The problem can be solved by aligning service oriented architecture (using web services) with business processes within the organization. The purpose of this paper is to design a conceptual framework for aligning business processes with the Service Oriented Architecture and then prove the framework’s validity using simulation. An organization is working in education sector and wants to integrate its multiple web applications to allow data flow from one system to another. The framework will help the organization to align business process of service oriented architecture and to easily mold their business process according to business needs. Artificial Intelligence-Powered Legal Document Processing for Medical Negligence Cases: A Critical Review 被引量:1

This critical review looks at the assessment of the application of artificial intelligence in handling legal documents with specific reference to medical negligence cases with a view of identifying its transformative ... This critical review looks at the assessment of the application of artificial intelligence in handling legal documents with specific reference to medical negligence cases with a view of identifying its transformative potentialities, issues and ethical concerns. The review consolidates findings that show the impact of AI in improving the efficiency, accuracy and justice delivery in the legal profession. The studies show increased efficiency in speed of document review and enhancement of the accuracy of the reviewed documents, with time efficiency estimates of 60% reduction of time. However, the review also outlines some of the problems that continue to characterize AI, such as data quality problems, biased algorithms and the problem of the opaque decision-making system. This paper assesses ethical issues related to patient autonomy, justice and non-malignant suffering, with particular focus on patient privacy and fair process, and on potential unfairness to patients. This paper’s review of AI innovations finds that regulations lag behind AI developments, leading to unsettled issues regarding legal responsibility for AI and user control over AI-generated results and findings in legal proceedings. Some of the future avenues that are presented in the study are the future of XAI for legal purposes, utilizing federated learning for resolving privacy issues, and the need to foster adaptive regulation. Finally, the review advocates for Legal Subject Matter Experts to collaborate with legal informatics experts, ethicists, and policy makers to develop the best solutions to implement AI in medical negligence claims. It reasons that there is great potential for AI to have a deep impact on the practice of law but when done, it must do so in a way that respects justice and on the Rights of Individuals. 展开更多

针对气象大数据云平台中多源异构非结构化数据接入处理的问题,设计并实现了一种基于配置的非结构化数据通用处理框架。该框架通过配置化管理实现了新增数据接入的简化和自动化,将新增非结构化数据处理接入操作的工作量缩减为原来的1/10... 针对气象大数据云平台中多源异构非结构化数据接入处理的问题,设计并实现了一种基于配置的非结构化数据通用处理框架。该框架通过配置化管理实现了新增数据接入的简化和自动化,将新增非结构化数据处理接入操作的工作量缩减为原来的1/10。框架采用RabbitMQ消息队列实时获取处理任务,通过配置化管理实现处理策略、存储路径等功能的灵活定义。研发了索引信息自动提取生成技术,通过综合处理文件名拆分、内置变量和预置值,实现了索引入库语句的自动生成和数据文件的规范化存储。采用正则表达式实现数据类型细分,支持数据精细化处理;将多种相似数据类型合并处理,减少资源占用;通过并行处理提高处理速度并实现高可用;同时支持本地存储、网络附属存储(Network Attached Storage,NAS)和对象存储等多种存储方式。2021年12月,非结构化数据通用处理框架与天擎一起在国省业务运行,成功实现了雷达基数据、地面实况产品、风雷、风清等900多种数据的实时处理入库,为气象预报预警、防灾减灾等业务提供了坚实的数据保障。 展开更多

In recent years, the process orientation requirements engineering field has received significant interest. However, dealing with ordinary users within an enterprise for developing as-is business process is very complex because this requires skills, responsibility, knowledge, and expertise of business processes. This research answers the following questions: 1) how to systematically gather information regarding as-is business process requirements in an informal environment and by non-expert users? and 2) how can an enterprise refine the identified business process with a semantic process model? The primary purpose of this research is to develop a supporting framework that is suitable for the definition of an as-is business process to be deployed within the enterprise environment. Hence, the focus is on gathering requirements to define the as-is business process. This framework concentrates on three significant aspects of this process: development, refinement, and serialization the semantics of the process model. To accomplish this objective, the LORS framework has been proposed, which consists of four phases (List, Order, Refinement, and Serialization). The framework presents a new unique technique to identify the business process, refine the process, and generate the model semantics. This study assumes that a simple and complete framework will help non-expert users define a high-quality as-is process, such that enhance and facilitate the matching process with existing reference models. We present a case study, evaluate the case study relative to specified criteria, and research the limitations and implications discovered from our research. This research concludes that the LORS framework is simple, flexible, visible, interactive, dynamic, and effective. 展开更多

