Objective:The objective of this study is to evaluate the learning experience effect of online problem‑based learning(PBL)and case‑based learning(CBL)in teaching disaster nursing.Methods:According to the characteristic...Objective:The objective of this study is to evaluate the learning experience effect of online problem‑based learning(PBL)and case‑based learning(CBL)in teaching disaster nursing.Methods:According to the characteristics of online PBL and CBL,the revised curriculum experience questionnaire(CEQ)was used to evaluate the teaching quality.Cronbach’s coefficient and the reliability of the split‑half reliability questionnaire were calculated.The exploratory factor analysis of 26 items was carried out by principal component analysis and maximum variance rotation method.Kaiser‑Meyer‑Olkin(KMO)and Bartlett’s tests were used to test the validity of the questionnaire.The comparison between groups was performed by one‑way analysis of variance.Results:A total of 191 questionnaires were issued and 183 copies were recovered,with a recovery rate of 95.8%.The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of CEQ is 0.929,and the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of each dimension is between 0.713 and 0.924.After factor analysis,the KMO value was 0.817.The 26 items finally returned to 6 principal components,and all factor load values were above 0.7,indicating good factor analysis effect.This study found that students who learned disaster nursing had an ideal online learning experience,and the average value of CEQ was 3.74±0.42.In particular,male students,senior students or medical students had a higher curriculum experience score.In addition,compared with the national recruitment,the international students have higher curriculum experience score on the dimension of Appropriate Assessment Scale,indicating that the international students are more inclined to use online PBL and CBL.Conclusions:Using the revised CEQ is an innovative approach to evaluate the effect of online PBL and CBL in teaching disaster nursing,which can improve students’experience and curriculum quality.展开更多

The case study aimed to decrease the agression and acting out behavior as result of being victimized at school by the peers. The aim was to assess and manage the child’s aggressive behavior and academic underperformance which played a significant role in the child’s low self-esteem and emotional regulation. A comprehensive assessment was conducted to rule out the difficulties and a multi-faceted intervention strategy was utilized including anger management and structured activity scheduling that helped that child to improve his academic performance as well as to learn to manage his emotional expression. Throughout 16 sessions, the intervention targeted key behavioural indicators such as emotional expression, and aggression;post-assessment results demonstrated a 22% improvement in the child’s behavioral and academic challenges. The findings suggest that a multi-faceted therapeutic approach can be effective in addressing complex issues of aggression and academic underperformance in children, highlighting the importance of integrated psychological and educational interventions.展开更多

Background:Parenting exerts a profound influence on children’s mental health and behavioral development.Despite the high prevalence of children’s emotional and behavioral problems(CEBP)in China,evidence-based parent...Background:Parenting exerts a profound influence on children’s mental health and behavioral development.Despite the high prevalence of children’s emotional and behavioral problems(CEBP)in China,evidence-based parenting interventions remain scarcely investigated as preventive public health strategies.This pilot study evaluated a school-based intervention for preventing CEBP.Methods:We employed a quasi-experimental design with propensity score matching(PSM)to select 28 families(intervention:n=13;control:n=15)from two matched urban primary schools.Quantitative data from seven validated scales were analyzed using t-tests and ANCOVA.Qualitative insights were derived from 10 semi-structured interviews via thematic analysis.Results:Compared to the control group,the intervention group demonstrated significantly greater improvements in CEBP(p=0.020,Cohen’s d=0.92),parental adjustment(p=0.031,Cohen’s d=0.80),parenting confidence(p=0.003,Cohen’s d=1.04),and parentchild relationships(p=0.001,Cohen’s d=1.46).Non-significant effects were observed for parenting style,parental relationship,and parenting conflict(p>0.05).Qualitative analysis corroborated these findings and further identified contributing factors for non-significant outcomes,including challengeswithmeasurement adaptability and inconsistent co-parenting practices.Conclusions:This pilot study suggests that an authoritative parenting style may be effective and culturally adaptable in China.Positive parenting interventions appear to mitigate CEBP by reducing risk factors and enhancing protective factors.However,improving parental relationships and parenting conflict may require targeted strategies.Given the pilot nature of this PSM-matched study(n=28),the findings should be interpreted as exploratory and used primarily for intervention refinement.展开更多
BACKGROUND As the aging process has accelerated,psychological problems in older patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)have become increasingly prominent,significantly affecting their quality of life and prognosis.Th...BACKGROUND As the aging process has accelerated,psychological problems in older patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)have become increasingly prominent,significantly affecting their quality of life and prognosis.This study explored a sports rehabilitation program based on the concept of medical care-family integration to provide patients with comprehensive and effective rehabilitation interventions and improve their health status.AIM To explore the effects of medical care-family integration-based exercise rehabilitation in older patients with CHF and psychological problems.METHODS Data from 118 older patients with CHF and psychological problems were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were divided into conventional(n=56)and exercise rehabilitation groups(n=62).The results of the 6-min walking distance(6 MWD),N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire(MLHFQ),generalized anxiety disorder-7(GAD-7)scale,9-item patient health questionnaire(PHQ-9)and Athens insomnia scale(AIS)were compared before and after intervention.RESULTS After intervention,there were significant differences in the number of patients with depression and anxiety between the two groups.There was also a significant difference in the distribution of sleep disorders.The PHQ-9 score,GAD-7 score,AIS score,NT-proBNP value,LVEDD value,physical field,emotional field,other fields,and MLHFQ total scores were lower in the exercise rehabilitation group compared to the conventional rehabilitation group,while the 6 MWD and LVEF values were higher compared to the conventional rehabilitation group(P<0.05).During the intervention period,the readmission rate of the exercise rehabilitation group(1.61%)was significantly lower than that of the conventional rehabilitation group(12.50%)(χ^(2)=3.930,P=0.047).CONCLUSION This exercise rehabilitation program with medical care-family integration can improve cardiac function and quality of life,alleviate psychological problems,and reduce readmission rates in older patients with CHF.展开更多

