Objective:To analyze the preventive effect of traditional Chinese medicine sachets on influenza.Methods:A total of 100 subjects meeting the inclusion criteria were recruited in a certain area based on population chara...Objective:To analyze the preventive effect of traditional Chinese medicine sachets on influenza.Methods:A total of 100 subjects meeting the inclusion criteria were recruited in a certain area based on population characteristics(age,occupation,gender).The subjects were divided into a sachet group(50 cases)and a control group(50 cases).The sachet group was given traditional Chinese medicine sachets with epidemic prevention and infection prevention effects(recommended to carry along or sniff intermittently,at least 3 times a day,each time not less than 1 minute.Replace the sachet medicine after one month when the scent disappears,and continue to use for 2 months).The control group did not receive any intervention measures.After the experiment,subjects filled out a questionnaire and an efficacy evaluation form.Results:Comparing the baseline data of the two groups,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Comparing the symptoms of colds between the two groups,there was no significant difference in nasal congestion,rhinorrhea,and fatigue symptoms between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the possibility of fever in the sachet group was much lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Comparing the immunoglobulins(IgA,IgM,and IgG)of the two groups before and after intervention,it was found that before the intervention,P>0.50;after the intervention,the immunoglobulin levels of both groups increased,and the increase in the sachet group was much higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Comparing the occurrence of side effects in the two groups,it was found that the incidence of allergies in the sachet group was 4.00%.Due to allergies,two subjects withdrew from the study halfway(P>0.05).Conclusion:In influenza,wearing traditional Chinese medicine sachets can effectively prevent colds and reduce the incidence of colds,but those who are allergic to sachets should use them with caution.展开更多
Objective:To explore the preventive effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on arteriovenous fistula failure in patients in the hemodialysis room.Methods:82 patients with arteriovenous fistula in the hemodialysis...Objective:To explore the preventive effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on arteriovenous fistula failure in patients in the hemodialysis room.Methods:82 patients with arteriovenous fistula in the hemodialysis chamber treated in our hospital from July 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The random number table method divided them into a control group and an experimental group of 41 cases each.The control group received general nursing intervention measures,while the experimental group underwent comprehensive nursing intervention.The incidence of complications(internal fistula failure,bleeding,thrombosis,infection),psychological emotions(SAS scale,SDS scale),quality of life(physical pain,physiological function,emotional function,social function),and nursing satisfaction(very satisfied,basically satisfied,satisfied,dissatisfied)were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:The incidence of complications in the experimental group(4,9.76%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(29,70.73%);the SAS scores and SDS scores of the patients in the experimental group after intervention were both lower than those in the control group;the quality of life score(physical pain,physiological function,emotional function,and social function)was all higher than those of the control group;the post-intervention nursing satisfaction of the experimental group(40,97.57%)was also significantly higher than that of the control group(29,73.17%);and the listed differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:For patients with hemodialysis ventricular arteriovenous fistula failure,comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of complications,relieve anxiety and stress,improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and achieve better preventive effects.展开更多

Methods From MEDLINE bibliographical database, we searched and reviewed all randomized controlled trials on the preventive effects of probiotics on pediatric food allergies up to September 2013 and excluded the studies that do not meet inclusion criteria and extracted the data. Meta-analysis for the results of homogenous studies was performed using RevMan 5.0 and the co-effect was pooled by using fixed-effects model of relative risk(RR) ratios. Results Ten trials published between 2007 and 2012 including 2701 cases were included. Meta-analysis based on included data showed that the preventive effect of prenatal and postnatal probiotic supplementation on food allergies was not significant with the RR=0.88(95% CI: 0.76-1.03). Conclusion Present evidences cannot show in unequivocal terms that prenatal and postnatal probiotic supplementation will prevent food allergic diseases.展开更多

