This paper proves that the weighting method via modified Gram-Schmidt(MGS) for solving the equality constrained least squares problem in the limit is equivalent to the direct elimination method via MGS(MGS-elimination method). Role of oral-fluid based measles diagnostic methods for measles global elimination

Measles eradication is biologically feasible. There is an availability of a safe, effective and inexpensive vaccine; a proven elimination strategy; high Local demand; and an effective global partnership and initiative to support vaccination. Measles eradication is a cost-effective scenario and a good investment to avoid expensive epidemics and save those children die due to measles. Laboratory investigations are indispensable to monitor the progress of measles elimination. This role will require the development of more sensitive diagnostic methods suitable for diagnosis and surveillance, genetic analysis of measles strains and a technology which is transferable worldwide. Measles diagnosis relies increasingly on serological tests. The practical utility of oral-fluid methods(antibody and genetic) in evaluating and refining measles immunization programs would,additionally, provide support for a global surveillance initiative. The utility of in a population survey, in a vaccine sero-conversion study and application in molecular epidemiological use is demonstrated in this review. It is to be hoped that this review will assist in the wider uptake and acceptance of methodology in both developed and developing country situation. More research needed for further evaluation of a recently developed point-of-care test for measles diagnosis: detection of measles-specific Ig M antibodies and viral nucleic acid for wider use oral-fluid methodology. There is a strong case and imperative for the promotion of methods by World Health Organization in its global program of control/eradication of measles over the coming decade. 展开更多

Atmospheric pollutants can deteriorate air quality and put human health at risk.There is a growing need for green,economical,and efficient technologies,among which catalytic elimination technology is the most promising,to remove atmospheric pollutants.Two-dimensional transition metal oxides(2D TMOs)have recently become attractive catalysts due to their highly exposed active sites,excellent reactant transport properties,and extraordinary catalytic performance.This review systematically summarizes the topdown and bottom-up preparation methods of 2D TMOs and focuses on the specific applications of 2D TMOs in the catalytic elimination of atmospheric inorganic pollutants and volatile organic pollutants.The development of 2D TMOs in the catalytic elimination of atmospheric pollutants is prospected.This review is expected to provide design insights into efficient 2D TMOs to remove atmospheric pollutants. 展开更多

In order to output sine wave with small degree of distortion and improve stability,a type of inverter power supply is designed based on harmonic elimination pulse-width modulation(PWM)control.The rectifier and filter are added to input circuit of the inverter.Single-phrase full-bridge inverter performs the function of converting direct current into alternating current(DC/AC).In the control circuit,single chip micyoco(SCM)AT89C2051 is used for main control chip to accomplish the hardware design of the control system.A given value of output frequency of the inverter is input in the way of coding.According to the output frequency code which is read,SCM AT89C2051 defined harmonic elimination PWM control data which will be selected.Through internal timing control,the switches are switched under this provision of PWM control data.Then the driving signals of the switches in the inverter are output from I/O of SCM AT89C2051 to realize harmonic elimination PWM control.The results show that adding Newton homotopic algorithm of harmonic elimination PWM control to corresponding software of the control system can make the quality of output voltage of the inverter higher and it will have broad application prospects. 展开更多

