By employing a special model to predict future sliding mode value, and combining feedback correction and receding horizon optimization methods which are extensively applied on predictive control strategy, a discrete-time variable structure control law is constructed. The closed-loop systems are proved to have robustness to uncertainties with unspecified boundaries. Numerical simulation and pendulum experiment results illustrate that the closed-loop systems possess desired performance, such as strong robustness, fast convergence and chattering elimination. 展开更多

In this paper,an effective intra prediction mode-based video strganography is proposed.Secret messages are embedded during the intra prediction of the video encoding without causing large embedding impact.The influence on the sum of absolute difference(SAD)in intra prediction modes(IPMs)reversion phenomenon is sharp when modifying IPMs.It inspires us to take the SAD prediction deviation(SPD)to define the distortion function.What is more,the mapping rule between IPMs and the codewords is introduced to further reduce the SPD values of each intra block.Syndrome-trellis code(STC)is used as the practical embedding implementation.Experimental results demonstrate that our proposed steganographic scheme presents high undetectability compared with existing IPMs-based steganographic approaches.It also outperforms these schemes on stego video quality. 展开更多

Studies show that encoding technologies in H.264/AVC,including prediction and conversion,are essential technologies.However,these technologies are more complicated than the MPEG-4,which is a standard method and widely adopted worldwide.Therefore,the amount of calculation in H.264/AVC is significantly up-regulated compared to that of the MPEG-4.In the present study,it is intended to simplify the computational expenses in the international standard compression coding system H.264/AVC for moving images.Inter prediction refers to the most feasible compression technology,taking up to 60%of the entire encoding.In this regard,prediction error and motion vector information are proposed to simplify the computation of inter predictive coding technology.In the initial frame,motion compensation is performed in all target modes and then basic information is collected and analyzed.After the initial frame,motion compensation is performed only in the middle 8×8 modes,and the basic information amount shifts.In order to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed method and assess the motion image compression coding,four types of motion images,defined by the international telecommunication union(ITU),are employed.Based on the obtained results,it is concluded that the developed method is capable of simplifying the calculation,while it is slightly affected by the inferior image quality and the amount of information. 展开更多

This paper studies the reentry attitude tracking control problem for hypersonic vehicles(HSV)equipped with reaction control systems(RCS)and aerodynamic surfaces.The attitude dynamical model of the hypersonic vehicles is established,and the simplified longitudinal and lateral dynamic models are obtained,respectively.Then,the compound control allocation strategy is provided and the model predictive controller is designed for the pitch channel.Furthermore,considering the complicated jet interaction effect of HSV during RCS is working,an improved model predictive control approach is presented by introducing the online parameter estimation of the jet interaction coefficient for dealing with the uncertainty and disturbance.Moreover,considering the strong coupling effect between the yaw channel and roll channel,a coupled model predictive controller is designed by introducing the feedback of sideslip angle into the roll control channel to eliminate the coupling effect.Finally,the comparison simulations using the classical control method,MPC and IMPC approach are given to demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the presented IMPC scheme. 展开更多

Previous studies revealed that the error of pole coordinate prediction will significantly increase for a prediction period longer than 100 days, and this is mainly caused by short period oscillations. Empirical mode decomposition (EMD), which is increasingly popular and has advantages over classical wavelet decomposition, can be used to remove short period variations from observed time series of pole co- ordinates. A hybrid model combing EMD and extreme learning machine (ELM), where high frequency signals are removed and processed time series is then modeled and predicted, is summarized in this paper. The prediction performance of the hybrid model is compared with that of the ELM-only method created from original time series. The results show that the proposed hybrid model outperforms the pure ELM method for both short-term and long-term prediction of pole coordinates. The improvement of prediction accuracy up to 360 days in the future is found to be 24.91% and 26.79% on average in terms of mean absolute error (MAE) for the xp and yp components of pole coordinates, respectively. 展开更多

The mechanical system with backlash is distinguished between a"backlash mode"and a"contact mode".The inherent switching between the two operating modes makes the system a prime example of hybrid system.For eliminating the bad effect of backlash, a piecewise affine(PWA) model of the mechanical servo system with backlash is built.The optimal control of constrained PWA system is obtained by taking advantage of model predictive control(MPC) method, and the explicit solution of MPC in a look-up table form is figured out by combining the dynamic programming and multi-parametric quadratic programming, thereby establishing an explicit hybrid model predictive controller.Furthermore, a piecewise quadratic(PWQ) function for guaranteeing the stability of closed-loop control is found by formulating the search of PWQ function as a semi-definite programming problem.In the tracking experiments, it is demonstrated that the explicit hybrid model predictive controller has a good traction control effect on the mechanical system with backlash.The error meets the demands of real system.Further, compared to the direct on-line computation, the computation burden is reduced by the explicit solution, thereby being suitable for real-time control of system with short sampling time. 展开更多

