The fun- damental the... A novel micro-opto-electro-mechanical system (MOEMS) accelerometer based on Raman-Nath diffraction is presented. It mainly consists of an FPW delay line oscillator and optical strip waveguides. The fun- damental theories and principles of the device are introduced briefly. A flexural plate-wave delay-line oscillator is designed to work as an acousto-optic (AO) shifter, which has a Klein-Cook parameter of 0.38. Single-mode optical strip waveguides of 2 μm in width and thicknesses of 0.6 μm are designed by using the effective index method for light transmission. The E^y00 mode waveguide polarizers are designed to ensure the consistency of the light polarization in the waveguides. The fabrication process, based on (100) oriented, 450-#m-thick silicon wafers is proposed in detail, and some difficulties in the process are discussed carefully. At last, a series of process tests are undertaken to solve the proposed problems. The results indicate that the proposed design and fabrication process of the device is dependable and realizable. 展开更多

The determined extraction process was adding 8 times of water in five herbs including Viola philippica and decocting for 2 times, 1.5 h each time. Pilot scale test demonstrated that the selected process is stable and feasible, and could provide reliable reference for practical production. 展开更多

Acoustic emission test and CT scanning are important techniques in the study of coal crack propagation. A uniaxial compression test was performed on coal samples by integrating CT and acoustic emission. The test comparison analyzes the acoustic emission load and CT images for an effective observation on the entire process, from crack propagation to the samples' destruction. The box dimension of the coal samples' acoustic emission series and the CT images were obtained through calculations by using the authors' own program. The results show that the fractal dimension of both the acoustic emission energy and CT image increase rapidly, indicating coal and rock mass has entered a dangerous condition. Hence, measures should be taken to unload the pressure of the coal and rock mass. The test results provide intuitive observation data for the coal meso-damage model. The test contributes to in-depth studies of coal or rock crack propagation mechanisms and provides a theoretical basis for rock burst mechanism. 展开更多

To investigate the evolution of load-bearing characteristics of pre-stressed beams throughout their service life and to provide a basis for accurately assessing the actual working state of damaged pre-stressed concrete T-beams,destructive tests were conducted on full-scale pre-stressed concrete beams.Based on the measurement and ana-lysis of beam deflection,strain,and crack development under various loading levels during the research tests,combined with the verification coefficient indicators specified in the codes,the verification coefficients of bridges at different stages of damage can be examined.The results indicate that the T-beams experience complete,incom-plete linear,and non-linear stages during the destructive test process.In the complete linear elastic stage,both the deflection and bottom strain verification coefficients comply with the specifications,indicating a good structural load-bearing capacity no longer adheres to the code’s requirements.In the non-linear stage,both coefficients exhi-bit a sharp increase,resulting in a further decrease in the structure’s load-bearing capacity.According to the pro-visions of the current code,the beam can be in the incomplete linear stage when both values fall within the code’s specified range.The strain verification coefficient sourced from the compression zone at the bottom of theflange is not recommended for assessing the bridge’s load-bearing capacity. 展开更多

For this model of shift parameter, we propose test which is asymptotically partially distribution free and consistent. In this paper, we present the implementation of a built-in current sensor (BICS) which takes into account the increased background current of defect-free circuits and the effects of process variation on ΔIDDQ testing of CMOS data converters. A 12-bit digital-to-analog converter (DAC) is designed as the circuit under test (CUT). The BICS uses frequency as the output for fault detection in CUT. A fault is detected if it causes the output frequency to deviate more than ±10% from the reference frequency. The output frequencies of the BICS for various (MOSIS) model parameters are simulated to check for the effect of process variation on the frequency deviation. A set of eight faults simulating manufacturing defects in CMOS data converters are injected using fault-injection transistors and tested successfully. 展开更多