A total of 444 health piglets we...The paper was to explore the preventive effects of five drugs on mycoplasma pneumonia of swine （MPS） and to provide reference for clinical medication of pig farms in Hainan Province. A total of 444 health piglets were randomly divided into 6 groups, including five medication groups （72 piglets in group A, 74 pig- lets in group B, 72 piglets in group C, 76 piglets in group D, 76 piglets in group E） and one control group （74 piglets）. The piglets in experimental groups were treated drugs once a day for successive 5 days at 30, 60, 90, 120 and 150 of age. The piglets in control group were free of medication. At 70 and 140 days of age, 15 piglets of each group were randomly selected to collect their blood sermn. The Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae （M-Hyo） antibodies in serum were measured by en- zyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. During the experiment, the incidence rates of respiratory disease, lung lesion, feed conversion rate, average daily gain （ADG）, and mortality rate of pigs were also observed and recorded. The results showed that the five drugs had significant difference in preventative effects. Group C （Zhiyuanjing group） received the best preventive effect and the highest economic benefits. Compared with control group, the ADG and feed conversion rate in group C were increased by 7.53% and 9.09%, respectively; the incidence rate of respiratory disease was reduced by 13.44% and lung lesion was alleviated by 81.43% ; and the earnings of each pig could rise by 132.70 yuan. The preventative effect and economic benefit of the drugs was sequenced by Chansu Kechuanling and Bingchan Kechuanwang. Wante Feilin and amoxicillin had weaker preventive effects against MPS but greatly influenced growth performance of pigs, so they should be used alternatively with other drugs.展开更多

The care plan was routine enteral nutrition care and preventive enteral nutrition care, respectively, and the preventive effect of the two groups after the intervention was compared. Results: after the occurrence of diarrhea symptoms, the observation group was lower than the control group, P 0.05;the observation group was P 0.05, and the observation group was P 0.05. After comparing the quality of life, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, P 0.05. Conclusion: the preventive enteral nutrition care mode can not only reduce the risk of diarrhea symptoms, but also improve the various nutritional indicators, which is conducive to increasing the recognition of patients for clinical nursing services and promoting their early health recovery, which is worth promoting.展开更多

To investigate the mechanism of rockburst prevention by spraying water onto the surrounding rocks,15 experiments are performed considering different water absorption levels on a single face.High-speed photography and ...To investigate the mechanism of rockburst prevention by spraying water onto the surrounding rocks,15 experiments are performed considering different water absorption levels on a single face.High-speed photography and acoustic emission(AE)system are used to monitor the rockburst process.The effect of water on sandstone rockburst and the prevention mechanism of water on sandstone rockburst are analyzed from the perspective of energy and failure mode.The results show that the higher the ab-sorption degree,the lower the intensity of the rockburst after absorbing water on single side of sand-stone.This is reflected in the fact that with the increase in the water absorption level,the ejection velocity of rockburst fragments is smaller,the depth of the rockburst pit is shallower,and the AE energy is smaller.Under the water absorption level of 100%,the magnitude of rockburst intensity changes from medium to slight.The prevention mechanism of water on sandstone rockburst is that water reduces the capacity of sandstone to store strain energy and accelerates the expansion of shear cracks,which is not conducive to the occurrence of plate cracking before rockburst,and destroys the conditions for rockburst incubation.展开更多

Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into reference group and study group (30 patients in each group) and received orthodontic treatment in our hospital from July 2020 to July 2021. After orthodontic treatment, the patients in the reference group were instructed to apply fluoride toothpaste. The patients in the research group were treated with fluoride gel smearing once a month on the basis of fluoride toothpaste. Then, the probability of enamel demineralization was compared and the impact on the degree of enamel damage was analyzed. Results: there was no significant difference between the clinical efficacy A and the study group (P>0.05). After 6 and 12 months of treatment, the incidence of enamel demineralization, enamel demineralization index, DD detection value, and the degree of enamel damage in the study group were lower than those in the reference group, and the teeth masticatory efficiency and tooth beauty scores were higher than those in the reference group, with statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion: the application of fluoride containing gel in orthodontic treatment can not only effectively prevent the occurrence of enamel demineralization, but also reduce the degree of enamel damage, and promote the improvement of chewing efficiency and aesthetics of teeth. Objective: to analyze the effect of fluoride varnish on the prevention of children's first permanent molar caries and the incidence of dental caries, and to provide reference for the prevention of children's d...Objective: to analyze the effect of fluoride varnish on the prevention of children's first permanent molar caries and the incidence of dental caries, and to provide reference for the prevention of children's dental caries. Methods: a total of 310 children with eruption of mandibular first molars who underwent routine physical examination in kindergartens in this city from August 2018 to October 2019 were randomly selected as research objects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 155 children in each group receiving different oral care measures, and the situation in the next 24 months was tracked and studied. The children in the control group were given routine oral care such as brushing their teeth in the morning and evening and gargling after meals, while the children in the study group were given oral care based on this. The occurrence of caries of the first permanent molars in the two groups at 6, 12, 18 and 24 months after physical examination and the preventive effect of the two kinds of care measures were observed and compared. Results: after 6 months of nursing, there was no significant difference in the incidence of caries between the two groups (1.83%vs2.17%) (P > 0.05). In the last three stages, the incidence of dental caries in children showed an upward trend. The incidence rates in the study group were 6.33%, 9.67% and 13.17% respectively, and the incidence rates in the control group were 14.33%, 19.50% and 24.83%, respectively. Compared with the control group, the incidence rates of dental caries in the study group were lower than those in the control group at each stage (p < 0.05). In addition, 6 months after nursing, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). In the last three stages, the average caries and caries surface of the two groups increased gradually, but the average caries and caries surface of the study group were lower at each stage (P < 0.05). Conclusion: fluorine protective paint has good preventive effect on children's first permanent molar caries, and the incidence of dental caries is low within two years, which is worthy of wide promotion.展开更多