The shop scheduling problem with limited buffers has broad applications in real-world production scenarios,so this research direction is of great practical significance.However,there is currently little research on th...The shop scheduling problem with limited buffers has broad applications in real-world production scenarios,so this research direction is of great practical significance.However,there is currently little research on the hybrid flow shop scheduling problem with limited buffers(LBHFSP).This paper deeply investigates the LBHFSP to optimize the goal of the total completion time.To better solve the LBHFSP,a multi-level subpopulation-based particle swarm optimization algorithm(MLPSO)is proposed,which is founded on the attributes of the LBHFSP and the shortcomings of the basic PSO(particle swarm optimization)algorithm.In MLPSO,firstly,considering the impact of the limited buffers on the process of subsequent operations,a specific circular decoding strategy is developed to accommodate the characteristics of limited buffers.Secondly,an initialization strategy based on blocking time is designed to enhance the quality and diversity of the initial population.Afterward,a multi-level subpopulation collaborative search is developed to prevent being trapped in a local optimum and improve the global exploration capability.Additionally,a local search strategy based on the first blocked job is designed to enhance the MLPSO algorithm’s exploitation capability.Lastly,numerous experiments are carried out to test the performance of the proposed MLPSO by comparing it with classical intelligent optimization and popular algorithms in recent years.The results confirm that the proposed MLPSO has an outstanding performance when compared to other algorithms when solving LBHFSP.展开更多

