In this work, completely immiscible polyethylene/polyamidel2 (PE/PA12) blends were prepared by high shear extruder. The morphology and mechanical properties of the blends were investigated as a function of rotation speed. It was found that the high shear processing is an effective method to improve the dispersion of the PAl2 phase in PE matrix when PA 12 contents are 5 wt% and 10 wt%, and the dispersed phase particle size is reduced with the increase of rotation speed from 100 r/min to 500 r/min. However, with further increase of PAl2 content to 20 wt%, high shear processing has no effect on the phase morphology of the blends. Accordingly, a largely increased elongation at break and impact strength are observed for PE/PAl2/95/5 and PE/PA12/90/10 blends obtained at high rotation speeds but no effect on the property of PE/PAI2/80/20. Annealing experiment demonstrated that the obtained phase morphology is not stable thus compatibilizer should be introduced in the future work. This work could provide a guideline for the application of high shear processing in the preparation of polymer blends with huge polarity difference. 展开更多

CsPbX_(3)-based(X=I,Br,Cl)inorganic perovskite solar cells(PSCs)prepared by low-temperature process have attracted much attention because of their low cost and excellent thermal stability.However,the high trap state density and serious charge recombination between low-temperature processed TiO_(2)film and inorganic perovskite layer interface seriously restrict the performance of all-inorganic PSCs.Here a thin polyethylene oxide(PEO)layer is employed to modify TiO_(2)film to passivate traps and promote carrier collection.The impacts of PEO layer on microstructure and photoelectric characteristics of TiO_(2)film and related devices are systematically studied.Characterization results suggest that PEO modification can reduce the surface roughness of TiO_(2)film,decrease its average surface potential,and passivate trap states.At optimal conditions,the champion efficiency of CsPbI_(2)Br PSCs with PEO-modified TiO_(2)(PEO-PSCs)has been improved to 11.24%from 9.03%of reference PSCs.Moreover,the hysteresis behavior and charge recombination have been suppressed in PEO-PSCs. 展开更多

Polyethylene glycol (PEG-8000)-modified recombinant human interleukin-2 (PEG-rIL-2) is a cytokine with prolonged circulatory half-life. In this paper, the antitumor effects of PEG-afL-2 against mouse uterine cervical carcinoma (U14) transplanted intraperitoneally or subcutaneously is reported. PEG-rIL-2 at different doses was administered intraperitoneally. The results showed that PEG-rIL-2 (4500 IU, i.p., QD5) prolonged survival time of mice bearing ascites tumor as compared to rIL-2 (P<0.01), but PEG-rIL-2 at lower doses was without therapeutic effect. In addition, compared to rIL-2, PEG-rIL-2 at different doses (1500-13500 IU, s.c.,QD5) caused significant dose-dependent growth inhibition of solid tumor (P<0.01) when the treatment started at day 4 after subcutaneous inoculation of tumor. 展开更多

A polyaluminium chloride solution with high Al 13 content self-prepared was used as material for preparing the spherical γ-Al 2 O 3 by the sol-gel and oil-drop method. Polyethylene glycol with different molecular mass was used as surfactant to investigate the effect on property of γ-Al 2 O 3 . The physical property was characterized by 27 Al NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance) spectra, X-ray diffraction, FT-IR (Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy) and TG-DTA (thermogravimetric-differential thermal analysis). The results showed that surface area, pore volume and pore size of γ-Al 2 O 3 all increased with the increase of polyethylene glycol molecular mass in the experimental research range, and polyethylene glycol 10000 was the most suitable pore forming additive. γ-Al 2 O 3 with surface area of 339 m 2 ·g 1 , pore volume of 0.59 cm 3 ·g 1 and pore diameter of 6.9 nm were obtained at 450 °C. 展开更多

It made PE lose its mass fraction of 14.5%, and formed more quantities of CO2 and more wax yields after UV irradiation for 288 h. SEM imagines displayed more and bigger holes and pits in the PE film. FT-IR spectra showed that there is a lower absorbance of groups of - CH2 and - CH3 in PE/ TiO2 and 0. 1% La2O3/TiO2/PE composite materials than that in PE film sample of photodegradation, and more carbonyl groups in PE/0.1% LaEO3/TiO2. Friction and wear properties of ultra-high molecular mass polyethylene reinforced with Al2O3 nano-particle

