This paper studies the effects of hygrothermal environment at different temperatures and ultraviolet(UV)radiation on the bending properties of epoxy polymer mortar(EPM).The microstructure changes of EPM during aging w...This paper studies the effects of hygrothermal environment at different temperatures and ultraviolet(UV)radiation on the bending properties of epoxy polymer mortar(EPM).The microstructure changes of EPM during aging were studied by scanning electron microscopy,and the bending properties of EPM were predicted by the Arrhenius law.The results showed that the bending properties of EPM were greatly affected by the temperature in the hygrothermal aging,but not evidently affected by ultraviolet radiation in UV aging.The prediction of Arrhenius model shows that the EPM will steadily retain 92.8%,89.1%and 79.4%of the original flexural strength after long-term hygrothermal aging at 40∘C,60∘C and 80∘C,respectively.展开更多
To investigate the influences of different admixtures on the drying shrinkage of polymer mortar in a metakaolin base,the experiments of VAE(vinyl acetate ethylene copolymer),APAM(anionic polyacrylamide)and CPAM(cation...To investigate the influences of different admixtures on the drying shrinkage of polymer mortar in a metakaolin base,the experiments of VAE(vinyl acetate ethylene copolymer),APAM(anionic polyacrylamide)and CPAM(cationic polyacrylamide)on the drying shrinkage properties of geopolymer mortar were designed under normal temperature curing conditions.An SP-175 mortar shrinkage dilatometer was introduced to measure the dry shrinkage of geopolymer mortar.Meanwhile,the drying shrinkage properties of geopolymer mortar are exhibited by the parameters of water loss rate,drying shrinkage rate,drying shrinkage strain and drying shrinkage coefficient.The experimental data are further fitted to obtain the prediction model of dry shrinkage of geopolymer mortar,which can better reflect the relationship between dry shrinkage rate and time.Finally,the experimental results demonstrate that the dry shrinkage of geopolymer mortar can be significantly increased by adding 4%VAE admixture,meanwhile under the condition that the polymer film formed by VAE reaction can strengthen and toughen the mortar.2.5%APAM admixture and 1.5%CPAM admixture can enhance the dry shrinkage performance of geopolymer mortar in a certain range.展开更多
To investigate the pore structure of graphene oxide modified polymer cement mortar(GOPM)under salt-freeze-thaw(SFT)coupling effects and its impact on deterioration,this study modifies polymer cement mortar(EMCM)with g...To investigate the pore structure of graphene oxide modified polymer cement mortar(GOPM)under salt-freeze-thaw(SFT)coupling effects and its impact on deterioration,this study modifies polymer cement mortar(EMCM)with graphene oxide(GO).The micro-pore structure of GOPM is characterized using LF-NMR and SEM.Fractal theory is applied to calculate the fractal dimension of pore volume,and the deterioration patterns are analyzed based on the evolution characteristics of capillary pores.The experimental results indicate that,after 25 salt-freeze-thaw cycles(SFTc),SO2-4 ions penetrate the matrix,generating corrosion products that fill existing pores and enhance the compactness of the specimen.As the number of cycles increases,the ongoing formation and expansion of corrosion products within the matrix,combined with persistent freezing forces,and result in the degradation of the pore structure.Therefore,the mass loss rate(MLR)of the specimens shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing,while the relative dynamic elastic modulus(RDEM)initially increases and then decreases.Compared to the PC group specimens,the G3PM group specimens show a 28.71% reduction in MLR and a 31.42% increase in RDEM after 150 SFTc.The fractal dimensions of the transition pores,capillary pores,and macropores in the G3PM specimens first increase and then decrease as the number of SFTc increases.Among them,the capillary pores show the highest correlation with MLR and RDEM,with correlation coefficients of 0.97438 and 0.98555,respectively.展开更多