Coal-based H2 generation has abruptly increased in recent years.The PSA-VPSA-SC process is the matured and standard framework for H2 purification and CO_(2) capture in many existing plants,including normal and vacuum pressure swing adsorption units in series(PSA-VPSA),and shallow condensation unit(SC).However,this standard process is frequently subjected to low H2 recovery ratio and high purification cost.In this work,H2-selective and C02-selective membrane units,i.e.,HM and CO_(2) M,are attempted to support the standard process and ameliorate constraints.In the beginning,HM unit is arranged after VPSA to enhance H2 recovery from the decarbonized stream,i.e.,the PSA-VPSA-SC/HM process.As a result,H2 recovery ratio can be enhanced significantly from 83%to 98%.In the following,VPSA is replaced with CO_(2) M unit to reduce investment and operation cost,i.e.,the PSA-CO_(2) M-SC/HM process.Accordingly,the specific purification cost is diminished from 33.46 to 32.02 USD·(103 m^(3) H_(2))-1,saved by 4.3%,meanwhile the construction cost is falling back and just a little higher than that for the standard process.In the end,another CO_(2) M unit is launched before PSA,i.e.,the CO_(2) M-PSA-CO_(2) M-SC/HM process,which could unbundle CO_(2) enrichment partially from H2 purification,and then save more investment and operation cost.In comparison with the standard process,this ultimate retrofitted process can be superior in all the three crucial indices,i.e.,recovery ratio,investment,and specific purification cost.On the whole,coal-based H2 generation can be ameliorated significantly through high efficient H2-selective and CO_(2)-selective membrane units. 展开更多

国家治理现代化进程对基层体育治理效能提出了更高要求,村改居社区作为城乡转型的关键场域,其体育治理的有效性不足成为亟待破解的现实问题。本研究立足“结构-过程-功能”分析框架,运用文献资料法和实地调研法,系统解构并剖析村改居社... 国家治理现代化进程对基层体育治理效能提出了更高要求,村改居社区作为城乡转型的关键场域,其体育治理的有效性不足成为亟待破解的现实问题。本研究立足“结构-过程-功能”分析框架,运用文献资料法和实地调研法,系统解构并剖析村改居社区体育治理实践。研究认为,当前村改居社区的体育治理实践面临三重困境:在结构层面,城乡二元路径依赖制约“一核多元”治理结构的形成;在过程层面,共识缺失与机制滞碍导致“多元共治”难以协同;在功能层面,价值理性偏移削弱了“以人为本”的治理功能。为破解上述困境,引入“嵌入式协同”治理框架,在结构互嵌、过程协同与功能优化的系统联动中探索村改居社区体育治理有效的实现路径:通过组织嵌入与制度嵌入重构主体关系网络,借助认知嵌入与技术嵌入调适治理运行过程,依托情感嵌入与文化嵌入重塑治理价值目标。 展开更多