Resistant starch, an indigestible starch, has been studied for years for its beneficial effects on regulating blood glucose level and lipid metabolism. The aim of this review is to summarize the effect of resistant starch on weight loss and the possible mechanisms. According to numerous previous studies it could be concluded that resistant starch can reduce fat accumulation, enhance insulin sensitivity, regulate blood glucose level and lipid metabolism. Recent investigations have focused on the possible associations between resistant starch and incretins as well as gut microbiota. Resistant starch seems to be a promising dietary fiber for the prevention or treatment of obesity and its related diseases.展开更多

The results showed that 15 days after spr...Effects of four herbicides(paraquat, acetochlor, nicosulfuron and atrazine) on the growth of maize and control effect of plant quantity and fresh weight of weeds were studied. The results showed that 15 days after spraying the herbicides on weeds,the prevention and control effect of paraquat on weeds was the optimum, and its effects on the plant quantity and fresh weight of weeds were above 81.57%; the prevention and control effect of acetochlor on weeds was the second best; the prevention and control effect of atrazine on weeds was the worst, and its effects on the plant quantity and fresh weight of weeds were only 51.04% and 37.86%. After 30 or 45 days, the prevention and control effect of atrazine and nicosulfuron on weeds in the maize fields was better than the other herbicides, and their effects on the plant quantity and fresh weight of weeds were higher than 70.00% and 85.00%. Acetochlor and paraquat had certain phytotoxicity to the growth of maize after about 15 days, and its leaves became yellow and grew slowly. On the whole, nicosulfuron had good prevention and control effect on weeds and had no phytotoxicity to the growth of maize.展开更多
Repeated waves of influenza virus H7N9 epidemics after 2013 have caused severe influenza in humans,with mortality reaching approximately 40%–50%.To prevent possible pandemics,the development of highly effective vacci...Repeated waves of influenza virus H7N9 epidemics after 2013 have caused severe influenza in humans,with mortality reaching approximately 40%–50%.To prevent possible pandemics,the development of highly effective vaccines against influenza virus H7N9 is highly desired.In the present study,by taking advantage of the D-tetra-peptide adjuvant(G^(D)F^(D)F^(D)Y),we reported a simple method to prepare H7N9 vaccines.Naproxen(Npx),with good anti inflammatory and broad anti-viral effects,was employed as an N-terminal capping group to construct a hydrogel precursor,Npx-G^(D)F^(D)F^(D)Y.The hydrogel adjuvant was prepared using a routine heating cooling protocol and the final vaccine was ready after mixing with the split A/Zhejiang/DTID-ZJU01/2013(H7N9)antigen by vortexing.Compared with the traditional Al(OH)_(3) adjuvant vaccine and the split vaccine,our hydrogel adjuvant vaccine showed the best preventive effects against H7N9 infection.A mechanistic study illustrated that higher antibody responses and variations in cytokine expression might account for its increased protective effects.Our strategy demonstrated the advantages of a peptide hydrogel adjuvant in the application of vaccines against H7N9 and demonstrated its potential application in vaccines against emerging threats from other viruses.展开更多