The ultra-high molecular mass polyethylene (UHMMPE) as an artificial joint acetabular material was filled with nano-powder of Al2O3 of various mass fractions. The effect of Al2O3 mass fraction on the hardness, wetting property and tribological properties of the Al2O3-UHMMPE composites under dry friction sliding against both stainless steel and Ti-6Al-4V alloy was investigated. The morphologies of the worn surfaces of composites were observed with optical microscope. The results show that, wetting property and wear resistance of the composites are improved by filling Al2O3, while the friction coefficient is decreased largely under dry friction as compared with that of the unfilled UHMMPE. This is attributed to the reinforcing function of the nano-powder of Al2O3 in the composites. The wear of UHMMPE is dominated by plowing, plastic deformation and fatigue wear; while the Al2O3-UHMMPE composites are characterized by the mild fatigue wear. 展开更多

将Cu作为腐蚀基材,采用聚二甲基硅氧烷涂料(加入定量固化剂)作为涂层主体,在涂层中加入一种碱刻蚀埃洛石纳米管(HNTs)装载2-巯基苯并噻唑(MBT)并在表面包覆壳聚糖和聚乙二醇共聚物(CP)的纳米填料,制备一种自修复涂层,浸泡在3.5%(质量分... 将Cu作为腐蚀基材,采用聚二甲基硅氧烷涂料(加入定量固化剂)作为涂层主体,在涂层中加入一种碱刻蚀埃洛石纳米管(HNTs)装载2-巯基苯并噻唑(MBT)并在表面包覆壳聚糖和聚乙二醇共聚物(CP)的纳米填料,制备一种自修复涂层,浸泡在3.5%(质量分数)的NaCl溶液中。用傅立叶红外吸收光谱(FTIR)、热重分析(TGA)、扫描电子显微镜、电化学阻抗谱(EIS)、Kelvin探针和UV吸收光谱等手段对其表征,研究了这种自修复涂层的性能。结果表明:HNTs装载MBT并被CP成功包覆,HNTs对MBT的装载量(质量分数)为12%;扫描电子显微镜、EIS阻抗、Kelvin探针和UV吸收光谱证明了这种HNTs (CP-HNTs-MBT)涂层的自修复性能良好并能实现二次自修复。可见,CP-HNTs-MBT涂层的防腐蚀性能较强,具有至少两次以上的循环自修复能力。这种涂层对金属材料的保护性能较好。 展开更多

Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) is widely used for articulating surfaces in total hip and knee replacements. In the present work, UHMWPE based polymer composites were synthesized by synergistic reinforcing of bioactive hydroxyapatite (HA), bioinert aluminum oxide (Al2O3), and carbon nanotubes (CNTs) using compression molding. Phase and microstructural analysis suggests retention of UHMWPE and reinforcing phases in the compression molded composites. Microstructural analysis elicited variation in densification due to the size effect of the reinforcing particles. The hybrid composites exhibited hardness, elastic modulus and toughness comparable to that of UHMWPE. The interfacial effect of reinforcement phases has evinced the effectiveness of Al2O3 over HA and CNT reinforcements, depicting synergistic enhancement in hardness and elastic modulus. Weak interfacial bonding of polymer matrix with HA and CNT requires utilization of coupling agents to achieve enhanced mechanical properties without deteriorating cytocompatible properties. 展开更多

