In the process of green and smart mine construction under the context of carbon neutrality,China's coal safety situation has been continuously improved in recent years.In order to recognize the development of coal...In the process of green and smart mine construction under the context of carbon neutrality,China's coal safety situation has been continuously improved in recent years.In order to recognize the development of coal production in China and prepare for future monitoring and prevention of safety incidents,this study mainly elaborated on the basic situation of coal resources and national mining accidents over the past five years(2017-2021),from four dimensions(accident level,type,region,and time),and then proposed the preventive measures based on accident statistical laws.The results show that the storage of coal resources has obvious geographic characteristics,mainly concentrated in the Midwest,with coal resources in Shanxi and Shaanxi accounting for about 49.4%.The proportion of coal consumption has dropped from 70.2%to 56%between 2011 and 2021,but still accounts for more than half of the all.Meanwhile,the accident-prone areas are positively correlated with the amount of coal production.Among different levels of coal mine accidents,general accidents had the highest number of accidents and deaths,with 692 accidents and 783 deaths,accounting for 87.6%and 54.64%respectively.The frequency of roof,gas,and transportation accidents is relatively high,and the number of single fatalities caused by gas accidents is the largest,about 4.18.In terms of geographical distribution of accidents,the safety situation in Shanxi Province is the most severe.From the time distribution of coal mine accidents,the accidents mainly occurred in July and August,and rarely occurred in February and December.Finally,the"4+4"safety management model is proposed,combining the statistical results with coal production in China.Based on the existing health and safety management systems,the manage-ments are divided into four sub-categories,and more specific measures are suggested.展开更多
Individuals’ preventive measures,as an effective way to suppress epidemic transmission and to protect themselves from infection,have attracted much academic concern,especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.In this pap...Individuals’ preventive measures,as an effective way to suppress epidemic transmission and to protect themselves from infection,have attracted much academic concern,especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.In this paper,a reinforcement learning-based model is proposed to explore individuals’ effective preventive measures against epidemics.Through extensive simulations,we find that the cost of preventive measures influences the epidemic transmission process significantly.The infection scale increases as the cost of preventive measures grows,which means that the government needs to provide preventive measures with low cost to suppress the epidemic transmission.In addition,the effective preventive measures vary from individual to individual according to the social contacts.Individuals who contact with others frequently in daily life are highly recommended to take strict preventive measures to protect themselves from infection,while those who have little social contacts do not need to take any measures considering the inevitable cost.Our research contributes to exploring the effective measures for individuals,which can provide the government and individuals useful suggestions in response to epidemics.展开更多
Objective:To study the knowledge,attitude,and practice of pregnant women regarding transmission and preventive measures of COVID-19 from mother to child and to determine the reasons for vaccine hesitancy.Methods:This ...Objective:To study the knowledge,attitude,and practice of pregnant women regarding transmission and preventive measures of COVID-19 from mother to child and to determine the reasons for vaccine hesitancy.Methods:This observational cross-sectional knowledge,attitude,and practice study was conducted among pregnant women of any trimester,attending the antenatal care out-patient department of a tertiary care hospital in Lucknow from October 2020 to March 2021.All the participants were interviewed using a pretested semi-structured questionnaire for desired information.Reasons for vaccine hesitancy were also asked to assess their unwillingness to get vaccinated.Results:Totally 652 pregnant women were included and 91.3%were aware that COVID-19 spread through contact with an infected person and 85.3%knew that COVID-19 spread by respiratory droplets.Of pregnant women,95.7%perceived that social distancing and wearing a proper mask were effective ways to prevent SARS-CoV-2 infection and 96.8%of the pregnant women wore masks regularly when going out.Of pregnant women,79.0%were hesitant to get vaccinated.The most common reason was that COVID-19 vaccine can harm the developing fetus(77.5%)and was not very safe in pregnancy(75.0%).Conclusions:Of the pregnant women,22.92%have unsatisfactory knowledge regarding COVID-19,35.63%have negative attitude and 19.93%have poor practices,indicating that there are still gaps in awareness,and majority of them are unwilling to get vaccinated.Good awareness will help prevent the occurrence of future COVID-19 waves in India.展开更多

Methods: in January 2020, Lianyun District began to actively implement the preventive intervention measures of adverse reactions to pediatric DPT vaccination, Children who have completed the vaccination of prevention countermeasures in Lianyun District before the implementation of this study (January 1,2017 to December 31,2019) and after the implementation (January 1,2020 to December 31,2021). As the routine guidance group (23,921 doses) and the preventive intervention group (11,383 doses), monitoring the adverse reactions and satisfaction with vaccination care in both groups, analyze the effects of the preventive intervention. Results: the general response (0.31%) and total incidence of adverse reaction (0.31%) were significantly lower than the conventional guidance group (0.18%, 0.18%) (P <0.05), and the incidence of abnormal response between the two groups (P> 0.05). Parent satisfaction with vaccination care in the preventive intervention group (99.90%) was significantly higher than that in the conventional guidance group (92.75%) (P <0.05). Conclusion: there are some risks of adverse reactions after vaccination with DPT vaccine, mainly general reactions, which can reduce the risk of adverse reactions and have high application value, which is worth promotion and reference.展开更多