To investigate the effects of intravesical therapy with elemene in preventing postoperative recurrence of superficial bladder cancer and its toxic and side effects.Methods This series included 123 patients with superf...To investigate the effects of intravesical therapy with elemene in preventing postoperative recurrence of superficial bladder cancer and its toxic and side effects.Methods This series included 123 patients with superficial bladder cancer (T1),consisting of transitional cell carcinoma GⅠ in 37 cases,GⅡ in 73 and GⅢ in 13.They all underwent surgical treatment.Postoperatively,they were randomly assigned to 2 groups;63 patients in elemene group received instillation of elemene (400 mg,once a week) 2 weeks after operation and 60 patients in mitomycin C (MMC) group received instillation of MMC (40 mg,once a week) 2 weeks after operation.The instillations were repeated for 6 weeks and thereafter monthly for 1 year.The recurrence rates,side effects,and NK cell activity before and after treatment were evaluated.Results The recurrence rate of elemene group (mean follow-up of 19.7 months) was 7.9% (5 cases),which was significantly lower than that (25.0%,15 cases) of MMC group (mean follow-up of 19.4 months;P<0.05).The side effect in elemene group (3.2%,2 cases) was significantly milder than that in MMC group (25.0%,15 cases)(P<0.05).In elemene group,the NK cell activity after treatment (28±2)% was significantly higher than that before treatment(20±2)%(P<0.05).Conclusion Instillation of elemene after operation is effective and safe in preventing postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer.8 refs.展开更多

文摘Objective:To explore the preventive effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on arteriovenous fistula failure in patients in the hemodialysis room.Methods:82 patients with arteriovenous fistula in the hemodialysis chamber treated in our hospital from July 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The random number table method divided them into a control group and an experimental group of 41 cases each.The control group received general nursing intervention measures,while the experimental group underwent comprehensive nursing intervention.The incidence of complications(internal fistula failure,bleeding,thrombosis,infection),psychological emotions(SAS scale,SDS scale),quality of life(physical pain,physiological function,emotional function,social function),and nursing satisfaction(very satisfied,basically satisfied,satisfied,dissatisfied)were compared between the two groups of patients.Results:The incidence of complications in the experimental group(4,9.76%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(29,70.73%);the SAS scores and SDS scores of the patients in the experimental group after intervention were both lower than those in the control group;the quality of life score(physical pain,physiological function,emotional function,and social function)was all higher than those of the control group;the post-intervention nursing satisfaction of the experimental group(40,97.57%)was also significantly higher than that of the control group(29,73.17%);and the listed differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:For patients with hemodialysis ventricular arteriovenous fistula failure,comprehensive nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of complications,relieve anxiety and stress,improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and achieve better preventive effects.
文摘Objective To investigate the preventive effect of probiotics on pediatric food allergy. Methods From MEDLINE bibliographical database, we searched and reviewed all randomized controlled trials on the preventive effects of probiotics on pediatric food allergies up to September 2013 and excluded the studies that do not meet inclusion criteria and extracted the data. Meta-analysis for the results of homogenous studies was performed using RevMan 5.0 and the co-effect was pooled by using fixed-effects model of relative risk(RR) ratios. Results Ten trials published between 2007 and 2012 including 2701 cases were included. Meta-analysis based on included data showed that the preventive effect of prenatal and postnatal probiotic supplementation on food allergies was not significant with the RR=0.88(95% CI: 0.76-1.03). Conclusion Present evidences cannot show in unequivocal terms that prenatal and postnatal probiotic supplementation will prevent food allergic diseases.

文摘Cerebral ischemia is due to cerebral blood supply disorders caused by ischemia and hypoxia resulting in localized ischemic brain necrosis or brain softening of the disease,leading to irreversible brain damage and subsequent loss of neuronal function is a serious threat to human health One of several diseases.For patients with cerebral ischemia,often the lack of effective and extensive treatment.In addition,cerebral ischemia with morbidity,morbidity and mortality are characterized by high,so by the medical profession at home and abroad attention.As a traditional Chinese medicine,cordyceps sinensis(CS)is a complex of ergot fungus,which is parasitized on the larvae of the bat-moth family.The compound is composed of cordycepin,cordyceps polysaccharide,cordyceps sinensis peptides,ergosterol,mannitol,fatty acids and trace elements such as a variety of ingredients,with a wide range of pharmacological effects.Over the years,domestic and foreign scholars on the pharmacological effects of cordyceps sinensis were more comprehensive study of its prevention and treatment of cerebral ischemia is also deepening,found that cordyceps sinensis on cerebral ischemia with anti-inflammatory,reduce oxidative damage and neuronal ischemia damage,reduce neuronal apoptosis,improve memory cognition,reduce thrombosis,inhibit NO production,enhance mitochondrial energy supply,scavenging free radicals and other prevention and treatment.But no relevant review.In this paper,the domestic and foreign literatures on the prevention and treatment of cerebral ischemia by cordyceps sinensis were summarized,analyzed and summarized in order to provide useful information for the research and further development of cordyceps sinensis.