目的研究锝^(99m)Tc胼基烟酰胺聚乙二醇双环精氨酸-甘氨酸-天冬氨酸多肽(^(99m)Tc-3PRGD2)在肝泡型包虫病浸润带新生血管中的分布特性,寻找其单光子发射型断层显像/X线计算机断层显像(SPECT/CT)最佳显像时间。方法分析2022年5月至2024年... 目的研究锝^(99m)Tc胼基烟酰胺聚乙二醇双环精氨酸-甘氨酸-天冬氨酸多肽(^(99m)Tc-3PRGD2)在肝泡型包虫病浸润带新生血管中的分布特性,寻找其单光子发射型断层显像/X线计算机断层显像(SPECT/CT)最佳显像时间。方法分析2022年5月至2024年9月在新疆医科大学第一附属医院就诊的49例肝泡型包虫病(HAE)患者资料,所有HAE患者进行^(99m)Tc-3PRGD21 h和2 h双时相单光子发射型断层显像/X线计算机断层显像(SPECT/CT)显影并行手术治疗,对49例患者的57个HAE病灶行常规HE染色及CD34免疫组织化学染色,检测边缘带微血管密度(MVD)计数。分析HAE浸润带^(99m)Tc-3PRGD2SPECT/CT 1 h与2 h显像靶非靶比值(T/NT)的统计学差异,寻找最优显像时间,并分析最优显像时间T/NT与MVD计数的相关性;比较HAE浸润带^(99m)Tc-3PRGD_(2)SPECT/CT显像T/NT>1(阳性)及T/NT<1(阴性)两组间MVD计数的差异。结果HAE 1 h SPECT/CT显像T/NT中位数为0.884(0.442,1.564),2 h显像T/NT中位数为0.643(0.313,1.382),两组间差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.007,P<0.05)。免疫组化染色HAE病灶侵袭区内可见明显的CD34染色阳性微血管结构并呈带状分布。HAE浸润带SPECT/CT显像,57个病灶放射性药物^(99m)Tc-3PRGD21 h摄取的T/NT值与MVD值呈高度正相关(r=0.866,P<0.001)。^(99m)Tc-3PRGD2SPECT/CT显像HAE浸润带T/NT>1(阳性组)25例MVD计数为(86.72±2.11)个/高倍视野,T/NT<1(阴性组)32例MVD计数为(45.84±3.22)个/高倍视野,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论HAE^(99m)Tc-3PRGD2SPECT/CT显像1 h的T/NT值更能反映HAE浸润带新生血管的特性,其灵敏度更高,为最佳显像时间。HAE病灶RGD的摄取程度与HAE浸润带新生血管特性的表达呈高度正相关,能直接反映浸润带新生血管的数量,间接反映HAE的侵袭性,为研究HAE周围浸润带新生血管的特性以及放射性药物靶向治疗HAE提供了新的手段和思路。 展开更多

After treatment with methylaluminoxane (MAO), the copolymers were used as supports for Cp_2ZrCl_2catalyst Results of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, Fourier transforms infrared spectroscopy, ultraviolet spectroscopy andscanning electron microscope measurements show that the catalytic sites have been linked through MAO on the PE-graft-4-vinylpyridine (PEVP). The percentages of grafting 4-vinylpyridine and supported Cp_2ZrCl_2 depend on the size ofpolyethylene powder. The smaller the polyethylene powder, the more percent of 4-vinylpyridine groups and Cp_2ZrCl_2 existon the polyethylene chains, and the PEVP-supported catalyst has a relatively high activity for ethylene polymerization. 展开更多

The supportedpolymerization results showed that the molecular weight of polyethylene increased while the molecular weight distributionbecame wider and the molecular chains of oligomers remaning in the final solution became shorter as compared to theoligomers obtained in polymerization processes with pure 8-aminoquinoline nickel dichloride catalysis, as well as theCp_2ZrCl_2 and nickel combination system. With decreasing amount of Ni catalyst in the supported catalyst, the molecular chains of oligomers in the resulting solution became shorter, while α-olefin selectivity increased. 展开更多

目的比较聚乙二醇洛塞那肽注射液(PEX168)与恩格列净治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)早期糖尿病肾病(DKD)的临床疗效。方法选取2020年2月—2021年2月入住郴州市第一人民医院内分泌科的T2DM早期(G2A2期)DKD患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为PEX168组(n=... 目的比较聚乙二醇洛塞那肽注射液(PEX168)与恩格列净治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)早期糖尿病肾病(DKD)的临床疗效。方法选取2020年2月—2021年2月入住郴州市第一人民医院内分泌科的T2DM早期(G2A2期)DKD患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为PEX168组(n=30)和恩格列净组(n=30),分别给予聚乙二醇洛塞那肽注射液与恩格列净治疗,2组均治疗24周。比较2组治疗前、治疗12周、24周后血糖指标[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1c))、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)]、血压[收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)]、肾功能指标[尿白蛋白—肌酐比值(UACR)、估算肾小球滤过率(eGFR)]、体质指数(BMI)、内脏脂肪面积,不良反应。结果治疗12周、24周后,2组血糖指标(FPG、2 hPG、HbA_(1c)、HOMA-IR)、血压(SBP、DBP)均低于治疗前,且PEX168组治疗12周、24周后的SBP和治疗24周后的HOMA-IR、DBP均低于恩格列净组(P<0.05或P<0.01),组间其他指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗12周、24周后,2组eGFR高于治疗前,UACR、BMI及内脏脂肪面积低于治疗前,且PEX168组治疗24周后eGFR高于恩格列净组,UACR、BMI及内脏脂肪面积低于恩格列净组(P<0.05或P<0.01),2组治疗12周后eGFR、UACR、BMI及内脏脂肪面积比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组均无严重不良反应发生。结论聚乙二醇洛塞那肽注射液与恩格列净均有明显的降糖及肾脏保护作用,但聚乙二醇洛塞那肽注射液对超重及腹型肥胖的T2DM早期DKD患者的肾脏保护作用更好。 展开更多