Bacterial blight(BB),caused by Xanthomonas oryzae pathovar oryzae(Xoo),poses a significant threat to rice production,particularly in Asia and West Africa.Breeding resistance against BB in elite rice varieties is cruci...Bacterial blight(BB),caused by Xanthomonas oryzae pathovar oryzae(Xoo),poses a significant threat to rice production,particularly in Asia and West Africa.Breeding resistance against BB in elite rice varieties is crucial to advancing rice breeding program and supporting smallholder farmers.Transcription Activator-Like effectors(TALes)are key virulence factors in Xoo,with some targeting the susceptibility(S)genes such as the sugar transporter SWEET genes in rice.Among these,SWEET14 is an important S gene,with its promoter bound by the TALe TalC which exists across all sequenced African Xoo isolates.In the present study,we utilized CRISPR/Cas9-based cytidine and adenine base editors to alter the effector binding element(EBE)of TalC in the promoter of SWEET14 in rice cultivars Kitaake,IR24,and Zhonghua 11.Mutations with C to T changes in EBE led to reduced SWEET14 induction by TalC-containing Xoo strains,resulting in resistance to African Xoo isolates reliant on TalC for virulence.Conversely,A to G changes retained SWEET14 inducibility and susceptibility to Xoo in edited lines.Importantly,no off-target mutations were detected at predicted sites,and the edited lines exhibited no obvious defects in major agronomic traits in Kitaake.These results underscore the effectiveness of base editing systems for both molecular biology research and crop improvement endeavors.展开更多
The wireless signals emitted by base stations serve as a vital link connecting people in today’s society and have been occupying an increasingly important role in real life.The development of the Internet of Things(I...The wireless signals emitted by base stations serve as a vital link connecting people in today’s society and have been occupying an increasingly important role in real life.The development of the Internet of Things(IoT)relies on the support of base stations,which provide a solid foundation for achieving a more intelligent way of living.In a specific area,achieving higher signal coverage with fewer base stations has become an urgent problem.Therefore,this article focuses on the effective coverage area of base station signals and proposes a novel Evolutionary Particle Swarm Optimization(EPSO)algorithm based on collective prediction,referred to herein as ECPPSO.Introducing a new strategy called neighbor-based evolution prediction(NEP)addresses the issue of premature convergence often encountered by PSO.ECPPSO also employs a strengthening evolution(SE)strategy to enhance the algorithm’s global search capability and efficiency,ensuring enhanced robustness and a faster convergence speed when solving complex optimization problems.To better adapt to the actual communication needs of base stations,this article conducts simulation experiments by changing the number of base stations.The experimental results demonstrate thatunder the conditionof 50 ormore base stations,ECPPSOconsistently achieves the best coverage rate exceeding 95%,peaking at 99.4400%when the number of base stations reaches 80.These results validate the optimization capability of the ECPPSO algorithm,proving its feasibility and effectiveness.Further ablative experiments and comparisons with other algorithms highlight the advantages of ECPPSO.展开更多

We introduce Quafu-Qcover,an open-source cloud-based software package developed for solving combinatorial optimization problems using quantum simulators and hardware backends.Quafu-Qcover provides a standardized and c...We introduce Quafu-Qcover,an open-source cloud-based software package developed for solving combinatorial optimization problems using quantum simulators and hardware backends.Quafu-Qcover provides a standardized and comprehensive workflow that utilizes the quantum approximate optimization algorithm(QAOA).It facilitates the automatic conversion of the original problem into a quadratic unconstrained binary optimization(QUBO)model and its corresponding Ising model,which can be subsequently transformed into a weight graph.The core of Qcover relies on a graph decomposition-based classical algorithm,which efficiently derives the optimal parameters for the shallow QAOA circuit.Quafu-Qcover incorporates a dedicated compiler capable of translating QAOA circuits into physical quantum circuits that can be executed on Quafu cloud quantum computers.Compared to a general-purpose compiler,our compiler demonstrates the ability to generate shorter circuit depths,while also exhibiting superior speed performance.Additionally,the Qcover compiler has the capability to dynamically create a library of qubits coupling substructures in real-time,utilizing the most recent calibration data from the superconducting quantum devices.This ensures that computational tasks can be assigned to connected physical qubits with the highest fidelity.The Quafu-Qcover allows us to retrieve quantum computing sampling results using a task ID at any time,enabling asynchronous processing.Moreover,it incorporates modules for results preprocessing and visualization,facilitating an intuitive display of solutions for combinatorial optimization problems.We hope that Quafu-Qcover can serve as an instructive illustration for how to explore application problems on the Quafu cloud quantum computers.展开更多

It has not only affected learners but also to the teachers. This paper explores how ICT-based projects affect teachers’ and students’ attitudes. The data was collected through self-prepared attitude scale. It was distributed among the teachers and students of various schools. Two hundred students and one hundred twenty teachers responded to the questionnaire. Analysis was done through the data collected from the teachers as well as from students. The study’s conclusions demonstrated that while there was no significant variation in the attitudes of teachers utilizing different ICT-based programs, there was a substantial difference in the students’ attitude toward learning with different ICT-based programs.展开更多