“阅读素养”是国际中文教育中衡量学习者语言能力与文化理解水平的重要指标之一。构建本土化的阅读素养评价标准,对于提升国际中文教育质量具有重要意义。通过对文献的系统梳理,明确了国际中文教育阅读素养的概念内涵,并依托《国际中... “阅读素养”是国际中文教育中衡量学习者语言能力与文化理解水平的重要指标之一。构建本土化的阅读素养评价标准,对于提升国际中文教育质量具有重要意义。通过对文献的系统梳理,明确了国际中文教育阅读素养的概念内涵,并依托《国际中文教育中文阅读分级标准》构建了国际中文教育阅读素养的评价标准框架。在此基础上,组建专家小组研讨交流,遵循描述语撰写的基本原则,结合描述语库,对国际中文教育阅读素养评价标准进行了系统阐述。再采用德尔菲法和层次分析法对评价标准进行了两轮修订及权重赋值,构建了一个包含初中高3个级别,“阅读态度和行为”“阅读认知过程和策略”2个一级维度,“阅读态度”“阅读行为”“阅读过程”“阅读策略”4个二级维度及272条描述语的多维评价标准体系。该评价标准不仅为国际中文教育领域的阅读素养评价提供了科学的工具,也为中文教学实践中阅读素养的培养提供了有效的参考。 展开更多

目的探讨结构-过程-结果(SPO)理论框架下的人文关怀护理对重症监护室(ICU)重症肺炎(SP)患者疼痛程度和领悟社会支持的影响。方法选取2024年1月至2025年1月期间于河南省人民医院收治的101例ICU SP患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分... 目的探讨结构-过程-结果(SPO)理论框架下的人文关怀护理对重症监护室(ICU)重症肺炎(SP)患者疼痛程度和领悟社会支持的影响。方法选取2024年1月至2025年1月期间于河南省人民医院收治的101例ICU SP患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为参照组(常规护理,n=50)和实验组(在参照组基础上采用SPO理论框架下的人文关怀护理,n=51),比较两组患者的疼痛程度、领悟社会支持、生活质量、希望水平。结果干预后,实验组视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,实验组领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)各维度评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,实验组健康调查简表(SF-36)评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,实验组Herth希望量表(HHI)各维度评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ICU SP患者采用SPO理论框架下的人文关怀护理可提高领悟社会支持及希望水平,减轻疼痛程度,提升生活质量。 展开更多

针对图像处理系统灵活性不足与智能化水平待提升的问题,本研究致力于克服国产FPGA动态重构领域存在的技术瓶颈,提出了一个逻辑层动态调度图像系统。该系统基于上海安路科技公司PH1A90 FPGA芯片与Qt框架进行开发,基于逻辑层动态调度原理... 针对图像处理系统灵活性不足与智能化水平待提升的问题,本研究致力于克服国产FPGA动态重构领域存在的技术瓶颈,提出了一个逻辑层动态调度图像系统。该系统基于上海安路科技公司PH1A90 FPGA芯片与Qt框架进行开发,基于逻辑层动态调度原理通过智能上位机控制模块可实现近似于DPR的全链路动态调度行为。实验结果表明,本研究实现了Qt上位机与PH1A90 FPGA的软硬件协同,完成了四接口异构输入、双传感器协同成像、算法处理链配置与22种ISP动态处理算法,并通过HDMI输出1080P@60 fps视频流,验证了接口、流程以及算法上的逻辑层动态调度能力与国产芯片的工业级可靠性,推动我国智能安防、工业检测等领域的自主可控进程。 展开更多

目的:构建亚急性期缺血性脑卒中病人居家敏捷运动跌倒预防方案,为脑卒中病人跌倒预防管理提供依据。方法:以健康行为过程取向(HAPA)理论为基础,通过文献回顾和小组讨论形成亚急性期缺血性脑卒中病人居家敏捷运动跌倒预防方案初稿,运用... 目的:构建亚急性期缺血性脑卒中病人居家敏捷运动跌倒预防方案,为脑卒中病人跌倒预防管理提供依据。方法:以健康行为过程取向(HAPA)理论为基础,通过文献回顾和小组讨论形成亚急性期缺血性脑卒中病人居家敏捷运动跌倒预防方案初稿,运用德尔菲法最终构建亚急性期缺血性脑卒中病人居家敏捷运动跌倒预防方案。结果:共进行2轮专家函询,问卷有效回收率分别为83.33%和100.00%,专家权威系数为0.840,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.333和0.300(均P<0.001),第2轮专家函询变异系数为0.05~0.23,条目重要性均分为3.93~4.93分,满分率为33.3%~93.3%。最终构建的亚急性期缺血性脑卒中病人居家敏捷运动跌倒预防方案包括3个一级指标、8个二级指标、27个三级指标。结论:亚急性期缺血性脑卒中病人居家敏捷运动跌倒预防方案具有可靠性、科学性、可行性和安全性,可为制定亚急性缺血性脑卒中病人跌倒预防管理干预措施提供依据。 展开更多

