore, intermediate barriers and solutions are also identified in this case study. The teaching contents provided by teachers are not enough scientific, and the teaching pertinence is not strong; all parts of teaching and especially the effectiveness of processing the key and difficult points are not good enough, so that students are guided not very well to actively participate in classroom teaching activities, etc. Subsequently, an analysis is made around integrating and excavating teaching materials, understanding teaching contents, valuing the teaching process, and helping the students of preparatory education change from passively learning knowledge to initiatively accepting knowledge in a targeted way, and then some approaches, methods, and strategies of improving the actual teaching effectiveness of the course are explored.展开更多
