Taking TM images, SPOT photos and DEM images as the basic information, this paper had not only put forward a kind of manual controlled computer-automatic extraction method, but also completed the task of extracting the main types of ground objects in the Three Gorges Reservoir area under relatively high accuracy, after finishing such preprocessing tasks as correcting the topographical spectrum and synthesizing the data. Taking the specialized image analysis software-eCognition as the platform, the research achieved the goal of classifying through choosing samples, picking out the best wave bands, and producing the identifying functions. At the same time the extraction process partly dispelled the influence of such phenomena as the same thing with different spectrums, different things with the same spectrum, border transitions, etc. The research did certain exploration in the aspect of technological route and method of using automatic extraction of the remote sensing image to obtain the information of land cover for the regions whose ground objects have complicated spectrums. 展开更多

A novel cast shadow detection approach was proposed.A stereo vision system was used to capture images instead of traditional single camera.It was based on an assumption that cast shadows were on a special plane.The image obtained from one camera was inversely projected to the plane and then transformed to the view from another camera.The points on the plane shared the same position between original image and the transformed image.As a result,the cast shadows can be detected.In order to improve the efficiency of cast shadow detection and decrease computational complexity,the obvious object areas in CIELAB color space were removed and the potential shadow areas were obtained.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed approach can detect cast shadows accurately even under various illuminations. 展开更多

针对现有的三维视觉定位方法依赖昂贵传感器设备、系统成本高且在复杂多目标定位中准确度和鲁棒性不足的问题,提出一种基于单目图像的多目标三维视觉定位方法。该方法结合自然语言描述,在单个RGB图像中实现对多个三维目标的识别。为此,... 针对现有的三维视觉定位方法依赖昂贵传感器设备、系统成本高且在复杂多目标定位中准确度和鲁棒性不足的问题,提出一种基于单目图像的多目标三维视觉定位方法。该方法结合自然语言描述,在单个RGB图像中实现对多个三维目标的识别。为此,构建一个多目标视觉定位数据集Mmo3DRefer,并设计跨模态匹配网络TextVizNet。TextVizNet通过预训练的单目检测器生成目标的三维边界框,并借助信息融合模块与信息对齐模块实现视觉与语言信息的深度整合,进而实现文本指导下的多目标三维检测。与CORE-3DVG(Contextual Objects and RElations for 3D Visual Grounding)、3DVG-Transformer和Multi3DRefer(Multiple 3D object Referencing dataset and task)等5种方法对比的实验结果表明,与次优方法Multi3DRefer相比,TextVizNet在Mmo3DRefer数据集上的F1-score、精确度和召回率分别提升了8.92%、8.39%和9.57%,显著提升了复杂场景下基于文本的多目标定位精度,为自动驾驶和智能机器人等实际应用提供了有效支持。 展开更多

基于CornYOLO的冠层内玉米果穗目标检测方法

[目的/意义]玉米是主要粮食作物,果穗作为玉米关键表型性状,其形态、大小及颜色特征能够有效反映植株生长状态及潜在产量。传统的田间玉米果穗检测依赖人工,效率低且劳动强度大。随着密植栽培模式的推广,玉米冠层结构愈发密集,人工进入田间开展果穗测量不仅操作困难,还容易对植株造成机械损伤,进一步限制了数据的准确性与代表性。因此,亟需高效的自动化检测技术。[方法]为实现复杂田间环境下玉米果穗的高效精准检测,提出一种基于改进YOLO11n(You Only Look Once 11)的CornYOLO模型。创新性地采用无人车搭载全景相机进行图像采集,构建了高质量的田间数据集,并在此基础上提出了3项核心模型改进:1)采用动态点空间注意力的跨阶段部分网络(Cross Stage Partial Network with Dynamic Pointwise Spatial Attention,C2PDA)以提升对遮挡目标的识别鲁棒性;2)引入特征优化模块(Feature Refinement Module,FRM)以增强多尺度目标检测能力;3)使用统一交并比(Unified Intersection Over Union,UIoU)损失函数以优化边界框回归精度。为作物田间表型高通量获取提供了一种从数据采集到智能识别的端到端解决方案。[结果和讨论]CornYOLO在复杂田间环境下表现出优异的检测性能,在验证集上mAP@50达到89.3%,相较于YOLO11n,F1分数提升2.5个百分点。相较于其余基线模型,其mAP@50提升显著,最高达12.6个百分点。消融实验表明,C2PDA、FRM与UIoU这3个模块均对性能提升有积极贡献,其中C2PDA作用最为关键。[结论]CornYOLO模型能够高效精准地识别田间玉米果穗,为玉米育种表型分析和产量预测提供可靠的技术支持,推动玉米果穗信息提取的智能化发展。 展开更多

