The Influence of Preheat Temperature of Steel Plate on Steel-mushy Cu-graphite Bonding

The pressing bonding of steel plate to QTi3.5-3.5 graphite slurry was conducted. Under the conditions of 530 ℃ for the preheat temperature of dies, 45% for the solid fraction of QTi3.5- 3.5 graphite slurry, 50 MPa for the pressure and 2 min for the pressing time, the relationship between the preheat temperature of steel plate and interfacial mechanical property of bonding plate was studied. The results show that when the preheat temperature of steel plate is lower titan 618 ℃ , the interfacial shear strength of bonding plate increases with the increasing of the preheat temperature of steel plate. When the preheat temperature of steel plate is higher than 618 ℃ , the interfacial shear strength decreases with the increasing of the preheat temperature of steel plate. When the preheat temperature of steel plate is 618 ℃ , the highest interfacial shear strength of bonding plate of 127.8 MPa can be got. 展开更多

Considering that the clutch cover assembly and driven disc assembly show common effect on the engagement/disengagement characteristics of the pull-type diaphragm spring clutches for heavy-duty commercial vehicles,the diaphragm spring,cushion plate,and friction plate,are thoroughly analyzed in this paper.The A-L method and the micro-element method are used to analyze the mechanical properties of diaphragm spring and cushion plate,respectively.The mechanical characteristics are obtained via numerical simulation,and the deformation and load mechanical characteristics of the cushion plate are verified by experimental tests.According to the relationship between the pressure plate temperature and the friction coefficient of the friction plate,the influence of the change of the friction coefficient on the transmission torque characteristics of the clutch is analyzed.In view of the torque fluctuation in the process of engagement/disengagement,the mathematical model of torsional characteristics is established with consideration of the torsional characteristics of torsional damper.Modeling and simulation of the handling characteristics are carried out to evaluate the influence of the boosting characteristics of the hydraulic operated pneumatic booster on the clutch pedal operating force separation characteristics.Specific tests are also conducted,and the effectiveness of the established models is verified. 展开更多

MEMS gyroscopes are widely used in the underwater vehicles owing to their excellent performance and affordable costs.However,the temperature sensitivity of the sensor seriously affects measurement accuracy.Therefore,it is significantly to accurately identify the temperature compensation model in this paper,the calibration parameters were first extracted by using the fast calibration algorithm based on the Persistent Excitation Signal Criterion,and then,MEMS gyro temperature compensation model was established by utilizing the thin plate spline interpolation method,and the corresponding identification results were compared with the results from the polynomial fitting method.The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm has been validated through the comparative experiment. 展开更多