Artificial rabbits optimization(ARO)is a recently proposed biology-based optimization algorithm inspired by the detour foraging and random hiding behavior of rabbits in nature.However,for solving optimization problems...Artificial rabbits optimization(ARO)is a recently proposed biology-based optimization algorithm inspired by the detour foraging and random hiding behavior of rabbits in nature.However,for solving optimization problems,the ARO algorithm shows slow convergence speed and can fall into local minima.To overcome these drawbacks,this paper proposes chaotic opposition-based learning ARO(COARO),an improved version of the ARO algorithm that incorporates opposition-based learning(OBL)and chaotic local search(CLS)techniques.By adding OBL to ARO,the convergence speed of the algorithm increases and it explores the search space better.Chaotic maps in CLS provide rapid convergence by scanning the search space efficiently,since their ergodicity and non-repetitive properties.The proposed COARO algorithm has been tested using thirty-three distinct benchmark functions.The outcomes have been compared with the most recent optimization algorithms.Additionally,the COARO algorithm’s problem-solving capabilities have been evaluated using six different engineering design problems and compared with various other algorithms.This study also introduces a binary variant of the continuous COARO algorithm,named BCOARO.The performance of BCOARO was evaluated on the breast cancer dataset.The effectiveness of BCOARO has been compared with different feature selection algorithms.The proposed BCOARO outperforms alternative algorithms,according to the findings obtained for real applications in terms of accuracy performance,and fitness value.Extensive experiments show that the COARO and BCOARO algorithms achieve promising results compared to other metaheuristic algorithms.展开更多

文摘Objective:The objective of this study is to evaluate the learning experience effect of online problem‑based learning(PBL)and case‑based learning(CBL)in teaching disaster nursing.Methods:According to the characteristics of online PBL and CBL,the revised curriculum experience questionnaire(CEQ)was used to evaluate the teaching quality.Cronbach’s coefficient and the reliability of the split‑half reliability questionnaire were calculated.The exploratory factor analysis of 26 items was carried out by principal component analysis and maximum variance rotation method.Kaiser‑Meyer‑Olkin(KMO)and Bartlett’s tests were used to test the validity of the questionnaire.The comparison between groups was performed by one‑way analysis of variance.Results:A total of 191 questionnaires were issued and 183 copies were recovered,with a recovery rate of 95.8%.The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of CEQ is 0.929,and the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of each dimension is between 0.713 and 0.924.After factor analysis,the KMO value was 0.817.The 26 items finally returned to 6 principal components,and all factor load values were above 0.7,indicating good factor analysis effect.This study found that students who learned disaster nursing had an ideal online learning experience,and the average value of CEQ was 3.74±0.42.In particular,male students,senior students or medical students had a higher curriculum experience score.In addition,compared with the national recruitment,the international students have higher curriculum experience score on the dimension of Appropriate Assessment Scale,indicating that the international students are more inclined to use online PBL and CBL.Conclusions:Using the revised CEQ is an innovative approach to evaluate the effect of online PBL and CBL in teaching disaster nursing,which can improve students’experience and curriculum quality.
文摘This case study explores the efficacy of school-based intervention to address psychosocial challenges faced by an 11-year-old adolescent. The case study aimed to decrease the agression and acting out behavior as result of being victimized at school by the peers. The aim was to assess and manage the child’s aggressive behavior and academic underperformance which played a significant role in the child’s low self-esteem and emotional regulation. A comprehensive assessment was conducted to rule out the difficulties and a multi-faceted intervention strategy was utilized including anger management and structured activity scheduling that helped that child to improve his academic performance as well as to learn to manage his emotional expression. Throughout 16 sessions, the intervention targeted key behavioural indicators such as emotional expression, and aggression;post-assessment results demonstrated a 22% improvement in the child’s behavioral and academic challenges. The findings suggest that a multi-faceted therapeutic approach can be effective in addressing complex issues of aggression and academic underperformance in children, highlighting the importance of integrated psychological and educational interventions.

文摘A family of neural networks is proposed to solve linear complementarity problems(LCP).The neural networks are constructed from the novel equivalent model of LCP,which is reformulated by utilizing the modulus and smoothing technologies.Some important properties of the proposed novel equivalent model are summarized.In addition,the stability properties of the proposed steepest descent-based neural networks for LCP are analyzed.In order to illustrate the theoretical results,we provide some numerical simulations and compare the proposed neural networks with existing neural networks based on the NCP-functions.Numerical results indicate that the performance of the proposed neural networks is effective and robust.