为研究多能互补供热系统在寒冷地区不同地域的适用性,文章以西北地区某农村典型单体式住宅建筑为研究对象,利用TRNSYS设计了太阳能-地源热泵供热系统。以太阳能集热器供生活热水保证率大于90%为约束条件,建立以系统经济效益、环境影响... 为研究多能互补供热系统在寒冷地区不同地域的适用性,文章以西北地区某农村典型单体式住宅建筑为研究对象,利用TRNSYS设计了太阳能-地源热泵供热系统。以太阳能集热器供生活热水保证率大于90%为约束条件,建立以系统经济效益、环境影响和节能效果为评价指标的多目标优化函数,采用Hooke-Jeeves优化算法得到了系统的最佳配置参数。对比分析了所构建供热系统对寒冷地区5个代表性城市供热的有效性。结果表明,与系统优化前相比,太阳能集热器供应生活热水保证率提高了30.03%、供热系统COP_(sys)值提高了14.55%,动态费用年值降低了14.30%,年总费用节省率提高了27.42%,动态投资回收期减少了4.8 a,CO_(2)减排量提高了21.84%。用于选取的5个城市热水供应时,优化系统COP_(sys)值均达到4.1以上。该研究对于其他地区可再生能源的综合利用具有一定的理论借鉴意义。 展开更多

钢包管理是炼钢厂生产管理的重要环节,而钢包号识别是钢包管理的关键。针对钢包灰色表面直接喷涂白色颜料的现实,基于YOLOv5神经网络框架,开发了多钢包和多钢包的多目标检测算法。首先对钢包图像进行钢包真实框和钢包号真实框标注,然后... 钢包管理是炼钢厂生产管理的重要环节,而钢包号识别是钢包管理的关键。针对钢包灰色表面直接喷涂白色颜料的现实,基于YOLOv5神经网络框架,开发了多钢包和多钢包的多目标检测算法。首先对钢包图像进行钢包真实框和钢包号真实框标注,然后生成多钢包图像训练集,利用预测框参数矩阵将锚框转变为预测框,利用非极大值抑制方法筛选预测框,获取钢包区域图像和钢包号区域图像;最后利用残差网络进行数字识别,给出钢包号和相应概率。结果表明,本算法的钢包区域识别准确率高达98%,钢包号数字区域识别准确率达到98%,钢包号识别准确率可达到99%,说明此算法能够有效地实现钢包号的精确识别,为炼钢厂钢包智能调度管理提供可靠的数据支持。 展开更多

针对盾构同步注浆中易发生的浆液稀释、离析等问题,通过分析实际工程案例,确定浆液配比后进行室内试验,采用SPSS及MINITAB分析试验结果,并结合MATLAB开展符合施工要求的浆液配比优化研究。分析表明:浆液水胶比集中在0.6~0.9,胶砂比集中... 针对盾构同步注浆中易发生的浆液稀释、离析等问题,通过分析实际工程案例,确定浆液配比后进行室内试验,采用SPSS及MINITAB分析试验结果,并结合MATLAB开展符合施工要求的浆液配比优化研究。分析表明:浆液水胶比集中在0.6~0.9,胶砂比集中在0.4~1.0,膨水比集中在0.1~0.3,灰粉比集中在0.2~0.6;水胶比对密度和稠度影响较大,膨水比主要影响流动度、泌水率和固结收缩率,灰粉比对凝结时间和强度影响显著;与MATLAB工具箱求解器的fmincon函数相比,改进的多目标遗传算法(NSGA-II)优化结果精度更高,经优化得到最优配比:水胶比0.60、胶砂比0.87、膨水比0.25、灰粉比0.60。基于此,对北京12号线某盾构区间施工进行验证分析,结果表明相较于已有方案,基于多目标优化的浆液在地层变形控制上效果更优。 展开更多