目的研究化痰通络法对咳嗽变异性哮喘(cough variant asthma,CVA)豚鼠气道重塑相关细胞因子的影响,探讨化痰通络法治疗CVA的作用机制,为临床治疗提供依据。方法将40只豚鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、孟鲁司特钠组及化痰通络组,以卵蛋白、... 目的研究化痰通络法对咳嗽变异性哮喘(cough variant asthma,CVA)豚鼠气道重塑相关细胞因子的影响,探讨化痰通络法治疗CVA的作用机制,为临床治疗提供依据。方法将40只豚鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、孟鲁司特钠组及化痰通络组,以卵蛋白、氢氧化铝致敏并吸入卵蛋白激发法复制CVA豚鼠模型,观察肺组织病理形态学表现、白细胞介素-17(interleukin-17,IL-17)、转化生长因子β1(transform growth factorβ1,TGF-β1)、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)及血小板衍生生长因子(platelet-derived growth factor,PDGF)水平。结果肉眼观察:模型组肺组织颜色暗红,个别可见瘀点、瘀斑,边缘较钝,充血水肿,体积增大,药物干预组豚鼠肺组织颜色较模型组浅,充血水肿程度较轻;HE染色:模型组肺组织支气管基底膜明显增厚,充血水肿明显,管腔变小,内可见黏液栓,炎性细胞浸润明显,支气管上皮细胞排列紊乱,肺泡壁破坏;药物干预组豚鼠肺组织支气管基底膜较模型组薄,充血水肿程度较轻,黏液栓减少,管腔相对完整且通畅,炎性细胞浸润较轻,肺泡腔较透亮;各组气道形态学参数:各组支气管基底膜周径(Pbm)组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),模型组总管壁面积(Wat)较正常组增加(P<0.05),化痰通络组较模型组减小(P<0.05),模型组管壁平滑肌面积(Wam)较正常组增加(P<0.05),化痰通络组较模型组减小(P<0.05),模型组Wat/Pbm、Wam/Pbm较正常组增大(P<0.05),化痰通络组较模型组减小(P<0.05);细胞因子:模型组血清及支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中IL-17、TGF-β1、VEGF及PDGF水平较正常组升高(P<0.05),化痰通络组较模型组降低(P<0.05)。结论化痰通络法可能通过调节IL-17、TGF-β1、VEGF及PDGF水平,从而减轻气道重塑。 展开更多

能谱CT最佳虚拟单能量图像减影法在头颈CTA中的应用价值研究

目的:采用能谱CT最佳虚拟单能量图像(VMI)与虚拟平扫(VUE)相减影的方法,对比其与匹配蒙片去骨(MMBE)法在头颈CT血管成像(CTA)的减影效果上的差异。方法:回顾性收集我院2024年1月至2025年2月80例行头颈CTA检查的患者,对所有患者影像数据... 目的:采用能谱CT最佳虚拟单能量图像(VMI)与虚拟平扫(VUE)相减影的方法,对比其与匹配蒙片去骨(MMBE)法在头颈CT血管成像(CTA)的减影效果上的差异。方法:回顾性收集我院2024年1月至2025年2月80例行头颈CTA检查的患者,对所有患者影像数据以10 keV为间隔进行后重建,重建11组40~140 keV的VMI数据,并测量颈总动脉(CCA)、颈内动脉(ICA)、大脑中动脉(MCA)及大脑前动脉(ACA)的CT值及标准差,计算信噪比(SNR)、对比噪声比(CNR)。同时由两名高年资主治医师对11组VMI图像进行主观评分。对客观评价指标和主观评分结果进行统计学分析,找出最佳VMI图像。将最佳VMI减影VUE得到的减影图,与MMBE减影图像进行比较,包括动静脉系统血管显示、去骨情况、整体图像质量等级及有效辐射剂量。结果:各能级VMI之间CCA、ICA、MCA及ACA的SNR及CNR的差异均具有统计学意义,其中60 keV图像SNR及CNR均高于其他VMI图像;两名放射医师对各能级VMI图像质量主观评价的一致性均较好(Kappa>0.61),各能级VMI间主观评分差异均有统计学意义,尤以60 keV图像主观评分最高。60 keV图像与VNC减影后的减影图像ICA颅内段、椎动脉(VA)颅内段及颅内动脉减影效果均优于MMBE法,差异均有统计学意义;减影后的去骨显示效果优于MMBE法,差异具有统计学意义;整体图像质量Ⅰ级占比为88.75%(71/80),高于MMBE法77.50%(62/80),差异具有统计学意义;平均有效辐射剂量为(0.96±0.02)mSv,较MMBE法降低约44.24%,差异具有统计学意义。结论:60 keV为显示头颈CTA的最佳虚拟单能量,其减影图像在头颈动脉血管显示、去骨效果及整体图像质量等级方面均较好,可代替传统匹配蒙片去骨法,从而省略真实平扫,可显著降低辐射剂量,为头颈CTA的优化提供新方案。 展开更多