文摘Background:Parenting exerts a profound influence on children’s mental health and behavioral development.Despite the high prevalence of children’s emotional and behavioral problems(CEBP)in China,evidence-based parenting interventions remain scarcely investigated as preventive public health strategies.This pilot study evaluated a school-based intervention for preventing CEBP.Methods:We employed a quasi-experimental design with propensity score matching(PSM)to select 28 families(intervention:n=13;control:n=15)from two matched urban primary schools.Quantitative data from seven validated scales were analyzed using t-tests and ANCOVA.Qualitative insights were derived from 10 semi-structured interviews via thematic analysis.Results:Compared to the control group,the intervention group demonstrated significantly greater improvements in CEBP(p=0.020,Cohen’s d=0.92),parental adjustment(p=0.031,Cohen’s d=0.80),parenting confidence(p=0.003,Cohen’s d=1.04),and parentchild relationships(p=0.001,Cohen’s d=1.46).Non-significant effects were observed for parenting style,parental relationship,and parenting conflict(p>0.05).Qualitative analysis corroborated these findings and further identified contributing factors for non-significant outcomes,including challengeswithmeasurement adaptability and inconsistent co-parenting practices.Conclusions:This pilot study suggests that an authoritative parenting style may be effective and culturally adaptable in China.Positive parenting interventions appear to mitigate CEBP by reducing risk factors and enhancing protective factors.However,improving parental relationships and parenting conflict may require targeted strategies.Given the pilot nature of this PSM-matched study(n=28),the findings should be interpreted as exploratory and used primarily for intervention refinement.
文摘BACKGROUND As the aging process has accelerated,psychological problems in older patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)have become increasingly prominent,significantly affecting their quality of life and prognosis.This study explored a sports rehabilitation program based on the concept of medical care-family integration to provide patients with comprehensive and effective rehabilitation interventions and improve their health status.AIM To explore the effects of medical care-family integration-based exercise rehabilitation in older patients with CHF and psychological problems.METHODS Data from 118 older patients with CHF and psychological problems were retrospectively analyzed.Patients were divided into conventional(n=56)and exercise rehabilitation groups(n=62).The results of the 6-min walking distance(6 MWD),N-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire(MLHFQ),generalized anxiety disorder-7(GAD-7)scale,9-item patient health questionnaire(PHQ-9)and Athens insomnia scale(AIS)were compared before and after intervention.RESULTS After intervention,there were significant differences in the number of patients with depression and anxiety between the two groups.There was also a significant difference in the distribution of sleep disorders.The PHQ-9 score,GAD-7 score,AIS score,NT-proBNP value,LVEDD value,physical field,emotional field,other fields,and MLHFQ total scores were lower in the exercise rehabilitation group compared to the conventional rehabilitation group,while the 6 MWD and LVEF values were higher compared to the conventional rehabilitation group(P<0.05).During the intervention period,the readmission rate of the exercise rehabilitation group(1.61%)was significantly lower than that of the conventional rehabilitation group(12.50%)(χ^(2)=3.930,P=0.047).CONCLUSION This exercise rehabilitation program with medical care-family integration can improve cardiac function and quality of life,alleviate psychological problems,and reduce readmission rates in older patients with CHF.

文摘In this paper,we propose a new full-Newton step feasible interior-point algorithm for the special weighted linear complementarity problems.The proposed algorithm employs the technique of algebraic equivalent transformation to derive the search direction.It is shown that the proximity measure reduces quadratically at each iteration.Moreover,the iteration bound of the algorithm is as good as the best-known polynomial complexity for these types of problems.Furthermore,numerical results are presented to show the efficiency of the proposed algorithm.

文摘The shop scheduling problem with limited buffers has broad applications in real-world production scenarios,so this research direction is of great practical significance.However,there is currently little research on the hybrid flow shop scheduling problem with limited buffers(LBHFSP).This paper deeply investigates the LBHFSP to optimize the goal of the total completion time.To better solve the LBHFSP,a multi-level subpopulation-based particle swarm optimization algorithm(MLPSO)is proposed,which is founded on the attributes of the LBHFSP and the shortcomings of the basic PSO(particle swarm optimization)algorithm.In MLPSO,firstly,considering the impact of the limited buffers on the process of subsequent operations,a specific circular decoding strategy is developed to accommodate the characteristics of limited buffers.Secondly,an initialization strategy based on blocking time is designed to enhance the quality and diversity of the initial population.Afterward,a multi-level subpopulation collaborative search is developed to prevent being trapped in a local optimum and improve the global exploration capability.Additionally,a local search strategy based on the first blocked job is designed to enhance the MLPSO algorithm’s exploitation capability.Lastly,numerous experiments are carried out to test the performance of the proposed MLPSO by comparing it with classical intelligent optimization and popular algorithms in recent years.The results confirm that the proposed MLPSO has an outstanding performance when compared to other algorithms when solving LBHFSP.