Therefore, a comprehensive consideration of the reliability, safety and economy is particularly important for the decision of neutral grounding mode. This paper proposes a new decision method of neutral point grounding mode for mediumvoltage distribution network. The objective function is constructed for the decision according the life cycle cost. The reliability of the neutral point grounding mode is taken into account through treating the outage cost as an operating cost. The safety condition of the neutral point grounding mode is preserved as the constraint condition of decision models, so the decision method can generate the most economical and reliable scheme of neutral point grounding mode within a safe limit. The example is used to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the decision method. 展开更多

In the last century, there has been a significant development in the evaluation of methods to predict ground movement due to underground extraction. Some remarkable developments in three-dimensional computational methods have been supported in civil engineering, subsidence engineering and mining engineering practice. However, ground movement problem due to mining extraction sequence is effectively four dimensional (4D). A rational prediction is getting more and more important for long-term underground mining planning. Hence, computer-based analytical methods that realistically simulate spatially distributed time-dependent ground movement process are needed for the reliable long-term underground mining planning to minimize the surface environmental damages. In this research, a new computational system is developed to simulate four-dimensional (4D) ground movement by combining a stochastic medium theory, Knothe time-delay model and geographic information system (GIS) technology. All the calculations are implemented by a computational program, in which the components of GIS are used to fulfill the spatial-temporal analysis model. In this paper a tight coupling strategy based on component object model of GIS technology is used to overcome the problems of complex three-dimensional extraction model and spatial data integration. Moreover, the implementation of computational of the interfaces of the developed tool is described. The GIS based developed tool is validated by two study cases. The developed computational tool and models are achieved within the GIS system so the effective and efficient calculation methodology can be obtained, so the simulation problems of 4D ground movement due to underground mining extraction sequence can be solved by implementation of the developed tool in GIS. 展开更多

Structural failure analysis with CMS-based ground motion selection using innovative cost function and weight factors

The selection and scaling of ground motion records is considered a primary and essential task in performing structural analysis and design.Conventional methods involve using ground motion models and a conditional spectrum to select ground motion records based on the target spectrum.This research demonstrates the influence of adopting different weighted factors for various period ranges during matching selected ground motions with the target hazard spectrum.The event data from the Next Generation Attenuation West 2(NGA-West 2)database is used as the basis for ground motion selection,and hazard de-aggregation is conducted to estimate the event parameters of interest,which are then used to construct the target intensity measure(IM).The target IMs are then used to select ground motion records with different weighted vector-valued objective functions.The weights are altered to account for the relative importance of IM in accordance with the structural analysis application of steel moment resisting frame(SMRF)buildings.Instead of an ordinary objective function for the matching spectrum,a novel model is introduced and compared with the conventional cost function.The results indicate that when applying the new cost function for ground motion selection,it places higher demands on structures compared to the conventional cost function.Moreover,submitting more weights to the first-mode period of structures increases engineering demand parameters.Findings demonstrate that weight factors allocated to different period ranges can successfully account for period elongation and higher mode effects. 展开更多

Generating ground truth data for developing object detection algorithms of intelligent surveillance systems is a considerably important yet time-consuming task; therefore, a user-friendly tool to annotate videos efficiently and accurately is required. In this paper, the development of a semi-automatic video annotation tool is described. For efficiency, the developed tool can automatically generate the initial annotation data for the input videos utilizing automatic object detection modules, which are developed independently and registered in the tool. To guarantee the accuracy of the ground truth data, the system also has several user-friendly functions to help users check and edit the initial annotation data generated by the automatic object detection modules. According to the experiment's results, employing the developed annotation tool is considerably beneficial for reducing annotation time; when compared to manual annotation schemes, using the tool resulted in an annotation time reduction of up to 2.3 times. 展开更多

