Application of Health Action Process Approach Theory in Patients with Type D Personality Psoriasis

Objective: To explore the effect of Health Action Process Approach (HAPA) theory in patients with type D personality psoriasis. Methods: A total of 66 patients with type D personality psoriasis admitted to the dermatology department of a top-three hospital in Jingzhou City from November 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into control group and test group with 33 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group received routine health education, and the experimental group received health education based on the HAPA theory. Chronic disease self-efficacy scale, hospital anxiety and depression scale and skin disease quality of life scale were used to evaluate the effect of intervention. Results: After 3 months of intervention, the scores of self-efficacy in experimental group were higher than those in control group (P P Conclusion: Health education based on the theory of HAPA can enhance the self-efficacy of patients with type D personality psoriasis, relieve negative emotions and improve their quality of life. 展开更多

Modeling log-mortality rates on O-U type processes and forecasting life expectancies are explored using U.S. data. In the classic Lee-Carter model of mortality, the time trend and the age-specific pattern of mortality over age group are linear, this is not the feature of mortality model. To avoid this disadvantage, O-U type processes will be used to model the log-mortality in this paper. In fact, this model is an AR(1) process, but with a nonlinear time drift term.Based on the mortality data of America from Human Mortality database(HMD), mortality projection consistently indicates a preference for mortality with O-U type processes over those with the classical Lee-Carter model. By means of this model, the low bounds of mortality rates at every age are given. Therefore, lengthening of maximum life expectancies span is estimated in this paper. 展开更多

The theoretical analysis and the experimental results all indicate that there exists an optimal ratio of the partial pressures of hydrogen PH2 to argon PAr for producing lotus-type structures with narrower pore size distribution and smaller pore size. The burst was associated by a coronal mass ejection (CME) with the radio signature of Type Ⅱ and Type Ⅳ bursts. On the basis of Beijing Huairou magnetogram of AR5278, power law distribution of electrons of the source region is calculated. It is suggested that the Type Ⅳμ burst associated with CME was due to the gyrosynchrotron radiation of high energy electrons trapped by magnetic field. As energy crisis and environment pollution all around the world threaten the widespread use of fossil fuels,compressed natural gas(CNG)vehicles are explored as an alternative to the conventional gasoline powered vehicles.Because of the limited space available for the car,the composite pressure vessel(TypeⅡ)has been applied to the CNG vehicles to reach large capacity and weight lightening vehicles.High pressure vessel(TypeⅡ)is composed of a composite layer and a metal liner.The metal liner is formed by the deep drawing and ironing(D.D.I.)process,which is a complex process of deep drawing and ironing.The cylinder part is reinforced by composite layer wrapped through the filament winding process and is bonded to the liner by the curing process.In this study,an integrated design method was presented by establishing the techniques for FE analysis of entire processes(D.D.I.,filament winding and curing processes)to manufacture the CNG composite pressure vessel(TypeⅡ).Dimensions of the dies and the punches of the 1 st(cup drawing),2 nd(redrawing-ironing 1-ironing 2)and 3 rd(redrawing-ironing)stages were calculated theoretically,and shape of tractrix die to be satisfied with the minimum forming load was suggested for life improvement and manufacturing costs in the D.D.I.process.Thickness of the composite material was determined in the filament winding process,finally,conditions of the curing process(number of heating stage,curing temperature,heating rate and time)were proposed to reinforce adhesive strength between the composite layers. 展开更多

Spatial analysis of plant detritus processing in a Mediterranean River type: the case of the River Tirso Basin, Sardinia, Italy