Cenozoic evolution of tectono-fluid and metallogenic process in Lanping Basin, western Yunnan Province, Southwest China: Constraints from apatite fission track data 被引量:12

Since the Mesozoic, abundant metal and salt deposits have been formed in the Lanping Basin, western Yunnan Province, Southwest China, constituting a well-known hydrothermal ore belt in China. Most of the deposits are meso-epithermal hydrothermal deposits. This paper preliminarily deals with the mineralization ages of hydrothermal deposits in the Lanping Basin by using the apatite fission track method, and integrates the spatial distribution of the deposits and their regional geological backgrounds, to give the preliminary viewpoints as follows: (1) the apatite fission track ages acquired range from 19.9 Ma to 52.8 Ma, much younger than those of their host strata, so they may be considered to be mineralization ages, which represent the late mineralization period; (2) the apatite fission track ages tend to become younger from the west to the middle of the basin, indicating that the latest evolution of tectono-fluid and/or metallogenic processes of the middle basin ended later than that in the west; (3) in the Paleogene, most of the Cu deposits were formed in the western part of the basin; (4) the major metallogenic processes occur between the Paleogene and the Neogene, because the eastern and western edges of the basin were subducted into and collided with its bilateral continental blocks, respectively, and the central fault was strongly activated, which led to the processes of large-scale ore-forming fluids, and their differentiation and transport because of the variation of their physical and chemical properties. Having been squeezed and uplifted, the Lanping Basin became an intermontane basin that contains many kinds of fluid traps resulting in the formation of different types of ore deposits (for example, Pb-Zn, Cu, Ag) of different scales in the middle of the basin. Simultaneously, the fluids with volatile elements such as Hg, Sb and As were transported upwards along the central fault system and diffused into its subordinate fractures, thus leading to the metallogenic processes of Hg, Sb and As in the eastern composite anticline of the Lanping Basin; (5) and later, these ore deposits experienced reformation and oxidization. To summarize,deep giant faults were active in the basin, and metallogenic processes were constrained by the evolution of tectono-fluids in the Lanping Basin. Simultaneously, the occurrence of the metallogenic processes made the nature of fluid and the structural environment change, which led to returning and recycling of the fluids. Multi-stage and zonational metallogenic processes are the characteristics of the ore deposits in the Lanping Basin. 展开更多

高速铁路运营期轨道控制网复测新方法研究与实证分析

高速铁路轨道控制网(CPⅢ)作为轨道系统的空间基准框架,其毫米级精度直接决定了轨道几何形位质量与长期运营安全。针对传统复测技术存在的三大瓶颈,本研究提出融合多源传感数据的动态化复测体系。该体系研究结果表明:新方法使CPⅢ点云... 高速铁路轨道控制网(CPⅢ)作为轨道系统的空间基准框架,其毫米级精度直接决定了轨道几何形位质量与长期运营安全。针对传统复测技术存在的三大瓶颈,本研究提出融合多源传感数据的动态化复测体系。该体系研究结果表明:新方法使CPⅢ点云数据采集效率达58点/小时(提升2.3倍),通过混合滤波技术,成功识别出0.5 mm级的轨枕局部沉降(灵敏度提升41.7%);误差传播模型验证显示:复测网平差后方向中误差≤0.6″,高程精度标准差σ_(H)≤0.35 mm;该技术体系将年维护成本降低34%,为高铁基础设施数字孪生系统提供了高频率更新的几何基准,为高速铁路轨道控制网(CPⅢ)复测提供了新方向及技术支持。 展开更多