文摘In this paper,a fu-Newton step interior-point algorithm is proposed for solving P_(*)(k)-linear complementarity problem based on a new search direction,which is an extension of Grimes'algorithm.It is proved that the number of iterations of the algorithm is O(n^(1/2)(1+4κ)logn/ε),which matches the best known iteration bound of the interior-point method for P_(*)(k)-linear complementarity problem.Some numerical results have proved the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed algorithm.

文摘Bacterial blight(BB),caused by Xanthomonas oryzae pathovar oryzae(Xoo),poses a significant threat to rice production,particularly in Asia and West Africa.Breeding resistance against BB in elite rice varieties is crucial to advancing rice breeding program and supporting smallholder farmers.Transcription Activator-Like effectors(TALes)are key virulence factors in Xoo,with some targeting the susceptibility(S)genes such as the sugar transporter SWEET genes in rice.Among these,SWEET14 is an important S gene,with its promoter bound by the TALe TalC which exists across all sequenced African Xoo isolates.In the present study,we utilized CRISPR/Cas9-based cytidine and adenine base editors to alter the effector binding element(EBE)of TalC in the promoter of SWEET14 in rice cultivars Kitaake,IR24,and Zhonghua 11.Mutations with C to T changes in EBE led to reduced SWEET14 induction by TalC-containing Xoo strains,resulting in resistance to African Xoo isolates reliant on TalC for virulence.Conversely,A to G changes retained SWEET14 inducibility and susceptibility to Xoo in edited lines.Importantly,no off-target mutations were detected at predicted sites,and the edited lines exhibited no obvious defects in major agronomic traits in Kitaake.These results underscore the effectiveness of base editing systems for both molecular biology research and crop improvement endeavors.

文摘The wireless signals emitted by base stations serve as a vital link connecting people in today’s society and have been occupying an increasingly important role in real life.The development of the Internet of Things(IoT)relies on the support of base stations,which provide a solid foundation for achieving a more intelligent way of living.In a specific area,achieving higher signal coverage with fewer base stations has become an urgent problem.Therefore,this article focuses on the effective coverage area of base station signals and proposes a novel Evolutionary Particle Swarm Optimization(EPSO)algorithm based on collective prediction,referred to herein as ECPPSO.Introducing a new strategy called neighbor-based evolution prediction(NEP)addresses the issue of premature convergence often encountered by PSO.ECPPSO also employs a strengthening evolution(SE)strategy to enhance the algorithm’s global search capability and efficiency,ensuring enhanced robustness and a faster convergence speed when solving complex optimization problems.To better adapt to the actual communication needs of base stations,this article conducts simulation experiments by changing the number of base stations.The experimental results demonstrate thatunder the conditionof 50 ormore base stations,ECPPSOconsistently achieves the best coverage rate exceeding 95%,peaking at 99.4400%when the number of base stations reaches 80.These results validate the optimization capability of the ECPPSO algorithm,proving its feasibility and effectiveness.Further ablative experiments and comparisons with other algorithms highlight the advantages of ECPPSO.

文摘Two new complexes,[Zn_(2)(L1)(HL1)(NO_(3))]·CH_(3)OH(1)and[Zn_(3)(L2)(L3)_(3)Cl]·CH_(3)OH(2),were successfully synthesized by‘one-pot’method based on cinnoline-3-ylhydrazine ligand and zinc with 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzaldehyde and 2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde ligands,respectively,where H_(2)L1=5-methoxy-2-(phthalazin-1-ylhydrazonomethyl)-phenol,H_(2)L2=2-methoxy-6-(phthalazin-1-yl-hydrazonomethyl)-phenol,HL3=2-(1,8-dihydro-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-α]phthalazin-3-yl)-6-methoxy-phenol.Complexes 1 and 2 were characterized by infrared spectroscopy,elemental analysis,single-crystal X-ray diffraction,powder X-ray diffraction,etc.It is worth noting that the cinnolin-3-yl-hydrazine ligand and 2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde form two types of Schiff bases(H_(2)L2 and HL3)when in situ reacting and coordinating with Zn(Ⅱ),and HL3 also has two coordination modes.In addition,the fluorescence performance showed that complex 1 can achieve selective and sensitive sensing of Al^(3+)in water with a detection limit of 6.37μmol·L^(-1).CCDC:2413978,1;2413979,2.