The control of time delay systems is still an open area for research. This paper proposes an enhanced model predictive discrete-time sliding mode control with a new sliding function for a linear system with state delay. Firstly, a new sliding function including a present value and a past value of the state, called dynamic surface, is designed by means of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Then, using this dynamic function and the rolling optimization method in the predictive control strategy, a discrete predictive sliding mode controller is synthesized. This new strategy is proposed to eliminate the undesirable effect of the delay term in the closed loop system. Also, the designed control strategy is more robust, and has a chattering reduction property and a faster convergence of the system s state. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed control. 展开更多

Clinical Effect of Predictive Nursing Mode in Hepatolithiasis Surgery

Objective: to explore and analyze the nursing effect of predictive nursing mode on patients undergoing hepatolithiasis surgery. Methods 50 cases of patients undergoing hepatolithiasis surgery in our hospital were taken as cases. The grouping was completed by the random number table method. The routine group provided routine care, and the observation group provided predictive care. The postoperative recovery of the patients was then compared. Results: the recovery rate of the observation group by predictive nursing was 93%, and the recovery rate of the conventional nursing group by routine nursing was 81%. The recovery rate of the two groups was significantly different (P < 0.05). Conclusion: predictive nursing can effectively improve the postoperative recovery rate of patients with hepatolithiasis operation, which is worthy of extensive clinical application. 展开更多

A predictive sliding mode control strategy is proposed, and a discrete-time reaching law is improved. By applying a predictive sliding surface and a reference trajectory, combining with the state feedback correction and rolling optimization method in the predictive control strategy, a predictive sliding mode controller is synthesized, which guarantees the asymptotic stability for the closed-loop systems. The designed control strategy has stronger robustness and chattering reduction property to conquer with the system uncertainties. In addition, a unique nonswitched sliding surface is designed. The reason is to avoid the repetitive jump of the trajectories of the state components of the closed-loop system between sliding surfaces because it might cause the possible instability. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed theory. 展开更多

The rate of successful prediction of locked modes is more than 90%. For intrinsic locked mode disruptions, the network can give a prewarning signal about 1 ms ahead of the locking-time. For the disruption caused by resonant magnetic perturbation (RMPs) locked modes, the network can give a prewarning signal about 10 ms ahead of the locking-time. 展开更多

The batch dyeing process is a typical nonlinear process with time-delay,where precise controlling of temperature plays a vital role on the dyeing quality.Because the accuracy and robustness of the commonly used proportion integration differentiation(PID) algorithm had been limited,a novel method was developed to precisely control the heating and cooling stages for batch dyeing process based on predictive sliding mode control(SMC) algorithm.Firstly,a special predictive sliding mode model was constructed according to the principle of generalized predictive control(GPC);secondly,an appropriate reference trajectory for SMC was designed based on the improved approaching law;finally,the predictive sliding mode model and the Diophantine equation were used to predict the output and then the optimized control law was derived using the generalized predictive law.This method combined GPC and the SMC with their respective advantages,so it could be applied to time-delay process,making the control system more robust.Simulation experiments show that this algorithm can well track the temperature variation for the batch dyeing process. 展开更多

针对质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)多时间尺度老化特性导致电压预测精度较低的问题,基于集成经验模态分解(EEMD)与循环系统优化(CSBO)方法,提出了一种并行回声状态网络(PESN)结构,提升了PEMFC的寿命预测精度。采用EEMD对原始电压信号进行... 针对质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)多时间尺度老化特性导致电压预测精度较低的问题,基于集成经验模态分解(EEMD)与循环系统优化(CSBO)方法,提出了一种并行回声状态网络(PESN)结构,提升了PEMFC的寿命预测精度。采用EEMD对原始电压信号进行模态分解,将不同时刻的历史数据及分解得到的不同频率信号作为ESN不同子蓄水池的并行输入,构建一种按权重分配叠加输出的并行ESN结构,利用CSBO优化并行ESN结构的相关参数,基于优化后的EPESN模型实现PEMFC未来数百小时输出电压的预测。在稳态和准动态70%的数据训练集下,EPESN比ESN的均方根误差分别降低了34.25%和47.41%。在动态1训练时长为300 h时,EPESN比ESN的均方根误差降低了15.30%。结果表明:EPESN结构能够提高PEMFC寿命的预测精度。 展开更多

针对传统分析方法识别效果差、数据依赖性强等问题,以既有试验数据为基础,建立矩形截面钢筋混凝土柱的数据库,应用K邻近、随机森林、支持向量机、梯度提升决策树、深度神经网络等机器学习算法,实现矩形柱破坏模式的有效识别与预测。借... 针对传统分析方法识别效果差、数据依赖性强等问题,以既有试验数据为基础,建立矩形截面钢筋混凝土柱的数据库,应用K邻近、随机森林、支持向量机、梯度提升决策树、深度神经网络等机器学习算法,实现矩形柱破坏模式的有效识别与预测。借助机器学习强大的自学习、自适应能力,精准预测钢筋混凝土矩形柱的破坏模式,并为震后结构的维修加固与损伤评估提供依据。结果表明:机器学习技术对弯曲破坏均有良好的识别效果,随机森林和梯度提升决策树算法的准确率和回归率均达到100%,可用于矩形柱弯曲破坏模式的精准预测;机器学习技术对于剪切破坏的识别效果差别不大,准确率均达66.67%,K邻近、支持向量机、梯度提升决策树的回归率最高,达到100%;对于弯剪破坏模式,随机森林和梯度提升决策树的准确率最高,达到83.33%,支持向量机的预测效果较差。 展开更多

