It...This paper discusses the effectiveness of nurse post responsibility system in nurse hierarchical management. Methods: the 120 nursing workers and 120 patients who worked from January to December 2019 were selected. It was divided into control groups and observation groups as randomly assigned methods, in which the control group chose the conventional nurse management mode, while the observation group adopted the nurse hierarchical management mode. Data were collected and compared between the quality of medical care in the medical care service process of the two nurse groups and their care satisfaction with the patients. Results: the comprehensive quality score of the nurses in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (p <0.05), and the satisfaction degree of the patients in the nursing services was much higher than that of the control group (p <0.05).The difference is statistically significant. Conclusion: after implementing the hierarchical management of nurses, it can effectively improve the work enthusiasm of nursing staff and nurses' work satisfaction, enhance patient compliance, improve patient nursing satisfaction, and help to improve the comprehensive quality of nursing staff展开更多
