Objective To compare the difference of clinical efficacy between acupuncture of lifting and pressing manipulation and conventional acupuncture in motor function recovery of hemiplegic upper limb after stroke, so as to provide referential support for clinical application. Method Fifty-nine patients with upper limb hemiplegia after stroke were selected and divided into group A (conventional acupuncture ± lifting and pressing manipulation, 30 cases} and group B (conventional acupuncture, 29 cases} according to random number table method. Upper limb motor function and activity of daily living of patients in the two groups were scored before and after treatment, and the results were analyzed and compared. Results The score of upper limb FugI-Meyer motor function of patients was 22.4 ± 2.83 and 32.97 ± 2.92 before and after treatment in group A, and was 19.89 ± 3.13 and 26.62 ± 3.31 before and after treatment in group B, and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was significant (P〈0.01}. The score of Barthel index of patients was 60.67 ± 4.65 and 73.00 ± 3.82 before and after treatment in group A, and was 50.52 ± 5.15 and 60.17 ± 4.89 before and after treatment in group B, and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was not statistcally significant {P〉0.05). Conclusion Lifting and pressing manipulation combined with conventional acupuncture can better improve upper limb motor function of upper limb paralysis of patients after stroke. 展开更多

In order to utilize solid wastes, ceramic facing brick was made form East-lake sediment and some additives. The strength and freeze-thaw resistance of the samples were tested, and the crystal phases and microstructures were studied by XRD and SEM. The results indicate that the samples have a wide firing temperature range. The main crystal phases are CaA12SizOs, a-Al203, Fe203, which distribute uniformly in the samples. The sample have the best properties in the series 'Ca-A1-Si', and water absorption (Wa), porosity (Pa), bulk density (D), bending strength and compressive strength are 7.24%, 15.82%, 2.19 g.cm"3, 45.57 MPa and 56.81 MPa respectively, when the addition amount of East-lake sediment is 80% and the firing temperature is 1 100 ~C. In the series 'K-A1-Si', the sample with the best properties was obtained when addition amount of East-lake sediment was 70% and firing temperature was 1 060 ~C. The water absorption, porosity, bulk density, bending strength and compressive strength are 7.62%, 16.37%, 2.15 g ~ cm"3, 39.26 MPa, and 50.81 MPa respectively. They all come up to the national standardization, and meet the needs of manufacturing production. 展开更多

Sustainable extraction methods for natural extracts are crucial for mitigating environmental impact.Strategies that focus on waste reduction and resource efficiency contribute to long-term conservation.Hemp seeds, which were previously treated as waste product, are now valued for their nutrition and functional properties. This study investigated sustainable extraction methods for obtaining natural extracts from hemp seeds, with a focus on reducing environmental impact through efficient resource utilization and waste reduction. The extraction methods compared included supercritical fluid extraction(SFE),Soxhlet extraction(SOX),ultrasound-assisted extraction(UAE),cold maceration(CM),and cold pressing(CP).The contents of antioxidants, total phenols, and fatty acids in the extracts were analyzed via gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).The extracts were subsequently formulated into organogels to evaluate the stability of the fatty acids. The results showed that SFE and CP were the most efficient and environmentally friendly methods, with SFE allowing complete separation of the solvent from the extract.CP was also found to be effective and environmentally friendly. The study confirmed that formulating extracts in organogels effectively inhibited fatty acid oxidation, although a reduction in fatty acid content was observed during gel production.Overall, the formulation of extracts in organogels increased their stability, especially in preventing fatty acid degradation. 展开更多