Methods Based on literature research, questionnaire survey and expert consultation, the causes of drug shortage in China were comprehensively investigated, and fishbone diagram was used to further analyze the logical relationship among the causes. Results and Conclusion The main reasons for the shortage of drugs are the low profit of production enterprises and insufficient active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). The other reasons include uncertain demand, standard problem and few exclusive manufacturers. Besides, the monopoly of circulation enterprises also leads to the shortage of drugs to a certain extent. It is suggested that we should increase the punishment of monopoly, optimize the market environment, and establish a reasonable drug price mechanism. In addition, enterprises should participate in the information communication platform of medical institutions to solve the asymmetry between supply and demand. 文摘In recent years, with the continuous improvement of China's agricultural development level, agricultural production activities are increasingly moving towards mechanization and intelligence, which has injected fresh thrust into the long-term development of China's agriculture. However, in the process of application of grass-roots agricultural machinery, there are still some problems to be solved. For example, the lack of maintenance and blind application, especially when the busy farming season is approaching, the phenomenon of high-load operation of agricultural machinery often occurs, which seriously damages the service life of agricultural machinery. Based on the application of agricultural machinery at the grass-roots level, this paper further analyzes how to prevent the use of agricultural machinery, and puts forward some suggestions for the supervision of the application of agricultural machinery, which are only for reference and helpful to the peers.

However, in the process of breeding, some breeders have not mastered scientific breeding techniques and adopted relatively few disease prevention measures, which affected the healthy growth of sheep. In order to improve the quality of sheep breeding, breeders should reasonably feed and optimize the feeding environment, and fully understand the common diseases and preventive measures in the growth process of sheep to increase economic benefits.
文摘Objective: to study the measures to prevent the potential risk of cardiovascular treatment. Methods: 140 hospitalized patients were analyzed retrospectively, the treatment risk of cardiovascular disease was summarized, and the solutions were put forward. Results: the risk awareness of medical staff was enhanced, the treatment behavior was standardized, and the anti-risk ability of cardiovascular medical staff was improved. Conclusion: the treatment risk in the medical treatment of western medicine is analyzed and summarized, and targeted measures are taken to effectively reduce the potential risk in the treatment work.

Mechanical parts are required to have higher life, fatigue strength, impact fatigue strength, hardness and other indicators in engineering operation. Carburizing process is widely considered as a practical chemical heat treatment technology. However, there are still many problems in the carburizing process. Taking 20CrMnTi steel gear as an example, this paper briefly introduces the existing problems in carburizing technology and the optimization of key technologies.
文摘Objective To study the current situation and the root cause of drug shortage in China, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions accordingly for relevant national policy decisions. Methods Based on literature research, questionnaire survey and expert consultation, the causes of drug shortage in China were comprehensively investigated, and fishbone diagram was used to further analyze the logical relationship among the causes. Results and Conclusion The main reasons for the shortage of drugs are the low profit of production enterprises and insufficient active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). The other reasons include uncertain demand, standard problem and few exclusive manufacturers. Besides, the monopoly of circulation enterprises also leads to the shortage of drugs to a certain extent. It is suggested that we should increase the punishment of monopoly, optimize the market environment, and establish a reasonable drug price mechanism. In addition, enterprises should participate in the information communication platform of medical institutions to solve the asymmetry between supply and demand. The research on clinical drugs to substitute drugs in need should be strengthened, and the reporting system of drug discontinuation should be improved.

文摘With the continuous acceleration of social and economic development and the increasing expansion of boiler production scale, circulating fluidized bed boiler has become a necessary facility for industrial production. Affected by various factors, the water wall tube explosion of circulating fluidized bed boiler is very easy to occur during operation, which seriously affects the economic and safety benefits during the production, operation and construction of the enterprise. In view of this, taking 130t / h circulating fluidized bed boiler as an example, this paper puts forward the macro damage of the outlet nozzle of the circulating fluidized bed boiler, analyzes the macro and micro morphology of the fracture of the cracked pipe, and carries out micro hardness test and tensile test on the mechanical properties of the outlet nozzle. Finally, the reasons leading to the cracks in the export results are obtained, and the corresponding preventive countermeasures are formulated based on these reasons, in order to provide theoretical help for relevant staff.