文摘The paper was to explore the preventive effects of five drugs on mycoplasma pneumonia of swine （MPS） and to provide reference for clinical medication of pig farms in Hainan Province. A total of 444 health piglets were randomly divided into 6 groups, including five medication groups （72 piglets in group A, 74 pig- lets in group B, 72 piglets in group C, 76 piglets in group D, 76 piglets in group E） and one control group （74 piglets）. The piglets in experimental groups were treated drugs once a day for successive 5 days at 30, 60, 90, 120 and 150 of age. The piglets in control group were free of medication. At 70 and 140 days of age, 15 piglets of each group were randomly selected to collect their blood sermn. The Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae （M-Hyo） antibodies in serum were measured by en- zyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）. During the experiment, the incidence rates of respiratory disease, lung lesion, feed conversion rate, average daily gain （ADG）, and mortality rate of pigs were also observed and recorded. The results showed that the five drugs had significant difference in preventative effects. Group C （Zhiyuanjing group） received the best preventive effect and the highest economic benefits. Compared with control group, the ADG and feed conversion rate in group C were increased by 7.53% and 9.09%, respectively; the incidence rate of respiratory disease was reduced by 13.44% and lung lesion was alleviated by 81.43% ; and the earnings of each pig could rise by 132.70 yuan. The preventative effect and economic benefit of the drugs was sequenced by Chansu Kechuanling and Bingchan Kechuanwang. Wante Feilin and amoxicillin had weaker preventive effects against MPS but greatly influenced growth performance of pigs, so they should be used alternatively with other drugs.
文摘Objective: to explore the intervention effect of severe patients supplemented with preventive enteral nutrition care and effect on the prevention of enteral nutrition diarrhea. Methods: the participants were 100 severe patients treated in the hospital in the period from January, 2021 to June, 2022. The digital parity method was the grouping method of two groups. The care plan was routine enteral nutrition care and preventive enteral nutrition care, respectively, and the preventive effect of the two groups after the intervention was compared. Results: after the occurrence of diarrhea symptoms, the observation group was lower than the control group, P 0.05;the observation group was P 0.05, and the observation group was P 0.05. After comparing the quality of life, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, P 0.05. Conclusion: the preventive enteral nutrition care mode can not only reduce the risk of diarrhea symptoms, but also improve the various nutritional indicators, which is conducive to increasing the recognition of patients for clinical nursing services and promoting their early health recovery, which is worth promoting.

文摘[Objectives]The paper was to identify the characteristics and the potency of new fungicides to rice blast disease,and study their preventive and therapeutic effects on the disease.[Methods]Six new and conventional fungicides with different mechanisms of action were selected to compare their preventive and therapeutic effects on rice seedling blast in greenhouse.[Results]The agents which showed to be highly efficacious in blast prevention(greater than 90%)were 25%pyraclostrobin EC,20%fenoxanil SC,75%tricyclazole WP and 50%prochloraz-manganese WP sprayed at the dosages of 112.5-150,180-360,270-450 and 450-600 g/ha,respectively.The therapeutic effect of new fungicides 25%pyraclostrobin EC and 50%prochloraz-manganese WP on rice blast were above 90%when the dosages were 90-150 and 360-600 g/ha,respectively.The therapeutic effect of the conventional fungicide 40%isoprothiolane EC on rice blast was 69.04%when the dosage was 480 g/ha,while those of other fungicides were worse.[Conclusions]Both 25%pyraclostrobin EC and 50%prochloraz-manganese WP have good preventive and therapeutic effects on rice blast,which will provide a reference for the use of these fungicides in the field.