目的观察聚乙二醇洛塞那肽联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)患者的临床效果。方法采用回顾性研究方法,选取2021年3月至2022年3月住院及门诊就诊的T2DM合并NAFLD患者94例,根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组和... 目的观察聚乙二醇洛塞那肽联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)患者的临床效果。方法采用回顾性研究方法,选取2021年3月至2022年3月住院及门诊就诊的T2DM合并NAFLD患者94例,根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组和试验组(均n=47)。对照组患者口服二甲双胍0.5 g,每日3次;试验组患者口服二甲双胍联合皮下注射聚乙二醇洛塞那肽0.2 mg,每周1次。收集并分析比较2组患者治疗前及连续治疗12周后的临床数据,包括肝功能、脂肪受控衰减参数(CAP)、肝脏硬度(LSM)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、血糖、体重、体重指数(BMI)和血脂水平,比较2组临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果与治疗前相比,治疗12周后,对照组肝功能、CAP、LSM无显著变化(P>0.05),HbA1c、血糖、体重、血脂均下降(P<0.05);试验组肝功能、CAP、LSM、HbA1c、血糖、体重、血脂均显著下降(P<0.05);且试验组下降幅度均大于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组临床有效率显著高于对照组(83%vs.38%,P<0.05),2组不良反应发生率无显著差异(26%vs.23%,P>0.05)。结论聚乙二醇洛塞那肽联合二甲双胍可以改善T2DM合并NAFLD患者肝脏脂质沉积和纤维化,改善患者血糖、血脂及肝功能水平,降低患者体重,效果优于二甲双胍单药治疗,且安全性良好。 展开更多

目的探讨聚乙二醇洛塞那肽注射液对2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝患者的临床疗效、安全性及血清脂联素水平的影响。方法纳入2021年11月至2023年11月南阳市中心医院内分泌科确诊的2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝患者共102例,按随机数字表法... 目的探讨聚乙二醇洛塞那肽注射液对2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝患者的临床疗效、安全性及血清脂联素水平的影响。方法纳入2021年11月至2023年11月南阳市中心医院内分泌科确诊的2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝患者共102例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组51例,对照组给予盐酸二甲双胍缓释片治疗,观察组给予聚乙二醇洛塞那肽注射液治疗,比较两组血糖、血脂指标以及脂肪相关因子水平、临床疗效以及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖水平[分别为(6.49±2.13)mmol·L^(-1)、(6.88±1.55)%、(7.67±1.87)mmol·L^(-1)]低于对照组[分别为(8.31±2.07)mmol·L^(-1)、(8.45±2.19)%、(9.18±2.56)mmol·L^(-1)],差异均有统计学意义(t=4.376、4.179、3.401,均P<0.05);观察组血糖波动幅度、日间血糖平均绝对差、血糖标准差水平[分别为(4.20±0.96)mmol·L^(-1)、(2.88±0.96)mmol·L^(-1)、(1.37±0.42)mmol·L^(-1)]低于对照组[分别为(5.84±1.24)mmol·L^(-1)、(4.69±1.32)mmol·L^(-1)、(1.76±0.65)mmol·L^(-1)],差异均有统计学意义(t=7.468、7.919、3.599,均P<0.05);观察组甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、游离脂肪酸水平[分别为(1.67±0.61)mmol·L^(-1)、(2.31±0.97)mmol·L^(-1)、(0.51±0.23)mmol·L^(-1)]低于对照组[分别为(2.65±0.75)mmol·L^(-1)、(2.98±1.03)mmol·L^(-1)、(0.90±0.22)mmol·L^(-1)],差异均有统计学意义(t=7.239、3.382、8.751,均P<0.05);观察组血清脂联素[(5.29±1.59)ng·L^(-1)]高于对照组[(3.82±1.85)ng·L^(-1)],磷脂酰肌醇蛋白聚糖4、白脂素[分别为(2.25±0.31)μg·L^(-1)、(1.14±0.19)ng·mL^(-1)]低于对照组[分别为(2.72±0.25)μg·L^(-1)、(1.69±0.32)ng·mL^(-1)],差异均有统计学意义(t=4.304、8.428、10.554,均P<0.05);治疗后,观察组总有效率96.08%(49/51)高于对照组84.31%(43/51),差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.991,P=0.046);总不良反应发生率观察组13.73%(7/51)与对照组11.76%(6/51)比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.088,P=0.767)。结论聚乙二醇洛塞那肽注射液治疗2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝患者,有良好的治疗效果和安全性,可缓解患者临床症状,调节糖脂代谢。 展开更多

