For this reason, a software a...Research for detecting or obtaining radionuclide by gamma energy spectrum data acquisition and process system is one of the key issues about intelligent measurement of gamma-ray spectrum. For this reason, a software and hardware implementation schematic design based on ARM ( Advanced RISC Machines) + DSP ( Digital Signal Processor) architecture for gamma energy spectrum data acquisition and processing system is proposed. The paper discusses in detail some key technologies such as communication interface design between microcontroller ARM and digital signal processor DSP,distribution scheduling under multi-task in the ARM-Linux,DSP handling procedures for multi-channel A / D high-speed sample. At the same time,because the traditional Gaussian fitting to determine the boundary of peak is not ideal,it puts forward a weighting factor of Gaussian function least squares fitting realize boundary determined. Finally gamma-spectrum data from sodium iodide NaI( TI) scintillation detector is tested and processed in the new system. The results show that gamma energy spectrum data acquisition and process system is perfect functionality, stable and convergence in unimodal. Compared with data from conventional energy spectrometers,the system can keep better energy resolution in a wide range of pulse pass rate.展开更多

The effect of target motion on a range profile is thoroughly analyzed, and based on which precision re- quirement is developed for motion compensation. By studying the time domain correlation and the rule based on the least burst error, a motion compensation algorithm which satisfies the project requirement is presented, and the cyber-emulation confirms the conclusion. 微处理器芯片的生态建设是高端装备与智能微系统自主、可控的关键,尽管国产数字信号处理(digital signal processing, DSP)器件及其相关开发应用技术近年来得到了一定的发展,但与需求仍存在较大差距。在主动噪声控制领域,前馈型多通道...微处理器芯片的生态建设是高端装备与智能微系统自主、可控的关键,尽管国产数字信号处理(digital signal processing, DSP)器件及其相关开发应用技术近年来得到了一定的发展,但与需求仍存在较大差距。在主动噪声控制领域,前馈型多通道控制方案比单通道有较大的控制范围和较好的性能,但对系统的运算能力有较高的要求。文章以多通道FxLMS算法为基础,对多通道降噪系统的运算量进行了分析,依据国产DSP开发板的电路结构,设计了控制系统方案,并进行了实验研究。实验表明,所设计的噪声控制系统运算效率较ARM作为运算器提高了80%,对100~1 000 Hz内的周期性噪声信号衰减达到15~20 dB,证明了该方案的正确性。展开更多
To improve the quality of outstanding products like automobile steel sheet etc.,Baosteel has spared no efforts to the studying and application of Baosteel integrated process control(BPC ) and diagnosis technology.In t...To improve the quality of outstanding products like automobile steel sheet etc.,Baosteel has spared no efforts to the studying and application of Baosteel integrated process control(BPC ) and diagnosis technology.In the light of the running mode of integrated process control,analysis and diagnosis,Baosteel has realized the full process including steel making,hot-rolling,cold-rolling data traceability.The research and implementation practice of the BPC systems,which specialized on iron and steel manufacturing process,mainly based on the key input variables(KIV) and keyoutput variables(KOV),has been constructed on the plant level and corporate level.Based on the BPC system,Baosteel has established a data processing platform to monitor and analysis the process data,puts forward a efficient data gathering technology,which directly gather the data from the cross-platform of different kinds of systems,such as the plant level process computer,PLC, DCS,PCS etc.In the mean time,a unique mass data processing technology has also been developed.The system can be used to reveal the latent rules between KIV and KOV during the melting and rolling of steel products.This artcal takes the cold products for example to explain the model establishing,applying and optimizing the design between the KIV and the KOV,aims to advance the products capability.During recent years,the BPC technology has been gradually developed from the point to the line,from the line to covered the plane,it has integrated the information technology,the statistical process control technology,the quality diagnosis technology into the steel products integrated management.The BPC system has been developed as a product quality management technology fulfilled with characteristic elements and efficiency,a unique path to continuously enhance the steel products performance.展开更多
The Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) system is already used in commercial applications and is capable to deal with Intersymbolic Interference (ISI) caused by multipath channels. This system gained pop...The Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) system is already used in commercial applications and is capable to deal with Intersymbolic Interference (ISI) caused by multipath channels. This system gained popularity after the application of the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) and its inverse (IFFT) to modulate the signal in many subcarriers. This paper discusses implementation aspects of an OFDM system;such system is characterized by considering real constraints, including the memory consumption and the processing time. The OFDM modulator, channel samples and OFDM demodulator were implemented entirely in the DSP TMS320C6678 platform. As a proof-of-concept, a 256-QAM OFDM BER performance is compared with theoretical values. Moreover, the memory size is not demanding, consuming very few resources. It was observed a very high number of DSP clock cycles needed for the OFDM signal modulation, corresponding to more than 4 times the number used in demodulating the signal.展开更多
Mathematical models can produce desired dynamics and statistical properties with the insertion of suitable nonlinear terms,while energy characteristics are crucial for practical application because any hardware realiz...Mathematical models can produce desired dynamics and statistical properties with the insertion of suitable nonlinear terms,while energy characteristics are crucial for practical application because any hardware realizations of nonlinear systems are relative to energy flow.The involvement of memristive terms relative to memristors enables multistability and initial-dependent property in memristive systems.In this study,two kinds of memristors are used to couple a capacitor or an inductor,along with a nonlinear resistor,to build different neural circuits.The corresponding circuit equations are derived to develop two different types of memristive oscillators,which are further converted into two kinds of memristive maps after linear transformation.The Hamilton energy function for memristive oscillators is obtained by applying the Helmholz theorem or by mapping from the field energy of the memristive circuits.The Hamilton energy functions for both memristive maps are obtained by replacing the gains and discrete variables for the memristive oscillator with the corresponding parameters and variables.The two memristive maps have rich dynamic behaviors including coherence resonance under noisy excitation,and an adaptive growth law for parameters is presented to express the self-adaptive property of the memristive maps.A digital signal process(DSP)platform is used to verify these results.Our scheme will provide a theoretical basis and experimental guidance for oscillator-to-map transformation and discrete map-energy calculation.展开更多
This paper sets to explore management perceptions regarding the impact of operational process factors on strategy implementation in microfinance organisations in Kenya.Small and medium enterprises(SMEs)play a critical...This paper sets to explore management perceptions regarding the impact of operational process factors on strategy implementation in microfinance organisations in Kenya.Small and medium enterprises(SMEs)play a critical role in developing countries as a source of employment creation and a basis for industrialization.However,the sector receives inadequate financial support from commercial banks as it is considered to bear high risks and operational costs associate with lending small loan amounts.Microfinance organisations(MFOs)that serve this sector will need to expand their operations to increase their outreach to SMEs.Formulation and implementation of competitive strategies will enable MFOs to achieve growth and sustainability.Content,context and operational process factors appear to have a significance positive relationship to the level of strategy implementation.This paper is focusing on operational process factors impacting on strategy implementation and is part of a full study on the topic of strategy implementation in MFOs.Comprehensive literature review provided the theoretical framework for the study.Primary data were collected by means of a survey obtaining 300 self-administered questionnaires from managers in 135 MFOs in Kenya.The study revealed that the level of strategy implementation in MFOs in Kenya is moderate to high.This study has revealed that the operational process category of factors is more significant to the level of strategy implementation than content and context factors.Five operational process factors critical to strategy implementation include:operational planning and monitoring,management control systems,people-strategy fit,teamwork,and effective communication.Further,the level of strategy implementation has significance positive influence to MFOs’financial sustainability and outreach.Practical guidelines are provided to assist MFOs in developing countries to improve the level of strategy implementation by focusing on operational process factors.展开更多