The river continuum concept represents the most general framework addressing the spatial variation of both structure and function in river ecosystems. In the Mediterranean ecoregion, summer drought events and dams constitute the main sources of local disturbance to the structure and functioning of river ecosystems occurring in the river basin. In this study, we analysed patterns of spatial variation of detritus processing in a 7th order river of the Mediterranean ecoregion(River Tirso, Sardinia-Italy) and in three 4th order sub-basins which were exposed to different summer drought pressures. The study was carried out on Phragmites australis and Alnus glutinosa leaf detritus at 31 field sites in seasonal field experiment Detritus processing rates were higher for Alnus glutinosa than for Phragmites australis plant detritus. Processing rates of Alnus glutinosa leaves varied among seasons and study sites from 0.006 d -1 to 0.189 d -1 and those of Phragmites australis leaves ranged from 0.0008 d -1 to 0.102 d -1, with the lowest values occurring at sites exposed to summer drought. Seasons and sites accounted for a significant proportion of such variability. Alder detritus decay rates generally decreased with increasing stream order, while reed detritus decay rates generally increased on the same spatial gradient. Summer drought events affected these spatial patterns of variation by influencing significantly the decay rates of both plant detritus. The comparisons among and within sub-basins showed strong negative influence of summer drought on detritus processing rates. Similarly, in the entire River Tirso basin decay rates were always lower at disturbed than at undisturbed sites for each stream order; decay rates of reed detritus remained lower at those sites even after the end of the disturbance events, while alder decay rates recovered rapidly from the summer drought perturbations. The different recovery of the processing rates of the two leaves could also explain the different patterns of spatial variation observed between the two leaves. 展开更多

文章通过系统的野外地质露头及钻孔岩芯观察、显微镜及扫描电镜研究,结合前人研究成果,深入探讨了砂岩型铀矿床中黄铁矿与铀成矿的空间赋存关系及成因。研究结果表明:砂岩中黄铁矿普遍发育,但其与铀矿物的空间分布多呈非相关性;在二者... 文章通过系统的野外地质露头及钻孔岩芯观察、显微镜及扫描电镜研究,结合前人研究成果,深入探讨了砂岩型铀矿床中黄铁矿与铀成矿的空间赋存关系及成因。研究结果表明:砂岩中黄铁矿普遍发育,但其与铀矿物的空间分布多呈非相关性;在二者紧密共伴生的情况下,主要存在3种赋存形式共存,其铀成矿作用机理也有明显差异:(1)铀矿物环绕黄铁矿呈环带状分布,主要是成矿过程中E_(h)值降低或酸化环境使得黄铁矿优先于铀沉淀所致;(2)铀矿物赋存于黄铁矿溶蚀孔洞、裂隙或莓球状表面,与黄铁矿微纳米级孔隙结构的吸附作用密切相关;(3)少量铀矿物直接富集于黄铁矿表面,系厌氧弱酸-弱碱条件下黄铁矿水解释放的H_(2)S还原铀酰离子所致。因此,黄铁矿只是砂岩型铀成矿体系中的一种辅助还原介质和成矿介质。相较于油气、煤层气、炭屑、钛铁氧化物及黏土矿物等高效还原剂和成矿介质,黄铁矿在铀成矿过程中的贡献相对有限,仅起较小作用。 展开更多

低品位伴生萤石制备氢氟酸机理研究

【目的】单一型萤石是目前硫酸法生产氢氟酸的主要原料,但是目前单一型萤石储量不足,保障年限仅十余年。伴生型萤石储量约为单一型萤石的两倍,但是目前缺少使用伴生型萤石为原料生产氢氟酸的研究,制约了其高值化利用。【方法】本文以品... 【目的】单一型萤石是目前硫酸法生产氢氟酸的主要原料,但是目前单一型萤石储量不足,保障年限仅十余年。伴生型萤石储量约为单一型萤石的两倍,但是目前缺少使用伴生型萤石为原料生产氢氟酸的研究,制约了其高值化利用。【方法】本文以品位为99.1%的高品位单一型萤石与纯度为85.2%的低品位伴生型萤石为研究对象,研究在不同温度、液固摩尔比及时间条件下与浓硫酸的反应过程。【结果】发现在200℃、反应4 h,单一型萤石产酸的较佳液固摩尔比为1.25∶1,HF转化率为98.1%,伴生型萤石产酸时所需的浓硫酸用量更高,较佳液固摩尔比为1.5∶1,HF转化率为82.1%。单一型萤石反应产生的氟石膏晶体颗粒大,结晶度好且表面致密,而伴生型萤石反应产生的氟石膏晶体颗粒小,晶体形状不规则且呈紧密堆积状。【结论】因此,伴生型萤石反应产生的氟石膏颗粒内部存在明显的螺旋状花纹,且团聚现象比单一型萤石更严重,阻碍了制酸反应的进行,是HF转化效率低的主要原因。 展开更多