文摘We introduce Quafu-Qcover,an open-source cloud-based software package developed for solving combinatorial optimization problems using quantum simulators and hardware backends.Quafu-Qcover provides a standardized and comprehensive workflow that utilizes the quantum approximate optimization algorithm(QAOA).It facilitates the automatic conversion of the original problem into a quadratic unconstrained binary optimization(QUBO)model and its corresponding Ising model,which can be subsequently transformed into a weight graph.The core of Qcover relies on a graph decomposition-based classical algorithm,which efficiently derives the optimal parameters for the shallow QAOA circuit.Quafu-Qcover incorporates a dedicated compiler capable of translating QAOA circuits into physical quantum circuits that can be executed on Quafu cloud quantum computers.Compared to a general-purpose compiler,our compiler demonstrates the ability to generate shorter circuit depths,while also exhibiting superior speed performance.Additionally,the Qcover compiler has the capability to dynamically create a library of qubits coupling substructures in real-time,utilizing the most recent calibration data from the superconducting quantum devices.This ensures that computational tasks can be assigned to connected physical qubits with the highest fidelity.The Quafu-Qcover allows us to retrieve quantum computing sampling results using a task ID at any time,enabling asynchronous processing.Moreover,it incorporates modules for results preprocessing and visualization,facilitating an intuitive display of solutions for combinatorial optimization problems.We hope that Quafu-Qcover can serve as an instructive illustration for how to explore application problems on the Quafu cloud quantum computers.
文摘Two Gd_(2)complexes,namely[Gd_(2)(dbm)_(2)(HL_(1))_(2)(CH_(3)OH)_(2)]·4CH_(3)OH(1)and[Gd_(2)(dbm)_(2)(L_(2))_(2)(CH_(3)OH)_(2)]·2CH_(3)OH(2),where H_(3)L_(1)=(Z)-N'-[4-(diethylamino)-2-hydroxybenzylidene]-2-hydroxyacetohydrazide,H_(2)L_(2)=(E)-N'-(5-bromo-2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzylidene)nicotinohydrazide,Hdbm=dibenzoylmethane,have been constructed by adopting the solvothermal method.Structural characterization unveils that both complexes 1 and 2 are constituted by two Gd^(3+)ions,two dbm-ions,two CH_(3)OH molecules,and two polydentate Schiff-base ligands(HL_(1)^(2-)or L_(2)^(2-)).In addition,complex 1 contains four free methanol molecules,whereas complex 2 harbors two free methanol molecules.By investigating the interactions between complexes 1 and 2 and four types of bacteria(Bacillus subtilis,Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Candida albicans),it was found that both complexes 1 and 2 exhibited potent antibacte-rial activities.The interaction mechanisms between the ligands H_(3)L_(1),H_(2)L_(2),complexes 1 and 2,and calf thymus DNA(CT-DNA)were studied using ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy,fluorescence titration,and cyclic voltammetry.The results demonstrated that both complexes 1 and 2 can intercalate into CT-DNA molecules,thereby inhibiting bacterial proliferation to achieve the antibacterial effects.CCDC:2401116,1;2401117,2.
文摘There is curiosity and awareness throughout the world regarding the role of Information and Communication technologies. This is felt in each and every section of society. Several studies have confirmed and considered information and communication technology’s significance in the field of education. It has not only affected learners but also to the teachers. This paper explores how ICT-based projects affect teachers’ and students’ attitudes. The data was collected through self-prepared attitude scale. It was distributed among the teachers and students of various schools. Two hundred students and one hundred twenty teachers responded to the questionnaire. Analysis was done through the data collected from the teachers as well as from students. The study’s conclusions demonstrated that while there was no significant variation in the attitudes of teachers utilizing different ICT-based programs, there was a substantial difference in the students’ attitude toward learning with different ICT-based programs.
文摘Target-based and phenotype-based methods are the two main approaches for drug screening.Target-based drug screening focuses on specific targets CPA highly correlated with disease mechanisms,by detecting protein-ligand binding structure,dynamics and affinity.Currently,the four mainstream drug targets are G protein-coupled receptors(GPCRs),kinases,ion channels,and nuclear receptors,accounting for over 70%of effective drug targets,most of which are membrane proteins and enzymes.In recent years,various new drug targets have been continuously discovered,and the research focus has shifted from simple affinity analysis to high-throughput and high-content screening,as well as exploring drug-target interaction modes.These deepen reliance on the analytical techniques to have higher sensitivity,recognition specificity,and applicability to diversified target structures,which promoting the rapid development of novel screening methods.

