Then a self-organizing competitive neural network is built. At last,a case study is conducted by taking practicing qualification personnel as an example. This scoping review explores the barriers and facilitators of EBP in this region. Objectives: To identify barriers and facilitators of EBP at individual, organisational, and extra organisational levels among physiotherapists in SSA. Methods: A comprehensive literature search was conducted across PubMed, Sabinet, BioMed Central, and Google Scholar. Seven studies from Ghana, Nigeria, Cameroon, Benin, Kenya, Zimbabwe and South Africa met the inclusion criteria. Results: Key barriers at the practitioner level included lack of time, insufficient knowledge of EBP, limited access to information resources, and inadequate research skills. Facilitators comprised positive attitudes toward EBP and a desire for further knowledge. At the organisational level, resource unavailability emerged as a major barrier. Notably, no studies addressed extra organisational factors. Conclusion: This review highlights critical barriers and facilitators of EBP among SSA physiotherapists and emphasises the need for further research on extra organisational influences. Addressing systemic challenges is essential for enhancing physiotherapist engagement in EBP, ultimately improving patient care and outcomes in sub-Saharan Africa.展开更多
Objective:To describe the implementation of evidence-based practice(EBP)and identify the associated factors among clinical nurses working at an oncology hospital in Central Vietnam.Methods:A cross-sectional study was ...Objective:To describe the implementation of evidence-based practice(EBP)and identify the associated factors among clinical nurses working at an oncology hospital in Central Vietnam.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted with 190 clinical nurses recruited from an oncology hospital in Central Vietnam.The self-administered Evidence-Based Practice Questionnaire(EBPQ)was employed to assess the nurses'knowledge/skills,attitudes,and implementation of EBP.Data analysis utilized descriptive statistics,the Mann-Whitney test,the Kruskal-Wallis test,and Spearman's rho correlation.Results:The mean total score for EBP implementation among the nurses was 29.52(SD=7.14)out of 42 scores.The most frequently undertaken activity was sharing evidence with colleagues,whereas finding relevant evidence was the least performed.The level of EBP implementation significantly varied based on the nurses'role types and their participation in related courses(P<0.05).Moreover,a strong positive correlation was observed between EBP implementation and both knowledge/skills(r=0.703,P<0.001)and attitudes toward EBP(r=0.536,P<0.001).Conclusions:The implementation of EBP by oncology nurses is generally moderate and is significantly positively correlated with their knowledge/skills and attitudes toward EBP.These findings underscore the importance of enhancing educational programs and facilitating suppor tive institutional policies to fur ther encourage the adoption of EBP among nurses.展开更多

In the pre-biologic era,immunomodulators such as azathioprine,6-mercaptopurine,and methotrexate(MTX)were widely used as first-line maintenance therapies in Crohn’s disease.However,in the current era shaped by biologi...In the pre-biologic era,immunomodulators such as azathioprine,6-mercaptopurine,and methotrexate(MTX)were widely used as first-line maintenance therapies in Crohn’s disease.However,in the current era shaped by biologics,their role has shifted toward adjunctive use,primarily in combination with anti-tumor necrosis factor agents to reduce immunogenicity.Amid growing concerns about thiopurine-associated risks,MTX is receiving renewed attention for its favorable safety profile;however,this agent remains inconsistently utilized in gastroenterology despite its frontline status in rheumatology.This discrepancy was highlighted in a recent nationwide survey by Bonnaud et al published in the World Journal of Gastroenterology,which offers timely insights into MTX prescribing behaviors among French gastroenterologists.Although 71%of respondents reported using MTX,primarily via subcutaneous injection,it is still perceived as a secondary choice after thiopurines.Importantly,this underuse appears to be driven more by clinical inertia and limited guidance rather than by lack of efficacy or safety concerns.Clinicians increasingly recognize the value of MTX,particularly in patients with joint involvement,Epstein-Barr virus negativity,or increased malignancy risk.Notably,even non-prescribers viewed the drug favorably,suggesting that usage barriers may be modifiable.In light of evolving treatment goals that prioritize safety,cost-effectiveness,and individualized care,this editorial argues that MTX should no longer be viewed as a fallback but as a strategic first-line option in well-defined high-risk populations.The survey underscores a persistent gap between guidelines and real-world practice,reinforcing the urgent need for clearer algorithms and education to support the repositioning of MTX in modern Crohn’s disease management.展开更多

