Sub-tanks in fuel tank systems of aircrafts transfer fuel to engines in certain order. These sub-tanks and attached tank-accessories affect each other, and make fault diagnosis in such systems rather difficult. Without real measured data, this paper analyzes fault modes and fault effects of the fuel tank system, including its tankaccessories, of a given aircraft. Fault model of the system is built theoretically, and fault diagnosis criteria are deduced. Such criteria are then quantified to train a back propagation neural network(BPNN) as fault diagnosis model. To realize fault diagnosis of the real fuel tank system, a real-time fault diagnosis platform based on Lab View and Vx Works to perform this diagnosis method is discussed. This platform is a technical groundwork for fault diagnosis in real fuel tank systems. 展开更多

The relationships of ice-induced displacement responses with ice breaking modes, ice acting directions and platform structures are analyzed and determined. The results lead to an important conclusion obtained for the first time that ice breaking frequency and the natural frequency of the first mode of the platform are the two main factors that dominate the degree of vibration. The present work provides a firm basis for both design and operation of fixed platforms against ice loading. 展开更多

Application of Time-Tracking Platform in the Reperfusion Treatment of Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke in Primary Hospitals

Objective To explore the application effect of time tracking platform in improving the reperfusion treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke in primary hospitals. Methods and Results Patients with acute ischemic stroke who carried out emergency intravenous thrombolysis and arterial thrombectomy in our hospital in 2021, 2022 and 2023 were selected. The time tracking mode was implemented, and the patients were recorded at each time node of the hospital and the whole-process digital management was conducted. Compared the mean DNT (Door to Needle Time) of intravenous thrombolysis in emergency stroke patients in 2021, 2022 and 2023, the total number of hospital cases within 4.5 h of onset, the total number of thrombolysis cases within 4.5 h of onset, the number of intravenous thrombolysis in 60 minutes of acute ischemic stroke, and the number of thrombolysis cases. The results show that from 2021 to 2023 our emergency stroke patients with intravenous thrombolysis average DNT shortened year by year, to the hospital within 4.5 h after the onset of the difference is statistically significant (all P < 0.05) conclusion through the application of stroke time tracking platform, is beneficial to shorten the treatment time of each link, can effectively reduce the hospital time delay, improve the rate of thrombolysis, improve the reperfusion of stroke centers in primary hospitals. 展开更多

A user-programmable computational/control platform was developed at the University of Toronto that offers real-time hybrid simulation (RTHS) capabilities. The platform was verified previously using several linear physical substructures. The study presented in this paper is focused on further validating the RTHS platform using a nonlinear viscoelastic-plastic damper that has displacement, frequency and temperature-dependent properties. The validation study includes damper component characterization tests, as well as RTHS of a series of single-degree-of-freedom (SDOF) systems equipped with viscoelastic-plastic dampers that represent different structural designs. From the component characterization tests, it was found that for a wide range of excitation frequencies and friction slip loads, the tracking errors are comparable to the errors in RTHS of linear spring systems. The hybrid SDOF results are compared to an independently validated thermal- mechanical viscoelastic model to further validate the ability for the platform to test nonlinear systems. After the validation, as an application study, nonlinear SDOF hybrid tests were used to develop performance spectra to predict the response of structures equipped with damping systems that are more challenging to model analytically. The use of the experimental performance spectra is illustrated by comparing the predicted response to the hybrid test response of 2DOF systems equipped with viscoelastic-plastic dampers. 展开更多

The aim of this research is to develop an algorithm and application that can perform real-time monitoring of the safety operation of offshore platforms and subsea gas pipelines as well as determine the need for ship inspection using data obtained from automatic identification system(AIS).The research also focuses on the integration of shipping database,AIS data,and others to develop a prototype for designing a real-time monitoring system of offshore platforms and pipelines.A simple concept is used in the development of this prototype,which is achieved by using an overlaying map that outlines the coordinates of the offshore platform and subsea gas pipeline with the ship’s coordinates(longitude/latitude)as detected by AIS.Using such information,we can then build an early warning system(EWS)relayed through short message service(SMS),email,or other means when the ship enters the restricted and exclusion zone of platforms and pipelines.The ship inspection system is developed by combining several attributes.Then,decision analysis software is employed to prioritize the vessel’s four attributes,including ship age,ship type,classification,and flag state.Results show that the EWS can increase the safety level of offshore platforms and pipelines,as well as the efficient use of patrol boats in monitoring the safety of the facilities.Meanwhile,ship inspection enables the port to prioritize the ship to be inspected in accordance with the priority ranking inspection score. 展开更多

Time History Dynamic Analysis of a New Constructed Offshore Jacket Platform in Persian Gulf Due to Random Waves

API RP2AWSD is a design code in practice for design of jacket platforms in the Persian Gulf but is based on the Gulf of Mexico environmental condition. So for the sake of using this code for the Persian Gulf, it is better to perform a calibration based on this specific region. Analysis and design of jacket platforms based on API code are performed in a static manner and dynamic analysis is not recommended for such structures. Regarding the fact that the real behavior of the offshore jacket platforms is a dynamic behavior, so in this research, dynamic analysis for an offshore jacket platform in the Persian Gulf under extreme environmental condition is performed using random time domain method. Therefore, a new constructed offshore jacket platform in the Persian Gulf is selected and analyzed. Fifteen, 1-h storm, simulations for the water surface elevation is produced to capture the statistical properties of extreme sea condition. Time series of base shear and overturning moment are derived from both dynamic and static responses. By calculating the maximum dynamic amplification factor (DAF) from each simulation and fitting the collected data to Weibull distribution, the most probable maximum extreme (MPME) value for the DAF is achieved. Results show that a realistic value for DAF for this specific platform is 1.06, which is a notable value and is recommended to take into practice in design of fixed jacket platform in the Persian Gulf. 展开更多