文摘Traveling salesman problem(TSP)is a classic non-deterministic polynomial-hard optimization prob-lem.Based on the characteristics of self-organizing mapping(SOM)network,this paper proposes an improved SOM network from the perspectives of network update strategy,initialization method,and parameter selection.This paper compares the performance of the proposed algorithms with the performance of existing SOM network algorithms on the TSP and compares them with several heuristic algorithms.Simulations show that compared with existing SOM networks,the improved SOM network proposed in this paper improves the convergence rate and algorithm accuracy.Compared with iterated local search and heuristic algorithms,the improved SOM net-work algorithms proposed in this paper have the advantage of fast calculation speed on medium-scale TSP.

文摘Artificial rabbits optimization(ARO)is a recently proposed biology-based optimization algorithm inspired by the detour foraging and random hiding behavior of rabbits in nature.However,for solving optimization problems,the ARO algorithm shows slow convergence speed and can fall into local minima.To overcome these drawbacks,this paper proposes chaotic opposition-based learning ARO(COARO),an improved version of the ARO algorithm that incorporates opposition-based learning(OBL)and chaotic local search(CLS)techniques.By adding OBL to ARO,the convergence speed of the algorithm increases and it explores the search space better.Chaotic maps in CLS provide rapid convergence by scanning the search space efficiently,since their ergodicity and non-repetitive properties.The proposed COARO algorithm has been tested using thirty-three distinct benchmark functions.The outcomes have been compared with the most recent optimization algorithms.Additionally,the COARO algorithm’s problem-solving capabilities have been evaluated using six different engineering design problems and compared with various other algorithms.This study also introduces a binary variant of the continuous COARO algorithm,named BCOARO.The performance of BCOARO was evaluated on the breast cancer dataset.The effectiveness of BCOARO has been compared with different feature selection algorithms.The proposed BCOARO outperforms alternative algorithms,according to the findings obtained for real applications in terms of accuracy performance,and fitness value.Extensive experiments show that the COARO and BCOARO algorithms achieve promising results compared to other metaheuristic algorithms.

文摘In order to more accurately and effectively consider the propagation process of solitons in electromagnetic pulse waves and make full use of wavelength division multiplexing,we study a class of high-order three-component Hirota equations by the Riemann-Hilbert method.Under zero boundary conditions and given initial conditions q_(j)(x,0),the N-soliton solutions of the equations are obtained by constructing and solving Riemann-Hilbert problems based on matrix spectral problem.Specifically,we discuss the cases of N=1,2,analyze the dynamical properties of 1-soliton and 2-soliton solutions through numerical simulations,and summarize the effect of integrable perturbations and spectral parameters on soliton motion.
文摘A tetranuclear Ln(Ⅲ)-based complex:[Dy_(4)(dbm)_(4)(L)_(6)(μ_(3)-OH)_(2)]·CH_(3)CN(1)(HL=5-[(4-methylbenzylidene)amino]quinolin-8-ol,Hdbm=dibenzoylmethane)was manufactured and its structure was characterized in detail.Xray diffraction analysis shows that complex 1 belongs to the monoclinic crystal system and its space group is P2_1/n,which contains a rhombic Dy_(4)core.Magnetic measurements of 1 suggest it possesses extraordinary single-molecule magnet(SMM)behavior.Its energy barrier U_(eff)/k_(B)was 116.7 K,and the pre-exponential coefficient τ_(0)=1.05×10~(-8)s.CCDC:2359322.