Objectives This study aimed to compare the effectiveness of the semi-virtual simulation and traditional simulation teaching models based on the Standards of Best Practice(SOBP)according to the International Nursing As...Objectives This study aimed to compare the effectiveness of the semi-virtual simulation and traditional simulation teaching models based on the Standards of Best Practice(SOBP)according to the International Nursing Association for Clinical Simulation and Learning(INACSL)in the Adult Nursing course.Methods This study used a quasi-experimental design.A total of 94 third-year nursing students from a university in Beijing between November and December 2022 were recruited as participants.An innovative semi-virtual simulation teaching model was designed based on the SOBP established by the INACSL.In the Adult Nursing course,both the semi-virtual and traditional simulation teaching models were implemented.At the end of the simulation sessions,participants completed the Chinese version of the Simulation Effectiveness Tool-Modified(SET-M)to assess the effectiveness of the two teaching models.Results All nursing students completed the simulation sessions.There was no difference(t=−0.93,P=0.353)in the total scores between the semi-virtual simulation teaching model(50.87±5.30)and the traditional simulation teaching model(50.37±5.16).However,there was a statistically significant difference(t=−2.65,P=0.010)in the prebriefing section(semi-virtual simulation:5.60±0.71;traditional simulation:5.33±0.78).In contrast,no statistically significant differences were found for the scenario and debriefing sections(P>0.05).At the individual item level,statistical differences(P<0.05)between the two models were identified for items 1 and 9,but not for the remaining items(P>0.05).By analyzing the open-ended question,it was found that both simulation models were effective,and students’comments were similar.Conclusions The study demonstrated equivalent effectiveness between the semi-virtual and traditional simulation teaching models.Semi-virtual simulation teaching model could offer a more flexible and feasible approach to simulation teaching.展开更多

Objective:To understand the current awareness and willingness to learn about the use of out-of-hospital automated external defibrillators(AEDs)in Deyang City,providing a basis for improving the success rate of rescue ...Objective:To understand the current awareness and willingness to learn about the use of out-of-hospital automated external defibrillators(AEDs)in Deyang City,providing a basis for improving the success rate of rescue operations.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among residents in Deyang City from January 2025 to October 2025,covering residents’basic information,awareness of AED-related knowledge,and attitudes towards AED usage.Results:A total of 1,886 questionnaires were collected,with 1,823 valid questionnaires,yielding an effective rate of 96.66%.Among the 1,823 respondents,692(37.96%)had received cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)-related learning or training,619(33.96%)could accurately describe the name of an AED,417(22.87%)could clearly describe the function of an AED,and 308(16.89%)could accurately describe how to use an AED.Among them,1,549(84.97%)were willing to provide assistance to patients experiencing cardiac arrest;1,731(94.95%)were willing to provide assistance under the premise of knowing how to use an AED;and 1,750(95.99%)were willing to learn about AED-related knowledge.Among the 91 individuals unwilling to provide rescue,75 responded with reasons.Among them,36 cases(48.00%)were reluctant to rescue due to a lack of relevant first aid knowledge,32 cases(42.67%)expressed concerns about exacerbating the patient’s condition due to improper operation,and 4 cases(5.33%)were unwilling to interact with strangers due to personal reasons.Conclusion:Currently,residents in Deyang City have limited knowledge about AEDs but demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and apply them.Measures need to be taken to enhance their understanding and application of AEDs.展开更多