以汽车尾门把手注射成型工艺优化为研究对象,采用数值模拟技术实现制造过程的可视化分析。通过Moldflow平台的最佳浇口位置模块确定理想浇口区域,选取流动前沿温差与最大翘曲变形量作为关键指标,基于L18(3×7)正交试验开展多因素工... 以汽车尾门把手注射成型工艺优化为研究对象,采用数值模拟技术实现制造过程的可视化分析。通过Moldflow平台的最佳浇口位置模块确定理想浇口区域,选取流动前沿温差与最大翘曲变形量作为关键指标,基于L18(3×7)正交试验开展多因素工艺参数优化,结合综合平衡法确定最值参数组合,引入响应面法进行二次优化,针对冻结层因子采用衰减式保压策略控制。试验数据显示:优化后流动前沿温差降至20.5℃,成型塑件最大翘曲变形量缩减至0.174 3 mm,较初始方案降低40.6%。该方案有效降低了塑件成型缺陷发生率,提升了塑件合格率与生产效率。 展开更多

面向高铁轮轨安全的疲劳裂纹涡流脉冲热成像方法研究

高速铁路轮轨系统在服役过程中产生的疲劳裂纹是威胁行车安全的重大隐患。传统的无损检测方法难以有效识别处于闭合或半闭合状态的早期微小裂纹,尤其是在列车运行载荷作用下的动态工况。针对这一挑战,本文提出并系统研究了一种基于涡流... 高速铁路轮轨系统在服役过程中产生的疲劳裂纹是威胁行车安全的重大隐患。传统的无损检测方法难以有效识别处于闭合或半闭合状态的早期微小裂纹,尤其是在列车运行载荷作用下的动态工况。针对这一挑战,本文提出并系统研究了一种基于涡流脉冲热成像(Eddy Current Pulsed Thermography,ECPT)技术的轮轨疲劳裂纹检测方法。研究首先构建了负载作用下的非稳态疲劳裂纹多物理场模型,通过有限元仿真与实验相结合,深入探究了局部接触(闭合)裂纹的涡流-热响应机理,并揭示了裂纹闭合深度与表面温度场特征(如等温线内凹现象)之间的定量关系。在此基础上,自主研制了适用于车轮与钢轨的动态ECPT检测平台及专用磁轭传感器,并开展了高铁轮轨实物的动态检测试验。结果表明,所提方法不仅能有效区分开口与闭合裂纹,还能对不同深度、不同尺寸的疲劳裂纹进行可靠检出,检出深度范围可达0.35mm至5mm。结合主成分分析(PCA)与张量分解等图像增强算法,显著提升了缺陷的信噪比与可视化效果,为高铁轮轨疲劳裂纹的在线、高效、精准检测提供了重要的理论依据与技术支撑。 展开更多

以某型号汽车的散热器导风板为研究对象,为了得到其最优工艺参数,将Z方向翘曲变形量与塑件的体积收缩率作为待优化的指标,将熔体温度、模具温度、保压时间、保压压力和冷却时间作为优化的变量,建立L_(16)(4^(5))正交试验,采用Moldex 3D... 以某型号汽车的散热器导风板为研究对象,为了得到其最优工艺参数,将Z方向翘曲变形量与塑件的体积收缩率作为待优化的指标,将熔体温度、模具温度、保压时间、保压压力和冷却时间作为优化的变量,建立L_(16)(4^(5))正交试验,采用Moldex 3D软件进行仿真分析,得出不同工艺参数组合下对应的目标值,并基于灰色关联分析理论对成型工艺参数进行优化。灰色关联度值极差分析结果表明:各个参数影响程度排序为熔体温度>冷却时间>保压时间>保压压力>模具温度。对应的优化参数分别为:熔体温度210℃、冷却时间18 s、保压时间12 s,保压压力150 MPa、模具温度35℃。与默认参数相比,优化后的Z方向翘曲变形量降低28.234 mm,体积收缩率降低1.344%。将最优工艺组合进行实际试模验证,结果表明:灰色关联分析相较于正交试验设计具有更显著的优化作用,通过灰色关联分析理论优化的工艺参数可以有效提高产品的成型质量,生产产品符合客户需求。 展开更多