目的基于改良德尔菲法构建一套巩固血吸虫病消除成果的指标体系,为巩固血吸虫病消除成果提供参考。方法通过文献查阅与专题研讨初步构建指标框架,选取18名血吸虫病防治领域的专家进行2轮德尔菲专家咨询。采用Excel 2024软件建立数据库,... 目的基于改良德尔菲法构建一套巩固血吸虫病消除成果的指标体系,为巩固血吸虫病消除成果提供参考。方法通过文献查阅与专题研讨初步构建指标框架,选取18名血吸虫病防治领域的专家进行2轮德尔菲专家咨询。采用Excel 2024软件建立数据库,采用Likert 5级评分法评估指标重要性,通过中位数、四分位距和变异系数筛选指标,计算各层级指标权重。专家权威性通过权威系数评估。结果通过2轮专家咨询,最终确定一级指标3个、二级指标11个和三级指标49个。一级指标为疫情、保障和工作指标,归一化权重分别为0.3480、0.3280和0.3240。二级指标层内权重最重的为人群疫情(0.3504),其次为政策保障(0.3468),最低为常规防治工作量(0.2381)。三级指标层内权重及总权重最重的为当地新感染人数(分别为0.1027,0.0357);其次为钉螺压检阳性率(分别为0.1015,0.0353),权重最低的为抑螺防病林建设(分别为0.0359,0.0116)。专家权威系数为0.84~0.90,2轮专家咨询的积极系数均为100.00%,指标变异系数除“野鼠调查”(27.73%)、“家畜血阳率”(27.34%)和“人群血阳率”(25.02%)外,其余指标变异系数均<25.00%。结论本研究建立的巩固血吸虫病消除成果指标体系具有一定的科学性和权威性,可为血吸虫病消除地区巩固血吸虫病消除成果提供参考。 展开更多

目的:探讨祛痰活血法结合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)痰湿阻络证的作用。方法:选择2021年1月—2023年11月许昌市人民医院收治的92例DPN痰湿阻络证患者作为研究对象,并将其按照随机数字表分为联合组和对照组,每组46例。本研究中联... 目的:探讨祛痰活血法结合西药治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)痰湿阻络证的作用。方法:选择2021年1月—2023年11月许昌市人民医院收治的92例DPN痰湿阻络证患者作为研究对象,并将其按照随机数字表分为联合组和对照组,每组46例。本研究中联合组脱落/剔除3例(2例自行退出,1例未按研究要求服药),对照组脱落/剔除4例(1例自行退出,2例未按研究要求服药,1例病情加重,需采取其他治疗方案),最终联合组纳入43例患者,对照组纳入42例患者。对照组采用西药治疗,联合组在此基础上增加祛痰活血法治疗。比较两组治疗前后的神经功能、神经传导速度、中医症状积分及氧化应激指标,同时比较两组临床疗效及用药安全性。结果:两组治疗后的丙二醛(MDA)、多伦多临床评分系统(TCSS)得分、中医症状积分均降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),且联合组更低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。两组治疗后的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)及神经传导速度均升高(P<0.05),且联合组更高(P<0.05)。联合组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:祛痰活血法结合西药治疗DPN痰湿阻络证能有效改善患者中医症状、增强神经功能、减轻氧化应激,且临床疗效显著、不良反应的发生风险低。 展开更多

为了揭示特征选择与机器学习模型交互机制对森林地上生物量反演精度的影响规律,构建特征-算法协同优化框架,以南宁市为研究区,结合Sentinel-1、Sentinel-2及数字高程模型提取光谱、纹理、地形特征;采用双变量分析、递归特征消除、过滤... 为了揭示特征选择与机器学习模型交互机制对森林地上生物量反演精度的影响规律,构建特征-算法协同优化框架,以南宁市为研究区,结合Sentinel-1、Sentinel-2及数字高程模型提取光谱、纹理、地形特征;采用双变量分析、递归特征消除、过滤式特征筛选精选特征,再利用K近邻算法、随机森林、极端梯度提升构建森林地上生物量估测模型并比较性能。结果表明:杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata)林、桉树(Eucalyptus)人工林、一般阔叶树林中,随机森林结合递归特征消除策略表现最佳,杉木林模型决定系数(R^(2))为0.59,均方根误差为8.44 t·hm^(-2);桉树人工林、一般阔叶树林的决定系数分别为0.55、0.32;松树林则是双变量筛选结合随机森林模型更优(决定系数为0.50),高于递归特征消除(决定系数为0.38)和过滤式特征筛选(决定系数为0.42)。特征选择可减少数据冗余、提升模型效能,递归特征消除与随机森林结合的森林地上生物量估测框架能提高反演精度和效率。 展开更多