Black soils represent only one-sixth of the global arable land area but play an important role in maintaining world food security due to their high fertility and gigantic potential for food production.With the ongoing...Black soils represent only one-sixth of the global arable land area but play an important role in maintaining world food security due to their high fertility and gigantic potential for food production.With the ongoing intensification of agricultural practices and negative natural factors,black soils are confronting enhanced degradation.The holistic overview of black soil degradation and the underlying mechanisms for soil health improvement will be key for agricultural sustainability and food security.In this review,the current status and driving factors of soil degradation in the four major black soil regions of the world are summarized,and effective measures for black soil conservation are proposed.The Northeast Plain of China is the research hotspot with 41.5%of the published studies related to black soil degradation,despite its relatively short history of agricultural reclamation,followed by the East European Plain(28.3%),the Great Plains of North America(20.7%),and the Pampas of South American(7.9%).Among the main types of soil degradation,soil erosion and soil fertility decline(especially organic matter loss)have been reported as the most common problems,with 27.6%and 39.4%of the published studies,respectively.In addition to the natural influences of climate and topography,human activities have been reported to have great influences on the degradation of black soils globally.Unsustainable farming practices and excess in agrochemical applications are common factors reported to accelerate the degradation process and threaten the sustainable use of black soils.Global efforts for black soil conservation and utilization should focus on standardizing evaluation criteria including real-time monitoring and the measures of prevention and restoration for sustainable management.International cooperation in technology and policy is crucial for overcoming the challenges and thus achieving the protection,sustainable use,and management of global black soil resources.展开更多
Both straw incorporation and irrigation practices affect biological nitrogen(N)fixation(BNF),but it is still unclear how straw incorporation impacts BNF under continuous(CFI)or intermittent(IFI)flooding irrigation in ...Both straw incorporation and irrigation practices affect biological nitrogen(N)fixation(BNF),but it is still unclear how straw incorporation impacts BNF under continuous(CFI)or intermittent(IFI)flooding irrigation in a rice cropping system.A15N2-labeling chamber system was placed in a rice field to evaluate BNF with straw incorporation under CFI or IFI for 90 d.The nif H(gene encoding the nitrogenase reductase subunit)DNA and c DNA in soil were amplified using real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction,and high-throughput sequencing was applied to the nif H gene.The total fixed N in the straw incorporation treatment was 14.3 kg ha^(-1)under CFI,being 116%higher than that under IFI(6.62 kg ha^(-1)).Straw incorporation and CFI showed significant interactive effects on the total fixed N and abundances of nif H DNA and c DNA.The increase in BNF was mainly due to the increase in the abundances of heterotrophic diazotrophs such as Desulfovibrio,Azonexus,and Azotobacter.These results indicated that straw incorporation stimulated BNF under CFI relative to IFI,which might ultimately lead to a rapid enhancement of soil fertility.展开更多
BACKGROUND Ischemic bowel disease(IBD)is a critical condition caused by reduced blood flow to the intestines,leading to tissue damage and potentially severe complications.Early recognition and timely management are es...BACKGROUND Ischemic bowel disease(IBD)is a critical condition caused by reduced blood flow to the intestines,leading to tissue damage and potentially severe complications.Early recognition and timely management are essential for improving patient outcomes and reducing morbidity and mortality associated with IBD.AIM To evaluate the knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)of healthcare professionals regarding IBD.METHODS This cross-sectional study was conducted among healthcare professionals in China from November 2023 to December 2023 using a self-designed questionnaire.RESULTS A total of 315 valid questionnaires were analyzed,with 215 participants(68.25%)being female.The mean KAP scores were 17.55±5.35(range:0-24),27.65±2.77(range:8-40),and 18.88±4.23(range:6-30),respectively.Multivariate linear regression analysis revealed the following factors to be independently associated with knowledge:Age 26-35 years(β=2.80,95%CI:0.31-5.30,P=0.028),professional title(β=2.66,95%CI:0.91-4.41,P=0.003),position(β=-3.78,95%CI:-5.45 to-2.11,P<0.001),participation in IBD-related training(β=3.45,95%CI:2.39-4.51,P<0.001),and admission of more than five IBD cases in the past