A feasible method was proposed to improve the vibration intensity of screen surface via application of a new type elastic screen surface with multi degree of freedom(NTESSMDF). In the NTESSMDF, the primary robs were coupled to the main screen structure with ends embedded into the elastomers, and the secondary robs were attached to adjacent two primary robs with elastic bands. The dynamic model of vibrating screen with NTESSMDF was established based on Lagrange's equation and the equivalent stiffnesses of the elastomer and elastic band were calculated. According to numerical simulation using the 4th order Runge-Kutta method, the vibration intensity of screen surface can be enhanced substantially with an averaged acceleration amplitude increasing ratio of 72.36%. The primary robs and secondary robs vibrate inversely in steady state, which would result in the friability of materials and avoid stoppage. The experimental results validate the dynamic characteristics with acceleration amplitude rising by62.93% on average, which demonstrates the feasibility of NTESSMDF. 展开更多

Analysis of Factors Related to Drug Treatment Compliance and Nursing Prevention Strategies in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

Objective: to analyze the reasons that affect patients compliance in the treatment of diabetic patients, and to explore measures to improve the quality of care. Methods: the analysis results are valid in comparison. The number of patients participating in this study is 86. The 86 patients were admitted between January 2018 and December 2020. The patients were divided into a control group of 44 according to their medication status (poor compliance), 42 in the observation group (high compliance). The patients knowledge of diabetes and their psychology were compared to explore the reasons that affect the patients compliance. Results: after comparative analysis and sorting, it was found that there are many reasons that affect patients compliance, including age, degree of diabetes knowledge and other factors. From a statistical point of view, P<0.05 has practical comparative value. Conclusion: in the nursing of diabetic patients, the reasons for poor patient compliance are related to a variety of factors. Therefore, for diabetic patients, further health education and psychological care should be given to patients, which can enhance patient compliance and help patients. Relieve negative psychological emotions and generally help patients with treatment. 展开更多

Objective: to analyze the prevention and treatment effect of chronic disease management by community general practitioners on diabetes. Methods: patients with diabetes treated in recent years were randomly divided into two groups for scientific research. The differences in basic conditions between the two groups were compared, including the cognition of diabetes disease, compliance behavior score, normal blood glucose rate, fasting and postprandial blood glucose levels after intervention. Results: the cognitive and compliance scores of diabetic disease in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the normal blood glucose rate was higher than that in the control group, and the fasting and postprandial blood glucose levels after intervention were lower than those in the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: the management of chronic disease in patients with diabetes by community general practitioners can achieve good results, improve the cognitive level of patients, and effectively control blood glucose, which is worthy of promotion. 展开更多

Software defect prevention is an important way to reduce the defect introduction rate.As the primary cause of software defects,human error can be the key to understanding and preventing software defects.This paper proposes a defect prevention approach based on human error mechanisms:DPe HE.The approach includes both knowledge and regulation training in human error prevention.Knowledge training provides programmers with explicit knowledge on why programmers commit errors,what kinds of errors tend to be committed under different circumstances,and how these errors can be prevented.Regulation training further helps programmers to promote the awareness and ability to prevent human errors through practice.The practice is facilitated by a problem solving checklist and a root cause identification checklist.This paper provides a systematic framework that integrates knowledge across disciplines,e.g.,cognitive science,software psychology and software engineering to defend against human errors in software development.Furthermore,we applied this approach in an international company at CMM Level 5 and a software development institution at CMM Level 1 in the Chinese Aviation Industry.The application cases show that the approach is feasible and effective in promoting developers' ability to prevent software defects,independent of process maturity levels. 展开更多

Long piles of the ocean oil platform are usually manufactured as the integration of several segments, which have to be assembled one by one during installation. During pile driving, excessive pore pressure will build up in such a high level that hydraulic fracturing in the soil round the pile may take place, which will cause the soil to consolidate much faster during pile extension period. Consequently, after pile extension, the soil strength will recover to some extent and the driving resistance will increase considerably, which makes restarting driving the pile very difficult and even causes refusal. A finite element (FE) analysis procedure is presented for judging the risk of refusal by estimating the blow counts after pile extension, in which the regain of soil strength is considered. A case analysis in Bohai Gulf is performed using the proposed orocedure to exolain the nile refusal phenomenon. 展开更多