政策设计是影响政策执行效果的一种特定政策制定形式,兼具理性技术手段与特定价值追求的双重属性,成为连接政策意图与政策实践的关键环节。然而,当前关于政策设计的研究较多关注特定时点上的要素配置,而未将政策设计视作一个整体,从时... 政策设计是影响政策执行效果的一种特定政策制定形式,兼具理性技术手段与特定价值追求的双重属性,成为连接政策意图与政策实践的关键环节。然而,当前关于政策设计的研究较多关注特定时点上的要素配置,而未将政策设计视作一个整体,从时间维度纵向考察其适应性与灵活性的特征。为此,论文引入“政策再设计”概念,重点考察政策设计在调适过程中呈现出的稳健性状态。基于“干预对象”与“行动特征”的分析框架,研究将政策再设计划分为静态实质性、静态程序性、动态实质性和动态程序性四种策略类型,并构建了议题情境、目标迭代、工具适配、政策反馈的四阶段机制部件,以阐释政策再设计策略的动态生成过程。研究不仅在理论层面上回应了政策设计如何发展的经典命题,更从实践层面揭示了政策再设计的因势而变和因时而变的实现路径。未来政策设计应着眼于从静态稳健向动态调适过渡的深度挖掘,进一步提升政策适应力与制度韧性。 展开更多

OLED基板玻璃配合料具有较高的熔融温度,合理选择原料种类可显著提升熔化速率、降低生产用能,并改善玻璃熔化质量。本文探究引入不同产地石英砂、含铝原料、含镁原料等对配合料在受热过程中的影响。结果表明:在相同条件下,对于三种不同产地的石英砂(简称B砂、Q砂、F砂),采用B砂的配合料其用能较Q砂和F砂分别降低了0.97%和3.52%,而F砂配合料的熔融速率最大;采用Al_(2)O_(3)的配合料其用能较Al(OH)_(3)的配合料降低了13.77%,但Al(OH)_(3)的分解过程促进了熔融;采用MgO的配合料其用能较MgCO_(3)的配合料降低了7.36%。研究结果为工业化生产OLED基板玻璃的原料选择方面提供了参考,当以B砂、Al(OH)_(3)和MgO作为原料引入源时,所熔制的OLED基板玻璃具有高熔融速率、低用能的优点。 展开更多

代言人类型与沟通风格对消费者购买意愿的影响

在数字技术深度赋能商业的背景下,以人工智能技术为支撑的虚拟代言人作为新兴的营销力量,其潜力日益凸显。相较于真人代言人,虚拟代言人形象可控、全天在线,但情感表达与共情力欠佳。企业在两者之间如何抉择,关乎其成本投入、品牌形象... 在数字技术深度赋能商业的背景下,以人工智能技术为支撑的虚拟代言人作为新兴的营销力量,其潜力日益凸显。相较于真人代言人,虚拟代言人形象可控、全天在线,但情感表达与共情力欠佳。企业在两者之间如何抉择,关乎其成本投入、品牌形象与竞争力。基于加工流畅性理论,通过两个实验,探究不同代言人类型与沟通风格对消费者购买意愿的影响及作用机制。研究发现,真人代言凭借其真实情感、社会认同和可信度,更能激发消费者的信任与共鸣,比虚拟人代言更能显著提升消费者购买意愿。加工流畅性在代言人类型对消费者购买意愿的影响中起到完全中介作用。具体而言,真人代言更契合消费者的社会认知图式,使其信息处理更顺畅,而虚拟人代言则可能引发消费者的认知不协调,降低其信息加工流畅性。因此,真人代言比虚拟人代言更能提升消费者的加工流畅性,增强其购买意愿。同时,沟通风格在代言人类型对消费者购买意愿的影响中起到调节作用。当采用正式沟通风格时,相较于虚拟人代言,真人代言因真实身份与情感表达,更能显著增强消费者购买意愿;当采用非正式沟通风格时,相较于真人代言,虚拟人代言更具新奇、趣味的特质更易被消费者接受,更能显著增强消费者购买意愿。因此,企业在选择代言人策略时,应优先考虑真人代言人,并选择适配的沟通风格。可采用真人搭配正式沟通风格以增强可信度,或虚拟人搭配非正式沟通风格以激发趣味性,以提升消费者的信息加工流畅性,进而增强其购买意愿。 展开更多