month(β=3.25,95%CI:1.58-4.92,P<0.001).Attitude was independently associated with knowledge(β=0.20,95%CI:0.15-0.26,P<0.001)and being a nurse or nursing supervisor(β=-1.30,95%CI:-2.16 to-0.40,P=0.003).Practice was independently associated with knowledge(β=0.20,95%CI:0.10-0.30,P<0.001)and attitude(β=0.24,95%CI:0.06-0.42,P=0.007).Structural equation modeling demonstrated direct effects of knowledge on attitude(β=0.24,P<0.001)and practice(β=0.26,P<0.001),as well as of attitude on practice(β=0.22,P=0.012).CONCLUSION Healthcare professionals demonstrated adequate knowledge but moderate attitude and inactive practice regarding IBD.Addressing the gaps in attitude and practice through targeted training programs and interventions is essential for improving patient care and outcomes.展开更多
BACKGROUND Breast cancer is one of the most prevalent causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide,presenting an increasing public health challenge,particularly in lowincome and middle-income countries.However,data on ...BACKGROUND Breast cancer is one of the most prevalent causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide,presenting an increasing public health challenge,particularly in lowincome and middle-income countries.However,data on the knowledge,attitudes,and preventive practices regarding breast cancer and the associated factors among females in Wollo,Ethiopia,remain limited.AIM To assess the impact of family history(FH)of breast disease on knowledge,attitudes,and breast cancer preventive practices among reproductive-age females.METHODS A community-based cross-sectional study was conducted in May and June 2022 in Northeast Ethiopia and involved 143 reproductive-age females with FH of breast diseases and 209 without such a history.We selected participants using the systematic random sampling technique.We analyzed the data using Statistical Package for Social Science version 25 software,and logistic regression analysis was employed to determine odds ratios for variable associations,with statistical significance set at P<0.05.RESULTS Among participants with FH of breast diseases,the levels of knowledge,attitudes,and preventive practices were found to be 83.9%[95%confidence interval(CI):77.9-89.9],49.0%(95%CI:40.8-57.1),and 74.1%(95%CI:66.9-81.3),respectively.In contrast,among those without FH of breast diseases,these levels were significantly decreased to 10.5%(95%CI:6.4-14.7),32.1%(95%CI:25.7-38.4),and 16.7%(95%CI:11.7-21.8),respectively.This study also indicated that knowledge,attitudes,and preventive practices related to breast cancer are significantly higher among participants with FH of breast diseases compared to those without HF breast diseases.CONCLUSION Educational status,monthly income,and community health insurance were identified as significant factors associated with the levels of knowledge,attitudes,and preventive practices regarding breast cancer among reproductive-age females.展开更多

文摘In the pre-biologic era,immunomodulators such as azathioprine,6-mercaptopurine,and methotrexate(MTX)were widely used as first-line maintenance therapies in Crohn’s disease.However,in the current era shaped by biologics,their role has shifted toward adjunctive use,primarily in combination with anti-tumor necrosis factor agents to reduce immunogenicity.Amid growing concerns about thiopurine-associated risks,MTX is receiving renewed attention for its favorable safety profile;however,this agent remains inconsistently utilized in gastroenterology despite its frontline status in rheumatology.This discrepancy was highlighted in a recent nationwide survey by Bonnaud et al published in the World Journal of Gastroenterology,which offers timely insights into MTX prescribing behaviors among French gastroenterologists.Although 71%of respondents reported using MTX,primarily via subcutaneous injection,it is still perceived as a secondary choice after thiopurines.Importantly,this underuse appears to be driven more by clinical inertia and limited guidance rather than by lack of efficacy or safety concerns.Clinicians increasingly recognize the value of MTX,particularly in patients with joint involvement,Epstein-Barr virus negativity,or increased malignancy risk.Notably,even non-prescribers viewed the drug favorably,suggesting that usage barriers may be modifiable.In light of evolving treatment goals that prioritize safety,cost-effectiveness,and individualized care,this editorial argues that MTX should no longer be viewed as a fallback but as a strategic first-line option in well-defined high-risk populations.The survey underscores a persistent gap between guidelines and real-world practice,reinforcing the urgent need for clearer algorithms and education to support the repositioning of MTX in modern Crohn’s disease management.

