Some technologies, such as SPSS 13. 0,ANOVA and T-test are applied to analyze the data and results show Wulong residents' perception behavior is better than that of Fengjie residents. Moreover, the residents with different demographic characteristics have different participation behavior. Finally, multiple regression analysis is applied to identify the key factors influencing residents' perception behavior, that is participation willingness and positive economic effect perception, positive social and cultural effect perception and participation capacity.展开更多

It obtained the following results.( i) Material security and social environment have a positive influence on the assessment of the policy of relocating the poor.( ii) In terms of material security, there is no significant relationship between the employment environment and the assessment of the policy of relocating the poor. Per capita annual income, per capita housing,income-increasing channels, and endowment insurance have significant effects on the assessment of the policy of relocating the poor.( iii) In social environment, public services, infrastructure, neighborhood relations, and environmental sanitation have significant effects on the assessment of the policy of relocating the poor, while there is no significant relationship between the awareness of poverty alleviation policies and the effect assessment of the policy of relocating the poor.( iv) The severer the poverty, the more significant the assessment of the implementation effect of the policy of relocating the poor. In accordance with the above results,it came up with recommendations for targeted poverty alleviation.展开更多

However, what is the ratio of minority nodes to majority nodes resulting from the Matthew effect? In this paper, based on a simple preferential random model, the poor-rich demarcation points are found to vary in a limited range, and form a poor-rich demarcation interval that approximates to k/m E [3,4]. As a result, the (cumulative) degree distribution of a scale-free network can be divided into three intervals: the poor interval, the demarcation interval and the rich interval. The inequality of the degree distribution in each interval is measured. Finally, the Matthew effect is applied to the ABC analysis of project management.展开更多