对湖泊水质进行准确、高效的预测,对于保护水资源、维护生态平衡以及促进经济发展等方面都具有重要意义。为此提出了一种基于模态分解、多维特征选择、时间卷积网络(TCN)、自注意力机制、双向长短期神经网络(BiLSTM)和双向门控循环单元(... 对湖泊水质进行准确、高效的预测,对于保护水资源、维护生态平衡以及促进经济发展等方面都具有重要意义。为此提出了一种基于模态分解、多维特征选择、时间卷积网络(TCN)、自注意力机制、双向长短期神经网络(BiLSTM)和双向门控循环单元(BiGRU)的湖泊总氮(TN)组合预测模型。首先,采用变分模态分解将TN原始序列分解成不同频率的本征模态函数(IMF),以降低原始序列的复杂度和非平稳性;随后,通过随机森林算法为每个IMF选择相关性强的特征,将筛选出的特征矩阵输入到添加自注意力机制的TCN-BiLSTM混合网络中进行建模,充分提取数据中隐藏的关键时序信息;最后,为进一步提升模型预测精度,采用BiGRU网络学习残差序列的细节特征,将残差与模型预测结果融合得到最终的预测值。以鄱阳湖都昌监测站的水质数据为例进行试验分析,结果表明本文模型相比于其他模型对TN浓度预测效果提升明显,其平均绝对误差(MAE)、均方根误差(RMSE)和决定系数(R^(2))分别为0.03 mg/L、0.049 mg/L、0.992。 展开更多

在空天地多层次算力网络背景下,针对数字孪生逻辑靶场中因负载数据复杂性和非平稳特征带来的精准预测挑战,提出融合格拉姆转场(GAF)、卷积神经网络(CNN)、通道注意力机制的压缩与激励网络(SENet)和门控循环单元(GRU)的GCSG模型。GCSG模... 在空天地多层次算力网络背景下,针对数字孪生逻辑靶场中因负载数据复杂性和非平稳特征带来的精准预测挑战,提出融合格拉姆转场(GAF)、卷积神经网络(CNN)、通道注意力机制的压缩与激励网络(SENet)和门控循环单元(GRU)的GCSG模型。GCSG模型通过GAF将一维负载数据转换为二维图像,利用CNN提取局部特征,使用SENet优化特征重要性,采用GRU捕捉时序特征,实现了高效的特征融合和精准预测。此外,GCSG模型采用融合麻雀搜索算法(SSA)的变分模态分解(VMD)对负载数据进行平稳化处理,进一步提高了预测性能。实验结果表明,GCSG模型在不同数据长度下均表现出优异的预测精度和稳定性,且在多步预测任务中同样表现突出。因此,GCSG模型显著提升了负载数据的预测精度,为空天地算力网络中的数字孪生系统负载预测提供了强有力的解决方案。 展开更多

油纸绝缘系统发生局部放电和高温分解现象时通常伴随故障特征气体的产生,深入理解故障特征气体的生成机制与扩散规律对于油纸绝缘系统的故障预警和诊断具有重要意义。为此,该文首先介绍了油纸绝缘中气体的输运机理,分别阐述了油纸绝缘... 油纸绝缘系统发生局部放电和高温分解现象时通常伴随故障特征气体的产生,深入理解故障特征气体的生成机制与扩散规律对于油纸绝缘系统的故障预警和诊断具有重要意义。为此,该文首先介绍了油纸绝缘中气体的输运机理,分别阐述了油纸绝缘在电热故障下的气体生成机理、基于气液相间传质的气体溶解机理以及不同角度下的气体扩散机理。然后,以微观和宏观角度为切入点,综述了油纸绝缘中气体数值计算与仿真方法,包括分子模拟技术、多物理场耦合和计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)数值仿真模型。最后,从油纸绝缘的放电特性及其产气过程、气体的溶解过程和扩散过程3个方面,梳理了油纸绝缘系统中气体输运试验的研究成果,并分析了油中气体浓度预测模型的应用。目前,油纸绝缘中气体输运机理的研究仍面临如何完善气体输运机理、提高试验可靠性、增加仿真模型准确性、提升气体浓度预测精度等多重挑战。针对上述挑战,对多学科交叉、数据驱动与物理建模结合的气体输运机理研究作出展望。该文研究有助于提高油纸绝缘系统的检测和维护能力,为电力设备的智能化运维提供理论支持。 展开更多