文摘Objectives This study aimed to compare the effectiveness of the semi-virtual simulation and traditional simulation teaching models based on the Standards of Best Practice(SOBP)according to the International Nursing Association for Clinical Simulation and Learning(INACSL)in the Adult Nursing course.Methods This study used a quasi-experimental design.A total of 94 third-year nursing students from a university in Beijing between November and December 2022 were recruited as participants.An innovative semi-virtual simulation teaching model was designed based on the SOBP established by the INACSL.In the Adult Nursing course,both the semi-virtual and traditional simulation teaching models were implemented.At the end of the simulation sessions,participants completed the Chinese version of the Simulation Effectiveness Tool-Modified(SET-M)to assess the effectiveness of the two teaching models.Results All nursing students completed the simulation sessions.There was no difference(t=−0.93,P=0.353)in the total scores between the semi-virtual simulation teaching model(50.87±5.30)and the traditional simulation teaching model(50.37±5.16).However,there was a statistically significant difference(t=−2.65,P=0.010)in the prebriefing section(semi-virtual simulation:5.60±0.71;traditional simulation:5.33±0.78).In contrast,no statistically significant differences were found for the scenario and debriefing sections(P>0.05).At the individual item level,statistical differences(P<0.05)between the two models were identified for items 1 and 9,but not for the remaining items(P>0.05).By analyzing the open-ended question,it was found that both simulation models were effective,and students’comments were similar.Conclusions The study demonstrated equivalent effectiveness between the semi-virtual and traditional simulation teaching models.Semi-virtual simulation teaching model could offer a more flexible and feasible approach to simulation teaching.

文摘Guided by the significant theoretical principle of the“Two Integrations”and grounded in Marxist cultural theory as its methodological basis,this paper constructs a bidirectional interpretative model linking“Yellow River Culture”with“Cultural Confidence”.It proposes an integrated“Objective-Content-Path-Support”framework.Through the synergy of three-dimensional objectives,adaptation of stratified content,innovation in four-dimensional pathways,and support from a three-dimensional guarantee system,this framework establishes a closed-loop operational mechanism of“Curriculum-Practice-Evaluation-Feedback”.The study focuses on core issues in integrating Yellow River culture into university education practices,such as content construction,methodological pathways,and institutional guarantees.It aims to provide a systematic reference for universities to fulfill their fundamental task of“fostering virtue and cultivating talent”and to serve the national strategies for ecological protection and high-quality development in the Yellow River Basin.
文摘Particle-and droplet-laden flows are central to many problems in mechanics and transport.They occur in sedimentladen boundary layers,gas-solid and gas-liquid dispersions,and surface-water films driven by external forcing.They also underpin practical applications ranging from environmental transport to high-speed and aerothermal systems.Despite decades of progress,prediction remains difficult.The physics spans a wide range of scales and often couples turbulence,interphase momentum exchange,collisions,and interfacial transport.Reliable computation therefore requires both robust numerical methodology and careful physical interpretation.
文摘Objective:To understand the current awareness and willingness to learn about the use of out-of-hospital automated external defibrillators(AEDs)in Deyang City,providing a basis for improving the success rate of rescue operations.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among residents in Deyang City from January 2025 to October 2025,covering residents’basic information,awareness of AED-related knowledge,and attitudes towards AED usage.Results:A total of 1,886 questionnaires were collected,with 1,823 valid questionnaires,yielding an effective rate of 96.66%.Among the 1,823 respondents,692(37.96%)had received cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)-related learning or training,619(33.96%)could accurately describe the name of an AED,417(22.87%)could clearly describe the function of an AED,and 308(16.89%)could accurately describe how to use an AED.Among them,1,549(84.97%)were willing to provide assistance to patients experiencing cardiac arrest;1,731(94.95%)were willing to provide assistance under the premise of knowing how to use an AED;and 1,750(95.99%)were willing to learn about AED-related knowledge.Among the 91 individuals unwilling to provide rescue,75 responded with reasons.Among them,36 cases(48.00%)were reluctant to rescue due to a lack of relevant first aid knowledge,32 cases(42.67%)expressed concerns about exacerbating the patient’s condition due to improper operation,and 4 cases(5.33%)were unwilling to interact with strangers due to personal reasons.Conclusion:Currently,residents in Deyang City have limited knowledge about AEDs but demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and apply them.Measures need to be taken to enhance their understanding and application of AEDs.