文摘To investigate the mechanism of rockburst prevention by spraying water onto the surrounding rocks,15 experiments are performed considering different water absorption levels on a single face.High-speed photography and acoustic emission(AE)system are used to monitor the rockburst process.The effect of water on sandstone rockburst and the prevention mechanism of water on sandstone rockburst are analyzed from the perspective of energy and failure mode.The results show that the higher the ab-sorption degree,the lower the intensity of the rockburst after absorbing water on single side of sand-stone.This is reflected in the fact that with the increase in the water absorption level,the ejection velocity of rockburst fragments is smaller,the depth of the rockburst pit is shallower,and the AE energy is smaller.Under the water absorption level of 100%,the magnitude of rockburst intensity changes from medium to slight.The prevention mechanism of water on sandstone rockburst is that water reduces the capacity of sandstone to store strain energy and accelerates the expansion of shear cracks,which is not conducive to the occurrence of plate cracking before rockburst,and destroys the conditions for rockburst incubation.
文摘Objective: to investigate the effect of fluoride containing gel on preventing enamel demineralization and improving enamel lesion during orthodontic treatment. Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into reference group and study group (30 patients in each group) and received orthodontic treatment in our hospital from July 2020 to July 2021. After orthodontic treatment, the patients in the reference group were instructed to apply fluoride toothpaste. The patients in the research group were treated with fluoride gel smearing once a month on the basis of fluoride toothpaste. Then, the probability of enamel demineralization was compared and the impact on the degree of enamel damage was analyzed. Results: there was no significant difference between the clinical efficacy A and the study group (P>0.05). After 6 and 12 months of treatment, the incidence of enamel demineralization, enamel demineralization index, DD detection value, and the degree of enamel damage in the study group were lower than those in the reference group, and the teeth masticatory efficiency and tooth beauty scores were higher than those in the reference group, with statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion: the application of fluoride containing gel in orthodontic treatment can not only effectively prevent the occurrence of enamel demineralization, but also reduce the degree of enamel damage, and promote the improvement of chewing efficiency and aesthetics of teeth. It is worth further application and promotion.
文摘Objective: to analyze the effect of fluoride varnish on the prevention of children's first permanent molar caries and the incidence of dental caries, and to provide reference for the prevention of children's dental caries. Methods: a total of 310 children with eruption of mandibular first molars who underwent routine physical examination in kindergartens in this city from August 2018 to October 2019 were randomly selected as research objects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 155 children in each group receiving different oral care measures, and the situation in the next 24 months was tracked and studied. The children in the control group were given routine oral care such as brushing their teeth in the morning and evening and gargling after meals, while the children in the study group were given oral care based on this. The occurrence of caries of the first permanent molars in the two groups at 6, 12, 18 and 24 months after physical examination and the preventive effect of the two kinds of care measures were observed and compared. Results: after 6 months of nursing, there was no significant difference in the incidence of caries between the two groups (1.83%vs2.17%) (P > 0.05). In the last three stages, the incidence of dental caries in children showed an upward trend. The incidence rates in the study group were 6.33%, 9.67% and 13.17% respectively, and the incidence rates in the control group were 14.33%, 19.50% and 24.83%, respectively. Compared with the control group, the incidence rates of dental caries in the study group were lower than those in the control group at each stage (p < 0.05). In addition, 6 months after nursing, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). In the last three stages, the average caries and caries surface of the two groups increased gradually, but the average caries and caries surface of the study group were lower at each stage (P < 0.05). Conclusion: fluorine protective paint has good preventive effect on children's first permanent molar caries, and the incidence of dental caries is low within two years, which is worthy of wide promotion.

文摘Overweight or obesity has become a serious public health problem in the world, scientists are concentrating their efforts on exploring novel ways to treat obesity. Nowadays, the availabilities of bariatric surgery and pharmacotherapy have enhanced obesity treatment, but it should has support from diet, physical exercise and lifestyle modification, especially the functional food. Resistant starch, an indigestible starch, has been studied for years for its beneficial effects on regulating blood glucose level and lipid metabolism. The aim of this review is to summarize the effect of resistant starch on weight loss and the possible mechanisms. According to numerous previous studies it could be concluded that resistant starch can reduce fat accumulation, enhance insulin sensitivity, regulate blood glucose level and lipid metabolism. Recent investigations have focused on the possible associations between resistant starch and incretins as well as gut microbiota. Resistant starch seems to be a promising dietary fiber for the prevention or treatment of obesity and its related diseases.

