Theapproach involves two stages. Based on the assembly model, the components in the assembly can bedivided into partially constrained components and completely con-strained components in the firststage, and then geometric precedence relation for every component is generated automatically.According to the result of the first stage, the second stage determines and constructs allprecedence graphs. The precedence effect is a prerequisite for faithful sound localization in a complex auditory environment, and is a physiological phenomenon in which the auditory system selectively suppresses the directional informat...The precedence effect is a prerequisite for faithful sound localization in a complex auditory environment, and is a physiological phenomenon in which the auditory system selectively suppresses the directional information from echoes. Here we investigated how neurons in the inferior colliculus respond to the paired sounds that produce precedence-effect illusions, and whether their firing behavior can be modulated through inhibition with gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA). We recorded extracellularly from 36 neurons in rat inferior colliculus under three conditions: no injection, injection with saline, and injection with gamma-aminobutyric acid. The paired sounds that produced precedence effects were two identical 4-ms noise bursts, which were delivered contralaterally or ipsilaterally to the recording site. The normalized neural responses were measured as a function of different inter-stimulus delays and half-maximal interstimulus delays were acquired. Neuronal responses to the lagging sounds were weak when the inter-stimulus delay was short, but increased gradually as the delay was lengthened. Saline injection produced no changes in neural responses, but after local gamma-arninobutyric acid application, responses to the lagging stimulus were suppressed. Application of gamma-aminobutyric acid affected the normalized response to lagging sounds, independently of whether they or the paired sounds were contralateral or ipsilateral to the recording site. These observations suggest that local inhibition by gamma-aminobutyric acid in the rat inferior colliculus shapes the neural responses to lagging sounds, and modulates the precedence effect.展开更多

The UGVs are used as mobil...This paper addresses an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) path planning problem for a team of cooperating heterogeneous vehicles composed of one UAV and multiple unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs). The UGVs are used as mobile actuators and scattered in a large area. To achieve multi-UGV communication and collaboration, the UAV serves as a messenger to fly over all task points to collect the task information and then flies all UGVs to transmit the information about tasks and UGVs. The path planning of messenger UAV is formulated as a precedence-constrained dynamic Dubins traveling salesman problem with neighborhood (PDDTSPN). The goal of this problem is to find the shortest route enabling the UAV to fly over all task points and deliver information to all requested UGVs. When solving this path planning problem, a decoupling strategy is proposed to sequentially and rapidly determine the access sequence in which the UAV visits task points and UGVs as well as the access location of UAV in the com mu nication n eighborhood of each task point and each UGV. The effectiveness of the proposed approach is corroborated through computational experiments on randomly generated instances. The computational results on both small and large in stances dem on strate that the proposed approach can generate high-quality solutions in a reasonable time as compared with two other heuristic algorithms.展开更多

The lack of descriptions regarding the order of precedence between the local laws of cities with subordinate districts and the regulations of provincial governments in Legislation Law of the People's Republic of C...The lack of descriptions regarding the order of precedence between the local laws of cities with subordinate districts and the regulations of provincial governments in Legislation Law of the People's Republic of China(Legislation Law) has led to two divergent views. One holds that "the local laws of cities with subordinate districts should take precedence over the regulations of provincial governments," while the other supports the exact opposite. This is a value judgment issue in legislation. To reach a solution, we need to clarify the premises based on the characteristics of the laws in question so that a basic common ground can be established for discussion. The first premise for traditional legislation is that a law should be based on experience as well as logic; the second is that the experience of authority subjects, plus the three aspects of logic should outweigh the experience of social subjects, plus the three aspects of logic. With respect to postmodern legislation, the first premise is that experience should override logic, and the second is that the experience of the authority subject should take precedence over that of social subject, with no requirements for logical consistency. Since Legislation Law fal s into the category of postmodern legislation, according to the premises, the argument that the local laws of cities with subordinate districts should take precedence enjoys wider acceptance, but the view is logically challenged in terms of conceptual consistency, system consistency and principle consistency. This paper examines the yard truck scheduling,the yard location assignment for discharging containers,and the quay crane scheduling in container terminals.Taking into account the practical situation,we paid special at...This paper examines the yard truck scheduling,the yard location assignment for discharging containers,and the quay crane scheduling in container terminals.Taking into account the practical situation,we paid special attention to the loading and discharging precedence relationships between containers in the quay crane operations.A Mixed Integer Program(MIP) model is constructed,and a two-stage heuristic algorithm is proposed.In the first stage an Ant Colony Optimization(ACO) algorithm is employed to generate the yard location assignment for discharging containers.In the second stage,the integration of the yard truck scheduling and the quay crane scheduling is a flexible job shop problem,and an efficient greedy algorithm and a local search algorithm are proposed. Extensive numerical experiments are conducted to test the performance of the proposed algorithms.展开更多

The Han-shan and Shi-de story,which spread to Japan around the 11th century,has given rise to many literary works in later times.The Japanese picture book Kanzan and Jittoku by Nagamatsu Yōko and Komai Keiko is a goo...The Han-shan and Shi-de story,which spread to Japan around the 11th century,has given rise to many literary works in later times.The Japanese picture book Kanzan and Jittoku by Nagamatsu Yōko and Komai Keiko is a good example.However,the picture book,which serves as a window on the cultural resonance of the Han-shan and Shi-de story,has not received enough attention from researchers,compared with other forms of rewriting such as poetry,drama,or short stories.This article investigates the representation of Han-shan and Shi-de in the picture book,and examines how the authors have incorporated the preceding texts as raw material for their own.It is found that the transformation of Han-shan and Shi-de in the picture book stems from the authors’selective use of the preceding texts and their unique interpretation.LüQiuyin’s preface,Hakuin’s comments on Han-shan,as well as the authors’knowledge and experience are vital in shaping the characters.展开更多
目的探讨基于行动研究法的PRECEDE(predisposing,reinforcing and enabling constructs in educational diagnosis and evaluation)护理模式在重症心力衰竭合并糖尿病(heart failure-diabetes mellitus,HF-DM)患者中的护理效果。方法选...目的探讨基于行动研究法的PRECEDE(predisposing,reinforcing and enabling constructs in educational diagnosis and evaluation)护理模式在重症心力衰竭合并糖尿病(heart failure-diabetes mellitus,HF-DM)患者中的护理效果。方法选取2022年1月-2024年1月扬州大学附属医院收治的86例重症HF-DM患者,按照不同护理方式分为两组,每组43例。对照组采用常规护理模式,研究组采用基于行动研究法的PRECEDE护理模式。对比两组血糖水平、自我管理能力、护理满意度。结果护理后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均低于对照组,自我管理能力高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于行动研究法的PRECEDE护理模式应用在重症HF-DM患者中,不仅能有效控制患者的血糖水平,提高其自我管理能力,还能显著提升患者的护理满意度。展开更多