随着无人机技术的不断发展和低空经济的提出,越来越多的领域开始使用无人机代替人力,以此提高作业效率,降低安全风险。由于无人机电池容量有限,导致其作业时间和作业半径被大大缩短,进而限制了其应用场景。针对现有基于有线充电或换电... 随着无人机技术的不断发展和低空经济的提出,越来越多的领域开始使用无人机代替人力,以此提高作业效率,降低安全风险。由于无人机电池容量有限,导致其作业时间和作业半径被大大缩短,进而限制了其应用场景。针对现有基于有线充电或换电技术的无人机自动机场存在的诸如触点接触不良、机械结构复杂、成本高昂等问题,对基于无线充电技术的无人机停机坪系统进行了研究,主要包括无人机无线充电系统磁场分布与效率分析、无人机无线充电自动控制电路与异物检测功能研究,以及无人机地面站控制流程研究等。在此基础上,搭建了一套基于无线充电技术的无人机停机坪。该停机坪相比现有无人机自动机场,具有容忍一定偏移量的无人机无线充电、识别不同无人机受电端和异物检测等创新功能。经实测,整个系统充电稳定且与有线充电时长近似,停机坪整体质量相比下降50 kg,成本约为现有无人机自动机场的1/3,在多场景下均有应用潜力。 展开更多

针对目前复杂环境下探地雷达对路面松散病害的检测精度差、速度低等问题,提出了一种基于改进YOLOv8算法(YOLOv8-DN)的松散病害识别方法。所提方法针对性设计了DN模块替代C2f模块,该模块结合动态形变卷积模块和多尺度特征融合模块,使用... 针对目前复杂环境下探地雷达对路面松散病害的检测精度差、速度低等问题,提出了一种基于改进YOLOv8算法(YOLOv8-DN)的松散病害识别方法。所提方法针对性设计了DN模块替代C2f模块,该模块结合动态形变卷积模块和多尺度特征融合模块,使用动态形变卷积核的感受野以适应病害特征的形态复杂性,并利用多尺度特征融合路径提升模型对细小和模糊病害区域的捕捉能力。将原结构中的C2f模块替换为DN模块后,改进的YOLOv8-DN算法显著增强了对复杂病害的识别能力,且有效减少了计算开销。实验结果表明:相比原始YOLOv8算法,改进算法的mAP提升了5.29百分点,漏检率降低了5.2百分点,推理速度提高了4.9帧/ms,且检测掩膜区域的完整性和准确性显著提高,证明了该算法的有效性和可行性,也为沥青路面半刚性基层松散病害的快速、精准检测提供了一种新的方法。 展开更多

针对室外场景3D目标检测所面临的挑战,利用较为成熟的2D目标检测研究成果,提出一种基于地面约束的图像与点云配准方法,以实现点云目标的识别与定位。具体而言,提出了基于体素的滤波算法,最大程度地保留有效三维点。依据室外场景地面点... 针对室外场景3D目标检测所面临的挑战,利用较为成熟的2D目标检测研究成果,提出一种基于地面约束的图像与点云配准方法,以实现点云目标的识别与定位。具体而言,提出了基于体素的滤波算法,最大程度地保留有效三维点。依据室外场景地面点的分布规律,设计了基于法向量Z向角的聚类算法,快速、精确地提取地面特征参数。进一步的,按地面约束条件构建从图像空间至点云空间的映射模型,完成图像目标与点云目标的配准,从而实现3D目标的检测与定位。实验结果表明,与传统方法相比,点云滤波的准确度、点云平面参数的提取速度和3D目标的平均定位精度分别提升了约8%,46.7%和10%。证明了所提方法的可行性与有效性,为室外场景3D目标检测技术的发展提供了有价值的参考与实践依据。 展开更多

为探索危化品物流园区安全生产责任保险运行目标偏离形成机制,采用扎根理论研究方法,围绕多个关键参与主体作出系统的深度访谈,以捕捉和提炼影响安责险运行目标的关键因素,进而构建6个主体参与主体行为交互下的危化品物流园区安责险运... 为探索危化品物流园区安全生产责任保险运行目标偏离形成机制,采用扎根理论研究方法,围绕多个关键参与主体作出系统的深度访谈,以捕捉和提炼影响安责险运行目标的关键因素,进而构建6个主体参与主体行为交互下的危化品物流园区安责险运行目标偏离机制模型,并围绕该模型的形成机制作出分析。研究表明:危化品物流园区安责险运行目标偏离形成机制分为3个阶段,分别是策划阶段、执行阶段、反馈阶段;在各个阶段,多主体分别在外部刺激以及内部刺激的作用下,产生目标偏离行为,多主体一环扣一环进而引发阶段性目标偏离;更为重要的是,这3个阶段的目标偏离并非孤立存在,而是相互关联、循环累积的,这种累积的因果效应最终导致危化品物流园区安责险运行目标整体偏离。 展开更多