古往今来,时间一直是社会学在劳动过程研究议题中的重要影响因素。本文是一项针对带货主播劳动过程的田野研究,研究发现:直播带货行业构建了一种以流量为导向、与社会时间互构的新时间秩序,行业内的时间具有序列性。在新型时间控制下带... 古往今来,时间一直是社会学在劳动过程研究议题中的重要影响因素。本文是一项针对带货主播劳动过程的田野研究,研究发现:直播带货行业构建了一种以流量为导向、与社会时间互构的新时间秩序,行业内的时间具有序列性。在新型时间控制下带货主播的工作时间存在不合理现象,工作时间与个人时间界限变得模糊,成为“全天候等候工人”。由于无法准确计算出工作时间,带货主播处于不稳定的劳动关系之中,就业风险和失业风险大大增加,缺乏劳动保障。究其根源,新的时间秩序是资本创造的自由的假象,实际上资本用更隐蔽的手段加深了对劳动者的劳动控制,把劳动成本转移到了劳动者身上,资本获利的根本逻辑并没有改变,带货主播以个人时间换取了弹性工作的自由。 展开更多

为准确地分析非线性因素对深远海框架式养殖平台气隙性能的影响。以某座大型框架式养殖平台为研究对象,基于势流理论、莫里森方程理论和刚体运动学原理,采用时域方法进行数值模拟,分析了平台瞬时湿表面、二阶波浪载荷、定位系泊系统、... 为准确地分析非线性因素对深远海框架式养殖平台气隙性能的影响。以某座大型框架式养殖平台为研究对象,基于势流理论、莫里森方程理论和刚体运动学原理,采用时域方法进行数值模拟,分析了平台瞬时湿表面、二阶波浪载荷、定位系泊系统、风载荷和流载荷等因素对气隙性能的影响。结果显示,考虑平台瞬时湿表面变化使得平台最小气隙值减小0.4~0.8 m;90°浪向二阶波浪载荷使得平台最小气隙值减小0.2~0.4 m;定位系泊系统不同预张力状态下平台最小气隙差值范围在0.1~0.2 m;风、流载荷引起平台垂向运动改变使得最小气隙值发生变化。研究表明,在进行框架式养殖平台气隙性能预报时,应合理考虑瞬时湿表面、二阶波浪载荷、定位系泊系统和风流载荷等因素。 展开更多

为适应机载激光通信的平台特殊情况,分析了各类扫描捕获方案并选取了最适合机载平台激光通信的方案;为避免光斑在边缘捕获容易丢失的情况,采用了设置进视场的方式对捕获的方法进行优化,为避免扫描捕获时间过长,采用了对扫描端分区分速... 为适应机载激光通信的平台特殊情况,分析了各类扫描捕获方案并选取了最适合机载平台激光通信的方案;为避免光斑在边缘捕获容易丢失的情况,采用了设置进视场的方式对捕获的方法进行优化,为避免扫描捕获时间过长,采用了对扫描端分区分速的方法进行优化;经理论分析该方案使得光斑最终捕获的位置更加靠近视场中心,避免光斑因无人机振动等平台限制而出现光斑异常丢失的情况,且随着双端距离的不同以及光斑相对于不确定区域中心的距离差异最终扫描捕获时间优化效果呈现正相关,经实验测试该方案实现了一定程度的有益效果,在避免光斑由于无人机抖动而意外丢失的前提下相较于传统方式加快15%左右的扫描捕获时间,满足了实际情况下的应用需求。 展开更多

But in engineering practice or experiments usually only the acceleration response is recorded. In this paper an improved time domain method is proposed for dynamic load identification. In this method by using of Duhamel integral, only the acceleration response is required for load identification. As an application of the present method, the dynamic ice load on a Bohai offshore platform is identified based on some measured acceleration. Spar technology has been applied to the deep-sea oil and gas exploitation for several years. From the first generation of classic spar, the spar platform has developed into the second generation of truss spar and the latest cell spar. Owing to its favorable adaptability to wide range of water depth and benign motion performances, spar has aroused quite a lot of interests from oil companies, universities and research institutes. In the present paper, a new cell-truss spar concept, put forward by the State Key Laboratory of Ocean Engineering (SKLOE) at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, is studied both numerically and experimentally. The numerical simulation was conducted by means of nonlinear time-domain fully coupled analysis, and its results were compared to the experimental data. Whereafter, detailed analysis was carried out to obtain the global performances of' the new spar concept. A new active control scheme, based on neural network, for the suppression of oscillation in multiple-degree-of-freedom (MDOF) offshore platforms, is studied in this paper. With the main advantages of neural network, i.e. the inherent robustness, fault tolerance, and generalized capability of its parallel massive interconnection structure, the active structural control of offshore platforms under random waves is accomplished by use of the BP neural network model. The neural network is trained offline with the data generated from numerical analysis, and it simulates the process of Classical Linear Quadratic Regular Control for the platform under random waves. After the learning phase, the trained network has learned about the nonlinear dynamic behavior of the active control system, and is capable of predicting the active control forces of the next time steps. The results obtained show that the active control is feasible and effective, and it finally overcomes time delay owing to the robustness, fault tolerance, and generalized capability of artificial neural network. 展开更多
