Practical jurisprudence is a completely new proposition in legal education and research.The introduction of the concept of“practical jurisprudence”in the teaching of the Civil Procedure Law of the People’s Republic of China(the“Civil Procedure Law”)is a major innovation in terms of values and methodology.Practical jurisprudence focuses more on practical issues,Chinese characteristics,and major needs,while strengthening the practical nature of the Civil Procedure Law.China’s traditional education system for juris masters(for non-law graduates)(“non-law JMs”)emphasizes the development of foundational legal theoretical knowledge.However,it has not fully achieved its goal of cultivating interdisciplinary and practical legal professionals.Therefore,the traditional education system for the Civil Procedure Law needs reconstruction and supplementation through the practical jurisprudence teaching system in the following areas:(a)System composition:The focus should be on the eight tertiary subsystems under the two secondary subsystems—“the knowledge teaching system and the practical teaching system”of practical jurisprudence in the Civil Procedure Law,as well as the management of their interrelationships.(b)Credit structure:The proportion of credits for“practical teaching and training”should be increased.(c)Practical ability requirements:Legal professionals should be cultivated according to the standards for juris masters(for law graduates)as stipulated by the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Academic Degrees.(d)Practice evaluation:“Formalization of the evaluations,”“homogeneity of the evaluators,”and“reliance on written formats”should be avoided. 展开更多

Under the background of information technology in education,there is insufficient integration of technological knowledge,pedagogical knowledge,and subject content knowledge in the teaching of propositions in high school mathematics.Teachers mostly equate information technology with multimedia presentations,and students often memorize formulas mechanically,which leads to difficulties in the application of complex propositions.In this study,we take“the cosine formula of the difference between two angles”as an example.Based on the TPACK framework,we use contextual teaching and geometric drawing board demonstration to integrate subject content,pedagogical knowledge,and technological knowledge in teaching design and practice.It is found that by dynamically displaying the derivation process of the formula and guiding students to explore independently,it can help them understand the logic of the formula and improve their application ability.This study provides a paradigm for teaching propositions in high school mathematics and suggests that the TPACK framework can facilitate knowledge integration and cultivate students’mathematical literacy such as problem posing and creative inquiry,which is of great significance for teaching practice. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the application effectiveness of the“Six-Step”Scenario-Based Teaching Method in operating room nursing education.Methods:Seventy nursing students undergoing clinical training in the operating room of a certain hospital from January 2024 to June 2025 were selected.They were randomly divided into an observation group(n=35)and a control group(n=35)using a random number table.The control group received traditional“mentor-apprentice”on-the-job training,while the observation group underwent the“six-step”scenario-based teaching method.The two groups were compared on final assessment scores,comprehensive competency,surgical nursing emergency response ability,and teaching satisfaction indicators.Results:The observation group achieved significantly higher final assessment scores(85.54±5.05)than the control group(78.63±4.75);After instruction,the observation group scored significantly higher than the control group in:mastery of basic duties and procedures(4.22±0.30 vs.3.98±0.30),understanding of surgical nursing essentials(4.39±0.19 vs.3.98±0.30),proficiency in surgical assistance(4.11±0.33 vs.3.98±0.30),aseptic awareness(4.32±0.24 vs.3.98±0.30),risk awareness(4.22±0.17 vs.3.98±0.30),and occupational safety awareness(4.01±0.23 vs.3.98±0.30).(4.01±0.23),which were significantly higher than the control group’s scores(3.36±0.28),(3.14±0.27),(3.29±0.24),(3.53±0.36),(3.17±0.25),and(3.51±0.18),respectively.Students in the observation group scored significantly higher than the control group in emergency hands-on skills(24.53±1.85 points),surgical coordination skills(27.65±1.87 points),emergency coordination skills(25.34±1.83 points),and patient condition observation skills(24.34±1.79 points)were significantly higher than those of the control group(20.78±1.74 points,26.31±1.95 points,22.92±1.69 points,and 21.58±1.77 points,respectively).The satisfaction rate with operating room nursing education among students in the observation group(97.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.00%).All differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:The“Six-Step”Scenario-Based Teaching Method effectively enhances operating room students’mastery of theoretical knowledge,practical skills,and core comprehensive abilities,while significantly improving their teaching satisfaction.It warrants promotion and application in operating room nursing education. 展开更多

The present study aims to explore the implementation pathway for practical teaching of basic clinical puncture procedures under the guidance of point-of-care ultrasound(POCUS).The goal of the study is twofold:firstly,to address the shortcomings of the current medical education model and,secondly,to enhance medical students’independent thinking abilities and clinical diagnostic skills.The study enrolled 87 clinical medicine interns rotating at Jiangning Hospital in Nanjing from January to December 2024,dividing them into an experimental group(receiving ultrasound-guided puncture procedure training)and a control group(receiving conventional puncture procedure training).It was evident that both groups had successfully completed the requisite two-hour comprehensive course training program.A subsequent analysis of the teaching outcomes was then conducted through intergroup comparison.The findings indicated that the experimental group exhibited lower DOPS assessment scores in comparison to the control group(4.91±1.01 vs.5.84±1.22,p<0.05).However,the satisfaction levels of the experimental group with the teaching method reached 95.45%.This finding indicates that ultrasound-guided puncture techniques may offer a substantial advantage in terms of pedagogical approaches.However,it should be noted that students in the experimental group faced challenges such as high operational complexity and the need to pay attention to numerous details during actual procedures,leading to lower assessment scores.Conducting a systematic analysis of these issues can provide clear directions for the optimization of teaching methods in the future,thereby enhancing students’learning outcomes and clinical application capabilities. 展开更多

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,deep learning,as one of its core technologies,occupies an important position in the cultivation of applied talents.Based on the concept of integration of industry and education,this paper proposes a systematic teaching reform plan to address the issues of disconnection between theory and practice,single teaching methods,and insufficient practical resources in the deep learning courses for professional master’s students at our university.Through deep cooperation with Huawei Cloud Technologies Co.,Ltd.,we introduce cutting-edge theoretical content(such as GoogleNet,ResNet,Transformer,BERT,etc.),update practical cases(covering computer vision,natural language processing,and smart manufacturing),and adopt a case-led comprehensive teaching method combined with the online and offline hybrid practical platform ModelArts to promote the close integration of theory and practice.Simultaneously,a diversified evaluation system with practice as the core is constructed to comprehensively assess students’practical abilities and project execution levels.The research in this paper provides a valuable reference for the innovation of teaching modes and the cultivation of practical abilities in deep learning courses in higher education institutions. 展开更多