目的:针对油田采出水SS过滤称重法受乳化油/药剂残留、高盐结晶、起泡及称量漂移干扰的问题,建立可核查的识别与修正流程,提高结果准确性与可比性。方法:依据并参考恒重与干扰控制要求,构建记录、识别、前处理/洗涤、质控管理模式,统一... 目的:针对油田采出水SS过滤称重法受乳化油/药剂残留、高盐结晶、起泡及称量漂移干扰的问题,建立可核查的识别与修正流程,提高结果准确性与可比性。方法:依据并参考恒重与干扰控制要求,构建记录、识别、前处理/洗涤、质控管理模式,统一滤膜1.2μm、取样500 mL、负压-0.06 MPa,引入过滤时间、终洗电导、起泡指标与空白增重作为控制线。结果:破乳剂偏高时过滤时间3.2 min→7.8 min,SS 6.8 mg/L→11.2 mg/L;石油醚冲洗后降至7.1 mg/L(ΔSS=4.1 mg/L)。高盐样以κ≤300μS/cm判停,洗涤2次→4次SS 9.6 mg/L→7.3 mg/L,结晶减轻。起泡样脱气后过滤时间6.9 min→4.1 min,平行性改善。湿度45%→65%时空白增重(0.3±0.2)mg→(0.8±0.4)mg,建议Δm≤0.5 mg并实施空白监控。结论:以过滤时间、溶剂冲洗差值、终洗电导、起泡指标、空白漂移为核心的判据体系,可实现主要干扰的快速识别与可追溯修正,提升SS测定重复性与跨批次可比性。 展开更多

This paper proposes a differential mode measurement and control system(DMCS)for differential MEMS resonant accelerometer(DMRA),which operates the differential resonators of the DMRA at different vibration modes.Unlike traditional DMRA,the first resonator of the differential resonator operates in the first-order mode(R1M1),and the second resonator operates in the second-order mode(R2M2).Within the measurement range of DMRA,the frequencies of the two resonators will not cross,so there will be no mutual interference.This ensures the structural symmetry of the DMRA while avoiding the measurement dead zone phenomenon caused by the coupling of the differential vibration beam at similar resonant frequencies.The structural symmetry of the differential resonator ensures good temperature consistency of the differential vibration beam,and the consistency of the temperature frequency coefficient matches well,which enables the differential resonator to strongly suppress the temperatureinduced common-mode effects.During the temperature cycling process between-20℃ and 80℃,the equivalent acceleration drift of R1M1 and R2M2 were 341.6 mg and 414.6 mg,respectively.After using the differential temperature compensation algorithm,the equivalent acceleration drift was reduced to 1.19 mg.The minimum Allan variance measured statically at room temperature decreased from 1.42μg@0.85 s for R1M1 and 1.52μg@0.85 s for R2M2 to 0.23μg@7.15 s,indicating a significant improvement in the long-term stability of DMRA.In addition,the differential measuring method also eliminated common mode ambient noise in low frequency range,ultimately achieving a noise level of 220 ng=ffiffiffiffiffi Hz p@(0.2–0.8 Hz)for a prototype device with a measurement range exceeding±5 g. 展开更多

As an ultra-precise instrument to characterize nano-morphology and structure,the morphology of atomic force microscopy(AFM)tip directly affects the quality of the scanned images,which in turn affects the measurement accuracy.In order to accurately characterize three-dimensional information of AFM tip,a reconstruction method of AFM tip using 2μm lattice sample is researched.Under normal circumstances,an array of micro-nano structures is used to reconstruct the morphology of AFM tip.Therefore,the 2μm lattice sample was developed based on semiconductor technology as a characterization tool for tip reconstruction.The experimental results show that the 2μm lattice sample has good uniformity and consistency,and can be applied to the tip reconstruction method.In addition,the reconstruction method can accurately obtain the morphology of AFM tip,effectively eliminate the influence of the"probe effect"on the measurement results,and improve measurement accuracy. 展开更多