文摘This paper presents the results and analysis from an interview study conducted with practitioners of architectural regionalism in India.The interviews sought to gain indepth understanding of the strategies,mechanisms,and tools they employ to realize contextualized architecture that responds to local needs and potential.A sample composed of nine eminent Indian architects who regularly integrate the ideas of critical regionalism in their designs is selected and subsequently interviewed with regard to the varied aspects of their architectural practice.Findings are useful for practitioners and scholars of contemporary architecture in India for understanding the means employed by leading regionalist architects,while placing their work in the context of local building traditions,urban landscape,sociocultural conditions,technology,and climate.

文摘Black soils represent only one-sixth of the global arable land area but play an important role in maintaining world food security due to their high fertility and gigantic potential for food production.With the ongoing intensification of agricultural practices and negative natural factors,black soils are confronting enhanced degradation.The holistic overview of black soil degradation and the underlying mechanisms for soil health improvement will be key for agricultural sustainability and food security.In this review,the current status and driving factors of soil degradation in the four major black soil regions of the world are summarized,and effective measures for black soil conservation are proposed.The Northeast Plain of China is the research hotspot with 41.5%of the published studies related to black soil degradation,despite its relatively short history of agricultural reclamation,followed by the East European Plain(28.3%),the Great Plains of North America(20.7%),and the Pampas of South American(7.9%).Among the main types of soil degradation,soil erosion and soil fertility decline(especially organic matter loss)have been reported as the most common problems,with 27.6%and 39.4%of the published studies,respectively.In addition to the natural influences of climate and topography,human activities have been reported to have great influences on the degradation of black soils globally.Unsustainable farming practices and excess in agrochemical applications are common factors reported to accelerate the degradation process and threaten the sustainable use of black soils.Global efforts for black soil conservation and utilization should focus on standardizing evaluation criteria including real-time monitoring and the measures of prevention and restoration for sustainable management.International cooperation in technology and policy is crucial for overcoming the challenges and thus achieving the protection,sustainable use,and management of global black soil resources.

文摘Both straw incorporation and irrigation practices affect biological nitrogen(N)fixation(BNF),but it is still unclear how straw incorporation impacts BNF under continuous(CFI)or intermittent(IFI)flooding irrigation in a rice cropping system.A15N2-labeling chamber system was placed in a rice field to evaluate BNF with straw incorporation under CFI or IFI for 90 d.The nif H(gene encoding the nitrogenase reductase subunit)DNA and c DNA in soil were amplified using real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction,and high-throughput sequencing was applied to the nif H gene.The total fixed N in the straw incorporation treatment was 14.3 kg ha^(-1)under CFI,being 116%higher than that under IFI(6.62 kg ha^(-1)).Straw incorporation and CFI showed significant interactive effects on the total fixed N and abundances of nif H DNA and c DNA.The increase in BNF was mainly due to the increase in the abundances of heterotrophic diazotrophs such as Desulfovibrio,Azonexus,and Azotobacter.These results indicated that straw incorporation stimulated BNF under CFI relative to IFI,which might ultimately lead to a rapid enhancement of soil fertility.