文摘Effects of four herbicides(paraquat, acetochlor, nicosulfuron and atrazine) on the growth of maize and control effect of plant quantity and fresh weight of weeds were studied. The results showed that 15 days after spraying the herbicides on weeds,the prevention and control effect of paraquat on weeds was the optimum, and its effects on the plant quantity and fresh weight of weeds were above 81.57%; the prevention and control effect of acetochlor on weeds was the second best; the prevention and control effect of atrazine on weeds was the worst, and its effects on the plant quantity and fresh weight of weeds were only 51.04% and 37.86%. After 30 or 45 days, the prevention and control effect of atrazine and nicosulfuron on weeds in the maize fields was better than the other herbicides, and their effects on the plant quantity and fresh weight of weeds were higher than 70.00% and 85.00%. Acetochlor and paraquat had certain phytotoxicity to the growth of maize after about 15 days, and its leaves became yellow and grew slowly. On the whole, nicosulfuron had good prevention and control effect on weeds and had no phytotoxicity to the growth of maize.

文摘Repeated waves of influenza virus H7N9 epidemics after 2013 have caused severe influenza in humans,with mortality reaching approximately 40%–50%.To prevent possible pandemics,the development of highly effective vaccines against influenza virus H7N9 is highly desired.In the present study,by taking advantage of the D-tetra-peptide adjuvant(G^(D)F^(D)F^(D)Y),we reported a simple method to prepare H7N9 vaccines.Naproxen(Npx),with good anti inflammatory and broad anti-viral effects,was employed as an N-terminal capping group to construct a hydrogel precursor,Npx-G^(D)F^(D)F^(D)Y.The hydrogel adjuvant was prepared using a routine heating cooling protocol and the final vaccine was ready after mixing with the split A/Zhejiang/DTID-ZJU01/2013(H7N9)antigen by vortexing.Compared with the traditional Al(OH)_(3) adjuvant vaccine and the split vaccine,our hydrogel adjuvant vaccine showed the best preventive effects against H7N9 infection.A mechanistic study illustrated that higher antibody responses and variations in cytokine expression might account for its increased protective effects.Our strategy demonstrated the advantages of a peptide hydrogel adjuvant in the application of vaccines against H7N9 and demonstrated its potential application in vaccines against emerging threats from other viruses.

文摘To investigate the effects of intravesical therapy with elemene in preventing postoperative recurrence of superficial bladder cancer and its toxic and side effects.Methods This series included 123 patients with superficial bladder cancer (T1),consisting of transitional cell carcinoma GⅠ in 37 cases,GⅡ in 73 and GⅢ in 13.They all underwent surgical treatment.Postoperatively,they were randomly assigned to 2 groups;63 patients in elemene group received instillation of elemene (400 mg,once a week) 2 weeks after operation and 60 patients in mitomycin C (MMC) group received instillation of MMC (40 mg,once a week) 2 weeks after operation.The instillations were repeated for 6 weeks and thereafter monthly for 1 year.The recurrence rates,side effects,and NK cell activity before and after treatment were evaluated.Results The recurrence rate of elemene group (mean follow-up of 19.7 months) was 7.9% (5 cases),which was significantly lower than that (25.0%,15 cases) of MMC group (mean follow-up of 19.4 months;P<0.05).The side effect in elemene group (3.2%,2 cases) was significantly milder than that in MMC group (25.0%,15 cases)(P<0.05).In elemene group,the NK cell activity after treatment (28±2)% was significantly higher than that before treatment(20±2)%(P<0.05).Conclusion Instillation of elemene after operation is effective and safe in preventing postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer.8 refs.
文摘[Objective] The aim was to research prevention effects of 25％ azoxys trobin suspending agent to cucumber downy mildew.[Method] The test,including control group and four treatment groups with 450,600,and 750 g/hm2 25％ azoxystrobin suspending agents,and 80％ mancozeb wettable powder,was carried out in 2012 and 2013 consecutively to test the prevention effects of 25％ azoxystrobin suspending agent to cucumber downy mildew.[Result] The prevention effects were significant of 25％ azoxystrobin suspending agent to cucumber downy mildew in the range of 70.0％-83.6％,and it is recommended 25％ azoxystrobin suspending agent at 600 g/hm2 be spread before plants diseased or in initial stage.In the whole stage,it was spread once every 7 d,totaling 3 times.[Conclusion] The research provides references for wide application of 25％ azoxystrobin suspending agent in production.
