The valuable information contained in these data means a lot for power grid operating management, but at present there is no special method for the management of operating data resource. This paper introduces the operating analysis and data mining system for power grid dispatching. The technique of data warehousing online analytical processing has been used to manage and analysis the great capacity of data. This analysis system is based on the real-time data of the power grid to dig out the potential rule of the power grid operating. This system also provides a research platform for the dispatchers, help to improve the JIT (Just in Time) management of power system. 展开更多

To reduce the stress of data transmission and storage for power quality (PQ) in smart distribution systems and help PQ analysis, a multichannel data compression based on iterative PCA (principal component analysis) algorithm is introduced. The proposed method uses PCA to reduce the redundancy of data to achieve the purpose of compressing data. In order to improve the calculating speed, an iterative method is proposed to compute the principal components of the covariance matrix. The correctness and feasibility of the proposed method are verified by field PQ data tests. Compared with discrete wavelet transform (DWT) method, the proposed method has good performance on compression ratio and reconstruction accuracy. 展开更多

Deployment of a hybrid power system is expected in places outside the normal distribution network. For the further research and improvements it is necessary to know in detail the power flow from various sources to the load or to storage battery depending on different seasons. The paper presents data analysis results computed by application developed for detailed analysis of power flows within hybrid power system. Developed application analyses the data from the monitoring system. Data has been acquired and recorded within last year. This data is visualized as power flows in the individual hybrid power system circuits. Together with electrical power the effectiveness and performance parameters of rectifier and DC/AC converter are evaluated. A relative effectiveness assessment based on a improving data envelopment analysis is adopted to select the initial units to be started, genetic algorithms are employed to solve the knapsack problem to determine the most reasonable units be started at the current time. Compared to the previous system, it has a higher sampling rate and an improved simultaneity performance. It also improves the data collection method and sensor design for the measurement of Faraday voltages and Faraday currents. The system has been successfully used in many regular MHD generator tests. The operational characteristics of grid-connected PV systems are coincided with gray theory application conditions. A gray theory model has been applied in short-term forecast of grid-connected photovoltaic system. The verification model of the probability of small error will help to check the accuracy of the gray forecast results. This research paper has provided the methodology and design for implementing the hybrid author recommender system using Azure Data Lake Analytics and Power BI. It offers a recommendation for the top 1000 Authors of computer science in different fields of study. The technique used in this paper is handling the inadequate Information for citation;it removes the problem of cold start, which is encountered by very many other recommender systems. In this paper, abstracts, the titles, and the Microsoft academic graphs have been used in coming up with the recommendation list for every document, which is used to combine the content-based approaches and the co-citations. Prioritization and the blending of every technique have been allowed by the tuning system parameters, allowing for the authority in results of recommendation versus the paper novelty. In the end, we do observe that there is a direct correlation between the similarity rankings that have been produced by the system and the scores of the participant. The results coming from the associated scrips of analysis and the user survey have been made available through the recommendation system. Managers must gain the required expertise to fully utilize the benefits that come with business intelligence systems [1]. Data mining has become an important tool for managers that provides insights about their daily operations and leverage the information provided by decision support systems to improve customer relationships [2]. Additionally, managers require business intelligence systems that can rank the output in the order of priority. Ranking algorithm can replace the traditional data mining algorithms that will be discussed in-depth in the literature review [3]. 展开更多

A Cooling System with a Fan for Thermal Management of High-Power LEDs

To improve the heat dissipation of high-power light-emitting diodes (LEDs), a cooling system with a fan is proposed. In the experiment, the LEDs array of 18 W composed of 6 LEDs of 3 W is used and the room temperature is 26oC. Results show that the temperature of the substrate of LEDs reaches 62oC without the fan, however, it reaches only 32oC when the best cooling condition appears. The temperature of the LEDs decreases by 30oC since the heat produced by LEDs is transferred rapidly by the fan. The experiment demonstrates that the cooling system with the fan has good performance. 展开更多

Data Logging and Control of a Remote Inverter Using LoRa and Power Line Communication

For decades, the power system was highly centralized. With the growing integration of distributed generations into the system, there is a necessity for bi-directional communication methods to monitor and control the remote assets. The primary objective of this paper is to develop a communication link for monitoring and controlling a grid-connected inverter in a remote location. Furthermore, the paper presents developments that have been incorporated to improve the communication link. The literature survey indicates that LoRa is superior compared to other technologies, but has some security and reliability issues. This paper also presents an encryption algorithm to improve the security of the LoRa link. Local data storage added to the system before transmitting data increases the system reliability. A display at the transmission end is added to improve the user-friendliness of the communication link. A Powerline Communication link is parallelly added to the LoRa link to improve the reliability. Finally, tests are conducted with an actual inverter and the results are presented. The tests show that the developed communication link has improved security and reliability, while its open nature makes it highly scalable and adaptable for employment in other smart grid applications. 展开更多