In order to guarantee the safety service and life-span of long-span cable-stayed bridges, the uncertain type of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method is adopted to access the bridge condition. The correlative theory and applied objects of uncertain type of AHP are introduced, and then the optimal transitive matrix method is chosen to calculate the interval number judgment matrix, which makes the weights of indices more reliable and accurate. Finally, with Harbin Songhua River Cable-Stayed Bridge as an example, an index system and an assessment model are proposed for the condition assessment of this bridge, and by using uncertain type of AHP, the weights of assessment indices are fixed and the final assessment results of the bridge are calculated, which proves the feasibility and practicability of this method. The application of this assessment method can provide the scientific basis for maintenance and management of long-span cable-stayed bridges. 展开更多

铝基复合材料(Aluminum Matrix Composites,AMCs)因其轻质高强、可设计性强等特性,在航空航天、汽车制造及电子信息等高端装备领域展现出不可替代的应用潜力。然而,传统制备技术如粉末冶金与搅拌铸造仍面临增强相分散不均、界面结合弱... 铝基复合材料(Aluminum Matrix Composites,AMCs)因其轻质高强、可设计性强等特性,在航空航天、汽车制造及电子信息等高端装备领域展现出不可替代的应用潜力。然而,传统制备技术如粉末冶金与搅拌铸造仍面临增强相分散不均、界面结合弱及成本高等问题,难以满足极端工况对材料综合性能的严苛需求。本文系统综述了AMCs在制备工艺、性能优化与界面调控等领域的最新研究进展:一方面,传统方法持续改进,增材制造、喷射沉积与原位合成等新兴技术则通过精准调控增强相分布及界面反应动力学,推动界面结合机制从机械互锁向原子级键合跃升;另一方面,大量研究揭示了增强相含量、尺寸及分布对力学性能的非线性协同规律,实验结合多尺度建模明确了位错钉扎、载荷传递效率及粒子激发动态再结晶等强化机制的贡献权重。此外,界面工程已由宏观扩散层调控延伸至亚埃级反应产物控制,适度结合界面正成为突破强度-韧性倒置矛盾的关键设计准则。尽管如此,制备成本居高不下、界面长效稳定性不足,以及大尺寸构件塑性加工困难,仍是制约AMCs规模化应用的关键难题。未来研究亟须突破低成本短流程粉末冶金、界面智能改性及增材制造工艺-组织-性能一体化调控,以推动铝基复合材料向高性能、多功能与绿色制备方向跨越发展。 展开更多

本研究选用罗勒、蒲公英等药食同源植物为主要原料,制备罗勒蒲公英固体饮料,通过考察优化,获得最佳制粒工艺。以体内试验考察其辅助调节T2DM小鼠血糖及对小鼠糖脂代谢的影响。结果表明,罗勒蒲公英固体饮料最佳制粒工艺为:以稀释剂配比... 本研究选用罗勒、蒲公英等药食同源植物为主要原料,制备罗勒蒲公英固体饮料,通过考察优化,获得最佳制粒工艺。以体内试验考察其辅助调节T2DM小鼠血糖及对小鼠糖脂代谢的影响。结果表明,罗勒蒲公英固体饮料最佳制粒工艺为:以稀释剂配比麦芽糊精∶甘露醇∶木糖醇(2∶1∶1),干浸膏与稀释剂为1∶2.5,润湿剂体积分数为92.00%,进行制粒,颗粒成型率可达92.34%,水分含量为0.53%,休止角为27.15,流动性较好;通过8周干预,发现相较于模型组,各给药组T2DM小鼠空腹血糖水平降低,血清中HDL-C、SOD、INS含量升高,LDL-C、TG、TC、AST、ALT、FAA含量降低;脏器指数与HE染色结果显示,罗勒蒲公英固体饮料及其提取物一定程度上改善T2DM小鼠脏器病理性异常。 展开更多