This research aims to elucidate the process of policy implementation at the national and regional levels, and to explain the obstacles of policy implementation. The method was qualitative study. The stakeholders were 88 people. The data were collected by in-depth interview and coded by a computer program. The policy was transferred from the national AIDS committee to the Department of Disease Control (DDC) and provincial level. This process was lacking budget support. The provincial AIDS committee was monitored by the provincial health office, cooperating with the central level. The major role was to transfer the policy to the school, Local Administration Organization (LAO) and associated organization. The activity was funded by provincial, global funds, and outside sources. In the community, the core activities were AIDS knowledge, establishing core youth groups, and building the network of AIDS. The obstacle at the national level was changing the policy process from one with a budget to one without budget. In the area of practice, the AIDS problem and the effects of the risk behavior in youth groups were slightly concerned.展开更多

The DSP...In this paper, we present an optimized design method for high-speed embedded image processing system using 32 bit floating-point Digital Signal Processor (DSP) and Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD). The DSP acts as the main processor of the system: executes digital image processing algorithms and operates other devices such as image sensor and CPLD. The CPLD is used to acquire images and achieve complex logic control of the whole system. Some key technologies are introduced to enhance the performance of our system. In particular, the use of DSP/BIOS tool to develop DSP applications makes our program run much more efficiently. As a result, this system can provide an excellent computing platform not only for executing complex image processing algorithms, but also for other digital signal processing or multi-channel data collection by choosing different sensors or Analog-to-Digital (A/D) converters.展开更多

The condition...Based on the Berlekamp-Massy (BM) algorithm for Reed-Solomon(RS) decoding, an improved version is proposed, which focuses on how to find the error locator polynomial using least iterative operations. The conditions to end the iterative operations is derived. As a special case, criterion of only one error symbol in one received codeword is derived as well. Steps are listed concerning the implementation of the improved iterative decoding algorithm, which is carried out as software on the platform of TI's C6416 DSP. Decoding performance and decoding-delay of both improved and original algorithms under different (n,k) conditions are simulated. The results of simulations demonstrate that the improved algorithm has less computational complexity when the number of errors in a received codeword is relatively small. Therefore, in channels with low noise power spectrum density, the improved algorithm results in less decoding-delay than BM algorithm.展开更多

The CPLD is used to acquire images and achieve complex logic control of the whole system. Some key technologies are introduced to enhance the performance of our system. In particular, the use of DSP/BIOS tool to develop DSP applications makes our program run much more efficiently. As a result, this system can provide an excellent computing platform not only for executing complex image processing algorithms, but also for other digital signal processing or multi-channel data collection by choosing different sensors or Analog-to-Digital (A/D) converters.
文摘This paper analyzes the current situation of the whole process engineering consultation, and holds that the existing management system and project supervision mode hinder the development of the whole process engineering consultation to a certain extent. Due to the different concentration of different business types, engineering consulting enterprises often limit their business integration and expansion. The local management department is cautious about the whole process of engineering consultation promotion for the management thinking of minimum risk. Combined with the above problems, this paper analyzes the realization path of the whole process engineering consulting, expounds the project implementation and enterprise cultivation, and gives corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for different subjects.

文摘Based on the Berlekamp-Massy (BM) algorithm for Reed-Solomon(RS) decoding, an improved version is proposed, which focuses on how to find the error locator polynomial using least iterative operations. The conditions to end the iterative operations is derived. As a special case, criterion of only one error symbol in one received codeword is derived as well. Steps are listed concerning the implementation of the improved iterative decoding algorithm, which is carried out as software on the platform of TI's C6416 DSP. Decoding performance and decoding-delay of both improved and original algorithms under different (n,k) conditions are simulated. The results of simulations demonstrate that the improved algorithm has less computational complexity when the number of errors in a received codeword is relatively small. Therefore, in channels with low noise power spectrum density, the improved algorithm results in less decoding-delay than BM algorithm.