虚假数据注入攻击是影响电网安全运行的重要威胁之一。现有检测方法对空间特征的提取依赖于电网拓扑结构,可扩展性较差;且未充分提取电网量测数据中的深层空间信息,限制了检测方法的定位检测性能。因此,该文提出一种基于图像编码与多头... 虚假数据注入攻击是影响电网安全运行的重要威胁之一。现有检测方法对空间特征的提取依赖于电网拓扑结构,可扩展性较差;且未充分提取电网量测数据中的深层空间信息,限制了检测方法的定位检测性能。因此,该文提出一种基于图像编码与多头自注意力卷积神经网络的虚假数据注入攻击定位检测方法。该方法通过主成分分析和格拉姆角场对一维历史时间断面电网数据进行图像编码以提取电网量测数据中的深层空间信息,突破现有检测方法依赖于电网拓扑结构进行空间特征提取的局限性。在此基础上,将多头自注意力机制引入二维卷积神经网络中,以加强对二维图像数据中富含深层空间信息的重要特征的关注。通过对所提定位检测方法在IEEE-14和57节点系统进行仿真,验证所提方法的有效性;且与其他方法在不同场景下进行对比分析,验证所提方法具有更优的精确率、准确率、召回率和F1值。 展开更多

电网系统运行大安全管理数据规模较大,传统方法难以准确且快速地挖掘出异常数据。因此,文章提出了基于大语言模型(Large Language Model, LLM)的电网系统运行大安全管理异常数据挖掘。该方法在清洗并脱敏处理原始电网系统运行大安全管... 电网系统运行大安全管理数据规模较大,传统方法难以准确且快速地挖掘出异常数据。因此,文章提出了基于大语言模型(Large Language Model, LLM)的电网系统运行大安全管理异常数据挖掘。该方法在清洗并脱敏处理原始电网系统运行大安全管理数据后,形成结构化的电网系统运行大安全管理数据集。通过构建LLM,该方法将结构化数据集输入模型,经训练后输出异常数据挖掘结果。实验分析表明,该方法数据挖掘结果的相对平方根误差仅为0.47%,交叉熵损失收敛值低至2.2146,显著优于传统聚类与小波方法,可为电网安全运行提供高效、可靠的异常监测支持。 展开更多

传统火电调频无法快速跟踪响应新能源出力频繁变化导致的频率波动,从而造成频率越死区现象频发,一次调频设备需要频繁启动,系统的一次调频能力面临严峻挑战。为此,该文提出一种面向抑制频率波动的新型电力系统调频能力需求评估方法。首... 传统火电调频无法快速跟踪响应新能源出力频繁变化导致的频率波动,从而造成频率越死区现象频发,一次调频设备需要频繁启动,系统的一次调频能力面临严峻挑战。为此,该文提出一种面向抑制频率波动的新型电力系统调频能力需求评估方法。首先,对比了新型电力系统相较于传统系统在频率越限事件中的差异性特征,构建覆盖“功率-能量-时间-速度”的多维度调频能力需求指标体系;其次,基于实测的日频率波动曲线,提取越限频率的“幅值-能积-时间-频次”等多维特征;然后,计及不同调节特性,建立频率波动指标与调频能力需求之间的数学模型,实现了仅由频率的波动曲线定量评估系统的日调频能力需求;最后,基于频率的实测数据及波形,量化了系统现有调频能力的缺口,提取不同时间尺度与调频能力需求之间的关系,揭示了不同调节特性对调频能力需求的影响,为调频资源配置提供指导。 展开更多

电压和电流等关键运行参数的高精度获取是实现牵引供电系统高效运行与精准控制的重要基础。然而,现有数据采集频率与处理算法精度仅仅达s级,难以满足牵引供电状态感知实时监测以及突发事件应急处理的需求。为此,该文提出一种基于长短期... 电压和电流等关键运行参数的高精度获取是实现牵引供电系统高效运行与精准控制的重要基础。然而,现有数据采集频率与处理算法精度仅仅达s级,难以满足牵引供电状态感知实时监测以及突发事件应急处理的需求。为此,该文提出一种基于长短期记忆网络(LSTM)和生成对抗网络(GAN)混合驱动的牵引供电系统关键运行数据增强方法。针对传统方法难以捕捉多变量复杂相关性的难题,该文结合主成分分析和灰色关联度分析,构建量测增强矩阵作为模型输入,以深入挖掘变量相关性,同时提升数据趋势变化的研判能力。进一步针对现有数据增强方法无法有效捕捉时间序列长短期依赖关系的问题,构建LSTM-GAN模型,精准捕捉量测数据的时间动态变化和深层次依赖结构,实现高精度时序数据增强。经过中国北方某高速铁路段车载监测系统的实测数据验证,该方法在提升数据精度和增强变量相关性分析方面具有显著优势,相较于其他数据增强算法,该模型的电流和电压绝对误差平均降低0.013 A和0.025 3 kV,数据生成频率提升至ms级。 展开更多