为建立一套稳定可靠的适用于氟[^(18)F]化钠注射液的生产工艺流程,以较低的成本实现多家医院的临床试验用样品的供应,本研究开发了一种氟[^(18)F]化钠注射液卡套式自动化合成仪。该系统通过自主研发模块化合成装置与可替换式合成卡套,... 为建立一套稳定可靠的适用于氟[^(18)F]化钠注射液的生产工艺流程,以较低的成本实现多家医院的临床试验用样品的供应,本研究开发了一种氟[^(18)F]化钠注射液卡套式自动化合成仪。该系统通过自主研发模块化合成装置与可替换式合成卡套,实现了季铵盐阴离子交换柱(QMA柱)预处理、^(18)F-富集、靶水回收、洗脱纯化及除菌过滤的全流程自动化操作,有效降低了操作人员的辐射暴露风险。实验结果表明,该系统可在15 min内完成制备(体积相对误差<5%),放射化学产率>90%,放化纯度>98.5%,放射性核纯度大于99.9%,产品符合既定的质量标准。单次可制备20~30人份临床剂量,已完成150余批次生产,用于临床试验。该氟[^(18)F]化钠注射液自动化合成仪为正电子发射断层扫描/计算机断层扫描(PET/CT)显像药物标准化生产提供了解决方案,具备显著的产业化推广潜力。 展开更多

MSK-Type信号的频率同步技术可以采用基于最大似然理论的估计方法.但该算法结构复杂,计算量十分庞大,不利用工程上的实现,所以对MSK-Type的频率同步大多采用非线性同步的方式.其算法主要有延迟相乘和2P-Power算法,但这种选用前馈结构的无数据辅助算法只适用于全响应的连续相位调制信号,且由于在非线性相乘过程中引入大量自噪声,从而导致同步性能下降.为解决MSK-Type调制信号频率同步算法精度低、适用范围小及不利于工程上实现等问题,本文在延迟相乘频率同步算法的基础上,提出一种改进算法.该算法通过对部分响应和全响应MSK-Type信号采用不同幂次非线性处理,消除了延迟相乘算法中的自噪声影响,与原算法相比,频偏估计精度可提高5d B左右.另外,所提算法不仅将应用范围扩展到了部分响应MSK-Type信号,扩大了同步算法的适用范围,而且还具有便于工程实现的特点. 展开更多

半导体设备是芯片制造的核心单元,承担光刻、刻蚀、薄膜沉积等关键工艺,其调度效率直接影响晶圆产能与工厂效益,设计出一个高效稳定的调度系统是保证最优产能的前提。然而,一方面,高精度、多环节的晶圆加工步骤使设备调度系统设计难度提... 半导体设备是芯片制造的核心单元,承担光刻、刻蚀、薄膜沉积等关键工艺,其调度效率直接影响晶圆产能与工厂效益,设计出一个高效稳定的调度系统是保证最优产能的前提。然而,一方面,高精度、多环节的晶圆加工步骤使设备调度系统设计难度提升;另一方面,设备内对晶圆的调度效率会影响产能,导致对系统计算效率的要求较高。传统的调度设计方法往往基于遗传算法在解空间上搜索最优解,难以满足系统的实时性需求。文中设计通过对双集束型晶圆加工半导体设备中的出片限制、模块使用限制、禁止超片、阀门互斥限制、Just in Time共5个调度限制进行系统性分析,创新性地将加工仓任务池、机械臂任务池的任务调度问题抽象为混合整数规划(MIP)模型,并且基于数学规划求解器Gurobi进行快速求解,相较于传统算法求解速度提升了一个数量级。 展开更多