目的优化化浊散结除痹颗粒的制备工艺。方法采用超高效液相色谱(UPLC)建立化浊散结除痹颗粒复方多成分含量测定方法,以新异落新妇苷、异落新妇苷、新落新妇苷、落新妇苷、盐酸小檗碱的转移率、出膏率为评价指标,通过单因素试验结合正交... 目的优化化浊散结除痹颗粒的制备工艺。方法采用超高效液相色谱(UPLC)建立化浊散结除痹颗粒复方多成分含量测定方法,以新异落新妇苷、异落新妇苷、新落新妇苷、落新妇苷、盐酸小檗碱的转移率、出膏率为评价指标,通过单因素试验结合正交试验考察提取时间、加水量、提取次数对化浊散结除痹颗粒提取工艺的影响;采用休止角测定、辅料筛选及工艺验证优选化浊散结除痹颗粒的成型工艺,并通过中试试验验证化浊散结除痹颗粒的工艺。结果化浊散结除痹颗粒优选的制备工艺为:化浊散结除痹方各饮片加热回流提取2次,第一次加12倍水,提取1.5 h;第二次加12倍水,提取1.0 h;合并药液,减压浓缩至相对密度1.07~1.08 g·cm^(3)的浓缩液(65~75℃);加入5%麦芽糊精,喷雾干燥(进风温度175~185℃、出风温度90~100℃);加入干膏粉质量的0.3%二氧化硅、0.1%硬脂酸镁及麦芽糊精适量,混合均匀后干法制粒,整粒分装。中试试验制备的3批化浊散结除痹颗粒各项评价指标良好,且批次间差异小。结论优选的化浊散结除痹颗粒制备工艺稳定、可靠,可为该颗粒剂的工艺标准化奠定研究基础。 展开更多

采用5 kW CO_(2)激光器在42CrMoA钢表面制备Ni45熔覆层,研究不同工艺参数对Ni45熔覆层质量的影响。采用正交试验方法对单道激光熔覆工艺参数进行优化。正交试验结果表明:对稀释率影响最大的是扫描速度和送粉量,而对熔高和熔宽影响最大... 采用5 kW CO_(2)激光器在42CrMoA钢表面制备Ni45熔覆层,研究不同工艺参数对Ni45熔覆层质量的影响。采用正交试验方法对单道激光熔覆工艺参数进行优化。正交试验结果表明:对稀释率影响最大的是扫描速度和送粉量,而对熔高和熔宽影响最大的分别是扫描速度和激光功率。通过前期预试验获得了Ni45熔覆层未开裂参数,即最大熔高为1.6 mm、最大熔宽是5 mm。通过方差分析方法与响应模型预测得到最优参数,即在600 L/h的载粉气流量条件下,激光功率为2100 W,扫描速度为300 mm/min,送粉率为8.87 g/min。采用上述参数进行单道优化试验,熔覆层尺寸响应模型的预测误差均在±5.1%范围,证明激光功率、扫描速度与送粉量的参数优化有显著效果。 展开更多

Because of the inevitable debugging lag,imperfect debugging process is used to replace perfect debugging process in the analysis of software reliability growth model.Considering neither testing-effort nor testing coverage can describe software reliability for imperfect debugging completely,by hybridizing testing-effort with testing coverage under imperfect debugging,this paper proposes a new model named GMW-LO-ID.Under the assumption that the number of faults is proportional to the current number of detected faults,this model combines generalized modified Weibull(GMW)testing-effort function with logistic(LO)testing coverage function,and inherits GMW's amazing flexibility and LO's high fitting precision.Furthermore,the fitting accuracy and predictive power are verified by two series of experiments and we can draw a conclusion that our model fits the actual failure data better and predicts the software future behavior better than other ten traditional models,which only consider one or two points of testing-effort,testing coverage and imperfect debugging. 展开更多