文摘BACKGROUND Ischemic bowel disease(IBD)is a critical condition caused by reduced blood flow to the intestines,leading to tissue damage and potentially severe complications.Early recognition and timely management are essential for improving patient outcomes and reducing morbidity and mortality associated with IBD.AIM To evaluate the knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)of healthcare professionals regarding IBD.METHODS This cross-sectional study was conducted among healthcare professionals in China from November 2023 to December 2023 using a self-designed questionnaire.RESULTS A total of 315 valid questionnaires were analyzed,with 215 participants(68.25%)being female.The mean KAP scores were 17.55±5.35(range:0-24),27.65±2.77(range:8-40),and 18.88±4.23(range:6-30),respectively.Multivariate linear regression analysis revealed the following factors to be independently associated with knowledge:Age 26-35 years(β=2.80,95%CI:0.31-5.30,P=0.028),professional title(β=2.66,95%CI:0.91-4.41,P=0.003),position(β=-3.78,95%CI:-5.45 to-2.11,P<0.001),participation in IBD-related training(β=3.45,95%CI:2.39-4.51,P<0.001),and admission of more than five IBD cases in the past month(β=3.25,95%CI:1.58-4.92,P<0.001).Attitude was independently associated with knowledge(β=0.20,95%CI:0.15-0.26,P<0.001)and being a nurse or nursing supervisor(β=-1.30,95%CI:-2.16 to-0.40,P=0.003).Practice was independently associated with knowledge(β=0.20,95%CI:0.10-0.30,P<0.001)and attitude(β=0.24,95%CI:0.06-0.42,P=0.007).Structural equation modeling demonstrated direct effects of knowledge on attitude(β=0.24,P<0.001)and practice(β=0.26,P<0.001),as well as of attitude on practice(β=0.22,P=0.012).CONCLUSION Healthcare professionals demonstrated adequate knowledge but moderate attitude and inactive practice regarding IBD.Addressing the gaps in attitude and practice through targeted training programs and interventions is essential for improving patient care and outcomes.
文摘BACKGROUND Breast cancer is one of the most prevalent causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide,presenting an increasing public health challenge,particularly in lowincome and middle-income countries.However,data on the knowledge,attitudes,and preventive practices regarding breast cancer and the associated factors among females in Wollo,Ethiopia,remain limited.AIM To assess the impact of family history(FH)of breast disease on knowledge,attitudes,and breast cancer preventive practices among reproductive-age females.METHODS A community-based cross-sectional study was conducted in May and June 2022 in Northeast Ethiopia and involved 143 reproductive-age females with FH of breast diseases and 209 without such a history.We selected participants using the systematic random sampling technique.We analyzed the data using Statistical Package for Social Science version 25 software,and logistic regression analysis was employed to determine odds ratios for variable associations,with statistical significance set at P<0.05.RESULTS Among participants with FH of breast diseases,the levels of knowledge,attitudes,and preventive practices were found to be 83.9%[95%confidence interval(CI):77.9-89.9],49.0%(95%CI:40.8-57.1),and 74.1%(95%CI:66.9-81.3),respectively.In contrast,among those without FH of breast diseases,these levels were significantly decreased to 10.5%(95%CI:6.4-14.7),32.1%(95%CI:25.7-38.4),and 16.7%(95%CI:11.7-21.8),respectively.This study also indicated that knowledge,attitudes,and preventive practices related to breast cancer are significantly higher among participants with FH of breast diseases compared to those without HF breast diseases.CONCLUSION Educational status,monthly income,and community health insurance were identified as significant factors associated with the levels of knowledge,attitudes,and preventive practices regarding breast cancer among reproductive-age females.

文摘Fast and accurate transient stability analysis is crucial to power system operation.With high penetration level of wind power resources,practical dynamic security region(PDSR)with hyper plane expression has outstanding advantages in situational awareness and series of optimization problems.The precondition of obtaining accurate PDSR boundary is to locate sufficient points around the boundary(critical points).Therefore,this paper proposes a space division and Wasserstein generative adversarial network with gra-dient penalty(WGAN-GP)based fast generation method of PDSR boundary.First,the typical differential topological characterizations of dynamic security region(DSR)provide strong theoretical foundation that the interior of DSR is hole-free and the boundaries of DSR are tight and knot-free.Then,the space division method is proposed to calculate critical operation area where the PDSR boundary is located,tremen-dously compressing the search space to locate critical points and improving the confidence level of boundary fitting result.Furthermore,the WGAN-GP model is utilized to fast obtain large number of criti-cal points based on learning the data distribution of the small training set aforementioned.Finally,the PDSR boundary with hyperplanes is fitted by the least square method.The case study is tested on the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers(IEEE)39-bus system and the results verify the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method.