将改性TiO_(2)(m-TiO_(2))纳米粒子分散到超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)溶液中,随后通过快速沉淀法制备了兼具高流动性和高耐磨性的UHMWPE/TiO_(2)纳米复合材料。利用TEM、SEM、DSC、DMA、往复摩擦试验等方法探究了m-TiO_(2)纳米粒子对UHMWP... 将改性TiO_(2)(m-TiO_(2))纳米粒子分散到超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)溶液中,随后通过快速沉淀法制备了兼具高流动性和高耐磨性的UHMWPE/TiO_(2)纳米复合材料。利用TEM、SEM、DSC、DMA、往复摩擦试验等方法探究了m-TiO_(2)纳米粒子对UHMWPE耐磨性的影响。实验结果表明,m-TiO_(2)纳米粒子对UHMWPE耐磨性的影响机理包括自身刚性作用的直接影响和调控缠结度的间接影响两方面。当m-TiO_(2)纳米粒子含量为0.1%,0.5%(w)时,UHMWPE/TiO_(2)纳米复合材料的耐磨性能最佳,其中,含量为0.1%(w)时,摩擦系数和磨损率分别为0.0855和1.37×10^(-4)mm^(3)/(N·m),缠结度降低约20%。m-TiO_(2)纳米粒子的加入能促进UHMWPE结晶,提升结晶度、加快结晶速率。分散适当尺寸、含量的m-TiO_(2)纳米粒子可同时改善UHMWPE的流动性和耐磨性。 展开更多

天冬氨酸/赖氨酸基于超临界CO_(2)流体的涤纶阻燃整理及工艺条件探索

以天冬氨酸、赖氨酸作为阻燃剂,采用超临界CO_(2)技术对涤纶织物进行阻燃整理,探讨了阻燃剂用量及超临界处理的温度、压强和时间对涤纶阻燃性能的影响,并对阻燃整理后涤纶织物的力学性能和热力学性能进行了测试。结果表明:阻燃性能随着... 以天冬氨酸、赖氨酸作为阻燃剂,采用超临界CO_(2)技术对涤纶织物进行阻燃整理,探讨了阻燃剂用量及超临界处理的温度、压强和时间对涤纶阻燃性能的影响,并对阻燃整理后涤纶织物的力学性能和热力学性能进行了测试。结果表明:阻燃性能随着阻燃剂用量的增多及超临界处理时温度和压强的上升而升高,确定较优整理工艺是阻燃剂用量为10%o.w.f.,超临界处理条件为25 MPa、135℃、60min,经天冬氨酸或赖氨酸整理后涤纶织物的损毁长度均小于10 cm,LOI值大于30%;织物的断裂强力分别提高了94 N和76 N,断裂延伸率分别提高了14.6%和15.1%,熔融焓、残余量等都出现小幅度上升,表明阻燃整理后织物的力学和热力学性能均提升,多次水洗后织物的LOI值均不低于28%。 展开更多

目的探讨聚乙二醇洛塞那肽联合血栓通治疗肥胖2型糖尿病(T2DM)并脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法选取医院2020年12月至2023年12月收治的肥胖T2DM并脑梗死患者100例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。两组患者均予胞磷胆碱钠注射液... 目的探讨聚乙二醇洛塞那肽联合血栓通治疗肥胖2型糖尿病(T2DM)并脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法选取医院2020年12月至2023年12月收治的肥胖T2DM并脑梗死患者100例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。两组患者均予胞磷胆碱钠注射液保护神经,阿司匹林肠溶片抗血小板聚集,并行卒中康复训练。观察组患者加予聚乙二醇洛塞那肽注射液皮下注射联合注射用血栓通静脉滴注。两组均持续治疗2周。结果观察组总有效率为86.00%,显著高于对照组的56.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、纤维蛋白原水平均显著降低,凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间显著延长,且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);改良Barthel指数评分、简易智力状况检查量表评分均显著升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(18.00%比9.00%,P>0.05)。结论聚乙二醇洛塞那肽联合血栓通治疗肥胖T2DM并脑梗死,可有效改善患者的血糖指标、神经功能缺损症状、生活能力、认知功能及凝血指标。 展开更多