以核阀密封面为研究对象,采用激光熔覆技术在17-4PH不锈钢表面制备Stellite6钴基合金涂层。通过单因素试验、正交试验等方法从单道-单层-多层逐次递升开展工艺探索、工艺优化和样件制备。研究激光功率、送粉量和扫描速度对涂层截面形貌... 以核阀密封面为研究对象,采用激光熔覆技术在17-4PH不锈钢表面制备Stellite6钴基合金涂层。通过单因素试验、正交试验等方法从单道-单层-多层逐次递升开展工艺探索、工艺优化和样件制备。研究激光功率、送粉量和扫描速度对涂层截面形貌的影响,并以涂层表面质量和宏观金相作为单道单因素试验的衡量指标,得到各工艺参数的较优范围后,随即开展单层正交工艺优化试验,正交试验中以涂层内部有无裂纹作为合格判据,在获得较优工艺参数组合后,结合多层涂层的熔覆效果得到最优工艺参数为激光功率2200 W、送粉量12 g/min和扫描速度9 mm/s。确定最优工艺参数后,研究涂层的微观组织,涂层主要由平面晶、胞状晶、柱状晶、树枝晶和等轴晶组成,涂层物相主要由FCC结构的γ-Co、M_(23)C_(6)和M_(7)C_(3)碳化物组成。最后根据RCC-M标准对样件开展渗透、表面硬度和金相检验,样件均通过合格判定,满足相关标准规范要求,具有实际应用价值。 展开更多

肉桂、干姜挥发油提取、包合工艺优化

目的优化肉桂、干姜挥发油提取、包合工艺。方法基于质量源于设计(QbD)理念,以加水量、浸泡时间、提取时间、投料比(挥发油、β-环糊精)、包合温度、包合时间作为关键工艺参数(CPPs),挥发油提取率、肉桂醛含量、柠檬醛含量、挥发油包合... 目的优化肉桂、干姜挥发油提取、包合工艺。方法基于质量源于设计(QbD)理念,以加水量、浸泡时间、提取时间、投料比(挥发油、β-环糊精)、包合温度、包合时间作为关键工艺参数(CPPs),挥发油提取率、肉桂醛含量、柠檬醛含量、挥发油包合率、包合物得率、包合物含油率作为关键质量属性(CQAs),正交试验结合层次分析法-熵权法(AHP-EWM)优化提取、包合工艺,建立反向传播人工神经网络(BP-ANN),通过TLC、显微鉴别、红外光谱、差示扫描量热对包合物进行表征。结果最佳提取工艺为BP-ANN所得,即加水量9.8倍,浸泡时间48 min,提取时间5 h,综合评分为97.52分。最佳包合工艺为正交试验所得,即投料比1∶6,包合温度40℃,包合时间3 h,综合评分为97.62分。包合物已成功形成。结论上述方法稳定可行,可为后期肉桂、干姜挥发油相关制剂的开发与生产奠定基础。 展开更多

目的优化吴门医派中药临方水丸(简称临方水丸)的制备工艺。方法以泛丸锅转速、干燥温度及干燥时间为考察因素,以外观评分、溶散时限及含水量为评价指标,采用L_(9)(3^(3))正交试验法优选临方水丸的制备工艺,并进行验证。结果优选最佳制... 目的优化吴门医派中药临方水丸(简称临方水丸)的制备工艺。方法以泛丸锅转速、干燥温度及干燥时间为考察因素,以外观评分、溶散时限及含水量为评价指标,采用L_(9)(3^(3))正交试验法优选临方水丸的制备工艺,并进行验证。结果优选最佳制备工艺为将药材细粉及煎液置泛丸锅中,以40 r/min的转速起模泛丸至成型,60℃干燥12 h。按此工艺制备3批样品,其外观、溶散时限、含水量均符合2020年版《中国药典(一部)》中质量标准要求。结论优选的制备工艺稳定、可行,可用于临方水丸的制备。 展开更多
